Ordered the $8.99: 20 nuggets and basket of fries. As you see from the pictures not really a basket, went back to get the sauce. She said it was in the bag. She didn't know it was not, and once I got home got 17 nuggets. In the future will look at the fries abd count the nuggets before i leave. I was hust concerned about no sauce.

I’ve been here many times since it is the closest one to my house. I try to drive to the one by HEB down the road though because this place is so incredibly slow. I have NEVER been through the drive through and not been parked. They have to park so many cars that most of the time I’m not even in a numbered spot. I have even tried to order online and go inside and I’m finding myself waiting twenty minutes for a mcchicken and a Diet Coke. Food is always whatever.

On 3 separate occasions, I ordered on the app, curbside. Each and every time, even though they were on different days and vastly different times, they kept marking my food as delivered to me/order completed. I then proceed to wait during that time, worried that something has happened to my order, and then walk inside and ask. On two fo those occasions, it still took around 10 minutes to actually get the food to me despite me waiting inside. It is very frustrating. Also, their fries are consistently over-fried. :(

Ordered a small coffee in the drive thru and paid at 10:08 a.m., got to the pick up window & was told there's fresh coffee brewing & to pull into a waiting spot. I waited 15 minutes when I saw the car behind me getting their coffee. I thought mine would come soon too. Nope! I waited 10 more minutes and still nothing. I walked inside & asked for my coffee & mentioned about my wait. I was given my coffee but not an apology which is expected after having to wait 25 minutes when obviously they forgot/oversaw me!

Cold food and missing half my nuggets. Man I truly don't even know why I even bother with McDonald's anymore. They always get my order wrong and the quality of food has gone way down. And you literally have to go back to the restaurant because they never answer their phone. Honestly this location should be shut down already. Employees are rude and make it very apparent that they hate their job. Then after waiting in line for 30 mins they want you to wait in the waiting lanes and then they forget about you. And when you get their attention they get an attitude like you're bothering them and then still get your order wrong. So disappointed in my visit and now I gotta drive back to the restaurant to get my wife's food. This one is definitely a super skip and don't waste your time for me.

They claim 15% off the entire order for military clients on their menu. Just to be told it’s not applicable for certain items on the menu. The discount for military clients is false advertisement.

Slowest and worst mcdonalds I've ever been to. I only ever order burger and nuggets from this place and they always park me. Ive been here parked for 25 minutes for 2 happy meals and 2 mcdouble bundles smh

9 times out of 10 I come here they lie about their systems being down. The other 1 time they are out of whatever I try to order. The wait times are long but at least the food is fresh sometimes. This is genuinely one of the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to in my life. I hate that this is the only location available unless I go out of my way. This location just frustrates me.

I honestly think they got mad that I asked for extra ketchup, mustard, and pickle on my burger because all three had onion set up in the wrapper so it would fall everywhere when I opened it and all of my food was covered in heaps (literally not figuratively) of onion. I ordered through the app, it wasn’t a crazy order other than that customization which doesn’t seem like a crazy one. There was no reason for them to put onion all over my food like that. Horrible service I feel if you don’t like your job go find one where you can be a rude jerk cause the people who work drive thru a manager for tonight 6/11/25 are horrible. You ask for bbq sauce they act like it hurts them to add some in the bag and want to have an attitude for no reason yall gotta do better. Manager has same attitude as the girl in the drive thru. So sad no motivation no customer service just horrible.

NEVER door dash from this location. They don't QC anything. Things will always be forgotten. Whether it be fries, cookies, condiments, or straws there will always be SOMETHING missing. I've called and spoken to a manager and nothing has changed. Looking at the other reviews, corporate should get involved.

Im definitely never going back to this McDonald’s… I’m so irritated, I placed my order 30 minutes in advance because I know this McDonald’s likes to take their sweet time but when I get there, they still have me waiting 15 minutes which made me super late to work, and I just had to have them to cancel the order…. What a horrific experience tonight. Had to wait quite a while for the food to come out. When it did, I took the drinks first and sat them in my passenger seat. When I took the bag of food, it ripped a bit up the side, but I saved it before anything happened. However, the bottom fell out of the happy meal box and the hamburger and apple slices fell to the ground. It does not appear that the burger came unwrapped, so I did not raise a fuss in theoment, but this is unacceptable. The employee handed me the torn happy meal box, then the burger and apple slices and walked away. Completely disgusted and disappointed in the handling of my curbside order #1922 today.

Please don’t come to this McDonalds. Horrible experience. You will be waiting for your food forever. I thought this was fast food? and when they finally bring you your food it will be cold and will walk away so fast before you can even ask for condiments. The manager that works there at night does not act like a manager. He was smoking outside right in-front of us while we were pulled forward and asked to wait for our food. The cigarette smell was so strong. This manager seems like he is tired of working at McDonald’s. Please find another job if you are unhappy but don’t take it out on the customers, we are paying customers. This is an older gentleman, not sure what his name is but he was working at night.

The restaurant was very dirty and the service was very bad. They mess-up on my dad’s drink they gave him Dr Pepp. They didn’t give us straws and they gave us 3 napkins for a total of 5 we are not coming here no more. They bagged our order when we told them we were eating in and we were missing my sons happy meal.

After waiting 25 minutes for my order, picture of my receipt below, it wasn’t anything fancy, pretty simple. But I don’t understand why my fries are cold and barley full? Everytime I come to this location it’s always like this, my kids love McDonald’s and I really don’t feel like driving to another location, but I guess I’ll just have too, this location is always slow and never gives you what you pay for. That’s all.
