I'm always happy with this location. The bathroom is always beyond fresh sometimes to fresh. But thank God that that air freshener is so strong it kills all funk LOL. Excellent customer service quick Service friendly staff.

I'll never go back to the one on Sepulveda again. The service there is horrible. However, this one is my favorite. Good customer service and my order is always correct. One young lady that I deal with most has customer service way beyond a fast food worker.

I've been going here for years. It's really close to where I live. It's a 5 minute walk to Jack. I've always loved some of the employees when I walk in there. They're extremely nice and i find it important to respect them and treat them nicely, even if sometimes they mess up the orders. We're all human, we all make mistakes. They're just trying to make a living. If they mess up, it's no big deal for me. I've always loved this location and I'm going to keep loving it.(:

The drive-thru was very smooth with a English In Spanish interpreter.. The egg rolls was much larger than the average jack in the box. They were good the iron rings were cooked in dirty grease and there were overcooked. The young Gladiator drive through. Have very good customer service skills overall, everything was excellent. She gave me the sauces that I wanted and I was happy with her

It's a good place to get fast food but you could only get it to go or the drive thru at the current moment

Foods are prepared quite quick here and depending on what you ordered can increase the wait time. The restaurant is barred up for all the windows hint this place isn't the safest location but if you are a normal local it is probably normal to you or not depends on how you perceive the decoration of a restaurant location.

Clean and quick. It's Just like any other Jack in the box. Only interacted with one employee who was very polite. Only issue was they advertise free WiFi but it was not working during my last visit.

There's NOT 1 day that I order tacos. No lettuce, no sauce, and they give me the wrong order. Or forget to give me the drink or fries, but it's very disappointing, especially the guy that's managing shouldn't be looking stressed or they might just need better training/ teamwork!

The order was completely WRONG....it was a simple order, #7 and the burger solo. No bacon and both Burgers were piled with mayonnaise and ketchup! Meat didn't taste like ground beef...I gave my burger to my DOGS. My landlord enjoyed it because of his difficulties chewing..he gave me bacon off his.

One of the less desirable locations for sure. Conveniently located but would only recommend drive thru, if by yourself. Staff was less than motivated, and actually judged me for asking for Ranch with my sandwich?

So so it's not my favorite but when I'm in a hurry it will do. I need to start making healthier choices. Because I'm a type 2 diabetic none of the fast food restaurant have good choices of foods to eat. And I for one am not going vegan or vegetarian because that's not the answer eather not over my dead body.

I usually like jack in the box but this is a bit a dirty location. The bathroom stalls needs Serious maintenance. Its amazing how visibly hard the staff works to try to makeup for the patrons' misuse of the place.

Rumor has it this location has been robbed numerous times on a regular basis. It looks like it. Pretty darned ghetto-fied. I'd not be surprised to find myself at gunpoint there any time of day or night. The parking lot and drive through are each rather compact and narrow. Not at all easily accessible by vehicles much larger than a Nissan Sentra. Absolutely not conducive for larger SUVs or Minivans. Many of my Family Members warned me to simply not go there, ever, for years. I never had any problem there myself, though I have seen Police/Sheriff's Deputy Activity there, complete with flashing lights numerous times since 1985. Avoid it, if you can.

I hate to say it but second chance is not a good idea for this Jack.. I love the food that Jack offers but this place is the worst go else where. Trust me you WILL regret it.. And no there will be no third time for me!

Service is extremely slow had to wait 35 minutes for an Oreo shake and they make you stop before getting to the window to cheat their timer. Never coming to this Jack in the Box.

I’m in the drive through at this jack in the box and I’ve been in this line for twelve minutes and still haven’t had my order taken. I thought this is supposed to be fast food? No such luck here guys. And it’s all gated so you can’t even leave the line if you wanted to omg! Fifteen minutes later just got my order taken but there’s still two cars ahead of me. The only thing they’re good at is messing up the order. Not a single time I went with a complete order. Everytime, I have to go back and tell them “I’m missing an item.” Definitely not coming back here. If you don’t like messed up orders, DO NOT come here.

