I went thru the drive thru for a late lunch. I ordered 3 piece tender fill-up. I ordered fries & large drink. At the window, I was asked about purchasing a coupon book for $1. I don't hit KFC that often & it put me off. Now, if he said if you purchase this for $1 today, you will save $3 & these don't expire until Dec, I might have bitten. He gave me a choice of dipping sauce & I started to drive off. I checked my bag & no fires. Mashed potatoes instead. I backed up & said I ordered fries. He left the window & gave me a bag. I asked for butter & honey for my biscuit & he handed me one of each. Down the road, I sampled the fries & although warm, they didn't seem fresh. I looked at the receipt & mashed potatoes were run up. I don't believe there is a preview screen at this location. Anyway, the tenders were fresh, the mashed potatoes were hot & tasty, and with the fill-up it comes with dessert!

This review is purely on the food quality you get here. I ordered the #17 combo which is the famous bowl with a drink. When I got it and finally got to sit down and eat I noticed I got like 3.5 pieces of popcorn chicken....for $10 +tax I'd expect something more substantial but I guess that's the price of inflation?

I got two chicken sandwiches and I got one w pickles and one w/o. I got two with PICKLES. I said one WITHOUT. The first one I had was pretty good with a good crunch. The second one I had was horrible. It had a rubbery chicken patty and the bun was way too stale. I'm not black but I know my chicken.

Food is good, staff are EXTREMELY rude! Apparently it was change of shift and a new cashier was coming on. She was putting change in her cash drawer and never acknowledged that i was standing there....waiting and waiting and waiting. I ordered to eat there. I began to notice that customers that had been behind me in line had their orders and 15 minutes had passed. I only ordered chicken, mashed potatoes and cole slaw, nothing exotic! I went up to the front and aske what the delay was. Another rude female, who never looked at the receipt I was trying to show her, told me it was coming. I waited and then decided to ask for my money back. They then handed me the meal packaged to go. I had to ask for plastic silverware which was tossed at me. I made sure to tell them I would be doing the customer survey.

Purchased a 12 piece meal to enjoy a at home with the family and they only gave me 9 pieces and forgot to mention that they never gave me receipt ( but I have proof that I paid for a 12 piece meal) sadly I didn’t noticed that they never gave me what I paid for till we were sitting at our table with the family. I will recommend count your pieces before leaving that place. They either don’t know how to count or someone stealing from customers orders

Gravy was watered down and tasted almost like water. Chicken surprisingly taste bland. Be careful on take outs. Take time check your purchase if take out especially the gravy. I used to love this branch. I wonder now where I can get good original KFC.

Ordered the number 2 three-piece dinner. When I got home I opened up the box and found three very dark overcooked extremely greasy pieces of chicken. It was inedible. It was literally dripping grease. The mashed potatoes had very salty gravy and was also inedible.

Terrible, Terrible experience. Food was never delivered four hours later. The woman that (eventually) answers the phone starts Arguing with me, Calling the customer a Liar. I even have the Order slip that says I purchased the food. They must not know that kfc sends an email when u order something Online. Talked to the manager, and he offered no solutions. This place is terrible! Called 24 hours later - still no Food - and the same lady picked up, and Kept LYING TO ME!! worst experience ever in a restaurant…. and, Still no solution, No food, and Out a hundred bucks, for the food that was never delivered and cannot get a refund. DO NOT GO TO KFC!!!

I am a patient person, but when they ask me to hold on while I'm ordering, 3 times, for more than 5 minutes, not a big deal. Then, they stop me before I get to the window to fool the timer, for another few minutes, then they make me wait in the parking lot for my order for about 15 minutes, what is the point of fast food, that isn't fast?! To describe this experience as sub par service, is a bit of an understatement.

While it is true that since the pandemic started, we were charged the first time for a change, needed to walk through the drive-through to order and waited outside 20 minutes for our order to be ready, the men in charge has been very nice with us. He kindly offered a chair to seat while waiting outside, didn't charge extra for a change the second time, and his attitude was courteous and professional. The food was ok. I hope that by when the weather turns cold, specially with the rain, they can be able to offer the costumers the option to wait inside. About a month ago: Oh my gosh... I don't know what happened to this place 😣 I took off ALL the starts I marked before except for a required one in order to be able to post. First of all, we found out that KFC will no longer offer the grill-style chicken.. which was the only one we have. We were going to take at least some side dishes, but the person attending the drive-through was extremely rude, with such a horrible atitude, and just cut the communication without letting us ask about the side dishes. I was contacted by someone from there to find out more about what happened... but I told the person that it was too much my disappointment to waste my time. Why wasn't a supervisor there then to try to find out what was going on? Sorry, but never again ✋🤚

When I placed my order she on telling me to pull to the window, I could clearly hear her annoyance in her voice when I wanted to order more, what's the rush, there is clearly no customer here, so what's the hurry? When I pulled up to the window, I paid, she slammed the window. When I asked for some plates, she literally threw them at me. Not happy at all. Poor customer service.

This is the 3rd time we order from this location; and every time we do, SOMETHING is MISSING from our order. This was the LAST straw; we were missing chicken tenders, dipping sauce and the 2 drinks for our meals (my brother in law picked it up; that’s why he didn’t mention the sodas initially). What is so hard about reading what was ordered and put EVERYTHING together, and bagging it? It’s not worth going back because it’s a few miles away and my other food will be cold by the time I get back. If I could give ZERO stars I would; but I WILL DEFINITELY order from another location next time.

I was very disappointed with this location. The whole dining room smelled like urine, maybe they are using the same mop they use in the restroom. The chicken didn’t have any flavor, didn’t even taste like KFC. It was a horrible experience.

I was scolded for asking for cream and honey. They probably should give it automatically when order includes biscuits but they hate giving out their cream and honey. Probably KFC is charging staff for them.
