One of my son's & my favorite restaurants to eat at. This was our first visit to this location and it did not disappoint. The staff was friendly and helpful and seated us rather quickly even though it was busy and seemed like it would be a long wait. The food was excellent and definitely hit the spot. Fun things can always be found in the Country Store as well. We always look forward to eating at a Cracker Barrel!!

The staff here is great. I had a big pickup order. When i left with my pickup order some food was missing. It was a huge order so I understood completely. I called and the staff remade my order with no problem since i live far away and my food would have been about an hour sitting out. Once I got there to pick up they even gave me a refund. I told them it wasn't necessary but they insisted. Lucas and his staff went above and beyond to make up for the missing items even though it was busy and packed. This is southern hospitality at its finest their worker Tom made sure to put a smile on our faces before we left too with his many Dad jokes. 10/10 would come back and order from here again. The food was great. Their new beignet were absolutely delicious. Pancakes are never a miss. We all got the chicken fried steak breakfast with biscuits and gravy all delicious. However I would skip out on the smore latte if you're not a fan of a lot of syrup.

Brenda took care of us like we were family, she warned us as soon as we sat down that the wait would be about 30 minutes or so before we would receive our food. We were still on island time so the wait was not a burden to us. Working in the service industry in the past, we understand times can be tough and some days are better than others. Regardless of the wait Brenda and John took great care of us during our time at this location. We will definitely be back. Thank you so much.

We took our kiddos for a Sunday morning breakfast and we are so glad we chose here. All of the staff were kind, accommodating, and helpful. The manager circled the restaurant several times, checking on all the guests and the wait staff worked so well together on such a busy day.

We decided to eat at crackle barrel for dinner, something different. Our server we had was awesome! Lamar kept checking on us. We had a few problems. First the kitchen manager told Lamar, 30 minutes after we ordered, that it would take another 30 minutes to receive our Fried chicken. Lamar immediately got the restaurant manger and she handled our problem with great care. They took care of us and gave us coupons! Then our water spilled and the restaurant manager helped clean up ! I was very impressed with the whole situation and it made our evening special! Thanks Lamar and restaurant manager, you did awesome!

My brother-in-law and I stopped in for lunch yesterday. He had the daily special which was cheddar, Broccoli chicken, and he said it was very good. As for myself, this is my go to place for chicken & dumplings as they are always good. My husband and I stop here often when we doctor appts in Conroe.

I recently dined at Cracker Barrel, and I can't express enough how wonderful our experience was! Amanda was our server, and she was delightful and incredibly attentive. Our food was hot, fresh, and absolutely tasty. I had the eggs, bacon, and hashbrowns, with the cream gravy served on the side for the biscuits. It was all served in a timely manner. We also enjoyed plenty of corn muffins and biscuits, which were delicious. My husband, who can be difficult to please, was delighted with his meal as well. Cracker Barrel is so great everywhere I go. The service at this location was exceptional. Even when our food was taking a bit long, we were given complimentary biscuits and jam while we waited. Our cups never ran empty and we were so well taken care of. The food was delicious as always. I also enjoyed the new S’mores latte.

This place restored my faith in Cracker Barrel breakfast. We had a terrible experience at a different cracker barrel for breakfast one time and vowed to never return (this was in a different state). One day we decided to give it another try since its a different location and completely different state. I am so glad we did because it was fantastic. This was my first time going to a cracker barrel, but I was left so impressed by everything! We had grilled chicken, fried chicken, fried okra, dumplins, and the salad. The main dishes were delicious but didn't blow us away, however the sides and the biscuits are to die for. The softest and most mind-blowing biscuits that I've ever had. I have always liked CB! Great sweet and unsweetened tea. The cornbread and biscuits with apple butter. And especially in the winter time, the fireplace will be going 🔥. But with the economy, some of the things on menu has changed. They have gotten rid of a few things. But they haven't closed their doors and hope they don't. 🙏

I loved the store, service and the atmosphere. I had chicken tenders aka chicken strips... they tasted like they were cooked earlier and just dropped on grease to warm them up. I also had a baked potato which wasn't hot it was warm. Both items were warm not HOT. But overall it was a nice experience and I will return for a second try...I'm from Houston and this was my first experience at any Cracker Barrel.

The food isn’t as good as it used to be. The menu has become very limited. The atmosphere was crowded and very noisy! They had music playing loudly the entire time. But the service!!! The service was exceptional! McKenna has been working there for a few years and she is an excellent server! She was friendly and unobtrusive! Great place to go for good home cook type meals at a very good price.

