Was remote order for pick up. Food was great and server was very nice bit in training and even though slow time of day took 15 minutes but still very positive overall.

This was the absolute BEST Wendy's we have ever gone to. The service was amazing and the atmosphere was so friendly. We are not from around here. The man making the burger came over to ask us if we wanted pickles etc... just picture perfect food!

This place is good depending on the staff thats on. Some nights its fantastic (like last night in and out fairly quick) other nights, be prepared to wait a LONG time. Depending on when you go, there is the possibility of "McDonalds wait times". It doesn't matter if its during breakfast hours when you're the only one in drive through or evening if you come inside. One major issue thats been brought to the attention numerous times is the outside reader board. The board light hasn't worked since at least LAST June. When brought to the attention of the staff they are like the District Manager knows. Are they trying to give the impression they are closed as soon as it gets dark? How is anyone supposed to order if they can't see the board? If the district manager knows, how come we are heading into Feb (9 months later) and its still not fixed? You would think it its kind of an important issue!

Just went through drive thru missing 2 sandwiches already on the thruway to go back and they do not answer the phone to tell them

workers seemed kind enough but the chocolate frosty I ordered was absolutely tasteless, wish I'd just ordered a burger instead. Also the music playing inside is horrendous

When did the burgers become half the size as the cheese on top of them? Drive thru is craaaaazzzzyyyyy slow. & staff generally isnt very pleasant in my experience. If you're in a rush, go elsewhere or go in. & make sure you check your food before you drive away. Personally, I think wendy's has gotten expensive for being fast food. I do like they're food generally though. Not a fan on their practice of cooking the bacon til it's crispy, but what're ya gonna do there. Like I said, usually pleased with the food, no big complaints there. Love their baked potatoes. Some of their breakfast sandwiches are a little funky tasting though, they've got some work to do there. The chicken one is great however.

Food was okay but they got two things wrong with my order. Had to keep going back to the counter for missing items and condiments. Beverage machine ran out of my drink before my cup was filled. About 20% of the time in Wendy's, their fancy machine is out of my drink. Some trash on the floor and my table was dirty. My coffee and frosty were free which is nice.

Seriously.....giving me the cut up bit of fries and crumbs for more than half of box of medium fries im here eating them thinking it was only for a lil bit of it but the more half was like this.

I can't stress how much this entire location needs to be overhauled. They needs to learn the meaning of 'fast' food and 'a sense of urgency'. Without even mentioning all the other visits, this last one was the final straw. Placed mobile order at 8:21. Clicked make it at 8:26. Pulled up at 8:33. Did not leave with food in hand until 8:54. One car was in drive-thru when I arrived and 1 person had already placed an order and sat down. How is it a 30 minute wait? This wasn't the first time, but it will be the last. Spend your money at the other locations.

I've been there a few times, the most recent time I went there was three cars in front of me. It took 21 minutes to get through two cars with one more car in front of me after 20 minutes I gave up. . The time before there was also a 10 to 15 minute wait. For a fast food restaurant that doesn't seem acceptable. I hope those were just a tough days. The food if is good when it arrives.

Staff didn’t even acknowledge my presence… just waited for me to give me an order, hit a few buttons, and walked away. Guy practically tossed a glass of ice down the counter. Floor was greasy everywhere. He did mumble “have a nice day.” Burger and fries all lukewarm at best… bacon wasn’t even reheated, hopefully it was at least pre-cooked. Ice cold cheese on burger, too. Since the ketchup dispensers were both empty, I had to ask for some packets and at least that girl was courteous. Fries still have weird flavor like coated with liquid smoke or something. NEVER AGAIN AT THIS LOCATION

Ordered lunch, there were no napkins or straws in the dining room. There was a machine beeping loudly behind the counter that nobody seemed to hear or to tend to. The woman who took our order walked up to the register and stared at us. No “hello”, no “what can I get you” just a stare. When I started to order I couldn’t hear what she was saying because the machine was beeping so loudly. Our food took about 15 minutes to get to the counter and there were at least 5 other people waiting as well. Bathrooms smelled weird and the floor was sticky. The food was good and made correctly.

