Nice place to go eat for when you are in budget, they do have nice food but sometimes the service and the employees are rude, but other than that everything is nice, there is a lot of people in certain times of the day but the line goes fast.
Customer service was very good. Just decided to stop in for a quick bite. The Good thing about chain restaurant. You can count on them being very similar. Its exactly what I wanted =) The price is not bad. And This is the only time I have been to this location. But I would not mind going there again. The only down side is that it was a little small. Also Sorry did not take many food pictures this time around.. only the kids meal i bought my little girl. Was chow main and Grilled chicken, no sauce, (this is the chicken they use for the teriyaki chicken, which is what I had).
Legit the slowest Panda I've been in. Even a line of 4 people has taken 15 minutes to start ordering. And I say this based on multiple visists. Otherwise workers are nice, food is good, and place is clean
Cheap Chinese food that does not hit the spot, you end up hungry after a full meal, you need at least a 3 entree plate for 1 person. Portions are very small, customer service is ok. Servers are always rushing. Not unheard of from a fast food Chinese joint. I recommend paying $5 more dollars at an actual Chinese restaurant to eat better quality food.
Wasn't too impressed with their serving portions and although the girl at the register was sweet the two other employees doing the serving were rude including one girl🤯🤦🏼♀️asked how many plates and what I wanted them walked away RUDELY!!! I don't live in the area but I will never recommend or be back
I attributed 2 stars because the staff was rude , their customer service was non-existent. The background music is TOO loud, which makes it impossible to communicate with the staff members. They all automatically speak Spanish to you without bothering to find out whether you speak it or not, which I thought was weird. They don't answer questions and get irritated because you can't hear them well However, the food tastes very good and their orange chicken was crispy. I got the bigger plate with 1 main dish and three side dishes. I chose the teriyaki chicken, orange chicken, veggie rolls and I combined noodles with white steamed rice. Only go if you don't care about customer service.
I placed an order for 5:40pm pickup. However, I was notified that my order was ready at 4:50pm. I arrived at 5:15pm and was told I’d have to wait until my order time. They claimed that they’re not sure why the system did that. Esperanza the assistant manager was rude and walked away from me TWICE as I was trying to talk to her. Their flawed system isn’t my fault. I can’t assume that my order wasn’t ready and I can’t even call to confirm if it was because they don’t answer their calls. When speaking to her she rolled her eyes at me and continued to deflect the situation instead of taking accountability. I would have understood if she explained it to me and apologized. I don’t understand how somebody with such poor customer service skills gets in a position such as assistant manager.
I ordered two orders of wontons and they only gave me one. I should have checked but damn yall had ONE job 😩 i can’t with these people all the want to do is talk to each other and ignore the customers and can’t even get the order RIGHT
To the Panda Express Management Team: I am writing to express my frustration regarding a recurring issue every time I place an online order for pickup at your establishment. While I appreciate the convenience of online ordering, the in-store experience consistently falls short. The primary problem is a lack of acknowledgement and service upon arrival. I often stand at the designated pickup area for several minutes, completely ignored by staff, even when making eye contact. I am never proactively helped and must always speak up and ask for my order. This happens every single visit. When I finally get assistance, the interaction is usually unpleasant. Staff often have a bad attitude and an angry demeanor, making me feel like an inconvenience for simply requesting the order I have already paid for. Furthermore, there is a consistent failure to include essential items in my order. At least one of the following is always missing: sauces, utensils, napkins, or fortune cookies. The items are clearly listed on the order receipt, yet they are habitually left out of the bag. This negligence means I have to check my order and ask for the missing items before leaving, which further adds to the delays and the unpleasant experience with the staff. I hope you can address these issues promptly. Improving staff attentiveness, their customer service attitude during pickups, and ensuring order accuracy would significantly improve the customer experience. Sincerely, A Loyal Customer
Second time I place an order and my food isn’t ready. First time it was packed i understand a bit but I placed my order in advanced for a reason. Today I placed it came in 30mins later place is nearly empty and still 20mins later it’s still not ready.
Food was great. When it comes to customer service, it is zero stars out of five the ladies serving food are always with an attitude and always yelling so bad they need some more training.
Came in ordered food and was waiting for my teriyaki chicken food server in Spanish commenting to co worker here give this to that person that keeps asking for his food in a very disrespectful tone I will never go back to that location poorcustomer service skills
Came in at 10am! They had about 12 people waiting including myself and had no food at all ready. There were only 3 associate working. I had to wait about 15-20mins just to order my meal. Because the order online was also backed up, that ig had to be taking care of first! I was ready to leave but, this is the one panda in the area. They need to do a better job! If the service had a zero i would put that.
Do not order food from here. I ordered online and got a message saying my food was ready at 4:30. I show up and they keep saying my order will be done soon. 30 minutes goes by and I keep asking them for my order and they keep coming up with excuses like “we are still working on it” “we dont have an order under your name here” etc. all while I can see a ticket there in the online orders. All while they keep serving the people ordering in person. Horrible place. Stay away. If I could give it 0 starts I would.
The employees like to confirm the online orders and when you get the confirmation text that your order is ready to pickup, turns out they haven't even made it yet. If you mention this, they simply smile and say: "I know, Im sorry" and go back to prioritize the people in line. Terrible organization.
