We’ve been here a few times. I recommend coming here because let’s be honest, it’s nice to have a place for adults and kids to be taken care of! Each time has been a chill experience. No complaints. The food is good and the drinks are okay. It’s a really good place to go to escape. 😎 Can’t go wrong with alcohol, food, sports and games! 🏈 🏀 ⚽️

I met up with some of my friends and we had a ladies night out at this location. It’s very nice and very clean. The bathrooms are super clean and that is a major plus because many of the other locations that I have visited have always had filthy bathrooms. Of course, for a busy Saturday, service was pretty slow, but I know the server did the best that he could and we appreciate it. This is a pretty good size location and we had a really great time. There were a few games that were out of order but for the most part I would say 98% of the games were functioning. Now when it comes to the prizes, they didn’t have a very good selection. Maybe it’s the time of year, I don’t know, but it was pretty disappointing. Maybe on the next visit in the future, they will have better prizes to select from. All in all, we definitely plan to return because we had a great time.

Celebrated my grandson's 11th birthday here. The area is spacious and clean. Humongous arcade with lots and lots of video games for children and adults alike. The food servings were huge and tasty. The shrimp scampi flatbread and Truffle fries were delicious. I had the Chimichurri with shrimps and the shrimps were so tender! A fun place to be.

Good time and food has been great anytime I've eaten here. Service was slow and items forgotten on not a busy night. Our waitress did her best. Life happens, just honest feedback. We came on a Monday evening from 5:30-8p. Will return because it's still a fun place!

A Fun-Filled Party with a Learning Curve! We recently hosted a birthday party and had a great time! The kids had a blast and the party space was good with delicious food. The hosts and managers were amazing—friendly, helpful, and really made our group feel welcome. That said, if you're a first-timer, be prepared to do some exploring! The unlimited games package can be a bit of a puzzle to figure out. You'll spend some time learning the system, which games are covered, and how the game cards work. Don't worry, the staff is there to help, but it's a system that takes a bit of back-and-forth to get the hang of. Ultimately, everyone had fun and that's what matters most. I would absolutely recommend this venue, especially for parents who have been here before and know the ropes. If it's your first time, go in with a sense of adventure—you'll get a fun challenge and a memorable party all in one

This was our fourth visit, and we usually really enjoy the food and service. We always order the same dishes, but this time the fettuccine with chicken parmesan came in such a small portion that it seemed more like a kids’ meal. I even asked the server if it had been switched by mistake. Also, the cotton candy machine was not working. Other than that, everything else was good, and we hope this was just a one-time issue.

We came to this location for a birthday party and while it was fun, service all round was too slow. Food: While the food was "ok" it wasn't anything special. I did LOVE that they used actual fresh meat (IYKYK) and while the fries were much too small in size and portion, they were cooked to perfection. Dessert: We had the s'mores cheesecake and the fruit loop cereal cake. The s'mores cheesecake is a 3/10, tastes more like mousse than cheesecake and the consistency was just as bad. The crust at the bottom and the marshmallow was the only thing good on the plate. They also could've used much more graham cracker crumbs. The fruit loop dessert was good, I'd give it an 8/10, it was the first to go. I just wasn't a fan of the cream at the base, though it paired well with the cereal for most of our table. It could've used much more cake than frosting as well, so I guess a 7/10- as for flavor it's a 9.5/10. Service: Service was very slow, I'm sure I seen our waiter at roughly 5 tables. People came and went because of how long it took just to order. Multiple things took a while to come out, something as simple as water took about 20 minutes or more to get to our table. They definitely need more staff on Saturdays to remedy this. Games: the games were fine, we only had one issue with games not working and once with tickets not being added. It took much too long to get the credits back for the game and they had my kids going back and forth for something that should be an instant fix. They could also use more staff in the prize area. We didn't get the 20 nor 100 free credits for signing up either.

Large place good for big groups. Good deals for food and play options. The drinks were super sweet though. Service was decent. Only negative was there were a ton of unsupervised teens there. No water refill, alcoholic drinks took over an hour. Waiter had disappeared for 20-30 minutes at a time. The only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because a server by the name of Deja is as amazing. She helped us and brought refills after she noticed our waiter disappeared. She was trying her best to help us along with rest of the tables our that our horrible waiter left. We left before 1/2 time because we couldn’t get service or food. Waisted $100 on 3 tickets for crappy service and no food.

Fun place except need lots of maintenance all around. I’d say there were at least 10+ games we could not play at all or something was broken making it difficult to play fully. This is pretty unfortunate considering we bought the package with the most chips so we could play everything. :( The place itself also need some tlc. The bathroom doors were broken and the paper towel machine too. We did have a good time tho Just wish most of the games were working.

The bar service is too slow. I ordered sliders and it took 35 mins for the food to arrive when it was not even a busy night. The bartenders were trying their best but still take too long since you need more than 2 bartenders for a bar that size. Parking is difficult. A lot of the games were broken.

We waited around 20-25mins for the appetizer I order, our meal and appetizer was brought all together, smh!!! It took awhile when our server checked on us and we asked for another draft beer and a soda, that took around 12-15mins and we were sitting next to the bar, I should have gotten up and order at the bar. I understand it's kinda of a big place and they have many people working and most likely alot of orders, but the appetizers should come first in the first 10-15mins from placing the order and another 15mins later the meal, the food was ok, no issues with that, just the timing on food and drink was way off.

We would go back for the games and the games only. I want to 1st note that the place was not packed at all for the poor service recieved. We went to eat, and there was no host, so we waited and eventually decided to play games bc of how long it was taking (no one ever came) after we played for a little over an hour we went back to be seated , this time there was a host. It took about 20 minutes before someone got our drink orders and another 30 min to receive our drinks to get our food order taken. We waited an hour to receive 2 of the 3 meals ordered and 30-40min into their meal we received the last meal. (Yes they were done eating by then. The food was OK but again by this time we were ready to go so we asked for Togo boxes(never received them FYI) waited another 30min for those before we just said forget it and asked for the check which arrived immediately. Went to finish playing the remaining balances on our cards and went to ask about the human crane. Tried adding it via the kiosk but it wasn't an option. I'm not sure why. Went to the front desk, no one was there so we stopped someone who told us to go to the bar and they can add it there. Went to the bar there were 5 customers sitting we along with another man was ignored for about 10 min before the unknown man had to yell at a bartender that his group has been waiting for their food for over an hour. 1 of the 3 bartenders walked away to handle that and I sat there being ignored for another 5 min before I said nevermind and left.
