We had the absolute pleasure of being served by Kaylyn B. She was so delightful, polite, attentive, just an absolute joy. When we told her we just came back from vacation and still had a long drive back home (we live just outside Toronto ON) she made sure we had a care package to enjoy our leftovers - plastic cutlery, napkins, even some chocolate mints and some other goodies. The food was good but the service was great!! Thank you Kaylyn for a wonderful dining experience!!! I’ve never left a google review for a restaurant before but I felt obligated to after the excellent experience I had! Victoria was one of the best servers I have ever had, she was so professional, very fast, on top of things I didn’t have to ask for a single thing the entire time besides something she wouldn’t have known. She was very nice but also gave professional service. She picked up dirty dishes within minutes if not seconds after I put them to the edge of the table, noticed when my glass was almost empty, the time I did ask for a refill on my soup she had brought it out INSTANTLY, all of this and I noticed she had two other tables that looked like they both had gotten there at the same time so she had alot on her plate. Thank you for the great service!

Our waiter was Nick and I’m not sure I have ever had a better waiter in my life. He was so responsive and efficient. His service was quick and always with a smile and kindness. He apologized for the food “taking so long” when it was quick! If you come here, ask to be in his seating area because he is amazing and made our visit phenomenal!

Delicious, I love their salmon!!!. Called in my order from the parking lot, only took 20 minutes & delivered right to my car. I always get the to go fettuccine Alfredo also. Then I buy a roaster chicken the next day and have chicken Alfredo. Another day.

Had a fantastic time for my daughter’s 14th birthday, servers were awesome and the manager even helped out to make sure everything went well. We were a large walk in party of 16. We will definitely be back again for some delicious breadsticks and great service!

Don't care what anyone says; LOVE this place. Service was outstanding. Although I miss the round toppers with the Martini & Rossi umbrellas, I understand that the new decor had to be updated for the times. Breadsticks and salad are always a winner, can't go wrong there.

Brought my kids and my mother for mothers day Thursday before. Kids were well behaved, food was great, but our server (wish I could remember her name) was top of the line. Treated the kids like they were adults and was always available. Mom loved the time with the kids. Win all around

We were told we were going to have a half hour wait but we were seated in less than 15 minutes. Our waitress, Cherry, was phenomenal. She was friendly, attentive and personable. Decided to try the Olive Garden in Clay for our anniversary. Our waitress, Alysha C. went above and beyond the meaning of great service. We went on a Tuesday night so definitely not their busy time, but our server (Alex) did a phenomenal job in every aspect. I tried the new steak gorganzola Alfredo or something like that, absolutely out of this world taste wise. Saturday we went to a early dinner to celebrate my daughter in Heavens birthday with her daughters (age 11 twins) we ordered our dinner we're waiting for awhile the waitress came back finally and said she messed up the order and took it again and then was going to get our drinks. A bit went by and still no drinks finally another waitress came and she was amazing her name was Angel (so fitting for the visit) she took care of us then both Managers made their way to our table to apologize and make sure all was good. The Managers as well and Angel went above and beyond to make up for the upset and they even gave us dessert and our meals on the house. It was a bittersweet dinner that kind of went crazy but they made up for it and I know we will be back for Sure!! Thank you to them for the meal, compassion and understanding!

One of the best restaurants we have ever been too. After being on the road with 1 year old baby for 8 hours, we came in very tired and very hungry and very much in a rush because baby had to go to sleep soon. Our server, Nathan M, was friendly, knowledgeable, attentive and brought our food out very quick. He came over to check on us often. The food was delicious. Thank you for quick service! Danni is an AMAZING server! We went for our daughter's 10th birthday on 9/2/25 and her personality and genuiness are unmatched! We went again tonight (9/24/25) and she just so happened to be working again so we immediately asked her if she could be our server again and not only did she happily agree but she remembered us! She treats you like family and has the most amazing service skills! Food was delicious as always, but that service?! SUPERB!! The 30 minute drive makes it so much more worth it when you have a server like Danni! A+ food, A+ atmosphere but A+++++++++++++++++++ for service!

