My family and I came in on 9/25, and I have to say this is one of the worst experiences we’ve had with a server at a restaurant. Grace was rude to start, and didn’t seem to want to be there at all. She hardly smiled and was completely MIA. Unfortunately her attitude wasn’t the only issue. We could never find her when we needed refills, more napkins, or to even just ask questions. On top of that my husbands order was incorrect. Now an order being incorrect is something I can usually let slide because I know mistakes can happen, but unfortunately I fully believe this happened due to the lack of care and attention from our server. Im not one to typically post reviews but I really don’t think someone so negative, inattentive, and careless should be working as a server or really in a customer service position in general. Maybe our next experience will be better if we ask for someone different.

The service was bad they gave our food away to someone and they had to remake it then forgot some of our sauces and the sauce we got weren’t even 1/4 the way full and when I called about it they hung up on me the first time and I had to call back 2 more times to get someone to answer then we got multiple pieces of chicken that were just batter and everything was just super dry

Had 2 bad experiences all in the same day. Went to this location on Sunday and sat at the bar to watch the game. Ordered boneless Parmesan Garlic, was told after I ordered that they were out of that flavor. Waitress wasn’t aware, they were also out of onion rings. Next to me at the end of the bar, one employee was complaining very loudly about another. Wrong place and time for that. That evening my girlfriend ordered wings for delivery. They showed up with hardly any sauce on them and about 1 dollop of ranch in each container. That’s absolutely ridiculous. Ordered extra ranch and didn’t hardly get any at all. I always have a rest experience but this time, I won’t be back

Really bad customer service. We walked in and they weren’t able to seat us because the kitchen was too behind which is totally ok and understandable. What wasn’t ok was the way they spoke condescendingly to us to get us out of the restaurant. We don’t want to make the employees lives harder and will leave if asked to, but would like to be met with respect :(

if i could write below a 1 star i would. ive ordered from here a few times. online. dont bother. the nightshift doesnt care what you request on the app, theyll make the burger how they want reguardless, and for some insane reason they think cooking burger patties means scorching it until its so well done im pretty sure cremating the cow wouldve achieved the same result. this place is a joke. best i can say so this isnt just a horrid review, is at least the staff are nice and the ppace looks clean. wish theyd put that same effort in in the kitchen.

I had 2 orders of 15 wings, both hot buffalo. The wings were definitely old and had been under a heat lamp all day. One had the wrong sauce, they gave us 1 dipping sauce for 30 wings and no napkins. The worst part is my coworker and I both got immediately sick after eating. This was a Togo order I had someone pick up for us. Won't be going back to this location again.

came in for lunch today and within a few hours both me and my husband were extremely sick. all we ate was boneless wings and queso. i called and let the manager know and he absolutely didn’t care AT ALL. this is the only meal my husband and i have ate the same in DAYS due to our hectic work schedules. it literally couldn’t have been anything else. the manager said that the boneless wings wouldn’t do that because they’re put into the fryer that kills any bacteria. has he never heard of food storage safety temps????????? i’ve worked in enough restaurants to know what happens when food isn’t stored properly. i would advise anyone to completely avoid this location unless you want a horrible case of food poisoning!

this place used to be our go to… definitely is not anymore. we have gone multiple times for dine in, it used to be great but has gone down hill. we have been ignored after being seated, the food takes FOREVER to come out and the servers just seem generally unhappy with life. I have tried to speak to management about it and nothing changes. the last time I went I did a pick up order to see if that experience was any different and it definitely was not. we were ignored again 🙃🙃🙃. when we got home with the food the wings were barley sauces and were super dry. save yourself some time and do not go here.

This was my first time visiting this location. I spent $70 here. The staff was not really that friendly. They forgot half my order... ended up not noticing until I got home. I live 23 minutes away. No one from the restaurant bothered to check a high value order. The portion sizes were small. I had cold fries... large fry where? This was a regular size. I hate going to these restaurants because they ALWAYS DISAPPOINT ME. I think I'll be done getting "fast food". You've lost my business.

Third and last time we came here. Last time was horrible, (picture to prove it) not only did the iced tea come many minutes after we ordered it, my husband's food came 40 minutes after we ordered mine came 25 minutes after his. The second time here, almost the same thing happened except it was 1 hour wait for my husband and 1 hour and 15 minutes for me. The food was also dry. Last time, he only went twice, and he had a bad attitude. The first time was ok. But not anymore. I don't know what's worse, the food or the service. Oh, and dirty restroom and the smell of the place, it's like a wet old dirty rag.

So many feathers you could braid it! AND the regular size fry was half full. Not even the full serving. When I called to ask about this I was told word for word “that’s just how we do it now.” We love BWW so this was hugely disappointing. Will NOT order or go to this location again.

Smells unclean as soon as you walk in. Flies and gnats all over. Table was not clean and sticky. Wings had a bug (still moving) stuck to it. Fries are 3.99 for a portion smaller than mcdonalds kids meal. Had to look for the waitress every time we needed her & took 30 minutes to remake my wings. No manager visit about issues. Crazy high prices for what you get.
