Omg! The best Italian food I've had in a while! I'm very picky because I can cook Italian food better than most restaurants. But not here! The sauce was delicious! Homemade macaroni! The service was incredible! Very good & sweet young ladies working hard! In & out in less than an hour AND the prices were soooo.... reasonable! We usually can spend $50,$60, sometimes $70 just for the two of us. My hubby had a beer, w/ chicken riggies & I want a fountain soda w/ homemade hats. Less than $40!!!!!! For an incredible meal! I should be keeping this to myself, but it's been around for 25 + years & I want it to be around another 25+ years!

We were in the mood for some Italian Comfort food on a cold Saturday night.. Arrived at 5:45, short 10 min wait at the bar with a charming bartender, quick chat with Bill, the owner and a window table was ready...Server was great.. asked if we'd like our salad and bread before appetizer...nice touch...bread was warm, buttery, crispy outside and soft inside...delicious...calamari appetizer was perfectly cooked, lightly breaded and tender...drinks and bread were refilled and our Chicken Parms were ready...Good portion, great sauce, moist chicken, crisp breading, melted cheese served atop spaghetti that wasn't overcooked...the Italian Comfort we wanted was perfect...Reasonably priced, very attentive service and a very good meal...Thank you!

Just returned from dinner. Have gone here off and on for years. Tonight we actually had to ask if they got a new chef! It was delicious. We each got one of the specials and both were excellent , so fresh. We will positively be returning there more often. And no they did not get a new chef, according to the waiter he is trying different menu specials, etc. One we tried was a spicy fish and the other was shrimp in wine sauce , both over linguine. Excellent. And so was the waiter.

Nice place and quiet when I went. Has a bar in its own nearby section though out of view enough that it's fine to bring the kids. The food is good and the kettle riggies has a smooth texture and you can tell the chicken is just cooked and tender. There's an attached pizza place it seems too.

I had driven by the Spaghetti Kettle for years, but this past Saturday was my first visit with my wife. When we got our dinners and cut into the prime rib, it was so delicious that it just melted in our mouths. In my opinion it bettered Texas Roadhouse. We've found our forever place for a great meal.

I had a Saturday evening dinner here with my cousin, recently. I've never been before, and because I am Italian, didn't really expect too much. (Italians are notoriously firm in their opinions about how any dish should be prepared and served)! I was pleasantly surprised by the menu choices and found it difficult to make my dinner selection, so like many diners, I cheated and went with what my cousin ordered (she'd been here before). I'd not had anyone else's chicken riggies in years, so thought it would be fun to try this restaurant's version. You have several choices in the way they are served. I went with classic chicken riggies and rose sauce. First, the portions are truly enormous. Not big, not generous, ENORMOUS! I ate until I was full and still had enough left over for more than one additional meal! The riggies were delicious. The rigatoni were cooked perfectly, and the sauce was savory and without a hint of acid. The service was very attentive without being intrusive. The young woman server really knew her job and did it very well. The place is perfect for two cousins to catch up on life (haven't seen each other in years). I did not have a drink, but my cousin did and it was quite nice! So, if you want authentic (albeit more southern Italian style) Italian dishes, this is your place. Reasonably priced with good parking and comfortable seating. When next in NY, will definitely visit here again and try more of the menu selections!

We have been wanting to go here for a while. Moved to Oneida 3 years ago. Read the reviews and was hoping. It started off slow. Our waitress then picked up the pace and was very attentive and super friendly. I was a bit leary about the food from the mixed reviews. Let me tell you it was fantastic! I had probably the best eggplant parm I have ever had. The marinara sauce was great. The sausage I had was excellent. Wife had chicken francaise, which she said was very good. Our pasta was cooked perfectly. Not too al-dante or overcooked, perfect. Everything was just great. The atmosphere was a bit outdated, but it had character. I would highly recommend and we will go again.

Moved here recently and been looking for great steak. Sat night prime rib special. So good - best I've had at any restaurant in ages! This will be my Sat night go-to. The big family next to my table ordered some really yummy looking dishes. A diff couple stopped to chat with me on their way out- turns out was the owners!

Great place to eat, went there for my anniversary dinner last year, had the veal, fiancé had the chicken marsala. Loved every bit of it.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at The Spaghetti Kettle, located at 7756 Route 5, Clinton, N.Y. 13323, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The service was impressively quick, striking a perfect balance between efficiency and attentiveness without being overwhelming. Our server, Jill, was exceptional and easily one of the best servers I’ve encountered. Her friendly demeanor and keen awareness of our needs made the dining experience seamless. Jill anticipated what we needed before we even realized it ourselves, and her preparedness when taking our orders was remarkable. We started our meal with the mozzarella sticks, which were nothing short of amazing. They were perfectly cooked with no greasy residue on the outside, just the right amount of breading, and plenty of gooey cheese inside. The accompanying marinara sauce was also very flavorful, complementing the mozzarella sticks perfectly. For the main course, I opted for the vodka riggies, and they were absolutely divine! The sauce was a creamy, well-seasoned white sauce that covered the rigatoni beautifully, and the pasta was cooked to perfection. I honestly wished I could have had a second portion, they were that good! My dining companions tried the meatball soup and meatball riggies, both of which were exceptional. The meatballs tasted homemade and blended wonderfully with the rest of the ingredients, enhancing both the soup and the riggies with their rich, savory flavor. The ambiance of The Spaghetti Kettle adds to its charm. This quaint little place is impeccably maintained both inside and out, with cleanliness evident in every corner, right down to the bathrooms. The warm and inviting atmosphere made us feel right at home. In summary, The Spaghetti Kettle offers a delightful dining experience with its top-notch service, delicious food, and cozy ambiance. Kind of disappointing. Went for the big, juicy fried clam strips we've always had before. Unfortunately, they served us the little tiny type that I could have bought in the freezer section at Walmart.

