I've been edging away from B-Dubs for a bit as I get older. I like to hear my dinner companions, and the service is usually lacking. This location, though loud, had phenomenal service. My waitress today was Alexandria, and she was very sweet and attentive. Knowledgeable about the menu, offered ways to maximize savings, etc. Also, if you are a fan of the all-you-can eat appetizers for 4, it's $2.50 per additional person and only running for three more weeks. This location (maybe others, not sure) is permanently out of the Buffalo Bleu and the BBQ Ranch.

Went there today and Stormy was amazing! Fast, Friendly, and quality service! 10/10 recommend visiting her! Definitely will be back.

This Buffalo Wild Wings location is really dedicated to the customer experience. Great food, fast friendly service that keeps you topped up. They even switched the restaurant's audio from music to the Spurs game, which everyone loved. And when there was a mixup with my bill during checkout, the staff quickly fixed it and then some to make sure my party felt satisfied. 5 stars to my server and the night management!

Brittany was an awesome server, made sure our drinks were filled at all times and even checked on us periodically to see if we needed anything. Amazing job

Went in SUPER late. Only person left was the bartender and poor thing was busy trying to take care of customers, fill drink orders, serve food, and trying to prep to shut down. Despite this she was still super friendly, gave great service and offered advice on drinks and flavors. Had a great time.

Honestly it felt like we got there at shift change and had to wait for pass-on or something. It was 9pm on a Friday and they weren't terribly full except for to-go drivers. Sat for 10 min or so before we saw anyone. After that, though? Great time. Good food, cold beers and prompt service. Just took a sec to get it together I guess.

I had not been to this location in a few years because the last visit was a poor experience. My son and I tried it, his first time, and it was marginal. The server was in training and I was served the wrong plate. That was corrected, no problem. I had the Nashville chicken sandwich which was tasty, but it was served on a cold bun. My son had a chicken wrap which he said had little taste. We spiced it up with some hot sauce. This place still needs improvement. We also had the cheese curds with dipping sauce and some potato wedges. Those were good. Eat well!

This is the first time we've had to wait to get seated which was not bad 20 mins on a Friday. I had a problem with the portions . My order of fries was smaller then my sons kid meal. Our waiter was great and brought us out some more

It’s BWW. You know what you’re getting when you come here. Normally the boneless wings have too much breading, so I decided to get a spicy sandwich with mild sauce and tator tots. I will now only get that sandwich. It is probably one of the best things on the menu. The wings are unpredictable with how much sauce you get or don’t get. Went at 5 pm on a Saturday night, there was 10% of the tables filled and the rest were open…. So not very busy, but the service was mediocre. I would go back, but would hope the service would improve.

Not a terrible place by any means. Server was super helpful, didn’t offer and silverware, napkins or straws until asked. Overall a decent experience, food was hot and fresh. No complaints there.

Came here with a few friends the other night as a late night dinner. The server was really attentive and nice. I ordered their new burger called the Bacon Mac N Cheese. When I tel y’all, it was so amazing!! It was definitely a hard burger to bite into cause it was loaded with meat patties, thick bacon and macaroni; but the flavors tie in so well together. I'll give it more like a 3.5. Texas Road House was packed so we came here instead. We were greeted with smiles from staff members. Our server was nice, but very much "I'm just here to do my job" kind of person. Not very invested. He was very efficient, though. I think the music was a little too loud and the food wasn't bad but not amazing either. I expected more from a place that specializes in wings and has been around for so many years. Overall, we had a good experience. I'd recommend if you're looking to try different sauces - they have no shortage of options.

Overall we had an enjoyable dining experience. Food was good, water was fresh, bloody mary was tasty. Our waitress was sweet, and the manager was courteous, making our patio visit more comfortable. 3 stars because their wings are definitely lacking in freshness and depth, and because they took those amazing fried mushrooms off the menu.

Football Sunday lunch date! Plenty of TVs and games to choose from which is why we chose this place. The menu was limited as they were out of a lot, including anything with cheese. The food was decent, but the drinks were not. For a $10 drink it was mostly ice. I suggest beer over anything mixed.

