Very busy. 2 screens weren't working and staff seemed very stressed. Ordered a takeaway that wasn't out into bags until I reminded the staff member. He then lost several fries transferring from tray to bags. Forgot 1 drink and the ice cream. Went to take orders from waiting queue before getting the ice cream, leaving my food to get cold for 5 minutes . I never got the 2nd drink as I ran out of patience and just wanted to eat before the food became stone cold. Food tasted good but service poor. Lucky to get 2 stars

I was pleased to see that Burger King had a new branch in central Torre del Mar ... well designed having a drive thru and outside terrace, but ; Food was very tasty but almost cold, ordered tea only to be told they had none so instead had coffee. It was made fresh but was then served only luke warm. They had a microwave for customers to heat their food up but I found it switched off so out of use 😟 Won't be back !

The overall experience at this establishment was disappointing. Limited parking made the visit inconvenient, and the staff’s attitude only added to the frustration. Despite the restaurant not being particularly busy, the service was incredibly slow. To make matters worse, a staff member was unexpectedly rude, speaking to me in an unprofessional manner while I waited for my meal. In an unacceptable turn of events, I was even told not to return. It seems some employees feel overly secure in their positions due to the brand’s reputation, forgetting that good customer service is essential. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place based on my experience.

I wanted a coffee before my flight. Ordered and waited 15 minutes, never got it. Had to leave. The place is completely empty. If you need something quickly, this is not the place.

Parking very limited, mostly filled with people living around. My sandwich was basically a piece of dry overcooked meat with an unmelted piece of cheddar and some ketchup.. missing several sauces and pickles at least. All that for 13 euros. Terrace dirty and full with trash, that’s why the lower score on atmosphere, otherwise nice little town.

Food REALLY expensive, even more expensive than Denmark (which actually says A lot, since we pay the highest tax in the world). The cheese burger was dry, both the bun and the Meat. The Angus was ok through. Not only home of the whopper, the prices are also whopping Huge.!

Bad experience. We ordered and got our burger and fries and nuggets. First of all, they forgot the ketchup, mustard, pickles, and onions. The only thing in the bread was cheese, beef, and bread. Second of all, the buns were not even warmed. Really.. like cold. The nuggets were cold, and Tough and dry on the inside. The only thing that was really not tooooo bad.. was the fries.. but they were not even that much baked on the inside.. Really bad experience. I don’t recommend.
