I can't say anything about this Taco Bell but I love Taco Bell. My son told me the prices were super high and they aren't just super high, they're astronomical. Unbelievably high so I won't be going there until they get reasonable.

This particular restaurant seems to have good staff then get bad staff. Food was undercooked especially the chicken and here comes the beautiful part....there was a bed bug in the food. I just left out their drive through, I placed a pretty big order and couldn't go through every container in the car. I make it home and they forgot items and all 3 sodas were nasty carbonated water! I called instantly, not even 5 minutes from leaving, the lady that took my order realized who i was and even read me back order, then said oh yeah you just left, she puts me on hold and a Hispanic lady comes on the line and I couldn't understand her with her accent. She started being rude, like I did something wrong by wanting what i paid for, and she hung up on me!! I called back 3 times and no answer. So now they're blatantly taking our money and couldnt care less about the consumer or the quality of service. The staff at this location is HORRIBLE! DO BETTER TACO BELL!!!!

Terrible staff! Tried to order on the kiosk, payment failed, said to go to the counter. I stood at the counter for about 5 mins with my wallet and card in hand, clearly displaying that I was ready to mach a purchase. The staff completely ignored me. They all looked at me at different points, but never once was I acknowledged by anyone. So I left.

I don't know about the food went in waiting for someone to take my order but nobody every came to the front. Since they have the machines to place your order but I want to pay cash and drive thru had a long line. So now I see why everyone goes thru drive thru and not the front.

Went thru the drive thru and sat there for those 10 minutes after I paid. the cashier keep passing by the window looking at me but not bringing my order. I went around parked and went inside and ask for a manger and one of the associates said she busy but I will get her!!! (That should have been yes mama I will get the manager.) Well when Erika came out (looking mad that she had to come out to help!!!) to the counter, she just looked at me not saying anything ( LIKE HOW CAN I HELP YOU MAMA) so I had to say I would like a refund she never opened her mouth she just walked over to a resister and gave me a receipt with the refund NOT asking what happed or anything. NOW I SEE WHTY THE SATFF IS THE WAY THEY ARE RUDE!!! BECAUSE IF YOUR WANT TI BE MANAGER IS RUDE AND DIREPECTFUL WHAT, DO YOU THINK THE SATFF IS GOING TO DO. Went there at night after work and I ordered a nacho belgrandre and paid for extra beef and cheese. When I placed the order I asked could they please put beef on the top and bottom and she said yes for extra charge. I said that’s fine. When I checked my order it was only on the top and nothing on the bottom but beans.. no beef. So I said there’s no extra beef or cheese on the bottom. The cashier was rude and told me me that I was not at home making nachos and this is Taco Bell. We only put it on the top . Kept the money and the food. This establishment needs to have a whole new crew because they treat their customers with disrespect.

One of the worst Taco Bell locations I’ve had the misfortune of visiting. Staff are rude, took forever and my order was so wrong it might as well have been someone else’s, took multiple attempts to get someone’s attention to get my correct order. Steer clear and visit the location on Davis up the road, have had much better experiences there.

Indoor dining occurs as a barrage of noises plays havoc as staff attempt to create customers orders. Noise one might associate with a calamity. Loudest fast food restaurant ever.