The food was pretty good and it was fast, as you'd expect. The service was not friendly and it seemed like she would rather be anywhere else...maybe just a bad day? The problem here is that the restaurant was a wreck. There were trash and sticky surfaces everywhere, the soda machine wasn't working (mix was watery), and all in all it just felt gross to be in there. Hopefully they can improve!

I went inside to order a frosty. 3 different staff members saw me at the register, and looked right at me, and ignored me for 15 minutes. Finally, one person came and took my order. I understand if you are busy but ignoring me completely really gets under my skin. You could have at least said, we will be right with you... But nothing.

The dude taking orders could NOT get our order right, we had to repeat it so many times, and then we got our receipt, and it was still incorrect. The food then took 30mins to be prepared, by which time the fries were stone cold. The employees were smoking weed in the doorway, and I am sure one was smoking in the bathroom. All together, a great Wendy's.

55 minutes and still no food….i finally asked for my money back. Cashier was rude, place was dirty, they didn’t even know what I ordered when I asked for my money back. No napkins, bbq sauce, ice , ketchup, forks and most of the drinks in the self serve machine were empty…. Who’s in charge? Obviously, need a new manager and staff or close up.

3:00 Friday 6/21/24. Ordered a baconator combo large. A large frosty. A small fries and 4 chicken nuggets. When we got to the drive through window the cashier wanted to know what our order was. They had no idea what we ordered. Handed us a bag with a latge fries a bacon cheeseburger a chicken nuggets 4 piece, a medium coke and a small frosty. No small fries. The staff was highly incompetent. This place needs to go out of business.

SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME As a tourist, this is my first time at a Wendy’s. Deserves 0 stars. There was this one young guy making the food, packing the orders, taking care of costumers, at one point he said that “he was left alone” and had to go find his coworkers. They were all in the back? Why are they not working????? I orderd on Uber eat, and came when it said my food was ready. I waited almost an hour for 2 burgers, 2 fries and one soda. They forgot one of the fries and their soda machine didn’t work, to get me the drink I ordered. I don’t know why I waited for so long. I think I was in chok. Other people had been waiting for 1,5 hours. The poor kid had to lock the doors, so no more costumers could come in - because his coworkers were doing abseloutly nothing. The manager of this place should do something. The place is dirty, the people working there don’t know proper restaurant hygiene either. I felt so so sorry for this poor kid. Thankfully Uber refunded my money. Woooooorst experience!

Nobody is working the drive through and when you pull up they look at you and laugh and continue to play around. Absolutely the worst service I have ever witnessed. I'm utterly confused on how the establishment is even open when the employees are that careless..

Slow, dirty, no supplies in bathroom or in the lobby. Took 45 mins to get 2 sandwiches and 1 fry and the food was thrown together and the fries were cold. An employee screaming and slamming doors and yelling into her personal phone. The nice guy behind the counter was slipping on the floor as it was so greasy!! Never will I go back here!

I’ll start with the drive thru. Could barely hear the guy on the speaker Pull up to the window and it sounds like a party is going on inside. Loud music just going off in the back. Drive thru window looks like someone has been spilling stuff on it for weeks and no one has cleaned it. It took 15min for me to just get a frosty. Guy inside casually sagging his pants pretty much to his knees, while world can just see his boxers. Won’t be coming back to this Wendy’s.

I wouldn’t be surprised if this Wendy’s was closed permanently in the near future. We waited 45 minutes for food. I sat in the car while the other part of my party waited inside. I saw numerous people pull up to the drive through and drive off after waiting and not ordering. I watched a lot of lost revenue drive right off. In addition, they didn’t get the order right. So when we brought it back in, the wait was even longer. Multiple Wendy’s employees walked out the door and to the motel in the back only to walk back into Wendy’s 5-10 minutes later. Something fishy is going on here

If it wasn’t for the taste of the food, this Wendy’s would had received no stars. There was a sign in the bathroom that stated “Wendy’s cares about Cleanliness”. My guess is the employees of this one don’t believe that. First the toilet bowl in the men’s room had a nice yellow ring in the bowl showing it hadn’t been cleaned in months. There was trash all over the dinning room. Crumbs on the floor and straws strewn next to the soda machine. Employees wore shirts that were dirty and generally acted like customers were a burden. I was driving back from Canada and was hungry so I grabbed my food and could t wait to walk out. Not the Wendy’s experience that I’ve found elsewhere. Dave Thomas would roll over.

