I like this place because they are always Super friendly here! Plus it’s KFC so best tasting fast Food Chicken and not dry like other Chains. It can be a little higher priced when buying for a family then some others, but they have great $5 Meal Deals for individuals. Plus if your on this side of Texas Ave. it’s convenient to pull in and out the side of the Parking lot, but not much parking once in there though.

I work in a restaurant and I totally understand how it gets. They were in the middle of closing and Rebecca was working the drive thru . She was so catering and even though they were out of a lot she made sure she accommodated and we're made happy. She's the reason I will be back thank you Rebecca

Dont serve a large fry to a customer after they tell you they are willing to wait for a fresh batch . Who cares if you cooked them 15 minutes ago .... they are now not hot to my liking and I like fresh hot fries. Thank you KFC.

This restaurant is cleaner than it used to be. The chicken is, what can I say, Kentucky fried chicken. I recognize several staff members having been there many years. The service is consistently good.

I like chicken so much. I have eaten a chicken every week in Korea. I am sure I ate one of chicken farm. I am looking for delicious chiken. Until now in USA, It has good chicken and reasonable price.

Went to KFC for a change of taste. I like their chicken it has a hint of spicy which is great. Line was quick bcos there was no one there. I learned you don't just say combo and expect fries to come with the order (they had mashed potatoes inside) which is something I wished the attendant asked me before purchase (4 star for that)

I was delightfully impressed. We ordered the big 20 box and shared it between two people. It was filling. The nuggets were really good and crispy! The eating area was clean. It was a good experience.

Super over priced now - Chicken pieces are small hardy any meat on pieces 8 piece meal has 6 tiny pieces and 2 medium sized breast pieces. They look bigger because of all the breading. Comes with 2 sides and 4 biscuits with tax $ 28.00 😳

Consistently good as kfc goes, but frustrating for the family members I went with. We chose kfc because they had coupons from another location, but were informed there's a patchwork of corporate and franchise stores, and refused to honor the coupon she had. Also, strange parking lot setup: no matter which side you attempt to walk in the store you're crossing drive through traffic.

Food has always been pretty decent but beware that you’re only allowed to get sauce if you order nuggets or tenders. Don’t expect to get any sauce for your fries.

Friendly service, some of the food was fresh fries were bad this time. On our way out of town and didn't have a fork or anything for the food so drove back just for a fork. Please make sure you check your bags bc that wasted time.

We went thru the drive up. Our order was taken & delivered correctly. The food was hot. Two smallish issues. No condiments were offered and no napkins were in the bag. I ordered a water expecting a bottle and was given a paper cup of water.

I just wanna give out kudos to the three people that were working at Kentucky Fried Chicken this morning at the College Station, Texas. They were doing an amazing job and were as quick as they can be and so professional. There were so many customers in drive-through and in the front and was very hard for them to keep up, but they did their very best. There were customers that were upset because they waited so long and Michelle was very understanding and apologetic. I recommend to the Manager please hire someone for the drive-through and the front. If people call in it’s your job to provide your employees the help they need & for you customers.

The food was delicious, but I ordered the three-piece combo. All white was supposed to be two breast one wing what they gave me was two wings and one breast and charged me extra which I did not appreciate I can see why this location has a lower rating than the other one in town next time I will go to the other one in town.

Chicken strips were old n dry. Customer service was nonexistent. Was charged wrong and it took 10 min to fix it. Worked in my favor though. Only good thing about KFC today

Double check your food bags before you drive away. Ordered a 3 piece box with sides of mashed potatoes and fries, and got mac-n-cheese. Told them, and they traded my mac-n-cheese for fries. I waited, and then honked. Asked for the mashed potatoes, and got them. Waited some more, they came to the window again, and I asked for silverware, because I didn't get any. No cars in line but me.

The staff are very rude and have no customer service skills whatsoever. The chicken taste old like it was sitting there for a while. This would be a great place to eat but the staff make it not so great.