My husband and I went there yesterday as someone gave us a gift card. To be honest we didn't think it was great. The greens were too greasy and chewy . To much oil in the Marina sauce. Didn't taste that great to us. But then again some people might like that kind of sauce. We did enjoy ourselves out and the waitress was nice. Don't usually want to say anything negative but felt I needed to say this. So far our favorite Italian food is Grandees restaurant in Sauquoit and will continue to go there. We did hear their pizza was great We have some money left on our gift card. We will go back and try that. They may have other food that's great just not crazy about what we had.

The service was as best as she could do since she was the only waitress in the back room to serve about six to eight tables that were completely full anywhere from 8 to 10 people. some of us when we got our food it was hot others was cold. Our reservations were at 6:45 we left the restaurant close to 9 shouldn't have taken that long. I don't blame our waitress, management needs to do something.

We went on Mother's Day 2017. Dinner was wonderful as usual! The only complaint is we ordered the fried meatballs for our appetizer, as we have before. Horrible!! Very small. Looked cut in half. We've had them before and they were much larger. Very disappointed !

Honestly the bread with the drizzled garlic butter was the best part. The waitress was very pleasant. I just don't think my meal was fresh. Im guessing it was frozen and thawed out in the microwave. The meat was so dried out tasting.

Stopped in there while on a day trip. Great service and The riggies were great but my girlfriend ordered the signature salad and it was a let down. Didn’t look or taste like a $13 salad. I’d go back for the Italian food though

Shrimp cocktail was decent, but it didn't come with crackers or nearly enough sauce. Also the sauce had a tobasco flavor to it. My husband ordered a well done burger. It was clearly a pre made patty burnt to a charcoal. My spaghetti was good, but it was a large bowl of pasta with a tablespoon of sauce on it. Offering a salad or soup with the meal would have made it a more enjoyable experience. Both meals were very overpriced. The broccoli francaise was really good and the only dish with enough sauce, which I used for my shrimp and pasta. It wasn't horrible, but it wasn't worth the price.

Pulling in the parking lot is very small. The inside was nicely decorated for Christmas. Our server she did really well kept drinks coming. The food was not so good unfortunately the greens were extremely watery and lacked flavor. The carbonara was very thick with a sweet creamy white sauce with red onions that tasted spoiled. The riggies made with maranera sauce should not be allowed. It was not riggies no flavor or spice. We will not be coming back unfortunately.

The service was terrible. We waited almost 40 min for them to take our drink order and then while taking our order she got buzzed so ran away to answer the call instead of finishing our order first. Food was not good either.

I had the spaghetti and meatballs lacked sauce but had good flavor. My hubby got a garlic pizza with pepperoni and lacked garlic. Service was terrible. I asked for no tomatoes on my salad and got tomatoes and the waitress was like you can just take it off… what if I was allergic nope they do t care. Customer’s who ordered wine or appetizers were given better service.

Ordered take out. The steaks were grizzle and overcooked. The baked potatoes were microwaved, and ruined. The veggies were tasteless and soggy. For what they charged us should have been much better. This place came recommended, but we were not impressed.

Our first visit here wasn't too good. We both ordered their fried chicken with salad & fries. When our chicken (4 pieces) arrived I started on my breast because I really like the white meat better. It was really good to begin with and then when I got into the middle of the chicken breast, it was cool/cold. One more bite and I got to taste ice within my chicken. So the waitress took my plate back, a few mins later she brought me another plate that had 4 more pieces on it that was very over cooked and very dried. I did eat a few bites of the breast and when I was near the bone it was cool again. I asked for a container to take it home to my dog but she just took my meal off our ticket. So I won't be eating their chicken any more!! Be-ware.....

First time there. We ordered 2 fish fries and they have to be the worst meals we have had in a long time. Fish was chewey and very over done. Coating was very thick and hard. Not a very good experience.

I went to the spaghetti kettle for the first time today after driving by it for decades. It will be my first and only time. It's small, extremely small. It's dated. Not really an issue, but I had envisioned a much different interior. The food just 'okay' and pretty expensive for the quality of what you get. There is no kids menu. The only reason it's not 1 star is because of the service. The service was fantastic, but at the end of the day, it's a restaurant and food quality is most important.