Ordered through online service and paid for food. Attempted to pick it up 45 mins later and they couldn’t find the order. When they did find the order had to wait 30 more minutes for them to make it. Obviously this system doesn’t work for them because they don’t check their orders. Should have just ordered through the drive through as that would have taken 5 mins max. The man in line with me had already been waiting 30 mins also.

I hate giving negative reviews, but looks like I'm not the only person with this type of experience. Never given a receipt, no ice, soda was warm and flat, tables were filthy, one bathroom closed, the other was filthy, no cup lids, almost out of napkins, no condiments, floors were wet/greasy with no signage to warn customers. staff was informed of all this, but they didn't seem to care, as they didn't do anything to resolve any of these issues. was given kids hamburger instead of kids cheeseburger and missing kids fries, but given extra cheese burger, fries, and queso fries. could've actually been charged bc the math wasn't mathing ($80 for 2 adults & 3 kids), but was told receipt machine was broke, so can't know for sure. definitely will NOT be going back to this location ever again...I'd rather starve.

Not impressed for breakfast meal. 20 minutes to get a sandwich and potatoes. No one in the drive thru nor anyone in the building but me waiting. More people standing around than doing their jobs. I think they had to catch the chicken to get the eggs to make the sandwich. Poor service no motivation.

They're definitely not on the game today. Asked for a Big Bacon Classic. Cold patties and no bacon. My daughter was able to finish her meal before I received my corrected order. Two other customers in. Why the wait? Beginning to think the establishment doesn't care about their customer base. Especially since they screwed up the order yet again.

Food is decent, staff are terrible. It’s been that way for over a year. Constantly new people there but always the same terrible attitude. Not even worth going there to be honest lol go to McDonald’s next door it’s not as good but at least you are spoken to like a human being. This has been my 5th experience of “why do I come back here”

My chicken sandwich was cold along with my nuggets and fries and wasn't even cooked the whole way through. The drink machine was outta everything and very few to select from a window was shattered and still wasn't fixed at all. Waited in line for a half hour to be waited on and almost and hour for my food. They kept messing up everyone's orders and the was a line out the door too and barely any employees working and no communication at all in the restaurant and the employees were rude. There were no napkins or anything out for us to use either.

This place is terrible. Waited 30 minutes for a burger!!! I may as well have gone to the steakhouse next door, I just wanted something quick to eat. There’s workers here but they don’t do anything…. Frustrating I’m afraid to eat the food.. 🥲

I normally never leave a bad review. Twice now I've had a bad experience here. Took well over 10 minutes for someone to ask for my order inside. Then the people beyond the counter were moving so slow. Like they smoked a bunch of cannabis and came to work. Snail speed. 🐌 The guy was polite at the counter. Guess an employee walked out and others just seemed to no longer care. I'd go to another Wendy's. My last visit the chili, was cold. The inside of the store wasn't clean either.

Stopped at about 7:10 on a Friday evening. Not many people inside. There were probably half a dozen people working that I could see. Stood at the counter for five minutes while multiple employees saw me and utterly failed to acknowledge that I was there. If someone had said "Be right with you" or something similar I might have actually stayed, but five minutes is waaay too long to wait to order in a fast food restaurant. I went to KFC and had a meal within 90 seconds of walking in the door. Employees at Wendy's seemed to be having a good time. I guess they didn't want me to bring down their vibe or something. No chance of that now.