I ordered in person an 8 piece original recipe to go.Thighs and legs only for a shut-in person. With it came 3 sides. 1 one the sides was mashed potatoes with gravy. Well the gravy was not placed in the order. I called and spoke with the guy that had put the order together and was assured that the gravy was included. I checked again and it was not. I called again and noone answered the phone. The staff was courteous though.

Out of all the places to get fast fried chicken, KFC is one of my favorites. However, I’ve been disappointed countless times here. Not only have I received cold food, or incorrect orders, but I’ve had a poor experience with their employees. Once in the drive thru, the employee asked us what we would like. I needed a minute to decide and asked for a moment. After deciding, I told her we were ready. She responded with a very sassy and inpatient tone, “I told you to order!!!” My husband and my jaws dropped. I couldn’t believe it. We left immediately as we do not give our money to businesses that are rude to their customers.

Ordered two types of the wings. Very disappointed. Will not do that again. They did not appear to be freshly breaded but pre-made like from the frozen food section of a grocery store. The new fries are much better than the old ones they use to serve.

I don't know if they fried everything in the morning and then serve it all day. Just terrible. I gave 2 stars because of the friendly staff...and the coleslaw. Do better guys...please. Ok I get it it’s friday but for one you guy were not busy for two I ordered a $20.00 full up with two mash and gravy’s and Mac with a large sweet tea. When I get home I look to find a small piece of chicken that is literally smaller then a wing you can taste that the chicken is old and not to count I’ve tried to call This location over 3 times and no pick up why cause your employees are not trained well enough to know people like myself work hard for my money and we don’t deserve rude service and if I pay for something that’s what I should get not what you think is good enough for me I will contact corporate about this and I do expect someone to contact me ASAP since you don’t know how to answer your store phone but don’t worry I left a voice mail. Ps. I will never waste my time ordering food at your location again hear from you soon.

Horrible service ordered a 12 piece meal paid for got home and there was 8 piece meal in the bag and management said it was my fault because we didn't call right away. My husband called no answer, so I went up there and got the money difference. Don't go to KFC rude Staff and the orders are always messed up.

On September 25th ....me and my husband went in to the college station store ...maybe around 5:30 p.m. or 6:00 ...to see the new general manager raise his feet off in the small sink in the kitchen ...now I'm not to big on managing bit I do know that is a no-no

The quality of that food has gone down hill I ordered a 3 piece yesterday easy.....it was crispy not original half of the skin was removed and it was dry dry dry.

I got a sandwich here yesterday and I thought it was kind of bad so I started looking around and it turns out they didn't even give me the real sandwich! I got 2 small nasty flavorless chicken strips on a bun. I look online and the KFC sandwich should be a big chicken patty! No wonder Popeyes had a line wrapped around the building and KFC was not busy at all, only 1 car at the window. Guess I'll be waiting 30 minutes in line at Popeyes next time if I want fried chicken of any kind! You can't even make a sandwich and you cheat people!

It is impossible to give a good review when the College Station KFC will not open. For EVER, the reasoning was because of renovation. That appears to have been done for awhile. It also isn't because of lack of employees. There are no job openings. So, our family dines at a competitor across the street.

The general manager was so rude to all of the customers while I was there! She rushed everyone, got upset too many times, the staff does not acknowledge your presece, I waited for my food for 20 minuets, and to top it all off, My chicken tenders were NOT COOKED the inside was pink and when we asked for just a refund she got an attitude and I swear I was too nice to this lady. 😡😡😡 I'm heated. Not coming back here. Service and food sucks.

The ONLY positive thing I can say about my meal is that they got the specifications of the order right. The chicken was soggy when I opened it. The mashed potatoes, with or without the gravy, tasted like the mashed potatoes from my high school cafeteria. The mac and cheese had no flavor, almost as if they expected you to drown it in salt and pepper. The biscuits were ice cold somehow. I speak on every individual item to really express how bad this meal was. It has ruined my opinion of the chain in its’ entirety, and I truly doubt that I will ever have KFC again.

Both Bryan And College Station Store are nasty. Floors are nasty seats torn when we have eaten there the tables are dirty. The one in bryan is the worst. Its so nasty that you dont want to even touch anything . The Bathroom doors are nasty . I would not even touch the nasty door so no telling what the bath rooms look like.

