This is a five out of five restaurant when it comes to chicken. In a sea of generic chicken sandwiches and mediocre chicken strips this place stands out for so many reasons. The menu and recipes are created by a real chef. You'll appreciate each bite! From the quality of their chicken to the freshness of their local made brioche buns you are in for treat. My fave are the wings. The lemon pepper is my fave. They make their lemon pepper sauce from scratch with real lemons. The garlic parmesan are the best I've ever had with a super rich and creamy flavor. What I really like are the breaded wings! Of course the star of the show is going to be the big chicken sandwich. Their "mini" is actually a standard size Chicken sandwich you would find at a generic chain. So if you want get something regular size you would get that. They have some boozie drink options as well as make their own refreshing drinks. Inside and patio seating. Outside seating is really nice too. A big menu to look at with a lot of flavor options.
Amazing place for some not so ordinary chicken and sides. I must say the sauces are hands down some of the best around with the taste of natural ingredients. The Nashville medium was just right like little red riding hood picking what suits her. Do not forget about the Mac, bomb.com, yes I said it! Thank you to the staff for the amazing food and great customer service.
Wow!!! This place has the best fried chicken I’ve ever had in Redlands. I got it fully spiced to the max…and man o man I got clucked. The scorpion and ghost pepper spice was beautiful! I like extreme heat and this was testing my upper limits. Now my nephew got the four nuggets at regular flavor and those tasting AMAZING. The waffle fries were perfectly toasted on the outside and soft on the inside. Oh and the hush puppies were had a light coating and when you bite into them it’s like biting into a soft corn muffin. The staff was super friendly and was tentative to see if we needed anything else. I truly Love the service, the place is spotless and the food was made to order so we only waited 10-12 minutes. I highly recommend this place to everyone! For first timers…don’t go full heat unless you’re use to eating the last dab, or the bomb hot sauce as a comparative heat level. For me it cleared my sinuses and made me sweat. Thank you guys for offering that level of heat.
The guy at the counter was super helpful as it was my first time. I ordered the light spicy Nashville hot chicken sandwich and it was just the right amount of spice (basically regular spicy). The sandwich was absolute perfection with a tender chicken fillet with an even ratio to the slaw and pickles. There are restaurants I’ve been to who were cheap on the slaw/pickles, so I appreciate Cluck Kitchen for making it the way it should be. The bacon potato salad was also super tasty and helped with the spice, though next time I would totally get a side of extra slaw instead. Overall, excellent food and service, and would totally come back.
I got the 2 pc. Chicken Tender combo that comes with slices of pickles, a slice of bread, and waffle fries. Presentation wise, the meal looks good. As for the taste, everything was delicious. If you love spicy food, go for the extra hot that has ghost pepper or the cluck with the reaper! The intensity was there for sure, though the chicken still had a great crunch and juicy. My only letdown is that there is barely any place to dine in as this place is meant for eating out in the main plaza or takeout.
The most delicious, huge nuggets made from chicken thighs, not pressed and formed. You can order 5 levels of spiciness. All their food is made fresh. Nothing is precooked. Their fried pickles are to die for. So good. Waffle fries are very good as well. You can't go wrong here unless you order your chicken extra hot! I highly recommend this place if you are in or around Mountain Grove Center.

I stopped in while Christmas shopping in Mountain Grove and Citrus Plaza. As I started my order, I was told that it would be a 15-20 minute wait as each order is cooked to serve. I don't mind waiting for freshly cooked food, but I was on a time crunch. I said I'd be back after finishing up my shopping. When I popped back in, the lady at the counter, whom I believe is named Sara, remembered me, and my order. She also said I had the look of someone who wanted take out. Trust me, I was exhausted from the crowds, so I appreciated the assumption. I loved the customer service and friendly vibe of the shop. When I got home, I was treated to some very tasty, plump wings. It was pricey for the 20-piece, but well worth the money given how big the wings were. Also, the sauces were clearly made in house. The buffalo was most definitely not just butter and hot sauce. Overall, I had a pleasant experience and will be back for more.

Went twice. Had the chicken classic sandwich meal, good size on the sandwich and chicken better than most places, could serve more fries but they are good. The tenders are not small like other chicken places, pretty filling with the toast. Have the Nashville flavor. WARNING: if you can’t take spicy don’t get it. If you can handle spicy it’s good for you. Flavor is good it’s a dry rub not a wet sauce. It’s not overly vinegary. Overall we liked it. Sizes are good wish they added a little more fries. Everything tasted fresh m hot! One thing to consider is the price. For two meals it was about 38$. Average maybe budget for $20-15 per person with combo. (Sandwich pic I ate some fries before picture) Would go back but not often.
Not a place to eat inside, only one sit down table. Got the regular fried chicken sandwich. Large and very flavourful. Also got the fried pickles, many to share for the $5 price. The homemaid ranch was very good. I love homemade ranch, very dilly! But I enjoy that flavor. The mac and cheese was lack luster and had a feel more of kraft single cheese. Service and time of readiness was great.
The Mac and cheese is some of the best I've tasted in a commercial kitchen. Food is cooked to order so it takes a little longer to prepare. Not a lot of indoor seating. Friendly staff. Beware of peanut oil use if you have allergies. Food is pricy.