I loved the never ending pasta. They need to make that permanent on the menu. The breadsticks and soups are so good! The alfredo dipping sauce is amazing. Unlimited dipping sauces for the breadsticks. Spaghetti and meat sauce. Eggplant Parmesan. The portions could be a bit bigger for the price but the unlimited soup, salad, and breadsticks really fill you up before your meal comes. Can't forget that freshly shredded parm that comes on your food until you say stop. I love a good Italian meal and this restaurant is my top 10 favorite. The staff is really quick and friendly. Good place to eat.

So first let me start by saying today's visit was a celebration, today was my wife's last chemo treatment so we wanted to go out after and have a nice meal. We got there around 3 pm and it wasn't busy. We were quickly seated and the waiter we had was exceptional! So intentive and just an all around nice young man. We had the fried ravioli to start which was good, in will admit the marinara wasn't the best but the ravioli was delicious! Of course we had the salad and breadsticks which are the BEST part of Olive Garden Lol. My wife had the baked ziti with extra cheese and I had the chicken alfredo with crispy chicken because the waiter recommended it. He wasn't wrong, the alfredo is of course lush and decident with parmesan and garlic flavor throughout, thr chicken though.... crispy, tender and juicy bite size strips that just elevated the whole experience! I also had broccoli and it was cooked perfect for me, not overcooked but also not raw. My wife's dish (which she loved) was good, not great in my opinion but I didn't order that Lol. For dessert we shared a piece of strawberry cream cake and my god it was delicious. Honestly a good white or yellow cake with a whipped topping and strawberries is my perfect dessert. The staff there was out if this world! Weentiond to the waiter how we were celebrating and he asked us what the occasion was? We told him and he seemed to genuinely care and congratulated my wife. He then went to tell us a story of his own and it just felt like we were all friends. At the end of the meal we wanted to buy a cheese grater but they were all out. The waiter also informed us that our bill was paid. Now I don't know who paid for it but this just was my heart, there are still kind people in this world and apparently they work at the Olive Garden in Clay. Whoever you are we both thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

The food was great. The floor manager was very pleasant and helpful. I am gluten free and he made sure my needs were met. He even brought my order out himself. Our waitress wasn’t the greatest. We had to hunt her down for anything.

Good food, friendly service. We came as a large group of 19, with 9 kids. Understandably, we waited a bit to be seated. The food was very good. I enjoyed the seafood Alfredo, though the pieces of shrimp were too small. The salads and breadsticks were impressive, fresh and tasty. We requested separate checks among five different families and our servers handled it flawlessly. Nice spot.

Our food was good and the service was good also. However I ordered the rigatoni with meat sauce and meatballs and it never comes with enough sauce to cover all of the pasta. I ordered extra sauce and it still wasn't enough, as it came in a small dipping sauce dish ! When I asked for more sauce I was told by my waitress that I needed to pay for it??? Please see the picture I post as evidence of not nearly enough sauce! Otherwise everything else was good!

The food was GREAT!!!! I've only been to Olive Garden one other time before this and that was 10 years ago. Only 'downsides' wers our waitress randomly disappearing and our second batch of bread sticks being super salty. I think 4.5 stars would be a more accurate rating, nevertheless, I'll definitely be coming back!

Waitress must of been new because she didn't offer us cheese on salad, I drink tea and she only offered me green tea (they have a variety in a nice wooden tea box). The food and service were very good. The negative portion of this review is for management. We arrived at 1:30 pm. Although there were many, many open and clean tables, we, and others, had to wait in the lobby for 10 minutes or so. Upon being seated, we (party of 2) were placed at a table for 6 immediately outside and in direct line of sight and hearing of the kitchen entrance. At the time of seating, it seemed quiet, I did not ask for a different table. Soon enough though, we started hearing, the term "Corner" every time a waitstaff person entered or exited the kitchen entrance. This is also an area where staff congregate occassionally to discuss things. My recommendation is to save this table for last seating when everything else is full.

