My boyfriend and I bought a chicken, but as soon as we got home to eat it, I noticed it smelled strange, and as soon as I tasted it, I confirmed my suspicion. Beyond the poorly seasoned ranchera sauce, the chicken was spoiled, not fresh, and had a moldy taste. I told my partner as soon as I took a bite, but he had already finished his taco and got sick that night. He started vomiting and felt terrible in his stomach. I, on the other hand, didn't want to eat any more, so I was fine. I definitely don't recommend this place. From the moment they returned my change with their hand covered in the grease from the chicken they had just cut up to give it to me, without even wearing gloves, I should have said no thanks. We ordered potatoes and onions, nothing surprising or enjoyable.
