Very bad service , yesterday on Friday night we went around 8:15 and the store closes at 9pm, when we started asking for a bowl they started adding and when we ask for sour cream and chipotle sauce or any sauce they are not willing to refill the bottles and they just mentioned it’s sour cream and any sauce we are out of it , and they are so rude . They could have mentioned it in the first place that we are out of sauces right ? Very bad experience, will never try to go this place again . The way they are packing is also too disgusting

I walked in and walked right out. I was greeted by a staff member who wore dark sun glasses and when I was giving him my ordered I had to repeat myself many times. It was as if he was deliberately saying “what? I can’t hear you” and I just walked out and drove down the street and grabbed chipotle.

DO NOT order delivery here. Ordered two bowl meals which includes a side and soda EACH. Did not get both sides or sodas - that's 4 errors right there. Also ordered green salsa instead of red for my two orders of chips - guess who decided not to use their reading comprehension skills and instead placed red salsa with the chips - MOES. Up to 6 errors. 6 errors on an order that cost me over 30 bucks. 1-2 errors is whatever, but 6?? C'mon now - wish I could rate this 0 stars, never again.

I try every few months to give this Moe’s another chance, hoping maybe there’s new management or improvements. Instead, it gets worse every time. Tonight I went in at 7:30 PM — a full 90 minutes before closing — and was told they were “out of quesadilla wraps,” even though they were visibly sitting right on the counter. After pressing, the employee finally admitted the grill was already shut down for the night. Another employee, who had been lying in an empty booth, came over and said they could only make burritos or bowls with whatever scraps were left. Most of the ingredient pans were empty, dried out, or crusty. It was obvious they were closing up early and didn’t want customers coming in. I’ve even called corporate about this location before, and all I got was an automated apology email — nothing changed. At this point, I honestly don’t know how this place stays in business. This location consistently shuts down early and treats customers like they’re an inconvenience. Completely unprofessional and disappointing every single time.

This place is absolutely awful, rude staff, I placed a pick up order (forgot to check the bag) got home to see my food was missing, called the restaurant, the girl I spoke to was cool but the guy behind the counter had an attitude from the moment I walked in, refused a refund or to make my food, was told to come back today for a refund, upon returning a 2nd time to the restaurant, the manager told me I needed the food (that I did not receive) in order to get a refund. Obviously I took the food that as a paying customer I'm entitled to, but this place will not be receiving anymore of my money. To the girl that was cool, thank you and sorry your work place is filled with miserable, toxic people

When it's lunchtime, and you have two workers, one girl has to make all the food and make all the to go. Orders is ridiculous at lunchtime, which causes the workers to not be so friendly.

Truly a terrible experience. We were not acknowledged in any way after we walked in even though we were next in line. The food area was a mess; any health inspector would be alarmed at its state. On top of that, the employee preparing the food gave us both portions that were way smaller than average. I felt the need to ask extra for everything just to get what we were paying for. If what you can see is this bad, I'd hate to see what the areas look like in the back. This location should feel embarrassed, but I doubt the employees have any shame or even care.

Overall not happy about the service I had today. There were two younger girls working there and were just talking and laughing and not even paying any attention to me when I walked up to the line to put an order in. Completely unacceptable and disrespectful service. I don’t like writing negative reviews but I felt that this should be definitely brought to someone’s attention and I’m a firm believer in somebody being careless and irresponsible that they should definitely be held accountable or have some type of punishment for that

**CUSTOMER SERVICE SERIOUSLY LACKING** Visited this location (central ave Albany) for lunch. Walked in - wasn’t greeted with the “welcome to Moes” that we all have come to love and appreciate. I wait for my turn, as the employee is assisting another guest. I am up next I greeted her she smiled and greeted me and I proceeded to tell her what I wanted. She prepared the chicken club quesadilla for me, and placed it on the grill, per procedure. The next employee - asks if I want queso and chips. I responded with “yes” and requested a cup of queso with chips. Now, the next person I meet is the cashier (she probably should have stayed home - miserable human being). In any event, she rings me up $24.81 - (chicken club quesadilla, cup of queso and drink) I insert my card, wait for the receipt, and I ask politely for my order. Her response, wait for it. She looked me up and down (I cannot make this up) and said it’s not ready yet? Now, I’ve been coming to Moe’s for years!! I always order the same entree for the most part, so I know how long it should take the quesadilla, as some time transpired between the time the employee placed it on the grill, until the employee finished the transaction. Oh, it gets better! The employee who inquired if I wanted queso and chips, gets my order together and bags it up, she hands it to me. I ask the cashier for sour cream, as the other employee had already left before I could ask. The cashier had NO customers in front of her, the other customers were still at the beginning of the line. I could tell she was bothered by my request, she turned to her colleague and asked her colleague to get me sour cream. She did not want to deal with me, and I watched her interactions with the other customers. She didn’t want to deal with them either. I gave this location/franchise an opportunity to redeem themselves, as I had an issue with them a few months back. The district manager reached out - apologized that they missed the mark, and she wanted another chance to make it right. Well, unfortunately, this was the last and final straw. It’s no coincidence why the location in Colonie center, and wolf road is now closed. This location has gone down immensely! Bring the old crew back! You don’t have to worry about me ever coming back here!!! Shut it down and start over! Seriously

4/28/24 my family and I went to dinner here because kids eat here free on Sundays we thought it would be a great deal! Yeah no! So my daughter ordered a kids meal, I got a burrito my husband got a bowl and a side of queso. The sign for the bowl is 10.99 and burrito $10.99 my husband ordered a bowl and they charged him $15.99. We questioned the total because the cashier first told us our total was $18.88 then jumped to $40.78. She said my husband asked for double meat which he didn't. And the queso was $4.99, kids meal and the tax. We said the kids meal should be free it's Sunday that's what the sign says. She then shrugged it off and told us the total again. We were frustrated because the price did not seem right. So this will be our last visit. The dinning area was dirty, sticky and woman's bathroom was disgusting. Roll of toilet paper on the floor and pee on the floor.