I'm not sure what happened to OG. But food.... has become mediocre (frozeny/reheated tasting). Perhaps this location, perhaps cost cutting in the chains/franchises. Service was a bit slow, we were an 8 top so I can understand almost. However, two other servers were nearby and didn't offer assistance. In my experience, tip or no tip, refilling drinks for my teammates is courtesy. Maybe? Maybe that has changed? Atmosphere, I love/d OG but it's the same you expect every location, wine room on display, dim lighting, odd cuts in the floor plan creating partitions for privacy. Unlike Cold Play concerts.

Steak was ordered rare, arrived well done. Portions are very small for the money they charge. Service was adequate. Nothing spectacular. Not alot of customers ,which made me wonder why? I won't be heading back to this location anytime soon.

I love Olive Garden - but this is the second time with the same server that was terrible. This lady ignored us for 15 minutes before I hit the call button to just have our drinks taken. Not a “sorry I’ll be right with you folks”. I ordered an app from the kiosk before hand because I figured why not while we were waiting, she comes over and says “did you need something?” I’m like yes? no one has taken our drinks or anything yet - my fiance ordered an alcoholic beverage that she then put through on the kiosk but it wouldn’t go through most likely because it was alcohol he ordered.. instead of just writing it down which would have been easier.. she went through the kiosk with us. Strange. Salad lacked dressing, I had to ask twice for a refill on my water and then she brought the check out in the middle of us eating our dinner without asking if we wanted anything else - which we did end up ordering a take home meal. Table was not cleared through out the meal at all and it was Sunday night, so it wasn’t even busy. Not good service. I love Olive Garden but this older lady constantly seems unorganized and unapologetic.

It's been a couple years since we've visited OG last. Sadly, our recent visit wasn't the greatest. We had an attentive server, thank you Nathan, but overall this visit was subpar. Our salad was good, but my torteloini were dried out, our breadsticks x2 were hard and dried out, our alfredo x2 was barely luke warm, and our sodas were watery. Too hungry to request a remake, we ate what we could and left disappointed. Hopefully, it was just an off night for the OG.