The staff at this place was beyond rude. They were out of the food I ordered online. Rather than telling me when I came to pick up my order the girl just let me leave. When I realized and went back in she said there was nothing they could do. I asked about ordering something ect she said she'd get the manager. I waited as multiple staff avoided the counter. Over heard manager say rude comments about not being able to do anything. Then was told I shouldn't be upset over money, that I would have to wait another 20 minutes to speak to a manager. Place was filthy. No one was even there when we arrived. Thankfully we don't live in the area so no reason to return to deal with the rotten staff

Waited over 15 minutes for our food after sitting at the window. I had to go inside to remind them I was waiting. After going in I sat for at least another 15 minutes. Then when I was finally brought my food they gave me the wrong order, then when I got my order it was missing items. Customer service at this location is lacking completely, there is none. I will not be coming back to this location. If I was the owner of this Wendy's location I would be severely disappointed in myself for allowing my business to operate this way.

Stoped for a so I thought would be a quik lunch, sadly mistaken 😕. 40 mins wait, 1 girl out of 4 staff members that I saw was doing anything at all. Dirty was an understatement. After I placed my order and had a phew mins to look around I ask for a refund. I was denied that and was told there's no supervisor and every one got fired.I almost walked out without my food to avoid any more surprises 🙃. I'd give a negative 5 stars if I could. Man this place is 👎 bad, and I will NEVER visit again.

The worst employee's of the year. Not only the one Afro American lady was rude telling customers to cook at home and get out of Wendy. She lets people steal orders without confirmation on their end. She argues cursing at customers very confrontational. We won't go back until she's fired. Customers are always right.

STAY AWAY. By far the absolute slowest and worst fast food place I’ve EVER been to, they wait at the very LEAST 5 minutes in between taking order and you WILL be here for over 30 minutes guaranteed, even if you have a Grubhub or mobile order, They won’t start making it till you get here. The other night I came to pick up a Grubhub order from here and the inside was closed so I had to go through the drive-thru and it took me 45 minutes. Do not waste your money or time here, take the extra few minutes to go to another Wendy’s. Repeat, STAY AWAY. P.S. I typed all this while waiting over 30 minutes for my friend to get his Grubhub order from this location.

This is by far the worst Wendy's I've ever been to. I've given this place way too many chances, and I'm done. Received the oldest, dryest chicken nuggets they could serve. Also was graced with the frothiest and warmest frosty ever known to man. Employees always have attitude, even when greeted with absolute respect. Finally, the wait is always insane. No longer "Fast Food."

Unfortunately I cannot give 0 stars. 25 min for fast food and first in line with only one car in the drive through. The food was delivered on a tray when it should have been to go, no silverware except knives, soda machine 2/3 out of drinks, and the male toilet overflowing were the major points. I would rather starve than take my family to this facility again. Worst fast food experience I have ever had, and definitely the worst Wendy’s I have encountered.

I stopped at this Wendy’s on a road trip through Utica. A long drive through line hinted that going in might be quicker. A decision that we would soon regret. We were greeted by a timid cashier who reeked of marijuana. They did have a BOGO spicy chicken sandwich deal which made the 35 minute wait that much more enticing. Staff seemed not to care that a line was forming at the register, so, we took it upon ourselves to instruct each customer to eat somewhere else. Some may call this sabotage but we knew that the drugged up staff could only handle one order at a time. One staff member left the kitchen to clean the bathroom, not the brightest move considering we drove away every paying customer who could’ve used it. FINALLY! We got our food, well actually not our food considering half of it was wrong, but we had food none the less. As an attempt to cheer us up they gave us another large fry. I would’ve rather had no fries, as they were cold and soggy. In conclusion, I would’ve rather eaten at the run down Denny's across the street, maybe there the staff would’ve been more competent.

Service was terrible! I purchased a frosty only. It was promptly made and set aside. I finally asked if it was my frosty and was told, probably, but the manager would not give it to me (this was the only thing I ordered). By the time it was my turn to get my order, she gave me the frosty. Of course, it was half melted. They only served food as to when you ordered. That being the case, the frosty shouldn't have been made until my turn.

I have gone through the drive thru twice in the last two weeks. The first time the wait was nearly 20 minutes. I was unable to get out of the line, so was forced to wait for my order. Last night I went again, same problem. This time I waited 10 minutes to try to order as the speaker system was down. I managed to get out of line before ordering this time and promptly went to the McDonalds next door. At least their system works!

