Always welcoming and the vanilla cappuccino is my favorite! Their white peach & white grape hookah is amazing!

Checked this place out last night and had a great time. The service was excellent and the hookahs smoked very well. The food wasn't amazing but it was good. My favorite thing about this place is it really met the definition of a lounge- relaxed ambience, music that isn't blasting, and good lighting. Will definitely go back!

great place and one of the only hookah places that serves alcohol and food along with hookah, they have many options for food and a bar, the seating is also very comfortable and the atmosphere is dark and relaxing, later in the night they start playing club music

Delicious every time. There is not a thing on the menu that isn’t fresh and mouth-watering. The server is wonderful. Staff is always attentive. Just had the shawarma followed by the brownie parfait and Turkish coffee. Floating high on this buzz.

This bar is an absolute gem! Cozy atmosphere and the best staff you could wish for (shout-out to Matt for always being on top of his game). Just make sure you bring your ID because you know.. liquor laws 🤣 Love the food, the hookah flavors, but especially the people who work here!!!

There isn't a hookah bar in Chicago that can come close to Hubble in terms of quality and friendliness. Relaxed atmosphere, extensive tobacco flavours, great music, and superb food. The staff are beyond incredible and accomodating. Matt is the sweetest server I have ever met, always ready with a cocktail recommendation and a friendly chat. Highly recommend this place!!! Remember to bring along your manners along with some form of identification 🙃🙃🙃

Amazing food, great and quick service, and the aesthetic is so unique. Ordered the sampler platter and the food was spectacular, solid 10 (order the shrimp, THAT was the kicker).

What a vibe we had for St. Patty's Day weekend. The music, the food, drinks and hookah were worth the Uber cost of 42 each way. Oh and did I say we went two nights in a row! Shout out to Zach and Berry! Hope your there when we come again. Your friends from WI

My husband and I visited this spot visiting from Memphis, TN. The staff made us feel welcomed. Great food and Hookah. We ordered the sampler which is enough food for 2 to 4 people. Please try the wings in the Firecracker sauce. PHENOMENOL! The firecracker shrimp is awesome as well. Also, our server made us a great gummy bear hookah and solid cocktails. If you're in the Chicago area...this spot is a great vibe!

Nice chill spot! It’s better to make a reservation. They used to be on open table but I don’t see them on there anymore. I was still able to walk in and get a table. The mixed drinks are made good and strong, the food is always good and the servers/ staff are always friendly and attentive. My wife and I always visit when we want a quick date night. There’s a huge selection of Hookah, the inside ambiance is always good with good music and the lighting is perfect! Definitely give them a visit.

First time here and the music, atmosphere and food was amazing fire cracker shrimp was everything I thought it would be drink 10/10 I had blue mofo and Long Island definitely did the job ! Fast and friendly service we will be coming back !

The place is very eclectic.... Cool server, ambience. Food is top notch. We went for my wife's bday. Tho my friends ruined it. By arguing. They maintained their professionalism and niceness.

The great service, food, drinks, hookah and overall ambiance make it a no-brainer! They are always consistent and everyone is so friendly and hospitable. I'm so grateful to them, especially Matt, the jack of all trades in there. I look forward to my next visit each and every time I go there. I recommend this place to any and everyone!!

Absolutely the best place to eat, hookah and chill. So happy to still be able to enjoy Hubble Hookah , as the pandemic has effected so many small businesses. Thank you for continuing to stay open! Customer service is hands down the best. Love this place! Great memories!

Hubble Hookah has excellent service, food, hookah, and a relaxing atmosphere. The staff is hard working and kind (Especially Matt and Ralph). The hookah flavors are very good and the place itself is very relaxed and chill. Their menu has lots of good food, drinks, and hookah flavor options. Hubble Hookah is a good date night or place to chill and relax with friends. I am a loyal customer who goes there once a week with my best friend Ann. Prices are fair. The place is definitely a 5 star hookah restaurant and bar. I highly recommend it.

First time here and would say this place gets a 👍🏾 good drinks, decent music and good hookah flavors = good vibes!! Next time we will try the food.

This place is awesome!! The food is always fresh and on point. Good for vegetarians and meat eaters. The bartender makes a absolutely amazing Old Fashion and The hookah flavors are incredible! This is my favorite local neighborhood spot.

I love this place. Everything is good. I have had alcoholic beverages, coffee and tea for drinks. I’ve tried the crispy shrimp, chicken pita, fries and Buffalo cauliflower. Sometimes, I want to go just for the food alone! I have been coming here for years now, and I was so happy that they made it through COVID. I was last there during the 1st week of June for my bday weekend, and I enjoyed myself as usual!

Visited Hubble Hookah and had a great time overall. The employee knew his stuff and asked about the type of flavour I liked, then made a custom mix that really matched my taste. Service was fast—my shisha came out quickly and was smooth the whole session. The lounge itself is more on the loud and lively side. If you're looking for a quiet, chill vibe, this might not be the best fit. They play popular music, and there are sports games playing in the background, so it’s more of a social, upbeat spot. Still, the energy was fun, and the service and hookah quality were solid. If you're into a vibrant lounge with good vibes and good shisha, this place is worth checking out.

Really good hookah. Really good food. They REALLY nickle and dime you though. Their hookah prices I guess vary based on what you order, even if it says one price on the menu and you order off that menu, I guess each flavor is different pricing, I didn't care for that. Also, didn't care for the music. It's not a night club, the music doesn't need to be blasting that loud when you're trying to relax. Would go more often if the price was better, but will go again. Editing to add the service was very good. Editing to knock out a star since they won't fix their espresso machine.