Cracker Barrel always has a great atmosphere, and this location is no exception it’s a fun and cozy place to relax and enjoy a meal. That said, they do tend to be out of certain menu items pretty often, which can be a bummer if you’ve been craving something specific. The service can also be a little sluggish at times, especially during busy hours. Still, despite those minor issues, we usually have a great experience here, and it remains one of our favorite spots to visit.

Ordered curbside and as usual, they forgot our dessert. Luckily I checked before I headed home. Last week when I picked up our Thanksgiving family feast I had to go back as one item was missing.

Cracker Barrel has to be the best breakfasty/Soul Foodie franchise there is. You’d be lucky to find empty.. I often wonder if that’s because of their real estate strategy or they don’t dull down their brand. By far beats IHOP and Denny’s in every category. It's been awhile since I've been to Cracker Barrel, so this was a nice treat. It was a the tail end of an unexpected rush when I arrived at 10:30 am on a Friday morning, and while the staff still seemed to be generally on top of things, there were some noticeable cracks that only slightly diminished my dining experience, forcing me to give 4 stars and not 5. I'm sorry y'all. While I didn't really notice it taking longer than usual for my table, just my dad and I, to get my food, when we did get it it was cold. Like the food was warm enough to eat if you had been fasting all day, which we had been, so we ate it. But the hash brown casserole had hard dried out bits to it, not yummy crunchy over cooked cheese, but left out dried out pieces of potato and cheese. The pancakes were amazing but would have been better if the butter was able to melt on them, but still the best pancakes I've had in a while. The staff was amazing and genuinely doing their best. Our waitress especially deserves all the awards for how amazing she was. Always had us topped up on our coffee and really respected the quiet of our table while still checking up on us. I just wish my father tipped you more, I only found out about his tip on the way home. 🤦🏼‍♀️I am so sorry.

During the time we were seated, ordered, and finally served our meal; some tables ordered, were served, ate, left and new people replaced them. It took 15 minutes before anybody came around to say our server was busy and they would get us our drinks. When she finally showed up, she took our order and 30 minutes later we were asking about our meal. She seemed perturbed but went and got it immediately. Ketchup and napkins came 10 minutes later. We were never asked anything else, just given our ticket. We had planned to have dessert and a tea refill would have been nice. I don't like to complain to the manager because they usually solve the issues with percentage off or something free. I don't want free, I just want the servers to pretend they have to earn their tips. We normally tip 20 to 25% but not today.

I came here on April 23, 2023. I typically love the food and service here, but I do feel like there has been a shift lately. I got 'loaded hashbrowns' with my breakfast plate and as you see from the image, the cheese was a slice of cheese...are they taking after Jack in the Box and those ridiculous things they call tacos that have a slice of cheese in them? I was not impressed by this pitiful display. Is it that the shredded cheese ran out and this was all that was left-sliced cheese? Ingredients, preparation and presentation play important roles in meals made and then eaten, especially when we pay for them. Please do better, Cracker Barrel. I know you carry shredded cheese for other dishes. This really was disappointing to be served this dish.

A solid Cracker Barrel Location. Most people know what to expect from a Cracker Barrel: Good biscuits, good fried chicken, and sweet tea. Well, this location does not disappoint. They have been consistent for awhile. Today, I got something new (to me). It was the maple bacon chicken. This was an interesting menu item that was decent, but I don't think I would order again because of personal tastes. The chicken was baked, covered in shredded cheese, a piece of bacon on top, and a drizzle of maple. I don't think the flavor combinations where the best; however, the chicken wasn't overcooked! Fiancé got the catfish. She said it was good for catfish (not too bottom-feederish). The breading on it was nice and crisp. The corn side was not over-salted, so it was good! Her parents got the fried chicken Brest. This is exactly what everyone expects from a Cracker Barrel, so that was perfect. Wait times were not too long to get a table for the dinner rush on a Sunday evening. I think we only ended up waiting a total of 15 minutes. Another positive is the COVID craziness wasn't happening here anymore. No weird plexiglass dividers. Silverware, salt, pepper, and everything was on the table. This restaurant did not use COVID as an excuse to short-change customers.

This would have been my 2nd time going to a Crocker Barrel. The 1st time was in Louisiana about 5 years ago and I didn't like the food choices. So, I gave it another try. I didn't see waffles. Am I blind and was I over looking? Or do they really not serve waffles? Ended up settling for pancakes 🥞 instead

Food was very good,staff was excellent & very warm personality. The only negative was that they are not really set up for handicap. Exterior ramps far apart. The bathroom was an issue. The restaurant still holds a great standards from the beginning. Food has always been good .