TLDR; Worst experience ever. Check ALL your food and make a fuss when something that cost you an arm and a leg isn't made how it should be. I recommend boycotting this location until this place sorts out it's employees. After many times of visiting here and having my order messed up or receiving old food, my visit on 11-13-23 was the worst. After waiting 30 minutes in drive thru I finally got to the window to place my order (drive thru speaker wasn't working). The lady looked at me like I was bothering her and asked "what do you want?". I placed my order and then continued to wait for another 6 minutes. After receiving my food I drove 8 minutes home. The burger was so old, cold, and dried out. The nuggets were cold and deflated. The fries were at least warm. The part that bothers me is that us customers who were sitting in drive thru could see the employees screwing off and talking..and then I get the worst quality food I've ever experienced. I will NEVER go back and I suggest everyone else boycotts this place too.

Saturday, 06/08/2024. 11:10pm me and my family pulled up to the drive thru, no greeting for 3 minutes. We had to ask for assistance and then we were told “system is down” nothing more nothing less. Maybe we misheard, so we pull up to the pay window only to be finally told “we’re closed” closing time is 12am. We understand you’re all tired but if you dont wanna do the job at least please don’t waste our time, we’re hungry

Warning to Travellers: This town was built by people waiting for food at this Wendys location. Never in my life have I waited soooooo long for "fast food" if the service at this restaurant is any representation of what life is like in this upstate NY town... definatly keep driving save yourself the 20 minute wait if you can.

Two weeks your guys don't know how to use coupons and somehow it takes half an hour for a drive through if you're lucky. Out of 5 cars waiting to order, at least 3 drive off in frustration from waiting or being told by workers they don't know how to do something. Zero idea how you guys are still allowed to franchise

Pulled into the drive thru with one car ahead of me and figured the car in front of me was just ordering a lot of food because it took about 5 minutes from the time she pulled up to when she moved forward. When I got to the monitor, I could see her order and it was only one thing totaling $5 and change. I sat there for a few minutes with nobody saying anything so I talked to the speaker and said “hello?” a couple times. The person finally answered and said “HELLO”’ in a really sarcastic tone. I asked “are you ready for me?” And he just said “nope not yet”… again in a sarcastic tone. So I just left. The customer service (or lack there of) was astonishing. I understand that it’s fast food but that was the only food I was going to be able to eat for the next 9 hours and I needed to have something quick. So much for FAST food and customer service.

Drove up to the mic and no one responded. So I said hello. It took about a minute for someone to respond. He said for me to wait. So I waited another 2 minutes to order. Then drove up to window and paid but he said to pull forward and he'll bring out the burgers. It's been 18 minutes and still waiting for burgers. I ordered 3 baconadors, that's it. Only one person inside sitting at a table and now 1 person pulled to the side waiting for his order. So what's going on? Do you not have things prepared for a dinner rush at 5pm? Another person pulled to the side waiting!!! Fast food? I think not!

Service was very dry, not friendly in my opinion. 10 minute wait for food but when food arrived was all cold, frosty's were made at the beginning of order so were half melted before food was done. Ceiling was leaking on a table, lots of water spots on the ceiling, bathroom toilet paper wasnt in the dispenser but a big roll sitting on the back of the toilet. Im from out of town and will definitely not come back if in this area again

This place is the absolute worst the last 3 times the food takes forever the workers are to busy screwing around to do their job correctly food cold never rite place is dirty drink machine rarely has the drinks you want it's clear to say we're done with this location.

I generally like Wendy's food. This by far is the wort Wendy's I have ever been to. After waiting 5 minutes to have my order taken had to wait another 20 before I gave up after had to insist on a refund. The Drive through and door dash orders were more important than the line of dining room customers waiting for their fast food order to be taken. Plus they got my order wrong and insisted I never ordered what I asked for. I never got an apology just attitude. With all of the bad reviews why doesn't the district manager shut this location down and start over.