The service here is what’s really been keeping things afloat lately. I recently tried the new Beer Cheesesteak, and honestly, the meat was dry, cold and barely filled the sandwich. We were able to get a table right away. However, it took almost 30 minutes before our waitress got our drink order. Btw I had to go get our menus myself. They took 1hr to bring our food out and it was so damn dark darker than usual. we had to move to a table next to the window to get some light.

I got the Bacon Patty Melt and it wasn’t bad, just wasn’t worth the wait. Our waiter came to check on us once. We were waiting for refills forever. He dropped off the check and immediately scurried off. We needed to talk about using our points on the app and waited maybe 15mins for him to come back, just for the check! It was super dark in here, i’m sitting across a couple who is sitting COMPLETELY in the dark i can barely see them i feel so bad.

Our bartender Brandi must have been fairly new at her position. She did not tell us anything about the house beer, $5 talls or 9pm after menu. I asked and she simply nodded no, it wasn’t until that I was walking out that we saw all the specials they offered Bummer. Boneless and fries were good. All You Can Eat wings is a scam. 30 minutes just to get the wrong order. EXTREMELY slow service and inattentive consider it’s EMPTY. took forever to even be acknowledged and seated as well. Reminds me why I stopped going years ago, even worse if anything.

An utter disappointment. I showed up at 2PM on a Monday (they not very busy) and I still waited 5 minutes to be addressed and seated. This location appears to be understaffed. After placing my order the wings and fries arrived cold. From my understanding, the kitchen doesn't make the wings fresh as they keep them in a warmer and just tosses them in the preferred sauces. The server offered to replace my food, but unfortunately I did not have the time to wait for a new order. I don't see this location lasting much longer. B-Dubs, get your act together already.

Interesting experience is the least to say about this place. The food is good but is none sense to have a mandatory mask rule when you get a packed place with super loud music that not even the waitresses can hear you. By the way all of the staff had masks but none of them were properly using them, or following any safety standards. Being that the case just don't do it! At the entrance illegally parking on the handicap spot, there were two bikes, which stayed there until we managed to leave the place because the service was sooo slow that I could have get fresh groceries at the nearest supermarket and cook them myself. Nobody on the staff did anything to move those bikes. I guess,after getting the restaurant closed for so many weeks, they didn't care anymore about any basic regulation such as handicap parking space, or Covid regulations. Not coming back.

Atmosphere is great. Food is just fair. The boneless wings were really hard..weren't good at all. I love their fresh strawberry lemonade....it's the best! But service is awful. My boyfriend ordered a beer which took the waitress forever to bring because she was too busy talking in the corner to the other waitress. Where is the sauce!?!? Usually this wild wings is pretty decent. But lately they have done a TERRIBLE JOB putting sauce on the wings. It’s like they put a tiny bit of sauce on half the wings, and the other half have nothing. Basically if you order wings with sauce, be expecting plain wings with essentially no sauce. The flavor was great, BUT... I ordered flats (paid extra) I received tips and flats. I didn't even think restaurants gave you wing tips anymore because they're useless. The boneless wings ordered were smallest I've ever seen from a restaurant. The celery stalks were rotting on the ends and one even had a soft rotted part in the side.

I'm keeping this short and sweet. Bar smells like a dirty wet mop. I had to cancel wife's order because they were taking too long. Their men's bathroom was disgusting.

The interior is very dark, it is difficult to see the menu, even the TVs are unevenly lit, some are very bright and some are very dark. The food we were served was not hot, even the fries were mushy. The service was not good either. The staff's attitude was still very decent, but they served very slowly even though there weren't many customers at that time. The toilets are really the problem here. So dirty and really smelly, feels like they don't clean the place. I am not encouraging you to come here, although someone previously pointed me to come here to enjoy the game days in the USA. But I understood why it was a big game day for football and basketball in the USA, but still the place was not crowded.