When you need comfort food look no further than your local Cracker Barrel. Known for its country decor and home cooked food it’s a can’t miss when you want simple hearty food. The feeling of eating with family and no fanfare. We love the Breakfast! When I don’t feel like cooking at home this is our go to. Till next time.

When you read this review, please keep in mind that we sat down and ordered 2 meals and brought 2 meals home plus a 20% tip for right at $40. That's value! I wish there was an option for toast. I had breakfast with eggs over easy. Also, I know that hashbrown casserole is popular; however, I like to break my eggs over my "plain old" hash browns, and for me, that doesn't work with the casserole. It's still much better than the breakfast I had at Denny's recently. The staff was friendly and attentive, and our group enjoyed shopping after breakfast. The Chicken Fried Steak was average. I prefer my gravy on the side

Customer service is great!!! Servers and hostesses and ladies walking around the store are nice. The restaurant in general has went down in cuisine since I last been there 2009-2016. The biscuits tasted older and the biscuits and cornbread are not free anymore. They were free and given upon seating for so very long and then they just take it away. I think that beyond sucks! We ate there yesterday. The fried chicken was good. My husband had the chicken fried steak. We both had mashed potatoes , gravy and green beans. His was about 3:30. Chicken tenders were gross. They were rubbery and burnt. Fried okra had way too much breading. Cornbread is the best I have ever tasted though. My husband loved his country ham and hashbrown casserole. Our server was good and attentive, but this place is LOUD!!! When your restaurant is full to capacity, lower the radio. Everyone talking was competing with the music.

This location has friendly and courteous servers but, that's the only thing I enjoyed about my visit. To start and believe me I know it was Saturday morning so I know the kitchen was quite busy but we waited extra time that our waitress came to inform us that our food was coming up soon at least 3 times. Once our food did arrive everything about the flavor was void cause it all was bland. From the Gravy for the biscuits to the hash brown casserole. They only Good thing were the soft, warm and fluffy biscuits. I don't know if being busy is the reason but, I'd want to enjoy my meal especially at a fancy restaurant like this. 😒

A friend of mine said that they have the best pancakes. So, out of curiosity, I went ahead to try it myself for breakfast. Although I have known this restaurant for a long time but it's my first time to try it. I ordered the grandma sampler plate. It comes with 2 eggs, bacon, 3 pancakes, and a fried chicken. When the server arrived to serve my food, she said that the chicken is only served at lunchtime. It would have been helpful and nice if she told me ahead of time. This kind of service approach turned me down. The pancakes taste came out delicious but not the best. It does taste better, especially after adding the maple sugar cane syrup. The bacon was slightly overcooked and burnt, which I don't like, although the eggs were perfectly cooked just the way I wanted. Earlier, while waiting for my food, I got to check their country store and found some interesting items. Unfortunately, I am not looking forward to coming back next time.

Ate here on a Friday evening. Place was busy and the service was great. Food was satisfactory, I had shrimp and and wife had chicken with the hatch chilies. Portions were large and filling.

Terrible. I have gone to Cracker Barrel several times throughout several states,and have always enjoyed. But this time it was plain bad. My sisters and I had not eaten all day and was tired. We ordered the new steak menu item and was very disappointed. Our steaks were way over cooked, not hot, and tough. We ordered bake potatos and they did not get served with the meal, our biscuits were not served either. We did let the kitchen supervisor know. I've eaten here for breakfast four other times and it has been very good. I will not eat dinner here again anytime soon.

I usually avoid leaving negative restaurant reviews, but I feel compelled to do so now. I tried to give them a chance to address their mistake by calling four times, but each time I waited over 5 minutes for the manager, only to be hung up on. I am done trying to call for the night; hopefully, someone in the morning will address their mistake. I didn’t receive the two sides I ordered with my meal, and since I live over 30 minutes away, I thought they could replace them when I come into town next. Additionally, the food was disappointing—the meatloaf was dry, some parts of the chicken tenders were difficult to eat, and the corn muffins were burnt.

I don't get how anyone eats their dumplings.... There is zero flavor. It's straight up boiled flour. I didn't even taste salt or pepper... So very bland. The biscuits and cornbread have zero flavor as well. Strangely while some items have no flavors, their sugar cured ham was so salty, I honestly think I was given the country ham and not sugar cured ham that I ordered....So very salty. So not impressed.