The place is nice and clean the atmosphere is great I love their drinks and the food is good. Now what I don't like is there was no sign stating that they charge a 18% gratuity fee. I think when you come in there should be shown or visible stating that so a person can make a choice whether they want to stay or leave. And I wish they had some nicotine free hookah as well. If it was not for those two things I would give this place five stars.

I didn't enjoy the hooka, and it was too pricey. It wasn't that good. The waitress is too pushy to make you order every 10 minutes, and she interrupts our conversation to ask us if we're going to order after we order our hooka and tea. The owner was so nice, and he offered us a plate of cake and ice cream for free.

It was OK. Went there on a Saturday night the music was OK. It felt fairly empty for a Friday night. We had the Copa Cabana, Blue Mist and the Ice Hookah. Drinks were OK, hookah and drinks were good. But overall the ambiance was just kind of too dead/boring in my opinion.

Good was okay but they are lacking heavily in staffing. I got my food without any mention of my drink. I waited. Got the hookah still no drink. 30 minutes later I get up and ask 3 different times still nothing. I didn’t even get a second thought till we asked about a box. Will not be returning.

What a shame. Tastefully updated, good food, variety hookah options, good music, and decent cocktails. But my GOD, the service is practically non-existent. Our table had to constantly go to the bar to reorder things. Our server was too busy smoking hookah himself at the bar to pay attention to customers. The music and other patrons were so loud, I had to scream talk to my friends sitting right next to me. Hubble Hookah is no longer the magical oasis it once was…

Sorry not sorry! Over priced! Ask before they charge you how much a pitcher of coke cost $65 for 2 pitchers of coke! No one knew what was going on ! No belly dancers on Friday ! And bottle service HORRIBLE! One persons give you a set price then the next give you another price ….. DONT RECOMMEND AT ALL! Just cute spots to take pictures at ! That’s all they getting from me!

Very disappointed in my most recent and LAST visit. Me and my partner have been coming here for YEARS, through the change of wait staff and even prices on the menu. Tonight we were treated unfairly when it came to seating and how we were serviced. There's obvious favortism in this place.. any customers of color are treated as if they "never tip" or that they are always complaining. But, from experience they are never attentive to specific tables. Like they have this annoyance for customers of color off rip. For instance, tonight the owner Ralph, told us there were no booths available and we saw open booths.. so we asked can we sit there. He claimed "they were reserved and first come first serve basis".. yet we made a reservation? so we just said eff it and sat at a table.. later through the night we see that it was never reserved. Random ppl came in and just sat at the booths.. the waiter/manager we usually have ( think his name is Matt ) gave us to the new waiter and obviously serviced everyone else around us. We noticed it, then I realized he did it because he assumed we wouldn't tip. I also noticed they like to joke about "complaining" customers at the bar. Including the owner Ralph. Super unprofessional. If they are complaining, wouldn't you think it was for a reason?. Everything is about high tips here... I overheard the same waiter ranting about getting tipped $3 from a couple's table and I seen that they only ordered hookah no food or drinks. All in all.. if you aren't cool with the staff or look like a group that will tip good they won't be attentive at all. I kept giving this place chances but each time I was proved right. I'll take my business elsewhere.. Don't let the friendly act fool you, just OBSERVE and you'll know this place is ran POORLY.

I was there in may and I ordered guacamole and chips $10 and a $13 Margarita that was it. They charged me for hookah that I did not order or touch because I don’t smoke.and wings that I did not order or eat. I explained this to the rude gentleman and told him to pull the cameras and he will see. So customer service was horrible and yea pay attention to your bill

Nice atmosphere but this is the second time I’ve visited this location and the hours of operation online doesn’t match the hours of operation on the door. The hours of operation for Sunday said 12am but in person they were closing at 11pm. Not a great business practice.

It’s sad I have to give one start review because this is one of my favorite hookah lounges. I am completely displeased with the service I received last night. I came around 10 PM, online It states that they close at 12 midnight, so I was anticipating on staying until close as we were enjoying our food & our hookah our server came up to us and told us “one minute she’s taking our hookah” this was around 11 PM. Although I was confused on why she was taking it and asked to speak to a manager I was told that they are closing early because of the loud noise and complaints that they get from their neighbors. Which I understand, but at least they should have let us know prior to being seated. That they wouldn’t be able to let us stay till 12 midnight and that we only had an hour Left. Why I am upset is because when they took our hookah, I looked over by the bar and I seen all the workers gathered around smoking hookah while they kick everybody else out and take their hookahs. This was very unprofessional and I just feel like if they were still smoking they should’ve at least let everybody that was already there stay till close but instead it seemed as if they were kicking everybody out so they can gather around And hang out. I’m very displeased with this service. Regardless of being kicked out everything else was good.

Only going 1 star because that’s the only way I can leave a review. We were having a good time , partying and dancing at our section and security came over and said NO DANCING! Like really!?! If you’re ready to have a good time I recommend NOT COMING HERE!!!!! Just a WASTE!!!!!!!!!!very rude security

This place is messed up a lot!! I don’t even know how many times owner changed. But the latest version is not good at all. Foods are not like before. They served food without napkin!!! They don’t have coffee!! Machine is broke lol They have a server.She is very rude. I remember whenever we go there she asks maybe 10 times if we wanna order something. I understand she does her job but you cant keep ask customer like that… anyway I guess it was a last chance I gave. I won’t go there anymore.

FOR THOSE WONDERING IF THEY’RE OPEN YET THEY ARENT!!! TODAY IS 12/26/2025 & THEY’RE STILL CLOSED!! AN UPDATE WOULD BE GREAT DONT YOU THINK???? THIS WILL STOP ME FROM COMING BACK AFTER THEY REOPEN IF THAT EVEN HAPPENS!!