For the first time ever, I was very dissatisfied with my experience at this Olive Garden. I ordered fettuccine alfredo with chicken. There was hardly any sauce and what I did have hardly tasted like cheese. The chicken was not fresh. Server was ok but never returned to ask how everything was or if we needed anything. I love going to Olive Garden because the food is always consistently good. In a rush, you can have soup and salad or sit down and have a regular meal. After so many years, the food is still a decent price. I originally tried to order food at the bar and even had a menu and utensils given to me by the front. The bartender didn't say hello or attempt to gaccommodating. The 10 minuted I sat there, which I thought was odd. A group of 3 left after he didn't serve them. We met at the Olive Garden in clay around 6:00 on November 4th 2025. We were seated quickly and our waitress Danielle came over for our orders and we all wanted the never-ending pasta bowl with salad for all of us. My son-in-law got a margarita and a shot of amaretto and my daughter got a unsweetened iced tea ( I just got ice water). She brought her orders and went away. My daughter and son-in-law ask for extra sauce right up front so they had enough on their pasta. Mine was spaghetti with a couple of mushrooms and very light on the sauce. ( I got spaghetti with creamy mushroom and meatball) a half an hour went by before she even checked on us. There was a birthday on the other side of the petition near us so they had her undivided attention. She finally asked if we wanted refills and so I had half a plate of spaghetti left. I asked for a little cup of sauce for it and then we ordered our second bowl of pasta. This time I got angel hair creamy mushroom sauce and meatball. She didn't bring the extra sauce for my current bowl plate until she brought our second order 15 minutes later. Of course my first order was Stone Cold by then and even the hot sauce didn't help it any I had a couple bites of my second bowl because it was hot and then just combined them and took them home with me. My son-in-law had asked for a soda instead of a second margarita and she never brought it. She finally brought the bill in another 15 minutes while we heard her chatting on the other side of the petition with the birthday person. When she finally brought the bill we put together our money and waited another 15 minutes for her to come get it cuz we didn't want to leave cash on the table. if you're out for somebody to save you money on your never-ending pasta bowl.... she's your waitress! Very disappointed ! We don't go out to eat very often and I consider that to have been a disaster. The thing is she seems to think she's a really good waitress! Maybe for some people she is but I don't think I care to bother with a never-ending pasta bowl anymore if it's going to take me to two and a half hours to have my meal. We visited today on Valentine’s Day 3:00pm, we were sat at a table for 6 people. We asked to have a smaller table. We were brought back up front to wait about 3-4 minutes while they figured things out . Mind you the place was pretty empty, Mike came over to us and said we were being sat out of rotation but you can sit while we figure it out!!!! Very unprofessional. So our waiter came over..Ahamari, we told him we weren’t quite ready since it had only been a minute, he came back about a minute later and asked if we were ready, if not he could come back a third time! Very uncomfortable. A couple minutes after ordering we got our soup and salad. Exactly 4 minutes later we got our meals we never finished our soup or salad. I know it was 4 minutes because I sent a text right when the soup came and it was exactly 4 minutes later. The waiters response was yeah they’re bored back there! So much for a pleasant experience. I ordered shrimp scampi. The pasta was so overcooked I couldn’t eat it, it was total mush in my mouth. There was no sauce and no garlic. I had to add salt and pepper and still had no flavor. It tasted like it came out of a vending machine. The waiter took it off our check but never came back with more water or asked about more drinks. It was absolutely the worst experience. We Informed the staff on the way out that it was the worst meal we had ever had and out of the three hostesses standing there, not one of them answered us. We just left. We won’t be back.

Very disappointed with this location, they brought my order out and the mashed potatoes were cold they brought a replacement that was only like warm. The machine at the table wouldn't read gift cards.

I was there for Lunch, my server was very rude and rarely checked on me. When it was time to check out, the sever had the manager cash me out. This was my last trip to Olive Garden as there are plenty of other Italian restaurants.

Our family is disappointed with the service here. The staff near the bar, the staff in the dining room and the young blonde host's were rude and unwelcoming. Why host at the front if you don't want to speak to people. As soon as someone walks in greet them enthusiastically. No greeting, no smile, no how are you just blank and cold hearted stares. We watched and saw European customers get the door openes for them and receive a warm and delighted welcoming. It's 2024 this is ridiculous and needs to stop. This was our first time here so we couldn't have possibly done anything to them. Please train ALL staff including people in the back and front to treat ALL guests with respect and dignity not just the European customers. We are all paying the same and you don't know what tip you will receive just by the color of someone's skin.

Jesus, where do I start.. ordered 3 apps, 2 came, 3rd came 15 minutes later, ordered drinks, 20 minutes later they came and were wrong... Watermelon Moscato doesn't come in a big glass with salt on the rim (margarita). Tour of Italy had sat under heat lamps for a good 10 minutes. Manager did take both tours off and gave a gift card, which we promptly used.. my girl already doesn't like the place but it was my birthday, doubt she will go back EVER!

When we walked in we were told it would be a 10 minute Wait, the whole entire dining room was empty and there was barely anybody there. We waited for 20 minutes. Nobody seated us. But there was 4 waitresses standing by the bar playing on their phones laughing and giggling not what I called work. when we walked in The hostess was pretty much laying against the hostess Stand, not very professional. When we walked in the doors were dirty. There was wrappers all over the floor and the bathroom was not clean. I used to love this Olive Garden. I'm not sure what has happened but I was not impressed we ended up leaving after twenty minutes and never even ate.

Waited an hour to be seated after being told 20 minutes, watched other people that arrived after us be seated before us, never got seated and left. Go anywhere else on that strip for better service!