Well ok my wife and I came in around 7 pm there were only 2 servers on shift we sat down she came and asked if we would like a bread basket we said yes we sat for I grip without menus I hand to ask so they gave this young lady 3 tables all at the same time it was to muck she had to ask me 2 times what I was drinking my wife got the dumplings and I got the 3 meat platter it was terrible the dumplings were mushy mess and there was no chicken in it like on or two pieces and it was dry and fell apart in your mouth and not in the good way the corn bread was dry and powder like the only thing that was good were the fried pickles and the said salad poor quality and terrible service oh even though it was bad service I still tipped 15 % will not return again ps: the place now looks like a cafeteria

It just wasn't a good Sunday morning for us. Never had an offer for a refill for coffee or Coke. Young lady gets overwhelmed. She missed spoke about if there was gravy we can have any extra gravy for our food which lady was figured out which is a little too late. I typically have a great experience. The food seem not to be cooked to order or exactly warm when it got to us no I'm not mad I'm amazed! Love this place you just can't go wrong with it good food anytime of the day it was just one tough morning.

Thurs, 4-6-23, 1 hr 40 min. before closing. Not busy and waited a bit to be seated. Blase waiter. Very blase. Absolutely needs to find another line of work. Presentation of platters not a priority. Wouldn't allow us to order the fried chicken, salads came out 10 min after meals, and bread/cornbread after that. Shrimp for one meal came out after meals were done. Drinks not refilled, used plates left on table stacked up. Loaded steak fries cheese not melted. I politely discussed with the manager away from customers, and she was nice and made it right price-wise, but the damage was done. Another customer unfriendly scenario.

Forgot the carrots, the person had to go back in for them. Messed up on the cornbread and biscuits order, bad peach cobbler I couldn’t eat* see pic*, and no gravy on my chicken fried chicken. $41 later and I’m left disappointed. Do better. The positive is the chicken, even sans gravy was definitely good. Moist and cooked delicious.

The food was great. The hostess service was awful. She dropped my menu on the floor in my sight and placed it back in her hand without wiping it off? I asked for another menu, she rudely grabs another menu and threw the dirty menu on top of the stack of menus on the counter behind her register. She proceeds to walk off into the restaurant with no communication with me and my party standing waiting for “follow me” or “ this way”. She said neither. As we look she is in the last section towards the far end of the restaurant turning and as we make it to turn left our menus were on a table and she never stopped to communicate anything with us. A hostess should host the public no matter your situations it is the responsibility of the hostess to assist the customers in having an awesome visit. This behavior only assists is finding fault in every aspect of the visit because the negative energy that is displayed is also passed. The good was awesome is all I can say.

Overall Cracker Barrel is getting slower and less menu choices. It takes a long time if you mix a breakfast meal and regular meal in the orders. Staff acted like the care but we had to wait 20 mins to be seated at 8pm on a Saturday and there were on 20 people dinning at that time. No refills even after asking and the jelly and butter for the biscuits barely cove half a biscuit. Bacon was so thin, you could read a newspaper through it. Price is affordable but I would rather pay more for better service and a true country style meal. Don't leave me feeling cheated on the portions.

Long story short, dont waste your time. We had the worst Cracker Barrel experience ever! To begin, the hostess (who was trying to help the overwhelmed wait staff) spilled water all over us. The food brought to our table wasn't what we ordered. Then, when we received our correct food, it was overcooked, and the sides appeared to have been reheated. My kIds chicken tenders were so tough, he couldnt chew through them (they were removed from the bill). We also had to consistently wait for drink refills. After all of these issues, you would think a manager would stop by, but we never saw anyone. Needless to say, this is one restaurant that has taken a huge downturn recently, and I do not foresee ever going back again.

I just don’t know where to start. The table had a hair on it. The window had greasy finger prints. The coffee was cold. The biscuits were cold hard and DRY. Pretty sure they were leftover from breakfast - it was dinner time. And I know prices are going up but they refused to sub eggs for grits - I’m allergic to eggs. I would have had to have paid almost $17 for my meal to get the sides I wanted. I mean $40 for breakfast for 2? But I have to say the food came out quick. Most of it was cooked well. The hash brown casserole was extremely greasy though. We eventually got really hot biscuits that were cooked well. Which makes me wonder did they just try to get rid of leftover breakfast biscuits and hope we wouldn’t notice? For the prices being charged I expect A LOT BETTER.