I want to preface this review by saying the service is still great. Staff is always friendly and helpful when deciding. Over the past two years they've gone more "corporate" which means stuff isn't the same as is used to be. The tenders are still large and juicy and now they have a broader range of sauces but the original ones aren't the same. They've toned them all down so where I used to go with medium, now I have to go with hot to get the same kick. The problem is the habanero flavor on the hot is reduced so again, not the same as it used to be. It's also missing the honey drizzle that seals the deal on the lower level flavors. Prices also changed to accommodate the full meal which is ok priced as a combo but means chicken alone is more expensive. The Mac and cheese which used to be amazing now tastes worse than what's served at a cheap buffet. At least the waffle fries are still good. We miss the old boxes with the chicken cutouts. Like I said I it feels like it's made changes at the recommendation of an outside "corporate" advisor. If you start seeing more franchises pop up, then it makes sense. Just stinks to compare the amazing past versions and the modern mass market versions.
Expensive, but it filled us up. The chicken tenders are larger than competitors. My daughters usually eat 4 each at another place(with fries), they barely ate 2 here. My chicken sandwich(huge) was served on a cold bun so that took away from fully enjoying it. I'm not one to say anything, so I just ate it.
Customer service was great and I really enjoyed their take on the chicken fries and slaw. I have a place I like to go to called angry Chickz that's located near my place of residence and cluck kitchen was really good and I like their Criss cut fries and slaw and chicken a lot! Great choice for something that was off my normal diet base.

I had a real craving for Chicken Tenders and decided to give Cluck a try after reading the reviews. I tried 3-tenders (al a cart, as you can't get different flavors otherwise) and while the tenders were good, I was a bit disappointed in the price. After the order of 3 tenders and 1 sauce (not included), the price came out to $18. That seems exorbitant for something that wasn't even a meal, but to get more than one flavor of tender, you can't order their meal... The tenders themselves were good, fresh and crunchy, albeit a bit greasier than I would've hoped. I went through handfulls of napkins, even when using a knife and fork. I also wished the tenders had a crunchier exterior. The interior was juicy and tender, however. The sauce (a chipotle mayo, I believe) was tasty, but nothing spectacular. All in all, I likely won't go back, but if I were to offer encouragement to their management, it would be to let people pick their flavors regardless of meal or order. I understand not doing 1 wing per sauce, but a large tender seems like you might be able to make that work.
Found a new Nashville Hot Chicken spot in Redlands today, Cluck Kitchen. @cluckkitchen They had a variety of dry rubs, heat levels, and sauces for everyone. Upon the cashiers recommendation, I went with the medium heat level. I was torn between medium and hot and was advised that the hot is HOT. I'm grateful she steered me towards the medium because it was just enough heat to be enjoyable. While I could have eaten the hot, I would have been crying the whole time. The food is cooked to order, which means that it takes just a little bit longer. The extra few minutes are total worth it, though. The chicken comes out still steaming with every bite. My only beef is that on a 2 tender combo, I wasn't able to try two different heat levels. Both tenders had to be the same. I would have liked to have the opportunity to try one medium and one hot.
For a chicken 🐔 restaurant, this one is very expensive. For a family of four it was +$80. Not the place you would come to on a budget and certainly not the food you would expect to drop $80 on. They have a small selection of chicken options but have several side options, which sets it apart from Canes. Everything is made to order. Our food took about 10 minutes. One plus is they offer alcohol. They have their own Cluckin' beer as well as domestic can and bottle options. Priced from $4-9 it's not too bad. Now for the food. This is what we ordered: Chicken tenders mild -large pieces, one order can easily feed two people. Good breading, minimal spices comes with a thick slice of bread and half dozen pickle slices. Chicken classic sandwich - Very good sandwich. Chicken is crispy and juicy. Their buns are slightly toasted and buttered. Waffle fries- Not too bad, Chick Fil A fries are better Fried pickles -Amazing. That's all I have to say about that Street corn fritters -Don't waste your $$. Not good (in my opinion). It looks like that awesome Hush Puppies you used to get at Long John Silver but they don't taste good. Overall the food and ordering experience was good. However because of the high $$ for food, I will not be coming back.
Chicken was fairly flavorful and crispy. Fried pickles were a highlight as well. Be warned that chicken fingers are large so someone without a giant appetite may be able to share (my daughter and I should have). Fingers come with a slice of bread that is not worth even mentioning and plain pickles. Sides are about $4 - $5 extra. We tried a variety of sides: waffle fries (just ok), fried pickles (good), Mac n cheese (blah), and street corn fritters (bland, pass). Bottom line is our meal for 2 adults and 2 teenagers was just under $100. Although the taste wasn't bad, it wasn't anything to write home about and to be honest, I would consider it expensive for chicken. Not really worth it.

Nashville hot tender was okay good heat but flavor was not the best, the waffle fries were tasty though crispy better than chick fil a and better serving size. Good music 🎶 panic at the disco was fantastic playing in the background
This place is good chicken sandwich but it is just that, a chicken sandwich so at $20 for a combo why is it the sauces are extra and the drink is a small? They don’t give you much fries… like come on to charge that much and you get the smallest drink and get charged for every sauce? Idk we paid $60 for two chicken sandwiches and a kids meal…: that’s just insane when I can go to in n out and grab the same amount of food at half the price? And they give us all the sauce packets and chilis we want no extra charge? Not that it’s not good but I’d rather go to in n out with those prices and for all the extra you still get for free: it’s just not financially reasonable. And then they don’t accept bills over $20 lady no ones is gonna be in there spending less than $40 and you can’t break a $100 bill at those prices!? Insane lol

I think because of the location they’re charging close to $16 for four piece meal and that’s without a drink. I’m rating two stars because the food wasn’t all that, chicken nuggets were over done meal in the box wasn’t appealing n the atmosphere is kind of bland. when I spoke to cashier in front, she explained that she tried to speak with the owner on why the drinks don’t come with meals. She has gotten many complaints and I couldn’t agree more. I ordered too dine in and I got my food in the bag. The ranch is good.
