This is one of the cleanest Panera breads I've been to in a long time. The customer service was great and the restaurant was clean. Everybody seemed very nice. Waving to you and welcoming you as you walk in. The food was prepared. Good and it was okay.
Panera is always amazing!! Great food, super nice workers, and clean store. I ordered their Bacon Turkey Bravo sandwich with the new Summer Corn Chowder, and it was great! Everything was delicious and it was a filling, yet light lunch. The pastries are delicious and the candy (M&M) cookie is my favorite. Always a solid place. Recommended
Update 3.18.24 Portion size much better at this visit, as we ordered extra veggies on the sandwich. We shared a whole Mediterranean sandwich & Greek salad, with chips on the side. Bread was fresh & delicious. Employee at pick up counter was polite & friendly. Portion sizes were not very generous, even when selecting "extra." Guys behind counter offered substitute when Greek dressing when they were out of Greek dressing. Have never known Panera to be out of Greek dressing! First time for everything apparently, we were hungry so wonton type dressing was an ok sub. Tomato basil bread is really tasty! Hard to find parking during lunch, but patience paid off. Employees were working hard to meet demand, we appreciated their efforts.

Love this place. Indoor and outdoor dininig available. Place was clean and quiet. Wifi available. Employees were great. We had the Mediterranean Veggie sandwich and soup. (Attached pic is half a sandwich). Fresh and tasted awesome. Cookies r delicious. There's a sanitizer at entrance. (BONUS: Encountered wonderful customers holding door for kids and me.) NEED to go again.
I ordered the Baja bowl and it was pretty good. As of now they still don't have indoor dining which would be nice but it was also great to sit outside!

Dinner was FABULOUS! We had taken a “Panera break” - kinda small portions that weren’t so awesome. But THEY ARE BACK TO THEIR GREAT FOOD! Yippee! I had chicken salad w/ cranberries and walnuts- perfect! And black bean soup- rich, flavorful and delicious on a chilly evening! Double yum!! My extra was a baguette- fresh, tasty and I ate that whole piece. Panera Bread - yep… DELICIOUS! Service- EXCELLENT, quick and friendly. Order came perfect, and we had a great dinner! WE WILL BE BACK! Thank you Panera for caring about your customers and employees!!!
If you have not been to this Panera then you are missing some of the friendliest and most amazing staff. The food is good as always but it's the staff that keeps me coming back... especially Sandra. If you have not had her take your order then you are definitely missing out on some fantastic knowledge and hospitality This store is definitely one of my favorite in the bay area. They always keep it very clean and the music is at a level where you can either enjoy it or enjoy a conversation with someone. But no matter what definitely stop by and take a moment to say hi to Sandra because she goes above and beyond to help with order but also makes you feel good. She also knows all the good deals in the menu.
Busy! Lots of seating though. Salad was good but a bit smaller than expected. Staff was very nice and friendly. Appreciated one staff member walking around, saying hi to people, checking in with them, etc
I know this place as St. Louis Bread and Co. But Panera Bread works well enough. The people working here are hard-working more so than other ones I’ve encountered. When it comes to doing work here it can be done the times it gets busy is when you think it would. Makes plenty of my coworkers happy so that’s good for what it’s worth.
Not the spacious tidy Panera Bread location you typically get to see. Staff and food are on point in terms of service and taste respectively. However, the location has poor quality Wi-Fi and restrooms were not clean at all. The "Unlimited Sips" subscription offer cannot be missed. 2 months of free beverages is something I have never seen offering by any major chain. Ordered cup size soup bowls of Broccoli and Mexican corn chowder. Both comes with free sides and tasted really good.
I go to this Panera often, but they almost always mess up my online orders. I've gone in to pick up and there will be items in my Pick 2 missing. I've given up on calling about the mistakes. Ordering inside is great and they usually have the fireplace on and fresh coffee.
The tables are seemingly only wiped down occasionally. When they do get around to it, they use a water soaked rag and just swipe it around the table, spreading the dirt and oils. It doesn't seem like they know that they need to actually clean the table, not just wipe stuff around...🙄 Some sort of cleaning fluid might help. And who likes to sit at a wet table!??? Otherwise, it's an ok place. Service is acceptably average and food and prices are also acceptably average. It could be a MUCH nicer place if they put some effort into their business. It appears that everyone is just putting in their time.
I got the Asian chicken sesame salad and the garden mozzarella caprese sandwich. When ordering they said told me they were out of cilantro for the salad and they were out of fresh basil for the sandwich. I don’t think I have ever eaten at this location without either an ingredient being accidentally missed or an ingredient being “out”. Otherwise, the people working were very nice and helpful.
Value for money: 2 stars… a $9.00 salad to go - which is a half salad - is smaller than their half salad when eating in.. so you’re actually paying for 1/3 or almost a 1/4 salad. Suggest order for eating in - then ask for a box to go. Chips were free.
Good customer service and good atmosphere. Food is not worth the price. $10 for a small “bowl” of soup that tastes like it came from a can. Not worth it, but would be nice to come and eat here if you just want to get out of the house. But definitely overpriced and mediocre. I don’t believe the soup was freshly made. I think it comes from a bag or a can and is warmed up. I wouldn’t mind the price if it was better quality.
The food is really good but they always forget something in our order every single time which is really annoying, definitely going to a different Panera after today that does not forget our orders
Really bad customer service and food preparation. Bought toasted bagels to go, only to find out they were burned when I got home. Spoke with the manager and showed her the bagels, and she said that is the toast setting and it is completely normal. If you look at the pictures, they are clearly burned. I also contacted customer service and the only way they would respond is if you join their rewards program. Not worth going.
I wasn’t satisfied at all I was looking for hot soup it was warm at best actually everything was just warm except the sandwich which was the right temp it was actually good my pizza and soup however were not hot also the cinnamon roll was hard. I asked them to warm it up to see if that made it better it didn’t and it also tasted old. The cook apologized because he put the wrong side on my plate he said sorry I didn’t even look 🤯it’s his whole job to look at the ticket and put the correct item on the plate. I’m very disappointed.
