Taco Bell is Taco Bell. The menu is consistent no matter what location you visit. The only thing different between the chain is its employees. This particular location has great service and excellent performance in people skills.
Smiley is awesome. He makes you feel like you're a part of his family. I really just came in to use the restroom amd left with a ton of food and extensive knowledge of Coalinga. Thanks Smiley!

Great Place To Eat! The food was prepared very well! Everything tasted awesome! The place is very clean and friendly. I over heard the manger talking to another employee about food prep and service. The manager takes pride in his restaurant there and it shows. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants great food!👍👍

The person who was taking my order asked how much sauce I wanted and I said as much as He could Possibly give me Without getting Fired and the guy gave me a small bag on the side with sufficient sauce!! Shout out to you!!! I'd say your name but I don't want you to get Fired lol! Thanks!!
Yesterday I passed through Coalinga high as a kite & had the munchies. I stopped by the Taco Bell/KFC & ordered a $5 box. The gentleman whom took my order was really kind. I pull up to pay for my order & I over hear the people talking having a good time. I was surprised at how happy these guys were to be working. Like this has to be the best Taco Bell I've ever been to. Not only because my food was given to me correctly but by the way the whole experience was. Nowadays it's hard to find people whom want to work fast food & are miserable & you can usually tell, but the workers here you could tell were all in good spirits. I thank you & commend you all & hope others can learn by example. Grade A
The Coalinga Taco Bell has really raised the standards for fast food customer service. Smiley, the manager there, has done an amazing job guiding the staff to provide great service. The food and atmosphere are as good as it gets for a Taco Bell.
Smiley does a great job managing the taco bell these days and the food is well made. They never skimp out on the sauce like mc deez with ketchup. And they don't screw up my order.
Cashier was very happy and helpful. He asked me a few questions as I was undecided on what to order so he helped me out. Great spot. Good food and fast. Will definitely swing by again.

Sean is a great employee, during his shift he is reliable, hardworking l, and great with customers, and I once saw him when he was off his shift and he can dab, whip, and nae nae OG style. And Jay was just as equally as great of an employee. When I got home I did have explosive diarrhea but that's what you get for mixing ever hot sauce together in your mountain dew.

Clean for the most part but the soda dispenser area always trashed for the most part other than that food is good employees are nice.
I enjoy the food. Only not very common have I gotten the order wrong but it's not a common thing.
They get it right 85% of the time. So they get it wrong 1/7 of the time. They are diligent about fixing mistakes though.

I got the 5 price chicken strip. Not sure why KFC insists on putting the fries in a plastic container with the chicken but it just makes everything soggy by the time you get it home.
Depending on what shift it is, there is good service inside and drive thru and not so good during the other shift.

This restaurant is Under New Management, and it has been remodeled however it is greatly understaffed. Not sure if they're having an off day or the owner is trying to save money, but the workers were working as quick as they could managing the drive-thru along with the walk up. 7/18/24.

Went to this place and they served me cold tacos. I had them make me new ones, they were slow. I wont come back here.
Not enough sauce, burritos were a hastily wrapped mess, hardly any cheese, quesadilla was barely folded and made a mess in the bag, soda machine must have been running low. Not so great

I just went to KFC/Taco bell and my order was missing cole slaw. A lady pulled in next to me and went in and told them that they forgot something in her order too and that she had to go back. I didn't go back and may never go again.
They don’t help the essential people who bring their supplies so they can work: Truck Drivers. If your support your essential workers you shouldn’t buy in this business.
All taco bell i been to are dirty I gave it a second chance to see if it's got better but it's still the same and my last time I go to any taco bell

Came here at 557pm on 15th Jun 2023. Store doors where locked. Unsat.
Every other time I go here my order is wrong and when I go back I have teenagers tell me that I ordered something different than what I order every time. That’s coalinga for you.
I told them the cool ranch taco tastes like it's stale, super nasty taste and the first guy was awesome and wanted to check it for me and the other guy came and said no that's what it taste like. Now mind you I've eaten at Corcoran and Hanford tacobells and the cool ranch taco was bomb. So horrible customer service since the guy wanted to basically call me out and say I'm lying it's, it's taste. If that's the normal taste there then y'all need to change them. So 1 star due to the one guy who made me embarrassed for stating my opinion But a thanks to the lady, and other guy who helped me and switched it out.
The door says they close at 10pm. We pulled up at 9:50pm after a football game and they were closed.
2nd time in a row I didn't get my complete order in drive thru won't be back. I'll count my losses. Never again

The drive thru takes way to long for fast food , on top of getting my order being wrong the food was trash 🚮 don’t ever waste your time or money on this location

These kids thinking their running a restaurant w/rude attitudes forget the town pays into their wages. When I have a simple order of 2 bean burritos & 🌮 & drive-thru has the audacity to put a crushed, have wrapped taco in the bag ~ That deserves a complaint straight to corporate. Especially when I call & I’m treated rudely by kids acting like they don’t have to give Adult Customers any respect.
Manager the old man with mustache Has bad attitude I mean if u want ur bizniz to run and if we know wat we want u shouldn't have to interrupt a customer and say we will go back to that in a min I mean u should do fast customer service and be polite if u want good customer service
Service this Sunday morning 09/14/25. Horrible. The young lady was rude and as we ordered she wouldn’t let us finish and just kept saying “ok” before finishing up what we wanted. Then we get our order missing an item from what we ordered comes to find out that they never charged us for that item we asked for and after trying to get their attention both of the workers in that morning shift just ignored me after that. If you don’t like your job then why work there and give shitty customer service .
Drive through was so slow. There were only about 4 cars in front of us and it took over 30 minutes. We didn't even pay yet, which took us so much time for just simple food. Do Better!!! Hire more employees next time if you're running a business!! DO NOT COME. ⚠️⚠️🚫🚫 😒 Update: We haven't even paid yet. We came here at 9 now its 9:43!! It's supposed to be empty! 🙄 UNACCEPTABLE! Update 2: I waited an HOUR. A whole hour just to get food and it was NOT worth it! Terrible terrible experience & NEVER coming back even if I were starving.