The worst place ever. I bought food at 5:50 or 6:00 a.m this past Friday Jan 8 2021 and the cashier was having trouble with the money taker "that's what she was telling the person on the phone". They were only accepting cash at the moment. I order a few items and one of the items that I purchased for myself was not on the bag even though I pay for it, so I really felt angry about that. I did not check until 12pm during my lunch time because that's the time I usually eat. I am totally disappointed at this place.

Customer service is terrible. I traveled an hour and 30 minutes to visit family out here in Compton and stopped by this Jack in the box. For covid reasons my family and I decided to eat in the car and when we get down to use the restroom, the workers did not want to give us “toilet paper” because we “weren’t” customers. After a couple of minutes they decided to restock the restroom. I could’ve easily went into my car to grab my receipt but didn’t because workers shouldn’t “assume. “ Never coming here again.

This place is god forsaken AWFUL! I ordered tacos and a spicy chicken sandwich; tacos were overcooked and the chicken was charred....I couldn't believe what I was given. How could a place of business, in this case a food establishment serve and allow that slop to be handed to a customer...these unscrupulous supervisors and or managers NEED TO GET IT TOGETHER and start practicing good ethics on the job-start treating people in this community with DIGNITY. I found a hair in my food today 09/21/2020. I went to get breakfast and ordered a loaded breakfast, a sausage croissant and a 6 piece mozzarella stick. The sausage croissant was reheated, you could see it on the cheese and the loaded breakfast had a really long hair inside. I could not make this up. This restaurant was already once shut down and now this. I will never go to this place again.

I arrived here at 0115 HRS and the sign says they close at 2 am. The lady comes to the window and asks if I need anything? I said I would like to order. She then says " we are not taking orders. So I try to call the Jack in the box number and another car pulls up behind me and she takes there order and serves them. I then call the store number and ask to speak to the manager on duty. She states that there is not one on duty. I ask her her name she says Tonya and I ask why did she serve the car behind me and she stated that they were her friends.

I came into this jack box to order me a meal. I seen that the employees where being very engaging with other customers. But, when i got to the window to order my meal. All the employee walk way from their register and ignore my present. I waited for 10 minutes and still didn't get anyway one to take my order. That when I decide to leave. I feel that jack box should screen all of there employees before hiring them. All of the employees that work there does a horrible job in customer service. I will not be go back to this jack in box and i will let my friend and family member know the horrible service i got here and make sure it doesn't happen to them.

On Sunday 12/3/23 at 9:30AM, I had placed 3 separate orders on the Jack in the Box App for pick up of (2) Jack's Spicy Chicken and (1) Medium Size French Fries using 3 promo codes used in 3 separate transactions, however the restaurant employee refused service to fulfill the 3 orders upon showing the receipts via e-mail. I would like to be compensated for the 3 promo codes that were used for the 3 transaction orders.

The location says it opens at 7:00am and it’s after 7 and the doors still locked. The staff inside just waved me away with no explanation to why the dining room is closed . It’s no posted sign as to why ! The customer service is poor.

This place used to be good but recently the people who work there, especially in the night aren't doing their job. The food is still decent but the wait time in the drive thru is way too long now. Yesterday I came out of work at 2 am & went to get something to eat here since on Google it's open 24 hours but yesterday I went & was waiting in line for 20 minutes when I finally got the the speaker where you order to only get a response saying sorry but we're closed like dude really I waited 20 minutes for nothing especially when you just took the order of the person in front of me & especially since this place is supposedly open 24 hours a day then a few days ago I came at 12 am & the lights were on & everything thinking it's open but I waited at the speaker but no one answered & I wasn't the only one who thought it was open a few more people started to pull in thinking it was open. To only drive away disappointed. I know it's not the owners fault but please do something about the staff that work there because it's really getting annoying.