If I could put no stars, I would. But I’m giving even 1 due to our server Thomas who was absolutely awesome. However, the man they have working front of house is rude, and doesn’t like answering questions so don’t try asking any. I asked about auto gratuity and he brushed me off and made me out to feel stupid. Definitely won’t be returning which is unfortunate given that the servers are wonderful

Went to Olive Garden in Clay yesterday pretty early; it was not busy at all. Asked if we could sit in the section where the sun was shining in the window. Hostess was perplexed and went to talk to someone else. 3 employees came to the hostess station with complete confusion. I asked of the issue. One said that they were trying to find a waitress that was willing to walk to that area (25 ft) from where they were planning to seat us in the no sunshine dark area. We just walked in from 30 degrees and was wishing the window sun warmth. Evidently it was too much trouble for them to seat us in the sunshine in an empty restaurant because it was too far for the evidently lazy waitress to walk. Therefore, we left.

Olive Garden was never haute cuisine but you could rely on a decent meal with soup/salad. But I took a dozen family out for dinner ( Bill was $275, not cheap) and food was disgusting! I ordered the chicken parm and what I got looked like a reheated frozen TV dinner. For $19 I would expect more than 2 twirls of pasta. The photo shows what I got after 3 bites of one chicken patty. That's right what they sent seemed like those frozen chicken patties you got in the school cafeteria. And I didn't even touch the spaghetti. That photo shows exactly what they sent me. For $19 they could afford 25cents worth of pasta with their chicken patties. Without a doubt this was the worst dish claiming to be chicken parm I can ever recall trying to eat. Horrid. They other dinners were slightly better but no one was all that pleased. Only the soup and salad seemed up to par. I would be embarrassed to serve in my home what they brought us, let alone charge $275 for it. I'm done with Olive Garden. I won't return.

We went there because my daughter wanted to have a family dinner before she goes to college the next day. We were seated by the host and waited for about 15 minutes and no waitress or server came to our table. Other new guests were serve right away with bread and their drinks but no one came to our table. My daughter was so frustrated and disappointed that we have to leave. Very bad experience.🤬😡

Where to start. I believe our waitress was having a very bad day, she took our order and even skipped a couple of us until we brought it to her attention that she never took their order. Orders in, drinks come out, then appetizers and salad arrive. When she set the plates down for appetizers, the plates slipped and broke one of the child's glass on the table. She just walked away while leaving the broken glass on the table and the salad on the tray. The bus boy, I believe, came over and cleaned up the glass. We waited 10-15 minutes and she still hadn't returned so we served ourselves the salad off the tray. Still no drink to replace the broken one or refills for anyone else in the party. Finally one of the managers, who was extremely stressed, came over and brought a drink. I asked if our waitress was coming back and he said "she's busy" he basically brushed us off and walked away. Now salad is empty, drinks empty and still no waitress. About another 20 minutes go by and she finally comes over with our meals. Don't get me wrong, everyone has a bad day and things break, that wasn't the issue. It was the lack of attention and the manager not even taking accountability for what was going on. The food was very good, but the staff, not so much.

