We didn't stay at this property, but we'd still like to report a positive experience. Due to a mistake, we paid a €300 deposit to this hotel instead of to the hotel of the same name, located in a different location, where we actually intended to stay. When we realized the mistake, we contacted them and, while certainly not obligated to do so, they assured us they would refund the amount. After a few phone calls and emails to clarify, the owners refunded us the full amount. Thank you!

The food is delicious! The pizza is also excellent! The renovated atmosphere is very charming! The service is quick and the staff very friendly! In the beautiful Pesio Valley near Pian delle Gorre, Certosa di Pesio, and Lurisia! Highly recommended.

I stayed at the property for a week in August because it was one of the few that allowed dogs in the rooms. The cleanliness was excellent, as was the service. The hotel is surrounded by greenery, and the area is quiet despite being next to the main road, which has little traffic at night. If you eat at the restaurant, try the Pesio trout with butter and sage.

I had the pleasure of visiting this restaurant and was really impressed. The atmosphere is welcoming, creating the perfect setting for a special evening. The staff is extremely courteous and attentive to customer needs, helping to make the experience even more pleasant. Moving on to the food, each course was an explosion of delicious flavours. The ingredients were fresh and of high quality, highlighting the attention to detail in each dish. The variety on the menu was impressive, offering options for both adventurous and more traditional palates. Another plus is the well-curated wine list, which further enriched the dinner. The portions were generous without being excessive, allowing you to enjoy multiple courses without feeling weighed down. In summary, this restaurant is definitely a culinary destination not to be missed. From the service to the overall dining experience, everything was exceptional. I can't wait to return to experience again what this amazing place has to offer.

I had lunch at this delightful restaurant on a Sunday: the place is truly charming, with attention to detail, and the brick ceiling is remarkable. The service was prompt, with no delays, and always accompanied by a smile. The quality of the dishes was truly high, with excellent ingredients and preparation. The restaurant also has a lovely outdoor area with a children's playground, ideal for families. It's a shame I was just passing through, because I'd love to return!

Not stayed in hotel as I have a home in walking distance, and am the only English man in the village. Try the local piemontesi menu for a taste of rural Italian cooking especially the set menu of several courses for 30 euro plus local wine. Took two English friends there and they were impressed with the quality & quantity on offer. Sat outside next to the pesio river which has trout, dragonflies and fire flies depending on season.

Clean rooms, excellent dinners, perhaps a little more choice at breakfast wouldn't hurt.... not very suitable for ski mountaineers because breakfast, even if you ask for an earlier time, doesn't start before 7:45.

Very spacious, comfortable, and very clean rooms. The restaurant had fast and impeccable service (despite it being busy, they served us very well and without long waits). The food was excellent, everything was really good, in a comfortable setting, and the prices were fair. Highly recommended.

Returning from visiting the Certosa di Pesio, we had lunch on the lovely terrace of this hotel and restaurant. The menu is typical local fare, with a good selection and excellent quality, and beautifully presented. The service was courteous. The bill was reasonable, perhaps a little too much at five euros for a quarter of a glass of wine, but this slight excess didn't detract from an excellent meal.

Location apprezzabile con tavoli riparati in terrazza. Molto buona la qualità della pizza. Purtroppo mi trovo a non poter dare più di 3 stelle a causa della lunghissima attesa, forse causata anche dal numero di commensali. Ordinate 4 pizze, le ultime 2 sono arrivate con un ulteriore considerevole ritardo. Il personale è sembrato leggermente in confusione. Da rivisitare per la pizza davvero buona sperando che i problemi riscontrati fossero solo una rarissima evenienza.

The food was good, but the prices were high. The service wasn't particularly attentive. When I pointed out that I'd found several pieces of eggshell in the gnocchi, I would have appreciated at least a polite apology. We didn't order anything else. The location is nice, but a bit let down by the wobbly plastic tables.

Ristorante : Se hai il tuo cane con te non puoi entrare nella saletta carina e starai in un ambiente rumoroso con miasmi provenienti dalla cucina.

Non ho mangiato male ma 28 euro per un menu' degustazione più 2 euro di coperto per tre antipasti, due assaggi di primo e un secondo con contorno bevande escluse mi sembra un po caro. Oltre a ciò, ho trovato dei capelli dentro la caraffa del vino. No, non ci tornerei

My name is Gualtiero Ferri. You should know that they have a room, a small room, the only nice one, which is reserved for dog-haters. The food isn't bad, and the staff (a young woman) is kind. I wonder how the owners could possibly hate dogs. I wasn't allowed in before I even knew if my Leo would bother me. I certainly didn't want to have any contact with such ignorant people. I gladly paid the lady because I'm allergic to scum, and I kept the owners away from me. I'm not complaining about what I ate, but I ate poorly because I couldn't stomach their hatred. I therefore urge everyone to be wary of animal-haters. What's certain is that in the "big room" there's a smell of cooking (all the windows are closed, like in the nice little room) and... it smells of unpleasant people.
