One of the better chicken sandwiches I've had! The chicken was super crispy and loaded with flavor. The chicken, lettuce, onions and sauce were all really fresh and absolutely tasty! Oh and the fries were nice and hot/ fresh and crispy! I will definitely be coming back again! Also the woman behind the counter was super sweet and really nice! This place is a total gem! Definitely give it a try!

Sooooo goooood. They cook their chicken fresh everyday. All the veggies i side the sandwich were super fresh too. No wonder it tastes so good. Best chickin sandwich place Ive ever been to. The empty cup was for popcorn chicken. It was also good as you can see.. (forgot to take pictures before) Make sure to add Teriyaki sauce. Its goes really well.

Prices are a little high but the food was good. I got a number one, minus the sauce and pickle. I also added onions to mine though I barely noticed them. The honeydew drink was amazing. I know it's just honeydew syrup in 7up or whatever. But it was super yummy. I sampled my husband's fries and they were weird but that might be because of the oil they use. The onion rings are battered, not breaded so just not my preference and my husband said they were probably frozen. He had gotten the teriyaki burger and his only complaint was it needed more teriyaki which is a personal preference. My son got the kids burger and it was a pretty decent size but it cost the same as an adult chicken sandwich so what's the point of the kids meal? It didn't even come with fries. The chicken was yummy and the bun was good. No complaints on my sandwich. The environment was nice and quiet for a Friday and the person at the front was really nice.

Korean fried chicken made at your order is the best fried chicken. If you hadn't tried it you can't say you're a fried chicken fan. It's very hot to the touch but freshly crispy outside and juicy tender in meat. The two sauces they make are very good too. French fries the best ever due to its Korea seasonings. Don't care for the bulgogi burger as it's nothing special, but fried chicken burger is very popular!

You can hear the sizzle as your chicken is being fried. The #1 and #2 were amazing - we'll be back for sure! Right next to the parking garage, so easy access. A must have for a quick sit down neam.

Fresh Tray exceeded my expectations. My friend, a local, brought me here and I was blown away by the simple deliciousness that this family owned restaurant had to offer. For my first visit, I enjoyed a cheese chicken sandwich, which more than just hit the spot. The chicken was fried perfectly, tender, crispy, balanced with the cheese and fresh condiments. The onion cheese powder added that extra kick, too! I'll be back as soon as possible. Enjoy a Fresh Tray!

The food is really good, well prepared. They serve it piping hot. The fries have a crunchy coating and are already flavored. Today, they apologized because it got busy suddenly, and they skipped over my order of chicken wings. Along with the honest apology, they handed me a fries and a drink! Now THAT'S how you win loyalty. Most places will give lame excuses "the chicken flew away" b.s. These folks spoke the truth, and handed me free stuff. Awesome. There is some outside seating. Place is nice, cool and comfortable. Recent Korean immigrants.

I used to go to Mom's Touch all the time when I lived in South Korea, so I was quite excited to hear the very first American branch was coming here to Concord. I had high expectations and it did not disappoint! The menu is very simply laid out with 3 burger options, a few chicken options (great for sharing), as well as some other miscellaneous rice and salad dishes. They have a variety of sauces and spices you can sprinkle on your fries, burgers, chicken, or whatever you like. I highly recommend their sweet and hot sauce. It is very reminiscent of Korean yangnyeom sauce. I've come here a few times already and I'm enjoying it more than ever!

I just recently went here for the first time and then next day I went my second time it’s a small me in but they nail everything on it the food is extremely fresh and the price are very good especially considering they do not skimp out in the portions at all very kind and fast Service highly recommended

The chicken tenderloins are hot and tasty! I really enjoyed the BBQ dipping sauce with the tenders. The service is a little slow, but the staff is friendly and helpful!

Was looking forward to trying this place based on some of the reviews. My opinion, grab a chicken sandwich from somewhere else. The food is not bad, but it’s nothing special either. Flavor of the chicken is bland. Fries are cooked well, but the seasoning is not on point. Menu is simple - chicken sandwich (plain/with cheese/with ham and cheese), bulgogi burger or fried chicken. Not in a hurry to go back unless the flavoring improves.

Food was disappointing. Got Bulgogi Burger and had to wait 15 minutes. Taste was just average.
