Absolutely nothing special here, it’s a Burger King with lazy workers. Nothing to expect other than that. Workers refuse to take your order they rather be lazy and have you order at the kiosk instead. On top of that they constantly make orders wrong so be on top of it and check your bag before you leave. Also most items on the menu seem to never be available for whatever reason that may be. So just take note, food tastes like any Burger King but you might not get what you ordered but instead get whatever they throw together for you.

Went in and went on computer .ordered and payed. Then this short lady look like manager said this wasn't my receipt I didn't pay had to argue and said I show you second receipt on phone from bank.she look again and found order. This lady was rude and ruin my lunch. I will not let this go. If my family or friends see her in at any time we will leave. She not right and need to talk to district manager about rude workers . Not expected of a manager.

Don't ever go to Burger King. I ordered a chicken wrap after having eye surgery. I was in pain and hungry. See picture, it looks like a chicken nugget on a big tortilla. To make things worse, AI system they use doesn't work. When someone finally reached back out, Jessica basically said too bad we are not going to reimburse you or replace the item. I'll never eat there again all because this unprofessional, uncaring Jessica declined to provide a resolution. Really over a $3.49 item. She should be fired. Maybe when her mother or grandmother get treated this way she might get it, but I doubt it, some people have no concept of empathy, but those people should have different jobs

Disgusting never again. Very poor service. We ended up throwing it away. We didn't even bother wanting to go back to ask for a refund. They really need a new manager. The manager is rude and unprofessional. This place is more like a curbside pickup than a drive thru

Honestly it’s this one guy who always works there and he was rude as life towards me over a drink I respectfully told him I didn’t like and I asked for a refund and he told me no then ignored me.

Cashier forgot to give mozzarella sticks, and sundae and dessert in the bag. I will not be going to this restaurant again. Cashier that I ordered from, barely could speak english. The other workers are very lazy.

I understand there are times when barely any people are scheduled for the day. However, the customer service at this location was awful. Multiple guests were waiting at the counter to be served, and not much attention was given from staff.

Male manager on 0705/25 was really rude and inconsiderate. Ordered drive thru and had to use restroom. As a pregnant woman with IBS it was URGENT! The manager rudely refused to let me use the restroom without proof of payment and demanded I go get my wallet from my car and purchase an item in order to use the restroom! Even after explaining situation and pleading he refused to have any compassion or sympathy! Demanded I place a dining room order to use restroom! I'm glad another female customer saw the interaction and decided to dine elsewhere. Definitely won't be back to this location EVER AGAIN!!

I ordered a Texas double whopper meal, and had asked what the difference was, and the drive thru operator was just impossible to comprehend. He told to come around to the front and give my order which I did. The burger he gave me was dry, had no condiments, no cheese, no bacon. The fries were cold, and the drink I asked easy ice on was completely filled with ice. As I was driving to a meeting I almost choked on the burger, and tried to wash it down, but ran out of drink.

This place should be raced off the map. Actually the whole company. Any location I've hit? It's the same. One or two pieces of lettuce spread around to make it look like coverage has been addressed, I get more mayonnaise from a packet than what they spread on the bun, that makes such a big deal about extra sauce but it's always empty I can definitely tell you that my craving for good old Burger King is slowly dying as I'm going to give up on this whole chain.