My girlfriend and I went out to dinner Wednesday night to have thier endless pasta dishes. Right from the start we had a 7 to 8 min wait for a table which wasn't bothersome at all, it was when it took another 7 to 8 mins to get drinks after being seated was when we were a bit annoyed. But what was wierd was we got our drinks from a different waitress. We were told they were busy tonight and we replied it's ok to our 2nd waitress. No worries right?? Once we were given our drinks and breadsticks we orded our dinners with the original waitress. Upon waiting for the pasta bowls, we ate our breadsticks and got our soup n salad. Then the 2nd waitress brought out our entrees noticed we were low on breadsticks and said she would bring us some more. My girlfriend said the sauce was light and asked for some more. So the 2nd waitress said she was sorry and that she would be back with more. Well let's just say we waited all night and never got it. Then what was interesting was the 1st waitress brought out our breadsticks Also later on when our 1st waitress came to us and asked if we would like more drinks and food we said yes, but my girlfriend decided to change up her dish seeing as her first one wasnt that appealing.. so she order a meatsauce and meatballs for her 2nd round.. well when the order came out surpriseinly it was handed to us by our 2nd waitress.. and she still never brought out any extra sauce for the 1st order we asked for. Now here is the kicker, not only did we not get our extra sauce but what was served to us was the same dishes we ordered the first time around!!!  And the 2nd order of my girlfriends dish had a lot more sauce than her 1st!! Also no plates were removed from our table!!! So when we were done with our 1st plates we had to move them to the side and we were on a tiny table to begin with!! (Picture included) It was at this point we were beyond annoyed. We told the waitress that we order a different dish and she was again sorry and told us we could just take that plate home with us and she would then get the 2nd dish my woman ordered to us..well it was another 10 to 15 mins before we said enough was enough, we didnt even wait for the server to come around again, we used the portable terminal to pay, and decided we should go home. Now upon walking out to the door the hostesses saw us leaving and was curious what happened, well I told them they need to figure out what's going on as I passed them, they were confused so I turned around and explained to them the situation. My woman did not wait and did not want to deal with anyone. They asked if I wanted to speak to the manager, I said what would that do? Change my experience? No.. would that make me happy? No.. I told them we paid and were not waiting any longer.. Its nights like this that nobody should have to endure, I personally felt wierd eating my dinner and watching my girl look at me upset and frustrated. Well were not gonna sit through it because that's not right for anyone.

Very displeased placed an order at 5pm pickup time was 630 wow I dont live in area was gonna grab to take home can find pickup parking spot so walk in at 620 to be told no guarantee it will even be ready at 630. I understand busy but then maybe have a shut off if you can't handle what is coming at you. I had already paid or I would have just been like forget it and went somewhere else. Employees were trying very hard bit need to have a capacity to be able to take care of the customers

We sat at the bar. We had a barmaid who was great but was ending her shift. So we ended our tab, and began a new one. The next employee was Ryan! We had experienced his service awhile back and actually left because of him. No personality but mostly just rude! No we get the chance to experience again. We agree to stay, let’s give it another shot ! Maybe Ryan had a bad day last time. Nope! Worse than the first time! Rude, ignored us, wouldn’t reply to us, customer service in general was pathetic! Very disappointed. We love coming there and sitting in the bar area! However, he is a menace! No idea how to interact with people!!!!please address this!

We had a pick up order, after sitting outside for 20 minutes and no food I went inside. The shorter manager was getting flustered with another client. When he asked what I needed I simply stated I wanted to ensure my $120 order was still warm as I was waiting. “Well we’re only human” the lil fella replied. I was not SHORT or rude as I know how frustrating it can be dealing with customers! No need to treat customers that way, lil guy had napoleon syndrome or something! Terrible customer service when I was not rude at all! I even told the young cashier, “good luck, that dude is a spaz” get better or find a role you can handle bud!

There was hardly any sauce in our meals which made it SO dry!! And the breadsticks weren’t soft either. My chicken gnocchi soup was watered down w/no spinach but they ONLY* had celery,and the carrots were crunchy!! I ordered over 2 hours in advance so I wouldn’t bother them at closing time w/a last min order, because I was picking up late. SMH

Typically we Love Olive Garden! The food is fantastic and price reasonable. Nothing makes my mouth water more than chicken gnocchi soup and alfredo pasta. However on this visit we were severely disappointed with our dining experience. It was impossible to enjoy our meal because we were being harassed by sooooo many flies! They were everywhere. On our food, our straws, our silverware, the table, the walls, the chairs. As soon as you would bat one away, two more would swirl around. It was extremely frustrating and not enjoyable. We commented about it to the waitress but she just said "yah it's annoying isn't it". When I went to use the bathroom there was also no toilet paper. Veryyyy frustrating experience 😑