I rarely leave reviews. In fact I think I can count on one hand the number of reviews I’ve ever left. However, this experience was absolutely horrible and I would hope the people in charge would want to know so it can be addressed. My family and I pulled into the drive thru and were behind 2 cars. After an average wait it was our turn at the speaker. It was at least 5 minutes before we were even greeted and then we were asked to wait.. after waiting a few more minutes, the girl over the speaker told us we would need to order inside because she had “just got on and they need to do a drawer switch”. It did not matter that we had already waited about 10 minutes at the speaker nor the fact that we had chosen the drive thru for a reason. It’s been over 25 minutes SINCE leaving the speaker and we are still waiting for our food. Definitely not planning to come back as the employees appeared as though they couldn’t care less. I will 100% share our experience with family and friends.

Terrible experience. Ordered for 3 people. Waited 15 minutes for our order (and it was not busy/crowded). Received wrong burger. One order of fries was missing. The other was cold and rubbery. And the place was out of salt.

Shout out to google for saying my reviews are most reliable in my area 🤣 Here it is: Every single time I've ever visited this Wendy's on N Genesee has terrible management. The highschool kids manage the place and are the last thing to obtain any professionalism. Most importantly: 9outof10 my order is wrong. Just telling it for what it is. Terribly slow service, cold food, incompetent staff from ordering to cooking. The restaurant smells like old cooked fish somehow. I have never been so disappointed in a Wendy's. We waited 40 minutes before I walked out and got my child food from the McDonalds next door. They handed me the food within 4 minutes of ordering. Don't waste your time or money at this Wendy's location.

Terrible. We dined in. Took 20 minutes to get 2 sandwiches and 1 order of fries. The girl behind the register didn't know how to work the register. As we waited for our food, a female employee in the back was screaming at her coworkers at the top of her lungs for about 5 minutes. Drink dispenser was filthy. Kitchen and dining area were so smokey. They burned something in the back. No ketchup. Took forever to get a ketchup pack. Another customer gave me his. Chicken sandwich looked like cardboard. My burger was OK. Fries were OK.

The fries in this photo set in the warmer for over 25 minutes while 6 guests waited for food. After being told the wait was intensive at the drive thru and being advised to go inside....I joined 6 other people who had been waiting for 20 minutes. One customer asked for a refund and was told NO, they dont do refunds. He did wait 9 minutes more before leaving. His food was served 6 minutes after he left the facility. No apologies, just excuses. 3 employees and a manager visibly "working" but could not handle 7 orders in less than 29 minutes. It did give us an opportunity to proactively advise NOT to give us the 20 minute stale/cold fries and ask for fresh ones. That is what provided the 1 star...and it was a reach.

I have given up every returning to this Wendy's. It is slow, the employees customer skills are non-existent. Expect a 15 minute wait minimum, even if there is no one else in the drive thru. 800#, and District Manager were if not help. The franchise owner doesn't care. So I have ZERO problems with the McDonald's next door. Same employee pool to hire from. The management obviously is absolutely incompetent!

I went through Drive thru at 1:30 and there were 2 cars in front of me to order. It took 10 mins for me to place my order. I pulled around and waited another 10.mins to pay. The girl was less than polite. After sitting for 5 mins she came back and said you need to pull up to the rail. I waited for 15 mins and finally went inside. All I ordered was a chicken sandwich. The inside was a disaster, there were 4 employees were standing around by the soda machine doing nothing. I went to the counter and asked where my sandwich was. She said it's just coming out. By now it's been over a half hour. I could have roasted a whole chicken in my air fryer. 6 cars behind me received there food and people were walking in and back out. The windows are dirty. I will drive to another one before I go to the one 3 mins from. My office.

Waited at the drive thru for literally 30 minutes or more, staff seems incredibly confused and unorganized, I can appreciate a laid back atmosphere, but many employees are out of uniform and blatantly under-trained. Ordered meals, had to ask for the included fries after being told we received everything. Food was received luke warm at best. Frosty was too warm, I was excited to try the Krabby patty meal, but apparently it's just a Dave's single that costs more. Terrible experience. Also received a random small coke that was not apart of our order. Paid over $30 for cold borderline inedible marked up garbage. What a shame.