We ordered the Grandpa’s breakfast and Boy's breakfast with two sides, but the seasonal fruit was missing. It was not served. 🙄 We also wanted to try the baked apple cobbler for sharing, but two orders were brought to our table instead of one. 🙂‍↔️ We weren't asked how many servings we wanted, and we didn't want to return it to avoid food wastage. I think the service could be improved by paying attention to these details. We ended up paying more than we should have and not getting the right order and also not getting the right attentiveness in service.

Bacon was very undercooked and sausage was rare. We were pretty surprised. waitress was awesome....food... not so much.

Just before we left, one of the managers brought us a cup with dressing to go. But duh, no turkey to go with it. Going somewhere else next time. That was a wasted $40.00.

😖 Sunday mid morning…Screaming babies and children everywhere. I always wonder how the parents can just sit there and let this happen. Hated it…I wanted an omelette 😔 The waitress 🤷‍♀️ suggested the bacon and egg hash brown casserole instead of an omelette…It was so yucky. Chunks of almost raw bacon fat, different and piled up ingredients. It reminded me of something I would put down the garbage disposal. I will Never have breakfast at this place again. Only if I’m traveling on the road will I stop at a Cracker Barrel, if there’s no other place to eat. I went to Taco Bell afterwards, so I’m obviously not picky 😅

Only rating food bc I ordered to go. I don’t know what has happened to this place but the food this time was the worst have ever gotten from them. How does one ruin mashed potatoes? They were like a rock! The peach cobbler has changed too. If this is the new direction they are going, I doubt I will patron this place ever again. RIP Cracker Barrel.

The wait staff and shop are amazing but the food was terrible today for a brunch. We sat at our table for almost an hour before we got our food. Some of our food came out and the rest came out about 20 minutes later. We used to love this location but the last year or so it has gone down hill as far as food quality and the cooking staff. I could see into the kitchen and there was definitely some questionable hygiene in the kitchen.

Well, this was a major disappointment. What happened to the Grandmother Breakfast??? The sausage tasted like a dry plant based sausage, the one small piece of bacon tasted as if it was cooked with that sausage, and I guess they started getting miniature pigs for that piece of ham that was smaller than the biscuits. Another giant corporate company that's made cuts to quality and quantity but not the price. DO WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!

How do I even put this to even explain the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Cracker Barrel. The service was terrible from the beginning. No one was smiling. Everybody looked as if they hated their job. We had to ask the waitress twice to refill our drinks. We also were served with cold, hard cornbread and biscuits. Grease looks like it was not changed for a while. Our chicken came out looking dark colored instead of golden crispy as someone that moved here recently in the past two years it seems that no one truly cares about quality anymore, especially being so close to Houston.DO BETTER!

Did not provide a spoon. Had hair in my corn. At first I thought it was corn silk. No horseradish sauce to make cocktail sauce. Bread cold and butter frozen. Internet claims they offer senior discount but store did not honor it. Also, understaffed and service slow. At checkout they suggested not to pay at table using mobile app. Claims it will charge you twice. Not going back.

Attempted to eat dinner here. Place was quiet, not too many people. Approached the hostess and was told it would be 30 minutes to 1 hour wait. When asked why since there wasn’t many people and lots of empty tables, his answer was just the way it is and started chuckling. Quality of service for this chain has gone down hill

This was our 2nd Sunday in a row going for brunch, The wait was over 35 minutes, Our server was very RUDE, I asked her several times when my husband salad would be brought out and she turned to me, like I was bothering her, also when she brought the salad out she dropped the plate on the silverware and I had asked her also when his biscuits would also be coming , she brought my biscuits with side little bowl of flour sauce , not gravy with his bisquits and my plate hit my right hand .Extremely rude, didn't pay attention if we needed more drinks , and my husband steak burger didn't have gravy on it . This has never been our experience with coming to Cracker Barrel in over 30 years . The company really needs to watch who they hire , I was a server at many high-end restaurants as well as this type. I always was kind & watched my tables- but I guess this is what we get now in our country , young adults with no proper manners or training .WE WILL NOT BE GOING BACK TO THIS CRACKER BARREL EVER AGAIN .ESPECIALLY RAISING PRICES ! VERY POOR SERVICE & Our Food was horrible , the gravy tasted like flour and water . To anyone reading this , your better off going up the road some place else or cooking at home were your not treated so badly .

