My orders are always finished in a timely manner.
The food was good. It took a little longer than expected but we did order for 4 people. I appreciated that I had plenty of pickles in my burger.
Ordered on the app, food was ready on time, food was prepared correctly, carhop was a sweet young man and had all our condiments requested in the order. Would definitely visit here again.
I just had the cloudcicle drink and it was sooo good. The lady that served me was nice too. Her name was Leeanne. Tho she had an issue running my card she and her manager were so helpful shout out to the lady who helped her
Took a while to get our food compared to normal. When we got it, we did not receive one of our tots so I pushed the button and tried to explain. Eventually they stopped replying from the speaker so I had to speak with a worker directly about it. They were nice about fixing the issue but I had to put a bit more effort just to correct the issue
Still waiting over 20 minutes for a drink order….
NO GOVES IN KITCHEN ON MANAGER OR EMPLOYEES TOUCHING FOOD! WE ORDERED AT 7:07pm was the only car there got our complete order at 7:53-two burgers and drinks. Half the order was right, sent one burger back the car hop opened it touched all over it, then the manager after running her belly under her shirt, the kid in the back going in and out of building all touching this same burger with no gloves or washing hands!! We could see in the kitchen. We finally go the burger back same burger and wrapper with finger marks in the bread. I asked the car hop if they weren’t retired to wart gloves or wash hands, she said they don’t have to! Informed her I would be calling the health department in the am! The belly rubbing manger had to hand out with people let kids and guests in the front door, go hang out in their cars, smoke and hop car to car. Maybe get your food out right and CLEAN then go “hang” out! The horrible manager that doesn’t care about germs on our food, ticket times, or customer service.
Today I bordered a footlong, when the carhop came to deliver my food this wasn't it. She took it back in and after 15 more minutes I left. Thankfully my card wasn't charged so I didn't feel bad about leaving.
We spent 56 dollars. Some of the order was wrong. They fixed one order three times and still got it wrong. Coke was flat. In the large water with lemon and raspberry was gnats.( Bugs). We gave her two tips and still got order wrong. This was the worst experience and we were very unhappy but we were trying to make it back to Lubbock. They should take pride and they never apologized or made it right. We were very unhappy with our food but we had been in Fort Worth for four days and coming back to Lubbock and stopped to get food there.
We moved to town last month and officially finished moving a week and a half ago and within this week and a half we’ve gone to sonic three times it’s always dirty. The people are always incredibly rude and it always takes three times longer than it should the second time we went we had an issue. They were very unhappy with having to fix it very internationally unhelpful Ignored us for 25 minutes and then made us go inside to basically be putting in our place with how they treated us for having to fix it and this time we went it took 12 minutes to get one drink because the manager wanted to go outside and sit as a form of punishment for having had an issue. This location should be shut down.
Update to my review- I now have food poisoning. Thanks. Never going here again. The WORST sonic ever. I love the extreme tots, these are the driest tots ever. Vanilla Coke is always too much vanilla or not enough..food is always cold and WRONG!!! Yall need to take some pointers from eastland sonic! They’re TOP TIER.
I ordered ahead via mobile app. I ordered two Marinara sauce packets for my cheese sticks …. Courtney only gave me one and said it doesn’t charge for the second one on the app and our general manager makes us charge 50 cents…. Literally says 2 packets on my receipt. And y’all should have honored that. Will not be coming back….and I live in Clyde. Terrible
Sonic seriously needs to work on the quality of their employees and how they handle extra condiment requests on the app. The app itself doesn’t charge for extras so that you are left to fight tooth and nail for one 50 cent extra packet of marinara if you don’t have change (which I never do, nor should I have to). Not to mention I had already tipped the employee in the app which I obviously regret now. Even when I gave the (admittedly ridiculous) offer to buy something else in the app in exchange for the sauce, it’s still a no. The employees at this location are wildly unprofessional as well as dishonest (straight up lying about the amount of sauce in the bag as well as impersonating a manager - trust me, it’s all too easy to tell I wasn’t speaking to one). Sick and tired of having to go through an act of Congress for extra sauce. At the end I just asked to give back the food and get a refund since it’s no good without the amount of sauce I’m needing but instead I was lied to and told the right number of sauces were in the bag when they weren’t. At the very least it was a lesson in never trusting my order (and the people who give it to me). The employees at this location do a massive disservice to the company.
Ordered from the app. Got there approximately 15 minutes later than the app said my order would be ready. Still had to wait nearly 45 minutes. Ordered two combos. The bacon deluxe triple smasher had no bacon or any of the veggies that are supposed to be on it. Try calling them and you guessed it nothing but a busy signal for over 30 minutes. I get short handed or whatever other reason for such a long wait. Only seen 1 car hop. But seriously learn how to read an order. I'm pretty sure y'all don't like spending over $30 bucks to NOT get what you paid for
The boy Taking orders and cooking I believe was so rude and didn't listen to my order he kept cutting me off I had to push button again to finish speaking and he still cut me off and did not provide the item I wanted to my order . He seemed very agrivated to provide customer service . But the car hop girl was very sweet . I know it probly doesn't matter but I won't order when he's there . Please find a job you like young man . Bless your heart.
First off the only reason why i gave one star is because no stars in not an option. Apparently the staff cannot read. We ordered a super sonic bacon cheese burger that came with no bacon. Bacon is even in the damn name. And ordered a cheesy bacon sonic stack and added lettuce and tomato. Didnt get either on the sandwhich but was charged for them. The only things that were right was the drinks but they were very simple. Lrg DP, Lrg Coke, Lrg Cerry Limade, and a cocolate shake. Oh and it was an online order so like i know exactly what i ordered yall just didnt bother to read the orders. I will admit that yeah it was getting pretty close to close but the order was submitted before 930 cuz my pickup time was 933. Guess they were too worried about getting off work to make sure the customers orders were correct. I will not be ordering from there again.
Very disappointed! I ordered a cherry limeade it tastes watered down and sour. Not enough cherry syrup. I order this drink at sonic all over and this was the most regretful. Waste of money.. Had to throw it out and stop in Abilene. Was much better in Abilene.
