The service and the food were great! The 3 for me deal was incredible! The staff was friendly and attentive. Super fast service too! The potato soup was amazing and the QP burger was big and juicy! The fries were a little salty, but my husband liked them enough to eat mine too. We will be going back again!

We had a very difficult experience between the Chili’s app and the DoorDash driver. After shuffling between the two companies on 6 different calls tonight, Mark (Manager) was willing to sit on the phone with me while I waited on the DoorDash rep who had been sending me in circles. After DoorDash was cornered and could not lie to me anymore with Mark on the phone, DoorDash hung up on us. Mark was so kind, he asked us what the order was so he could remake our food for us to come pick up at no extra charge and gave us gift cards when we got there! Not many people want to take care of their customers anymore, so I wanted to make sure Mark and this Chili’s location got the credit they deserved for going above and beyond for us! THANK YOU!!!

On February 10th, I keeping forgetting to write a review but this time I am doing it now. I love the food from that day, the chicken tenders were freshly hot and delicious and I asked them to make my fries extra crispy, it was perfect and it was delicious. The service was nice, our waitress was so understanding and friendly. The atmosphere is nice too, just a little common that’s all, no offense.

It was good. Waitress very intensive to our needs. Had my 3 grand babies sonit can get hectic. Food was kinda cold like my meal was ready but was waiting for something to get done or something. Didnt complain or nothing. Just saying that lacked a bit.

Their service was kinda slow. Their food was pretty good. I would not recommend their loaded cheese fries. The cheese was hard not runny, the whole thing was a big stuck together mess which was hard to eat and wasn't very good.

We were famished and waited for them to open, they forgot to unlock to door and people piled up, it was funny. The food was delicious the drinks are not for me, a little to sour/sweet. We were there early, and the chicken was very crispy, delicious!

I came here to pick up my Togo order. I had ordered a burger combo for someone else which I cant speak on as I didnt eat. However I ordered myself the appetizer trio combo with the southwestern egg rolls and the honey Chipotle chicken crispers and honestly I was super disappointed. They were only half sauced and not even warm. A couple spots were somehow cold and I began eating as soon as I got in my vehicle. They hadn't even finished my order until 5 minutes after I had arrived so it shouldn't have been sitting. Overall, I wasn't impressed. The packaging though was superb though! I did think the packaging was cool!

I like yalls food, but I get on doordash for the Just Wings food. I have received my Just Wingz orders without my fries. One time, i understand. Its been my last two times, and today was the worst. It was just fries that was missing but that was my portion of the meal. Again, good food, just hate missing parts of my order so often.

Ok well this place lights are so bright lol brightest I have ever seen most keep it dimer so you can relax so.bright ok lol 🤣 now the food was ok it's chillies the ribs good the chicken crispy was not crisp it was over cooked and barely breaded the chicken bacon quesadillas decent overall these major chains that we used to love to go get a bunch of hearty food right now kind of being a little more stingy with it. Now about are server she was the best one I have and I do meen ever had she was on top of her game and then some she had 4 tables she was working and rocked every one of them she came by are table and checked up on us and refills no lie at least 10 times great job to her

On February 7th, past 10:40pm, I went in to pick up my to go order. In front of me was two employees. A man and a girl. I was waiting there while they were laughing and conversing with each other. Granted they were a couple feet away, she should have been out on the look for a customer considering that is her job. After 1-2 minutes of just standing there the girl finally came up to me. Once I let her know I was here for my pick up order she grabbed my food and placed it closest to her end of the table then just walked away. Although this is not a dramatic experience I believe that customers should always be put first, and as a worker your customers should have a decent at most experience. In which I didn’t have. She was kind enough to help me with an issue I had with my order but that does not excuse the lack of curiosity. I would have excused her behavior if it looked like she was having a bad day but considering she was just having a blast speaking with her co-worker that didn’t seem to be the case. Lastly, I had another issue with my food in which I do not want to share publicly.

Food is totally inconsistent at this location. On delivering, they constantly forget condiments and extra dipping sauces that I pay for. They're unapologetic when you contact them. It's been like this for about 2 months and I eat there at least once a week, both at restaurant and Uber delivery. I won't be back again to this location. This is not how you retain longtime customers!!!!

To start out with, I have been to the restaurant many times. Generally the food is good, service has always been good. However, we sat in the bar area and the bartender was waiting tables as well as performing her regular duties. This appears to be a lack of staff AKA Management issue. We were never offered refulls on our drink's, waited forever for our check, to go container's and ended up leaving our leftovers on the table after paying. Very disappointed!

I don’t know if tonight was just a bad night or what but first we sat down in the regular seating area we asked for a drink specials. They told us we had to be sitting in the bar area in order to get served the specials so we move tables to the other side of the building, just to get drink specials. Then the new waitress informs us that the other waiter could’ve honored those drink specials, but chose not to, why ? who knows. Then when we placed our order pretty easy, two orders of the triple dippers, and a side salad with a kids crispy chicken tenders, and one order of the smokehouse barbecue double rack of ribs with sauce. They bring our food out it’s completely wrong. The triple dipper is the wrong option that was selected then they brought out a whole order of quesadillas. Nobody ordered. They brought out the smokehouse barbecue with one rack of ribs not 2 like ordered and dry no sauce. - Idk if the kitchen just did what they wanted or if the order was just put in wrong. Who knows. I’ll be surprised if and when we go back.

Been here two times, chips been super greasy, and both times the burgers were way over cooked. Chili's used to be so good, but man has it gone downhill over the years.

I will not be going here any more. I asked for Ranch for both of my kids meals and did not receive any, both kids meals had 2 of the smallest chicken strips I have ever seen. They looked they it was one chicken strips cut in half. Also before I left the restaurant they did not give me the kids meal drinks and I had to remind them that I had drinks with my order. They finally gave me the drinks and did not provide any straws. I also did not receive any silverware and I requested it. The fries with the meals were cold and I did not receive any ranch with my triple dipper meal. I’m very disappointed in the experience. I don’t think I will be going back to this chili’s.

Ive been to this Chillis before and its always been a pleasant experience except today. This place needs seripus re-training to its staff. I ordered a burger and fties, speciically told the waiter what i did not want and my husband asked for fresh jalapenos on his order. Both irders came out incorrect, the fresh jalapenos took literally 10 mins to come out. Did they go straight to the farm, picked it out and cut it up themself? My burger had mayo which i did not want and i brought it up to the waiter she asked if i wanted to still change it. Why wouldnt i? I told you from the beginning i didnt want this - if it was on the order and the kitchen dropped the ball they need to be careful. People have actual allergies. Secondly, the managwr came out with my fresh meal howeever did not even offer a discount on the meal for the inconvience? Your team/crew messed up, why wouldnt you at least offer a discount if you cant write the meal off. I didnt even bother trying to complain about it and i paid the measley 40 bucks for the entire meal just because i wanted to get out of there - to top it off! the pen they gave me didnt even work. I waited for my waiter and she kept walking everywhere. I had to ask a different waiter for another pen because i wasnt going to sit at the table for another 10 mins. 0 tip for horrible experience