We waited for almost 15 minutes after being sat for our waitress (victoria)to even approach us to take our drink order. And even then she spent most of that introductory time telling us that she was having a bad day and had spent most of the day crying. Food would have been great had we not had to wait over 30 minutes for wings and buffalo chips on an extremely slow night(3 other tables in the whole restaurant). Not once did our waitress come to ask us if our food was ok or if we needed another drink. She sropped our check off and we had to wait another 10 minutes before we could flag her down to ask about military discounts-to which she rolled her eyes. After applying the military discount, she came and dropped the check off and left again. Military discount was a whopping 53 cents!!! She never came back to the table to collect the check or ask if we needed a box (we did). Eventually hunny had to walk up and pay at the counter with the manager, Larry When the poor service and military discount was brought to Larry's attention, he shrugged and said he would talk to Victoria later. Burger was under cooked with no flavor. The cheese was hard around the edges. The hitting sauce was gooey and tasted like they had been sitting . We had to get our own regular from the bar because there was literally NO staff members on the floor for a while. Bathrooms were nasty.

The less stars the better. Service was absolutely atrocious, took over 20 minutes to get an order that was sitting in the hot box behind them. All employees that came anywhere near the front look straight through any customer as if they were ghost, without even a thought as to try and help. Management did not seem any more competent than the employees when I called back to let them know.

This experience was not very pleasant. We ordered the mix n match apps. That was put in first, asked a question about a deal that was presented on the app. Said it was only for online. So while I was ordering my wings online as I sit at a table. My wife ordered some sides. My online order was complete and said it would take 20 min, as we wait at our table for our apps, 25 min later our apps sides n my online order all came out together. Everything was not hot, the hottest thing was the maranaria sauce that went with the mozzarella sticks I ordered. Granted we were the only family in the store, besides a patron at the bar. Services and food should have been a lot better but was really bad, tried to give this restaurant a second chance. They completely ruined it, the nacho cheese that they put on the wedges it just horrible, what happened to the shredded cheese they use to put. All in all I will not be dining back here ever again.

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I received on 8/28/2024 at 7pm at the Buffalo Wild Wings location in Live Oak at 7903 Pat Booker Rd, San Antonio, TX 78233 from a pregnant Hispanic Female manager. As a long-time customer, I have always enjoyed my experiences in the past, but my visit yesterday was exceptionally disappointing due to the behavior of one of your managers. Upon entering the carryout area, I waited at the register for nearly five minutes before anyone came to assist me. While I was waiting, a gentleman and a woman walked up and stood next to me at the counter. I was surprised they didn’t wait behind me, as I was clearly there first. I politely mentioned that I was still waiting to order, and the gentleman acknowledged that he was there for pickup. However, they both continued to stand at the counter next to me. When an employee finally approached, she looked at both of us and asked who was first. I stated that I needed to place an order for a 15-piece, and she began to assist me but abruptly stopped to ask the gentleman if he was there for a pickup. When he confirmed, she left to retrieve his order, then returned to the register to take my order. At that point, I expressed my frustration, explaining that I had been waiting patiently for five minutes before the gentleman arrived, and my order should have been taken first. Rather than addressing my concern or explaining any policy or procedure, the employee responded rudely and loudly, saying, "You wanted a 15-piece?" without acknowledging my question. When I asked again about my concern, she dismissively responded, "Do you want to order or not?" At that point, I was so frustrated by her attitude and lack of professionalism that I decided not to place my order and left the restaurant. I have never been treated with such disrespect, and it appeared the employee was giving preferential treatment to the gentleman, which only exacerbated the situation. As a proud African American woman who has served in the United States Army for 34 years, I expect to be treated with the same respect and professionalism I extend to others, regardless of background. The way this situation was handled was unprofessional, and the lack of structure and customer service at this location is unacceptable. Do not visit this location‼️‼️ I came in on July 29th to pick up an online order. When I left I discovered my order was completely wrong. I called them, they offered a refund instead of just replacing the order. I’ve been waiting since the for my refund. Walked in to get an online pick-up. Service was okay, but wow do they even cook the food here? Somehow over the course of a 6 minute drive home the food became so cold that I had to heat it up at home. No reason for food to be that cold unless they're just making a ton of food at once and letting them sit all day so they don't have to make them when people order. I know it's fast food but you guys can't even manage to serve it above room temperature? Never going to one of these places again.

