We have been here twice in the last week. We had breakfast both times. I had the French toast slim last time and my wife had something different. We actually came back for the French toast. I really really like it. It's very tasty and the batter is light. Would definitely come back again just for that.

Came in yesterday at around 10am and it was busy but the waitress sat me quick and took my order quick as well. The omelette was very delicious along with the hot coffee. The girl with the blonde hair is a very good waitress, very friendly, I will definitely be back again!

Stopped in the Concord Denny's today for a bite to eat. Today's eat was a delicious All American Slam with two Pancakes. Every item was done perfectly, tasted great and the server was wonderful. Although I didn't take any photos this time, I will include a photo of the Steak and eggs from two weeks ago that was equally great in taste. Please note their steaks are thin which means if you like your steaks Medium or pink then order Medium Rare otherwise it will be well done. Stop by and enjoy, as usual this is only my opinion at this moment.

Food was very good. We only waited 7 minutes for our breakfast. Waitress was very friendly and always asked us if we needed anything else. The healthy breakfast skillet is what I had for breakfast.

The server did an exceptional job. She was very attentive. Cheerfully checked on our water, brought extra napkins, got all the orders correct (even a last minute change.) Definitely did a terrific job. Told her mgr to give her a raise. I think the mgr said her name was Kathia.

Decided to give this Denny's a try because the one in pleasant hill is terrible. .Me And my family had the best waitress. Her name was Kim. She was a one man show and was handling a bunch of tables. She was attentive, caring, and kind. She kept checking on us and making sure we were okay. Had a really bad experience at a different Dennys and decided to give the Concord location a try after corporate apologized and sent a gift card with an apology letter. Tammy was my server Thanksgiving night and was absolutely amazing. The food was also so much better than the pleasant hill location. Tammy was very attentive and sweet. She provided excellent service and was professional. She made us feel like we were at home. Her manager Abdul also had a very good sense of humor and we appreciated that. Dennys host our Veteran's group on the 3rd Thursday of the month. 10 am for eating, meeting afterwards. Usually a good sized group but they manage to get everyone taken care of. Food is always good, staff is very friendly.

We had the +55 Salmon dinner, both of us with a salad, rice and dinner bread. It was a generous portion of salmon, not overcooked. Rice was a medium to short grain variety, colorful, not the plain white type. The meal tastiness exceeded our expectations for Denny's. Service was also good. Price for value was amazing. The facility is way past due for a major remodel. Booths were tight, the atmosphere lacking. But if you just want a reasonably priced, nutritious meal, you can't beat the senior menu at Denny's. We have had this meal at many other Denny's and it's always good.

This place has classed up pretty good lately. Looks like new interior elements. For some reason, it still has a funky smell though. The new jukebox is kinda' cool but the bass is a little overpowering. They cut down the hedges in the back parking lot opening it up, not so sketchy. There was a police presence around too at night. Open 24 hours. Plenty of parking, the entrance is facing the street side. We went around 2am, it was quiet, so it was easy to have a conversation. It was a little cold inside, the AC was probably on. The food came out hot, I asked for crispy hashbrowns and they were really crisp, almost burned. It's was late and I was too tired to exchange them. Our server Mary was excellent! If you get a good server you get good service but 3 out of 5 times I get a “slow” server even when it’s empty. Plus food is more expensive in this Denny’s than the one in Pleasant Hill. Parking is big so you won’t struggle finding one. High chairs can use a wipe down.

There was a diaper on the floor, it was dirty, there was food in the sink and one of the stalls in the ladies washroom didn’t even close because the handle had been broken. The place isn't in the best neighborhood, but it's close to a lot of different things and near an exit, so that's a plus, I guess. The customer service is pretty decent; I liked the waiter we had. Customer service here sucks! I asked one of the girls working here what was the waiting time and she said she had no idea. We had a big party and waited quite a while. When i asked for an update i overheard some of the girls complaining about us. Very unprofessionals of them.

Ordered brunch with my family today 4-27-24 . The lettuce in my sandwich was brown and the ranch dressing for my daughter's salad looked like a bunch of phlegm was in it ...it was oozing ...I was trying to give benefit of doubt and keep a positive mindset but after thinking and a bit of research I'm certain that the staff has contaminated the dressing. We paid 67 dollors by the way for poor quality food...still sick to my stomach and will never come here again...who gives special ranch to a child? Recently visited this location on 9/9/23 and the customer service was horrific.We decided to stop at this location because it was right by the hotel we were staying at for the weekend. We probably would’ve visited a few more times during our stay but, decided not to after the initial encounter. They were understaffed and unprofessional. I had to flag the waitress down to get my order taken. Then after waiting for over an hour decided to get the order to go. While checking out I addressed the situation and spoke to the supervisor or manager on duty about the wait and how it was never communicated to us at any point and he was extremely disrespectful and dismissive. We left this location, Before we even walked in we saw him eating, not in uniform and an AirPod in one of his ears. Sorry to say that the restaurant was dirty. The bathrooms were disgusting! Service was very poor. The waitress never came back to check on us after delivering our food. The hollandaise sauce was clumpy and tasted like cheese sauce? My coffee was never refilled.

Have walked out of here a couple of times and the server or host take the menus off our tables seconds after we get up and leave.

I ordered Country fried steak and eggs. My server served my food like this! The cook's lack of effort in mixing the gravy thoroughly appears gross and unappetizing. Although I understand it's busy, it's important to make time and effort to cook and serve the customer properly.

I went there with my wife to enjoy breakfast with her. As soon as we arrived, it took them a few minutes to seat us. I mind you that the restaurant was 3/4 empty on a Monday morning. We had to wait up to ten minutes to get our food order in. And the waitress was slow and rude as hell! Needless to say that, this is one of the worst Dennys that we have been to.

Only caters to latin guests wouldn't recommend unless you speak spanish or you're ok with watching people seated after you enjoy their food.

Update: Boss swore the pancakes are the best here. Tried going to the location on Contra Costa, again here, and it's final,not worth the gas, or the money. The service is so slow.