Rude Rude Rude to whoever was working the drive thru on 7-31-18. First of all you need to know your menu an what it says. I clearly asked for K-6 yes K-6 meal not the number 6. The food was over cooked. Asked for a refund they refused to give me one. Manager “Umar” or whatever his name was couldn’t even stay off his phone while I was telling him what was wrong. They will not get my business again.

Make it make sense. I overheard the customer in front of me order 2 large fries and the cashier tried to educate them on how large a single order was. Okay, seems helpful. I order the chicken/bacon/cheese burger for dine-in and then ask about ordering some tenders to go. There was some back and forth confusion about having to order an entire tender combo (drink & side included | not what I wanted). I decide to cancel the tender order. My total comes up to nearly $18. (The combo was listed at somewhere around $9 or $10.) Obviously, the total didn't seem right to me so I start to say something. The cashier tried to shut me down, saying "I know". At this point I simply said that we're done and walked out. A $10 combo order shouldn't charge nearly $8 in taxes.

I’ve been sick and a Chicken Pot Pie sounded good. I’d gotten one there before Covid and it was passable. A friend brought me one and I there were literally three small slivers of chicken in it. Practically no carrots or peas. It consisted of potatoes and more potatoes. Unreal. Beware, people! Never again for me. Yuk.

They mix the fresh chicken with the old chicken so you get a mixture of inedible and somewhat edible chicken. There's an older lady who works there with glasses she's grumpy and you can tell she hates her job, I think she's the supervisor/manager, has a bunch of badges on her hat. Evil old bitter woman whose rude literally leaves the shop floor and doesn't serve customers if you do anything to interfere with her day. Lady I'd suggest quitting and going on benefits if you hate your life and job that much.

I ordered through the drive thru. None of the packages were closed and we got less then a block before I realized I was covered in steaming hot gravy. Went back to get it fixed and they tried to repack the same (now empty and gravy covered) containers.

I went here today and a short hair short lady was eating chicken off the bone behind the counter walking around checking chicken in no uniform.. After I asked if she was a manager she told me off so we went back and forth all the way out the door. She was flipping me off inside saying she was off clock. The manager was fumbling the orders and taking out anger on a Hispanic employee for making 4 combos.. Yelling it was 3... Like no he is right it was 4. Stop yelling at him. They can't get your order straight for nothing and don't contact the manager because he just back them up they don't do refunds. I asked for a $5 fill up box and got 1 hard cooked thigh. It was darker then me. They truly don't deserve any stars. Me as a customer was very displeased and will not return until they get proper cooks and manager nor will my family eat there again. Old chicken (way more than 30 mins old, looked more like a day old), was hard, dry and cold. Was missing a large side of fries. The mashed potatoes and gravy and the Mac n cheese were both cold. The app kept bugging out while trying to complete the order so it got the drink wrong. Had to call multiple times before someone finally picked up then they corrected the drink. I was actually going to cancel the order when the app decided to finally charge my card. I should've just canceled it when I called but didn't want the hassle. Hindsight still should've canceled.

To bad you have to give a star to rate. This was the nastiest restaurant and the food was even worse. I didn't even want to order because the soda machine was full of mold but my husband did, and believe me he wouldn't eat from our house if it was this nasty.So what makes a person believe the food is taken care of in the coolers any better. Its just not. It's a proven fact in the restaurant world. If the front end isn't clean neither is the back side. Pun intended. That's how nasty. When we got back in the truck and he could smell it we thru that 25$ in the trash and went and picked dinner up down the street.

Unexceptional customer service, the drive through worker was rude and obviously lacks customer service skills, although I did not receive my biscuit, my dipping sauce, napkins or utensils, the food was surprisingly good and fresh.

I started going to KFC regularly because of their $5 meal. The amount of food for the price was a good deal. Half the times that I ordered, I paid for more items then I got, items were missing from my box, silverware was missing (which is necessary for on the go eating), and gravy was not on my mashed potatoes, though I asked specifically for it. I don't understand how so many slip ups can happen when the store is barely busy. I tried to find the store manager's contact information to complain but to no avail. I will not going back again. There have been too many chances given and too many screw ups.