Really bad experience , they are short on staff and I waited around 1 hour even when the tables we’re empty !!! We told them if they can put 2 tables together cause pretty much all of them were empty and dirty so they said they are not allowed to move the tables that is just ridiculous .

So I don't like to leave reviews like this usually. However here I am. We went with a large group to celebrate a birthday. We are not rude, nor are we unaware of the struggles of a large group coming in. Our waitress got our drink orders as promptly as she could? The draft beers came out in ones and twos same with the non alcoholic drinks. Food order went in. Now she didn't get my daughters order and said "well usually parents order for their kids" my daughter is 13 and I honestly figured my daughter was talking with her cousins and was distracted. But then the food came out one or two dishes at a time and many were wrong or often cold... The final plate came out when she was picking up the dishes. This honestly this seems to be a kitchen issue. But regardless. However the problem with the server came with her slamming plates down and rolling her eyes and glaring around. We didn't raise a ruckus and we're perfectly chill. The restaurant was not busy and we weren't running her for drinks or anything like that. The food was pretty good when it wasn't ice cold.

Friendly staff... but food tasted and looked like a fast food joint. The plastic plate/silverware definitely made me feel like the adult I am... not! 😔

Awful some bald headed manger with a messed up mustache was so rude never coming back again. And I wish I could rate the food but can’t because was never given it.

Halfway thru service no silverware, appetizers took 30 mins to come out with literally 6 tables in the whole restaurant. Waitress apologized and said the kitchen was backed up! Really would hate to see it when it's busy!

I took my wife there after she got off work, about 9 p.m. a week ago and we got seated very quickly. The hostess was nice. Although, we were seated and a dirty table and the lights were super dim lile they were closing. They don't close until 2 a.m. on Saturdays. We sat there for a good 10-15 mins and nobody came over. No hellos or drink orders.... nothing. Finally we gave up and left. There were plenty of different servers walking past us helping other people and even looking at us, but no one came. It wasn't busy either. Maybe one 8-top, but there rest were 2"s maybe a 3 in there. Like 5-6 tables were taken Over all. Again super dark, dirty table, no service. Horrible place.

I love buffalo wild wings. My favorite place to go for beer and wings but in this location they are so freaking slow! My beer got warm just waiting for my food and prior to that it took a good 20 minutes to receive said beer. I don't know if its short staffing out front or an overwhelmed kitchen. HAD RATED 2 STARS BUT I HAD TO WAIT TO GET THE WRONG ORDER! this is utterly infuriating and pathetic service. Here's a tip, be promptly and accurate!

This place keeps going worse everyday. Now they only have one cook one server. At this rate they will shut down soon don’t bother going here.

Been here twice in the last 30 days, and the bathrooms are consistently terrible. Not sure who manages this place, but the restrooms clearly aren’t being properly cleaned. Makes you seriously question how sanitary the food is. Disappointing.

I haven’t had Buffalo Wild Wings in probably over 10 years. And I have in and ordered delivery for the 20 wing special. Only 5 of the wings had sauce . 15 wings were bone dry no flavor even tho I chose 4 different flavors. Worst decision. I will never get again.

Please fire and hire new workers. Tonight was the 2nd time I gave this bww a chance & it's still so horrible. All the workers are In the back as well as the greeters & they don't come out to check on you or anything only one time . No refills , I see people getting seated 10min after they show up because thw workers aren't in the front, last time we went they never brought my husband his beer so we finished out appetizers & got the check and they apologized & gave us a coupon that we had to use the same week . This Place is a joke and it's dark ! Open the Damn blinds ! Don't go to this bww it seriously sucks. P.s look at the 3 naked chicken strips my best friend ordered lol she took one bite out a peice of chicken but this is what they gave her

Food was cold, from the wings to the Mac and cheese that I ordered. I asked the waiter if they could reheat it for me. The manager came out and delivered it to me with attitude and disrespect. Never going back there again, probably why the place is always empty.

Terrible service, we asked a simple help because the cocktail that we order was not good , and they did nothing. I'm guessing the server ask her supervisor for help but he did nothing more than come to the table to make things worst , really bad i guess that's why this places don't get better client tell

trinity is a gem and seems to run the store. make her a manager. current managers don’t seem to do anything in front. branch owner if there is one needs to rework this whole store before losing what customers they have or bankruptcy.