I got the chicken riggies and it was watery sauce and bland with mushy noodles. No heavy cream it but i think they charge you an extra $1.50 to plash some in there. not alot of chicken to speek of eather. I got them mild but the spice was like it was hot sauce.The staff was friendly and it was really nice inside. $20 meal and it came with some garlic bread.

So i just had dinner here my family 3/23/2025. So one thing i wouldn't call this the spaghetti kettle they didn't even have regular spaghetti sauce, only marinara sauce so right there doesn't taste great at all. If you buy riggies you have to make sure its with chicken when you get it with volka sauce or they will make it a different way and taste horrible without chicken. Usually chicken riggies is with chicken no matter what sauce but even the waitress didn't know it wasn't. Only thing my husband could eat was the salmon he ordered. But that even made him sick. There really much of a option to order anything. My hamburger you can tell was not homemade was a frozen hamburger they got probably got from tops or walmart, no taste at all. I couldn't even finish it. Fries, bread, and moz sticks were the only good things that taste good with everything we ordered. kids barely touched there food as well.. Definitely will not be coming back here. Not worth the money at all, food not great. wish could get money back. If it was real spaghetti sauce, for spaghetti it may have tasted a little better. Waitress was very nice though. She did a good job!

The server was phenomenal! The atmosphere amazing. The food? Not so much. The pasta was great. The sauce was 'Da Bomb' but my seafood was way overcooked, dry and without any flavor. The 🍞 provided was stale and hard. I've had Betts fast food. But we will give it another try on another day. Oh, hubby said the meatball was amazing. The class casino was also absolutely amazing

This place is a hit or miss. Don't go on a weekend when it's busy. It's beyond me how a place with PLENTY of staff can get so behind and neglectful. Very unacceptable I'd say new management in the future!!

As I sit here with my son and husband I figured id write my review...we have been here for at least 2 hours. The waitress took our drink order after 20 mins of sitting here. Then a half hr later she came back to take our order...we had our bread and salad and we have been sitting here this whole time waiting. The waitress has attended to 2 of the neighboring tables with no acknowledgment to us. She just brought the food to the table next to us and said our food will be out...that was 10 mins ago...now she is pavking up their food and we still haven't gotten ours...we were informed the kitchen got overwhelmed with tickets so they are working on ours now...2 hours later...this place is not kid friendly either. Upon receiving our food. After 2 and a half hours my wife and I just sat there staring at our.......appetizers. Apparently they were the entrees due to the fact that we never were given any additional dishes. Halfway through our meal, We were reassured that we were going to receive Free of charge desserts following our meals. We were thinking we were getting the luxury of picking from gourmet pies, cheese cake, etc. However not much to our surprise we given two choices.......a conoly........or white cake. Quite surprising for a place that you need ypur tax return with you prior to entering their facility. It just so happens that the local gas station offers free conolies complementary upon each fill up and a white cake mix can be had at Your local dollar tree. Next time......Darla's place or Apple Betties all the way. And if they're closed........its dollar menu time. My wife and I learned a very hard lesson. And unfortunately are still hungry.

After waiting an hour and 15 minutes for our food, it finally came to the tsble. The food was horrible. The waitress was incapable of handling the tables she had. Orders were wrong, cold, and late. The lasagna was horrible. Chicken Parm appeared to be a frozen chicken patty. The clam chowder was watered down and horrible to say the least.. Waitress threw me 2 packets of oyster crackers and said I was going to need them.. We have not been to this restaurant in a few years. but I can tell you this, we will never go back. Do yourself a favor and bypass this place. The prices are very high for the quality and quantity of food served. Zero stars in our eyes. Oh one more thing, I was deathly sick for 2 days after eating there.

After an hour plus wait for food because we ordered a pork chop. it came out half inch thick of shoe leather. when we asked to speak to someone the brother of the owner told us if we didn't like the food to leave. And told us leave without letting us eat any food. I didn't care because the one spoonful of food was disgusting and poor excuse for Italian food. The issue I had was my special needs sister was with us and they had no sympathy for her. I couldn't believe they told us to.leave so I did voice my opinion on the way out the door and he promptly told me to "F" OFF!!!! TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL. Waitress was shockingly loud. She was insensitive and the back room had very poor acoustics. Don’t go in the back dining room for a peaceful meal. It was loud and unsettling. Food orders were fine and came out quickly. The environment wasn’t worth it. Our party of eleven was there for our Anniversary, but it was a disturbing, unpeaceful time! We won’t be going back.

Started off good had drink at the bar waiting for friends. At 6pm shown to table in back room. That's were it ended. Room full of loud children very noisy. Waitress very rushed took order and drinks were slow coming. Waitress slid all the salads down the table instead of delivering them to each person. Then we waited 1:20 minutes for our fish fry. The table across from us came after us ate and left before we got our dinner. Again she slide them to us. I asked the young girl bussing tables for a take out box she looked at me like I was crazy. She continued on her way. Finally she got me one! Bad experience won't be back . To many other good restaurants in the area.