Waited 20 min in drive thru for cold food- no spoon for chili or napkins. They gave my food to another car and then went and got it from them and gave it to me…absolutely unacceptable. I literally just wasted $40 on this crappy food.

Ordered from here many times depending on what day you go depends on the service quite frequently with my deliveries either they take two hours or just don’t show up at all when I order from the location there seems to be quite a few arguments going on in the kitchen. Maybe that’s why my orders aren’t always complete. Definitely seems to be a staffing issue. The food is hit or miss not sure how they accomplish it, but I’ve had it where mayo and ketchup is coating the outside of my burger.

Sold me old food . Food so old I wasn't even hungry anymore. And the dressing on the sandwich looked old. Just know when come here check your food . I had to come way from other side of town just to get my refund and the lady took her time then proceeded to ask me what size the meal was like I didn't have the receipt present. Went to stop for some fast food. 8 people working and no service at all. Was in line for 10 minutes. Tried the drive thru was told not working to come inside to order. Drive thru must of been working because the next car in thru got to place thier order. Frustrating very frustrating.

If you are the boss reading this, you should be ashamed of having this staff at your place. DO NOT ACCEPT ORDERS from this restaurant! I was made to wait 30 minutes for an order, only to be told that someone else already picked it up. This is a complete waste of my time. On top of that, the staff lied to Uber and reported that I picked up the order but didn’t deliver it. Their behavior is rude, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. Absolute nightmare!!! Avoid this place at all costs!

Service was terrible (the lady was impatient and told us that unfortunately they didn’t have saucy nuggs), food was absolutely disgusting and the drinks were so nasty we couldn’t even drink them. Don’t stop here! We wanted a quick stop but it was bad all around. Took forever to get our order. EVERYTHING was bad! Burgers we stale and old. Taco Salad lettuce was brown and chips were expired! This is for the N. Utica Wendy's. ordered a Jr. Cheeseburger deluxe and a baked potato with sour cream, chives and asked for cheese sauce on it. They told me to pull up, and I waited for a very long time. Cars in the drive thru were ordering and going around me, getting their orders very fast. Finally mine came out. Cheeseburger was ice cold, and the potato had only cheese on it. Very disappointed in the quality of food and the extremely long wait for Fast Food. Will not ever be going there again.

It was not a great experience. We ordered on the app, and when we got there, we received our drinks and were asked to pull ahead, which is normal. It was later in the evening but then sat there for 20 minutes with nothing. We had to pull back to the window to see about our food, but the guy just mumbled something at us and closed the window. It took another 10 minutes after that to finally get our food. The food we did get was messed up beyond anything I've had at a fast food place before. No bacon on the bacon cheeseburger and not even full patties. They seriously just cut burgers in half and stacked them.

My husband and I took our children here for lunch after an appointment. He ordered our food while I got our drinks and took the kids to the bathroom. The men's room was out of order so I took the boys into the women's with me. The floors were disgusting, covered in dirt and grease. There was no soap, the water didn't fully shut off and sprayed everywhere. 25 minutes later our food was finally ready. I stood at the counter for a while waiting for a cup of mayonnaise to only walk away because the longer I stood there the colder my food got. A younger gentleman was walking food out to cars and we had asked for a cup of mayo. He tells us he will grab some. The cup of mayonnaise looked like it had been sitting on the counter for a week. We went to leave and the amount of grease on the floor caused me to slip nearly falling. I was absolutely disgusted with everything about this Wendy's. I have never felt the need to write a review on any place, but I felt this was necessary. Next time I will travel further to eat.

Ooooo yah’ll let me tell you! The floor was so oily from the front door to the side door to employee door off kitchen you could have thought they mopped the floors in oil and water! Yah’ll know that don’t mix! Yes we were a party of four and let me tell yah’ll we all almost fell ;( secondly two people on staff no assistance until asked repeatedly. The place is super dirty. The staff is super unprofessional. We order 5 meals for done in. After getting 4 meals they left. No one at the counter I asked where the last meal is and it took them forever to get it to us. Image a party of 5 and 4 people are having their meals while the last person is standing and waiting. Avoid this location at all cost.