The bathrooms are very disgusting smells like urine and there's pee everywhere and looks like it hasn't been cleaned in months it's worse than an old truck stop very unsanitary and disgusting!. Update 1/28/2023 Came back out here to try it out again it's been a while still pretty disgusting everything is old and outdated inside is Dusty the floors are greasy or you can slip the outside patio has dust covered all over the tables the floor has never been washed or mopped outside bunch of flies out there can't enjoy eating will try back again in 6 months to see if they actually try to do anything with that place. This place needs to be remodeled ASAP!!! 8/10/24 came back restroom still disgusting service bad everything out of date tv blurry and old not HD at all! Guess I'll see in a year.

Trash. It’s an Establishment full of people who have been dropped on their heads at birth. Forget to put your order in, they don’t communicate well AT ALL!! They’ll say 10-15 mins it’s always 45 mins plus! I’ve been twice and haven’t had a good experience. This location is so bad it makes me never want to go to BWW anywhere ever again. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! Every worker in here should be fired.

DO NOT EAT HERE!!! The service was slow. The food took forever for only having 4 tables in the facility. Then on top of that once it did come out it was lukewarm. After speaking to the manager Brian he dismissed our concerns and said it wouldn't change that he was the only cook. No excuse for this and we won't be back!

The latest experience made us reconsider everything we know about the entire Buffalo Wild Wings brand. Missing half our order, a tablespoon of sauce on the boneless wings, and incorrect drinks were all unexpected adventures in collecting our go order. And another thing that may not be franchise-specific is that when I ordered my meal a $0.99 optional ranch dip or carrot selection was mandatory which increased the bill (which was over $100 for three meals and an appetizer?!). I'll choose to go to a sit-down establishment if I ever decide to try again.

This pace is managed by a persons who don’t know anything about management The restrooms are so horrible. Wife and daughter couldn’t even use them here we had to leave and go somewhere else . The manager just stands around and stares at people doing the minimal. If employees use this restroom how sanitized is the kitchen environment. This Restaurant is in a hot spot area that is developing and growing very quickly and you would think that they would be top-notch with appearance and sanitary bathrooms in this popular growing area. Manager surely doesn’t know anything about management here This place needs attention from the owners IMMEDIATELY!!

I honestly would never return to any Buffalo Wild Wings ever again with the services that I have gotten tonight. Literally you’re paying $14 for nothing. The fries that they give you are literally like five fries not even a handful of fries. It was like a slap in the face if I’m paying $14 for a meal, I expect to be full off of that meal and they literally gave me zero fries. I’m gonna have to take fries from other family members and that sounds funny but it’s legit $14 for nothing literally nothing. .. And then on top of that, the kids’s meals are eight dollars a pop when they’re literally nothing… It’s ridiculous and of course I have a gift card that I have to use or I’m gonna be losing money.. But I will never use my personal money ever again on Buffalo Wild Wings.. Oh, and then on top of that, there are restrictions with using their rewards. Technically, the kids meal is not a meal even though it’s eight dollars per meal… How is that not a normal meal explain please maybe… And then I get there I drive 20 minutes to the Buffalo wild wings. My food isn’t even ready when it’s supposed to be ready at 9:10 and I had to wait another 15 minutes for it and I almost walked Without a quarter of my food, I had to acknowledge somebody to fix it.. And then in the staff will walk right by you as well like you’re invisible.. so now an easy night that was supposed to be a night out for three people I’m gonna have to still cook food once I get home.. So you Customer buffalo wild wings that is for sure..

If I could give this location no stars I would. My family an I (7) waited 1 hour to have our food brought out a when we received it, it was cold mind you it was not packed at all maybe 5 to 8 tables an we were the largest group an it was 5:50 when we arrived an we ended up leaving at 7:30. We also had to wait another give or take 20+ mins for my receipt to pay an our server was mainly at 3 other tables checking on them. We will not be returning to this location. When we first got here it was dead an we were going to leave just because of the vibe but chose to stay an try it out but I wish we would have went to the other BWW we first went to.

