I love Panda Express. Especially the Green Bean Chicken. We always eat here after Softball conditioning. Its a Quick, Hot meal. Everyone that works here are very happy to have a job. The Greeting as soon as you walk in is GREAT.
I have been to this location a couple of times. The employees are very nice and service was quick. Never been to a panda with this unique look.
I'm at Panda Express, and I'm completely alone. Nobody is here... So I go behind the counter and serve myself. It was "all you can eat for 14 and a half minutes.

Got a very awesome experience today no doubt. Want to give y big shout-out to Luis in Drive Thru (May 14 2025) very polite in taking my order and making it fast and easy and also to the employee Jazmin that has taking my order very kind and respectful I shop there almost everyday I keep going for the good food and great service. They put customers 1st
Ordered multiple large orders 20+ plates each order. Back to back days. Food was ready on time, fresh, and the staff was extremely courteous.
I want to personally thank Edgar and his team at Panda for their amazing service. I arrived at 10:20 and needed a last-minute party tray for a family that was without food and electricity. Despite the short notice, Edgar and his team were incredibly helpful and made sure everything was ready quickly. Your kindness and dedication made a big difference, and I truly appreciate all the effort you put into making this happen. Thank you so much!
Always a good service 🫡 Honey walnut shrimp is what I mainly go for 💕 Every time I go I get a different type of customer service.

I had never eaten at a panda Express and I had bad expectations for it. Many people would tell me that the panda Express food is bad that the rice taste bad and so on. I recently visited this location just to try it and find out for myself how it was. To my surprise it was actually good. I honestly enjoyed the meal and would now consider visiting again. The service was great the people were nice. It is a little expensive so I don't think you should be going weekly but it's a good place to eat out or get drive thru every once in a while. Also they have AC

Never have an issue with this place. But on 10/25/24 9pm… server working the driver thru (Jasmine) needs to work on customer service. Had a snarky little attitude because I had to pay with a big bill… and by the way, when you give customers their change and food you thank them! Not just hand them the items and turn away w/o saying anything. Not to mention, she didn’t give me the correct change of 71.18… it was 71.02…. I wasn’t going to complain about 16 cents. But I sure did go back and complain that they didn’t put in my additional entree that was missing from my plate! =-/

This is a very difficult review for me to do. I have been a customer of Panda Express’ all over Southern California for years. Recently, a brand new location opened in Coachella, CA, close to where I live. The building is unique in that it captures the pagoda aesthetic through creative modern architecture - the interior is decorated with beautiful traditional Chinese murals and light displays. The ambience is nice, and steps were taken to use architecture to reduce interior noise, which is nice for folks with sensory challenges. However, the praise ends here. While ordering our food, my wife and I were shocked at the apparent incompetence of every employee on the food line. Some awful and downright dangerous practices we observed: •I saw an employee take a ‘to-go’ container which had already been prepared with chow mein and two sides bring the container back to the hot line AFTER it was handed back by a customer for having the wrong ingredients. Those ingredients were then hastily scooped out of the container and thrown back into the hot line bowls. This is not only illegal, but a dangerous foodservice practice. •After asking the line employee to redo my order (a bowl with fried rice and super greens), after they placed the rice ON TOP of the greens (which is not consistent with how this dish is typically served), they redid my bowl, and then handed the bowl WITHOUT A LID to another line employee with a bare hand, and her fingers were thrust into my food as she passed the bowl. •The cashier asked us three different times if our order was ‘for here’ or ‘to go’ after we said, “To go” each time. And each time they asked, they acknowledged our answer. •There were five hot line employees working the food line, and each and every one of them had zero focus, and no clear intent with their preparations. They constantly collided with one another as they worked around each other, sharing tasks that would normally fall to each individual, making the whole scene chaotic and careless, while 12+ customers were backed up waiting to start their orders. I hope that this location is only struggling with the basics of food service because they only recently opened - but corporate training typically irons out all of the glitches prior to a grand opening. The level of chaos and apathy is enough to keep us from going back.
Plates so light you'd think they were Chinese. Someone clearly saying "you won't be gettin a spoon of this" shake a little off the spoon into the tray 🙄 there now, order complete

The server forgot the entrees on one plate I didn't find out till I got home! Why don't you serve the plate first, then write it down before you forget! Incompetent at its finest! Thumbs down! 👎
This short lady with glasses was serving up a plate and i swear she took so much time making sure she was giving little food. There’s no reason to be that stingy.
I was served raw teriyaki chicken luckily one of my parents saw it happening and she was able to ask it to be cooked properly. I really don’t need to say much else.
Made an online order got to the window waited a 1-2 minutes was handed my order and apologized for the wait and some how they still made a mistake on my order and forgot my super greens. Make it make sense. I have worked in fast food before it is not that difficult to make sure the order is correct even in a rush which they weren't and yet they get paid $20+ a hour to make mistakes.
This place is not worth the time service is junk not only Service there servings food looks old as hell need to close this place down
I placed an order online for my friend at this location under his name. When he went to pick it up, the workers gave him a hard time and were refusing to hand him the order. I even provided him with the order number and confirmation text that it was ready to make sure he would be able to get it. Not only did they not end up giving him the order that was already paid for, but they had him order in person again and made him pay for the food a SECOND TIME. Not sure what they want him to do when he gave them all the order information to verify picking the order up. I’m also not sure as to why they had the right to think that it was not his order. He told me he is a regular here and usually has a hard time with this workers at this location to begin with.
Just left panda was husband was very upset. He order the Beijing beef and it wasn’t even a serving it was the bit that was left at the end. And the worker said it was a complete serving left without the food and never going back again. Need to be train properly on their servings
