Phat Noodles has the BEST SHRIMP SPRING ROLLS!!! order early Wednesday to picked up Thursday they only sell them Thursday great portion great taste and very fresh... also their noodles plates are great...

My first experience at a Cambodian restaurant, he was patient and made sure I understood the process. The food was delicious! He cared and respected his customer..

This is the spot in compton for noodles! The Pho broth here is like nothing else I’ve had in the area extremely rich and flavorful and they offer a whole vegan menu! Dry noodles with mixed vegetables and it only take some minutes from order to arrival at table? Yes! I’ll keep coming back as often as I can

This is best pho I’ve ever had. It tastes great and the portions are a fairly large. To top it off The owners are super friendly and welcoming. 🤩

The food was delicious and I would like to come back. The menu is very simple, and has good pictures of the dishes. The picture of the soup I ordered looked just like the plate I was served. Lately whenever I dine in somewhere it never seems clean, but this place was spotless. What a relief. The service was wonderful.

Amazing flavor (#5!). Pho, with a Cambodian twist (might be the best I’ve ever had). Service was great, very friendly. Priced on the higher side, but worth it. Walk from the courthouse when you have Jury Duty.

Great food, great service, and good price. The noodles are delicious. We actually just got back from Cambodia that morning and the noodles at this place was way better than what we ate during our trip. Get the ice coffee! So good.

First time trying the food today and it was so gooooooood! Best Pho I’ve ever tasted. We tried #2 Pho Combo Soup, #5 Pho Well-Done Flank Brisket Soup & #7 Pho Seafood Soup. My family will definitely be back again.

Every Thursday I wait patiently for phat noodle to open! There Soups and spring rolls are so addicting and tasty! So delicious! I support small businesses! I thank you for being open at a time like this! You have all our support and advertise you with family and friends. Love you guys!

Great meaty broth (not too cloudy), noodles are pretty elastic and don't fall apart. I tried the chicken Pho, the chicken breast was sliced super thin and wasn't the slightest but dry. Amazing bowl, all around. Way to keep raising the bar, Compton!

Its different because it's Cambodian style but it's way better in my opinion because the chef makes it spicy! He has a secret homemade chili paste he adds in his soup and it just exploded with flavor! Hope he blows up and expands to extra locations closer to me!

The service (a couple I presumed to be the owners) was excellent and friendly and they seemed to have many regulars including a crew from Compton FD who I overheard saying “this is the best Pho” and “we were just here yesterday”. I can now understand why! Do yourself a favor and stop in for a great lunch.

Spot is kinda small, I prefer takeout. Meal is amazing. I like the shrimp pho add veggies. It’s always more than 1 meals worth of food. I agree with the reviews that say the broth is a tad salty, but I think once you add the lime & hoisin is perfect. 9.5/10

What a delicious treat! Great polite service and authentic flavor. Today I tried the shrimp pho and spicy wontons as previous reviewer had recommended. Both dishes were absolutely divine. Nom nom nom. I’m still eating some in my car :-) The pho had a very distinguished slightly sweet, yet very rich and savory with some undeniable depth to it. The spicy wontons….BOOM. Sinuses cleaned, check. What a pleasant experience those wontons are!!! Handmade, fresh seafood and big satisfying chunks of it await inside of handmade, homemade, PHAT wonton noodles. Did you like how I slipped that in there!? ;-) Hope you enjoy this treat as much as I did!

Flavor is good but its just too salty

I moved to CA ! And with a new city comes new eats for me to try. Phat Noodles was a delicious meal. I shared the spicy garlic noodles and the salt & pepper shrimp with my friend plus a bowl of rice between us and it was the perfect amount of food. We paid $4 extra to add char sui bbq pork to the noodles and this was a great move because they gave us so much pork!! We left there with contented stomachs and wallets. Everything was very flavorful and nothing was too salty. This is a meal I am definitely willing to repeat :) Great job Phat Noodles.

I really like the Pho here but the service and vibe is very bad. We were asked to change tables in case more customers came to dine in yet we were the only people there for the next hour. The server also had an attitude when we requested extra items like napkins. Just bad service overall. I would rather spend my money where I'm appreciated.

Time to go back to Gardena.. Maybe their pho is better but what I ordered wasnt good at all and even more overpriced than a legit Vietnamese restaurant outside of compton. Maybe I'll try it again but not sure

Very Disappointing. Took My Mother to Get Her Favorate Noodle Soup on Thursday around 3pm. This Lady Greeted Us With Hello Take Out Only No Dinne-In Cause We Dont Have Enough Soup. Didn't Feel Like Making a Big Deal About it. So I Just Walked Right Out n Told My Mother Let's Go I Guess She Don't Feel Like Serving Us....What Does Not Having Enough Soup Have to Do With Us Dinning-In. Was Ordering To Go Going to Make It Be More Soup.🤔🤷‍♀️

Food serving was small , no meat on the pho soup . No water , no sides condiments, no chop sticks, food was alright. Service, not very friendly. 😬

They use deli sliced chicken its gross smh go to pho daily its better quality...

Food is great just hate that I don’t like certain toppings in it so I asked to have all topping on the side and they said they can’t do that ? I mean I am paying for it why can’t I have it the way I want it feel like they force you to have it there way instead of the PAYING CUSTOMER WAY !!! I know they get busy but still paying customers should get what they want how they want it since we’re the ones eating it .
