Well I wasn't really happy. I've had my order messed up more than once and I never do call the manager to which is my own fault. But I went away with paying more than $50 for my order and not getting all my items. Another complaint I had was I had ordered the chicken nacho jalapeno sandwich. That's usually my favorite but it's been really dry lately. I had made the comment that it was too bad they didn't have a spicy Burger the kid that answered through the drive-thru said oh we can do the same thing with the burger so I said oh yeah I would love to have that then he said oh no I'm sorry we can't do that or we don't have anything like that. I was like yeah but you just suggested it. I take it that there was somebody behind him that said you can't do that. Okay well like I said he suggested it but yet couldn't place the order all it would have been was putting the melted nacho cheese and jalapenos on a burger instead of the chicken patty. Wouldn't have been too hard to do but I guess because of pricing they didn't know what to do. Anyways no I haven't been happy with him lately and it seems like every time you want a milkshake everybody's machines are down or they're dismantled for the night. But what's funny is Jack in the box stays open 24 hours and I can never seem to get a milkshake or anything that has to do with ice cream and the ice cream machines after midnight or after 11:00. Like I said somebody that stays open 24 hours should have the machine going 24 hours unless it's broke. But that's just my opinion tell me if I'm wrong?.
Food is usually good. Sourdough jack and jumbo jack is our favorite burger. Also like the chicken teriyaki bowl! 16 ketchups for three small french fry orders is a bit much though

Every time I’ve come through, AB has gone above and beyond with his service. He’s friendly, fast, and always gets the order right. You can tell he takes pride in his work — whether it’s handling the drive-thru during a rush or making sure customers leave with a smile. It’s rare to find someone who brings that level of professionalism and positivity in this kind of setting. If every location had an AB, the world would be a better (and better-fed) place. Give this guy a raise — he deserves it!
An Ultimate Bacon Cheeseburger was on my list of things to eat while I'm back visiting friends and family. We don't have Jack in the Box in Australia so when I come home it's on my list. PS Can anyone let Jack know we could really use his burgers over there.

Every time I’ve come through, AB has gone above and beyond with his service. He’s friendly, fast, and always gets the order right. I have a love and hate relationship with this place. Some days they have great customer service and some days it's not the best. The younger kids there are great and have great customer service. The older lady.... not so much. But I can't really say anything too negative because I don't have much encounter with her so I can't really use that interaction and define the other workers' hard work. Maybe she just had a rough days in all the encounter that I had with her.
If you're dining in the time to place your order can take quite some time depending on the time of day. Specifically around noon time when it gets really pretty busy here.

I truly enjoyed my food from this Jack in the Box, the only reason I couldn't give it 5 stars is because my jumbo jack bread wasn't even toasted and I didn't get any sauce for my loaded tiny tacos. But I ordered a lot of food and everything else was great from the tacos, egg rolls to the curly fries to my ultimate cheeseburger. The employees were polite and quick. All the food was hot and delicious.

Went to the drive-thru to order food at 11:30 p.m. and it took about 30 minutes to get through the line, and the line wasn't even that long. At one point I contemplated going somewhere else but it was too late, I had too many cars behind me. And the food was subpar, The buttery Jack was not very buttery as it usually is, and the jumbo Jack tasted as though it was missing something but I couldn't quite figure it out, I ordered a strawberry lemonade and got a strawberry soda, I wasn't about to go back through that line again to get it corrected, and the lobby was closed. Hopefully the next time I go the service will be quicker and the food will be better. If I even go back to that location.

But today, after we paid for a combo meal, an employee informed us that their soda machine was broken and she could offer us a bottle drink (milk or juice). Then she hands me a 6-oz juice box, which clearly doesn't equal in price or volume the regular soda that would have come with the combo I paid for. When I asked for a 2nd juice box to at least come closer to the volume of liquid I paid for, the employee repeatedly informed me that she'd have to charge me for it. She apologized that the soda machine was broken but I am still scratching my head over 1) why not post a sign on the door or self-order kiosk so customers don't pay for sodas they won't be receiving (they weren't busy - there was only 1 other customer), and 2) why she couldn't have given me an extra juice box just to keep a regular customer happy . $13 for a burger, fries, and a kid's size juice box -- Jack in the Box, you might have just lost out on my business with this one. A bummer for us both.

Absolute worst customer service I have ever had! I have been standing at the front waiting for one of the many many employees to acknowledge me for almost 10 minutes. It's like they're paid to ignore paying customers. I won't ever be back.
Horrible experience! Got a coupon in the mail so went in and was told their system can't accept the coupon even after my food was made and they had no way to honor their own coupon so had to cancel my order and leave. Will not be back to any Jack in the Box after this
i called for food and got hung up on then i called back and went to voicemail this is bs i’m never ordering here again

First off very impatient very unprofessional I work in a restaurant we have a drive thru as well you don’t treat customers like this and especially when we are wanting too spend more money at the establishment! Then too have too walk in after being denied too add on too my order by the employee I get denied after walking (mind you it’s freezing ) in too order the small item I wanted being told they are closed when this is a 24hr location and the door was indeed open for the lobby ! And I had too park too wait for my order wich wasn’t a large order at all . Please do better I deal with customers all day long I’m aware they aren’t always indeed right but in this case your staff is definitely wrong ! Poor service let’s pray the food is better cause at this point this entire experience is bitter and disgusting.
Visited 8-13-24, got the 5$ deal, what a joke!! Curly fries looked like they had been sitting, and they weren't curly, way overcooked or sat too long, burger was a giant piece of lettuce and tomato, taco was super hard, and I usually love the tacos here. Not a good deal at all, all these fast food places are doing 5$ deals and they aren't worth it.