I hate to do it, but I will be doing a review of the nastiness we experienced. I had a party of 12, then a drop to 11 people. I was told when half of the people are here we would be sitted. If I could give this place a zero I would. Betta is a racist lady. The manager was just as rude as Betta. My caucasian sister/friend was told a table was being prepared. Then when 5 black people came they no longer could assist. They've sitted more than 15 people since we've been standing here. Betta and the manager pictured needs a master class in service. Betta wouldn't even get the manager so I called out to a manager for assistance. I was met with rudeness from that manager. I shouldn't have had to call for her. She should have come to apologize and speak to us directly. If you're black with a large party, don't go, is my recommendation. They said they were short on servers, but the sitting of over more than 16 people said otherwise. I spend quite a bit at Cracker Barrell regularly. No More! I was taught a valuable lesson today, the old Cracker Barrell way of racism still stands at 1301 League Line Rd. I asked for the GM's name. I was told Q and that's all Betta knew. Thankfully, I met Q at Logan's Steakhouse roughly 10 years ago and she's a friend on FB. She is customer service personified from my experience. This meeting was a surprise send off for a sister colleague and friend that was ruined by bias and othering. Corporate will be receiving communication from all the adults present. I wish I could post the video of the nasty aggression of the manager as she approached. I wish would have videoed the smirks from the host as we questioned and asked to be sitted.

Went for lunch one afternoon, around 1pm. Was told we would have to wait 45 minutes. When we were seated, we noticed some people get up and leave without eating. Not a good sign. We were short silverware and some of the cream for my coffee was already open. Took roughly 30 minutes for good to arrive and it was a disappointment. Okra was so soggy. Hardly any French Fries. Nothing seemed cooked all the way. Had to get up and get our own condiments from other tables. Refills took a while and we were missing a couple things from meals. I don't know if it was just a bad day or what but this visit was an extreme let down. Will probably not come back unless service and food quality improves.

Went to breakfast, old tasting coffee, cold potato casserole, hard biscuit with cold lumpy gravy and burnt sausage. Eggs were good. This costing over 15 dollars. Won't be back!! Better breakfast at Dennys and cheaper.

Unfortunately the food has good way down hill. The chicken ordered was way overly fried (dark brown black) tasted like oil. The rice was not fully cooked (hard, almost cracked tooth) servings are smaller price is higher. The only cool thing about cracker barrel now is the trinket shop with sodas and candy. Will not be returning to eat at this location again.

Let's back up to last Sunday. I took my boss and my hubby. The service was so-so but the food was absolutely bad! I ordered 2 eggs overeasy with hashbrown casserole, country ham and grits. The eggs were okay but were cold, hashbrowns were okay, the ham? It looked and tasted like ham jerky, uneditable and the grits????? They were brown looking and smelled and tasted like oatmeal! I asked our waitress if those were grits she said as she pushed on the bowl "no those are grits!" Humm okay, no they weren't. I had one bite of everything and had her take my plate. Never asking if the food was good or what was wrong? To send an entire plate back?? I got the bill and not only didn't the manager come over she didn't bother taking my meal off the ticket. Lesson on my end should've been learned but nope! Yesterday was my bosses birthday and she wanted to go back. Sigh..... We arrived yesterday at 1:58pm. Wanted a bigger table but we were told the back section by the window was closed. There was one table seated when we arrived. So okay, we had to make due. We waited for 18 minutes before I finally got up and asked a manager if anyone was working our table? She said "you've not been greeted yet? (Apparently we weren't) what can I get for y'all to drink?" Finally waitress "Kora" brought our drinks. Took our order. 45 minutes later our food came. During that time we asked for more napkins, more cornbread and refills, those never came. Another table was seated 10 minutes after us and yet they had their drinks AND food before we did. Meantime I'm watching that "closed section" fill up! Hummmmm They did have a full staff and the hostess? "Kelya" she spent more time in the kitchen area on her phone or talking with the other staff than she did up front. The food!! My goodness..... Horrible! I ordered the meatloaf mashed potatoes and green beans. And asked for steak sauce because the meat was dry dry dry! It looked old. When I opened the greasy bottle it had so much yuck in it that the sauce didn't come out, a drop did and it was disgusting. Black and smelled really bad. Needless to say, I took one bite and pushed my plate away. Kora never asked if my food was okay or what was wrong, it was hard to just find her on the floor. My boss ordered the fried catfish. She ate half of one filet before I noticed she was eating RAW fish!! She took her food home and will finish cooking it there, my plate? That crap wasn't going anywhere but into the trash. Cracker barrel, WHAT IS GOING ON WITH YOU GUYS?????? That's twice in ONE WEEK and both times you guys failed at everything!!! I'm soooooo disappointed! We love CB but after twice giving you a chance? We will NEVER visit that location again.. Wowza.
