Im a person that deals with horrible anxiety/paranoia. So the SEALs placed on the boxes being delivered were very comforting for me. Unfortuantely I won’t be able to eat this meal due to that. Who do I speak with about putting the seals back on the boxes? Side Note: No complaints towards this specific location. Customer Service and Delivery service was great. The food also came exactly as ordered. Two stars were given because this situation caught me off guard.

Ordered a pizza and wings, things seemed to be going well. Pizza arrived on time, in 30 minutes. Got inside, opened it and it looked like the driver had either dropped it or it had slid off the seat of her car. Called the store, very friendly, said they understood, offered a store credit or they could remake. I said remake, as I had 3 little kids looking forward to pizza, and they said it will be 30 minutes, so I said no prob. An hour later, no pizza. I called up, and the same person was a little too non-caring this time. "Oh, you don't want the order?" Don't want it? We wanted it, it's been an hour, and she went on in such a way about cancelling it that made me realize they had not even started it. But offered me store credit. Store credit. I don't even want to eat there again. Think I'll go by the store tomorrow and speak with the manager there, I want my money back and I want my tip back from the POS driver that caused this mess. Why am I mad? Because the kids mom was now on the way to pick them up, and they were literally in tears because they didn't get the pizza I promised. Congrats, Pizza Hut, you made an 8yr old, 9 yr old, and 10yr old girls cry. And their mom thinks I am an even bigger POS than she already does because I didn't feed them like I said I would, and she has to scramble to take care of it now. Whoever the manager is at that location, I will see you tomorrow right after you open, you've got an earful coming..... Pic attached is the disaster they tried to deliver. I really wish this location was one of the locations Pizza Hut is planning on closing in 2026 (something like 250 locations are slated to, maybe the city of Conroe will get lucky and see this place go away). I guess they were rushing, placed an order at 10:30pm they didn’t close until 12. Called 4 times no one picked up. My first time ever eating from this location will never return.

I AM THE OWNER OF A STATE LICENSED SERVICE ANIMAL WHICH ALLOWS ME ACCESS TO ANY FOOD SERVICE BUSINESS IN TX. Tammy came out to the area upon my entrance to tell me that no animals were allowed on the premises regardless of the laws where service animals are concerned. I told her that my dog was a service animal and she stated that it didn't matter. I will file a complaint with the authorities.

I had ordered a pizza, but I had gotten a disappointment instead. Pizza was stuck to the cardboard. 2 inch gaps between the crust and what looks like just a tomato sauce and then the cheese. Absolutely lack of work ethic if this is what usually comes out.

I am writing concerning a recent online delivery order. I regrettably received an incorrect pizza order at first. Although the correct pizzas were delivered approximately one hour afterward, the remainder of my order, which included the pasta, breadsticks, and wings, had unfortunately become cold during the interim. 👎🏽

This place is ass buster 5000! I ordered my food 30min before. When I arrive I hear them say they have to put the cheese sticks in and then I ask the guy about my pizza and he says they’re not done yet. But online my order said “done” 🤦🏿‍♂️ screenshot for proof. I’m in the store writing this. Pick a different Pizza Hut. One that’s not going to waste your time for mid food. I’ll definitely be doing a review on my youtube channel!!!

Make the pizza nice and fresh! Hire better professional employees that are more helpful. Also if there is a problem with my order they should fix it and it does not matter if it was online or person. The lady was very rude and unhelpful. She had a nasty attutide and had a face that did not care. She made every excuse not to fix my order. I been to other pizza huts were my online order was wrong and they fix it with no problem. She was wanted to charge me a a new pizza. After i said i had no more money. She stood there with the i dont care face. I dont know they have some one like her working there she should not work in customer service. Also alot of there employees were just standing there watching everything instead of working. This is the wrost experince ever and you can not even get a hold of the store manager directly to get help or file a complaint. This location so far is the worst ever in service and making fresh food.

If I could give a negative ten stars, I would! Absolutely horrible pizzahut. This is the second time they got our address wrong. The first time, they took it to one of our neighbors, and the neighbor sent them to our house. Second, they canceled our order and didn't tell us. After waiting for over an hour with our kids, my wife called them. On their app, our address is correct, but they said it was different on their computer. This is a horrible excuse for a pizzahut. We will never order from them again!!!!

EVERY time I order ranch dipping sauce for the wings they NEVER send it. So this time I called customer service. Her reply is because of how “they” ring it up!!!! So the person who said her name was Kayla was horrible as far as customer service goes. So many new pizza places. Going to go try them. Maybe they will care more about the quality of service they offer. 😇

Gayla the manager is RUDE. she refused to help with my order after spending 80 dollars. Just to get the wrong food. Definitely should be checking the food before delivery. Then says oh she was busy then as customers we are at fault for this weird restaurant. Proper management would be the start of a good Pizza Hut. Never again will I do business with this place.

Worst experience of any pizza joint in a long time. Best part, you pay for a “cup of marinara” but you get a laugh followed by frustration after. When I added them to one cup it was just UNDER half full. Only lasted 2 cheese sticks. Lol just a joke. Pizza was okay but was over cooked. Do not tip, unless using delivery. I’ll say as much. Did not get all of everything I paid for, got a little of everything I paid for.
