BathroomS more than one out of service ? Hum seems unlikely but I am a repeat offender when it comes to del taco app , I did ride my bike and carrying a back pack, their seems to be a bit of reef raft in the area but I did feel a bit prejudged because of my appearance. Not dirty not broke not smelly .

Pulled in the Drive-Thru and asked for two of the three $2.50 Taco Tuesday deals and a Green burrito. got up to the front and found out I was being charged and receiving three of the regular del tacos. Actually didn't know that the deal they were given were called mini tacos. After I corrected the order and drove away I found out that a couple of my taco shells were extremely stale and they made me sick. The runaround which was their fault I think they blamed on me and deliberately semi poison me with old taco shells.

We loved Del Taco food but this location is sloooooow and service can be strange. Today I waited for twenty minutes in the drive through with only one car in front of us. Cars started honking at each other and we got to the window or food still wasn’t ready and there was no engagement of ‘sorry for the wait’ just took our money. A couple years ago I waited in the lobby for French fries they missed in the drive through. Literally waited for about ten minutes before yelling in the back to the workers. It’s gotten the the point where we have to think about if we have time to go here.

My sister and I go to del taco regularly, but i never once tried there epic burrito so my sister and I ordered one. It was good until i found that almost half of my burrito had hard beans in them. My sister got the hard beans too, so picked them out and our burrito got smaller. This is not to bash the store or whos working there, but I want them to be aware to quality check their food.

Listen, I love Del Taco BUT they always make something wrong or just are very stingy. I ordered carne asada fries and literally got a teaspoon on asada and they did not add green sauce (which they’ve been charging for). I use to order the epic burritos but there is nothing epic about them now. They come out the same size as the classic burritos. UGH!

I went through the drive thru, ordered $28 of food. Pulled up to the window, handed them a $50 bill. I was told they couldn't take it, it was too large of a bill. How can a fast food drive thru not have $22 to give in change? I'm not going to go to a store to break a $50 bill then drive back and pay for food. Guess what. The little taco truck I went to down the road, they had no problem giving me change and it was cheaper. Better food too.

The food was disgusting. It was cold. The staff were not very helpful. They were out of every drink. They didn’t have Sprite or Coke asked for a Dr Pepper. They said they didn’t have it. This place is horrible. We’ll never go back again.

Decided to go to Del Taco as I was craving a Bun Taco. Ordered through the app. then went and picked it up. I drove off to find a spot to eat while I waited for my next job to start. I opened up my bun taco and OMG! What a joke! It was nothing like a bun taco should be. It was literally a snack taco on a bun. I am posting pics of what I got compared to what it's supposed to look like. No one there knows how to make a bun taco because I've gotten one there another time, and I had the same issue. This bun taco was almost 4$. It's not supposed to look like a snack taco! Such a rip off! I'm done with this Del Taco! So disappointing because I normally love the food there. The employees definitely have not been trained on how to make a bun taco as the pics clearly show.

Last week I came for breakfast around 10am and they were closed when they are supposed to be open. Today when I arrived I had to ask if they were open and didn’t get a response back for a minute. The girl taking my order wasn’t very nice when I had a small order. The guy at the window was very nice but when I got my food my hash browns weren’t edible and half my burrito wasn’t in there. I live on the north end of Chico so driving back is out of the way I tried to call the store.. no answer.. surprise.

Hopefully the photo shows how burnt the fries are. Also waited in drive thru 45 minutes for the simplest order . 2 bean and cheese burritos and a medium fry to get home and find that not only are the fries burnt but both of my burritos are the wrong burritos. I understand to an extent the long wait due to staff shortages or new people but to wait an excessive amount of time and your entire order be wrong is utterly ridiculous. It’s almost as bad as the burger kings in town now.