This location is unorganized, under staffed , and doesnt communcate well. I waited in line for Veterans day and they didnt let anyone know that it was dine in only. They appeared like they were prepared for Veterans Day. They had dine in and to go orders all in one line. They had two people at the front counter with only one helping customers. If they would have communicated that the veterans day deal was only for dine in I wouldnt have wasted my time. I did notice several people with single orders to go which was odd. I wont be returning to this location. Wasted 30 minutes in line.

So when I arrived I sat at the bar first thing I noticed was a terrible sour smell, it definitely smelt like a filthy bar, bar top was streaky and sticky, then I was told I can’t sit there because I need an id, even though I only ordered sprite, I mean policy is policy I can get over it, but ordered queso, asked if I wanted chili i said sure, when I got it it had maybe a little teaspoon of red on top, lol not even sure it was chili and even worse it was cold…chicken was alright one piece was so tough and made had a terrible texture like rubber. As for the service it was alright. She definitely seemed like she didn’t care much, no smile no thank you no anything even when I said thank you. Bar was also dark as hell. There was one girl when I first walked in wearing a red strap and had reddish hair, she was very nice and smiled and asked me if I wanted a menu before I went to the bar. Should have read reviews first. Will not be back. Just used the bathroom before I left and it was also disgusting. Smelt like a portapotty

I used to love Bdubs back in Illinois but this place ruined it for me. The wings tasted old and frozen. The flavor was off and nasty not how I remembered. I took a bite of the onion ring and it tasted horrible straight up oil. Our waiter had mentioned they only had one cook so it might take longer than usual which we were fine with but the wait was not worth it. The only thing we ate where the potatoe wedges. It was the first time we rather leave the food than bring it in a take home box.

Inedible! The amount of salt used was insulting. It’s like cardiologists run the restaurant in hopes to get business. The fries had more salt in the plate than actual fries. You really need to back off. I get you do it to get people to drink more, but this level of salt should be illegal. The salt on the burger was crunchy and disgusting. The wings appeared to have been rolled in additional salt and were atrocious. You have lost my business forever as this is unacceptable on every level. Shame on you Buffalo Wild Wings. I would never recommend anyone to ever eat here, ever!! Always way too salty and the managers never care nor will they change anything. I even asked for no salt, and sure enough, that encouraged them to go balls to the wall with salt. Everyone needs to stop eating here because they don’t care as long as you are drinking alcohol, and the salt the pour all over your food makes you thirsty, and even gag sometimes; their almighty bar sales will continue to drive this physiologically dangerous menu.

My visit was a little late in the evening, around 11 pm or so. It was slow inside with one customer in front of me at the register. My order was made online, so I just needed to pick it up. I was informed that they just needed to box up my order. I picked up my order and went to the car. I checked to make sure the order was accurate, which everything was there. But the fries and wings were as cold as the carrots. It's been years since my last visit, and I can see why.

My family of four stopped in before our movie on a college football Saturday, and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. There were only about eight tables seated and three waitresses working, yet it took far too long just to be acknowledged. Our waitress walked past us several times without a word and only came over after my husband asked the manager if we even had a server. It was clear she didn’t know she would be serving us. (Not her fault). After finally getting our drinks, it was another 45 minutes before our food arrived — and when it did, my fries and wings weren’t even warm, clearly having sat out. Kitchen needs to be reaccessed because it wasn’t busy at all. Cold food and slow, inattentive service are not acceptable, especially with so much competition nearby. The manager was very apologetic but clearly there was no communication within the staff here. But sadly, this visit left us with no reason to return.

Started off great apps were amazing, service was decent. All the sudden she stopped checking on us, brought out our food and didn’t check on us for another 33 minutes. Ended up going to the register to pay and tipped the lady at the front. I also found out she never put our Togo order in so I waited another 30+ minutes for that. I’ve never had bad service at B-dubs. This was my first time at this location. Restaurant was dead empty

Horrible experienced! The environment inside the restaurant was so dark. The chicken wings also were dark in color and cold. It seemed like it overcooked and left many hours before being served. Also, when asking about utensils…. I wasn’t expecting a plastic one inside the restaurant. Feel like the business ran out of budget or something???? Do not recommend eating here.