I wish I could give this place negative stars. For those of you who say "oh it's just fast food" that's alright keep going here so the lines at the decent places stay short. I'm not only rating the food either but we can start there. The chicken was cold, hard, and obviously old. The mashed potatoes and gravy tasted like salty paste. The coke was over filled and the associate knew because I watched her try to fix it by squeezing the excess liquid from the lid still attached. Then she handed me a sticky cup with her sticky fingers and more coke still came out all over my lap. I handed her back the coke and asked her to fix it. I also had to ask for napkins even though she saw the coke spill all over my lap and should have maybe offered a few (mind you I just bought a new car and I work hard for my money so I don't want coke everywhere). Instead of pouring me a new one or taking the lid off and pouring some out she just wiped the sides off and dabbed the top. I then asked to speak to a manager. I asked the manager if she was willing to reimburse me for the shampoo I was going to have to get on my seat and door. I asked her for the store managers name she denied me. I asked her for the number to her supervisor and she gave me a number. She thought I would drive away but I sat and called the number and it was a fax number. She still would not give me a name or number to a supervisor. She said she would call the cops if I did not leave. I had to take the survey at the bottom of the receipt. I got a $5 voucher to KFC that I never redeemed. My shampoo cost $130.00.

I am writing to report a very unpleasant experience I had at the KFC location on Texas Avenue. I went through the drive-through and ordered a 4-piece Nashville Tender combo with fries, corn, and mashed potatoes. When I checked my order, the fries were stale and not fresh. This was actually the second time I have received stale fries from this location. The first time it happened, I did not complain—I simply went home and threw them away. However, today I decided to return to the store to politely request fresh fries since I had just purchased the meal. When I went inside, an employee named Justine came to the counter and asked what I needed. I calmly explained that my fries were not fresh and asked if they could be replaced. Justine immediately snatched the fries from my hand and rolled her eyes at me. Trying to remain polite, I turned to another employee and asked for the manager’s contact information. I was told they were not allowed to provide that information and that I should look up the corporate number on Google. When I asked for the employee’s name, I was given the name Justine. Justine then asked what the problem was. When I explained that her behavior toward me had been very rude and that I simply wanted fresh food that I had paid for, she told me that I “better shut up talking to her.” I was shocked by this response. I told her that if she was going to treat customers that way, she should not be working in customer service. I also explained that I had been polite from the beginning and expected the same level of respect in return. She continued repeating that I needed to “shut up talking to her.” At that point I informed the other employee that I would be contacting management to report this type of behavior. I believe customers deserve to be treated respectfully, especially when simply asking for fresh food that they paid for. I hope this issue can be addressed so that other customers do not have to experience the same treatment.

I had a really disappointing experience at the drive-thru. Darla took my order and seemed extremely fed up and rude from the start. I was only asking for simple things, but she made me feel like I was an inconvenience and brushed me off. The worst part was when she shut the window in my face while I was still there. Customer service like that really ruins the experience. I hope management addresses this because no customer should be treated that way.

Took my elderly mother in for luch as this is her favorite place to eat and only her and I go. She had difficulty paying and finally figured it out. I noticed the girl behind the counter getting very agitated with my mother. Then when I didn't see the biscuits we ordered I went up to let them know the girl that was already agitated with me mom said they were in the box, I apologize several times to her when she turned to walk away she rolled her eyes. I don't know what kind of day she was having but I did not appreciate the service that my mother and I received. We will not be returning to this location.

First off… we spent $114.68 on chicken meals just now. We looked through what we had and everything was okay except we have 14 biscuits and 8 honey sauces. So my husband went back in and asked for 6 more honey sauces and Marje said she can’t just give out honey sauces. So my husband was going to pay for them until she said $3.48 for 6 more. Needless to say, we didn’t pay the $3.48. We got our honey sauces without charge when he went back in the second time. 6 honey sauces is not worth losing a loyal customer. We won’t be going back there thanks to Marje.
