I ordered the quesadilla with lengua and tripas and it was 10/10. Everything was fresh, delicious, and warm. I also ordered the nachos with asada and they were good also 9/10. Both dishes were a great portion, very good, and had quality ingredients. Highly recommend stopping here and trying it out. Definitely will be stopping here every time I come this way.
First time eating here and was impressed. When I walked in and saw the flautas and tacos dorados I asked for 4 each they looked so good as a truck driver you get tired of tacos and burritos. When I got my order I was suprised one plate was enough but I still ate both. It’s hard to find really good mexican food on the road, this place is it. Reminded me of my mom’s cooking.
Excellent food, great flavor! The menudo was delicious, and the burritos had an excellent taste — especially the beans, which have that authentic Mexican flavor. I stopped at during my trip to Los Angeles. I truly recommend it — the food was amazing! El Primo Juan Una Actitud muy Alegre
This is a fantastic restaurant with excellent food. It’s right along the 198 - I5 Junction near the Harris Ranch compound so if, for whatever reason you’re transiting to the Bay Area/LA or the coast, you can stop here for some grub. What you’re going to get in this location is an excellent mexican taqueria with all of the staples. As for tacos, they’re delicious with excellent prepared and seasoned asada, robustly pineapple enhanced al pastor, and crispy clean Tripas. Furthermore, their delicious tortas are delicious with tasty beans and an exceptional bread roll. Standard staples, done correctly - what more could you ask for on your I5 trip?
Stopped by here on a road trip with some friends while filling up on gas, absolutely loved the carne asada burrito I got! Staff was friendly and food was great. Would love to come again if I ever take a trip down to SoCal.
The food was excellent, the service definitely very good, nice people. My wife ordered a breakfast burrito and they cook the eggs and the tortilla right there in front of you. Definitely make it a point to stop here, it’s worth it! La comida estuvo excelente, y las personas fueron muy amables.
I loved this stop on our road trip! What a great find. We got pork tamales and 2 of their tacos including some beans and rice. The tamales were really yummy. They were soft, filled with pork, and not at all dry. You might think of not stopping because it's tiny and next to a 24 hour gas station, but don't let that deter you. It's good for, great value, and obviously run by people who know what they are doing.
Great stop right by the 5 fwy. The food had a great flavor. You tell the server what toppings you want and they make it on the spot (assembly line style). The restrooms are clean. The temperature outside was extreme, so the AC working was appreciated it.
solid i5 food option right next to arco am/pm. excellent lengua tacos - they chopped the lengua fresh on the spot - with mild or spicy sauce. also enjoyed the quesabirria tacos. clean indoor seating for 20 ish. nice folks working here - quality meal made with quality ingredients.
A hidden gem off of I5. We had three tacos, the burrito mojado, and minudo. Everything was fresh and flavors very authentic. Portions are well worth the price. Service was great and the indoor seating clean. We can’t say enough good things about this place!

Stopped here on a whim and was not disappointed. All the tasty quality of a solid taco truck in a shop on a long stretch of the I-5. Their lengua is especially tender and their carnitas are very flavorful. Good tortillas, too! Definitely keeping this place in mind next time I'm passing through this way.
Very delicious asada burrito. Great portion size. Authentic flavor. The asada was very tender and not chewy at all. Amazing service. Must stop by!!
It’s no Tavern on the Green, but the food is really good, even if the menu is limited. Since it is open 24 hrs, I wouldn’t expect the menu to be that big. Tried Adobada, Carne Asasa, Barbacoa, Carnitas, & Chicken. All the meats were very tasty. It would be great if they could serve enchiladas.
a small place great for takeout. everything we tried was delicious! we had potato tacos chili relleno with rice and beans breakfast burritos with bacon and breakfast burrito with chorizo and my favorite was the chicken taquitos and carne asada tacos. service was friendly and quick.
Stopped for a carnitas burrito. Was very tasty, juicy. First time having it with lemon juice squeezed over my burrito and was very good. Different from dosing it with salsa. Good place to stop, easy off the freeway and back on.

This taqueria is off interstate 5's West Dorris Avenue exit in the town of Coalinga. It's open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week... the taqueria that is. How convenient is that? Very! The taqueria is super close to the freeway, easy peasy to get to. I've been here several times which was during the day. So I have no idea about what’s it like during the night. Anyways, the food is tasty. The majority of folks that work here are cordial and no nonsense. The dining room is kept very clean. The location is modern looking and seems newish. Right next door is an AM PM which shares a parking lot with the taqueria. That parking lot is also kept pretty clean as well. Ya all know that cleanliness matters. The green salsa is to live for. Mmm. The breakfast burritos are only served until 12pm. Those are big hefty suckers packed with meat of your choosing (bacon, chorizo, or ham), eggs, potatoes, beans and cheese. Good ratio of each. The street tacos are $ 4 each. I learned the hard way that the street tacos is best eaten on the spot. Due to the juiciness of the meat, the structural integrity of the tortillas weakens. The meat is tasty but not omg outrageously flavorful. The meats and fixings are in hot trays behind a glass counter. You can view all the happenings as they assemble the orders right before your eyes. Pretty nifty.
I got the cardenas Red Majado Burrito. I don't recommend the Majado sauce that they used. Burrito is good by itself, but could've been better. The burrito only cane with bean, rice, cheese, and meat.

Good taco place on I-5. They are open 24 hours. They make fresh taco in front of you with whichever meat you choose. The meat was fresh and tasty. We tried multiple tacos, they were good.
A small joint - order at the counter. A menu on a wall (without price) is in Spanish. Ordered two sodas ($6.22, plus tax), combo asada w/tongue($14.82++), two tacos asada($6.32++), medium burrito asada, short and stout compare to the ones I accustomed to, $10.48++), torta Cubano with 3 meats, one sausage is pale pink- not my kind, didn't even ask me what choice of meat I wanted ($13.98++). Plastic utensils. Clean toilet. For torta Cubano, the menu on the wall shows only Torta Cubano, but in the receipt it's written Torta Cubano with 3 meats, I assume you get to choose what meat you want. But the cook didn't even bother to ask and took his own initiative. Bad vibes.

I think ownership changed? Burrito was still good but bit more dry. ALSO, on the 2 different occasions I went there, the cashier added 1 additional item on my order. At first, I thought it was an accident but when my husband ordered the food on a separate day and same thing happened to him, now I wonder if the cashier does this with a lot of people and they don't notice?? I even looked at my receipt and it looks like I only ordered 2 items but on the computer, it said I ordered 3 items. Very suspicious
This place is such a scam they charged me a different price then what they told me it would cost and tried to blame it on taxes despite me clearly seeing the price are charging me before taxes. When I ask the woman about again and showed her the price listed on their board she said oh…now different price. Honestly disappointed that they probably do this to tons of people thinking they won’t notice 🤦🏼♂️
⭐ 1/5 — Terrible Experience This was honestly one of the worst restaurants I’ve ever been to. The food tasted old, had no flavor at all, and was absolutely disgusting. It seemed like everything had been sitting out for a long time. Nothing was fresh, nothing tasted good, and the whole meal was a complete waste of money. I will never come back, and I definitely don’t recommend this place to anyone.
