The guide was more than punctual at the meeting point and welcomed us all warmly. We felt in good hands right from the start. I've booked two tours with Regio Colonia now and was very satisfied with both. I found the two women who led the tours to be competent and entertaining. However, before both tours, I called the Regio Colonia Foundation office because I had a few questions about the online booking and the tour itself. Both times, I spoke to an obviously young woman who, unfortunately, couldn't answer any of my questions and seemed very uninformed. She promised that her boss would call me back regarding my questions, which unfortunately never happened. What a shame, I was disappointed! I'm giving it three stars because of the good tours; otherwise, it wouldn't have been worth any stars.

We booked the Cologne Underground tour, the short version, just one hour. There was nothing underground on the tour. We went into a parking garage where there was a Roman wall on the right and cars on the left. A fountain; and that was it for underground. Then a carpet through the window depicting the mosaic, which was covered by the carpet for protection. At the end, we really thought the "Candid Camera" crew was somewhere! Anyway, we had fun, simply because we were stunned by how bad it was.
