The service here is what’s really been keeping things afloat lately. I recently tried the new Beer Cheesesteak, and honestly, the meat was dry, cold and barely filled the sandwich. I was expecting more, especially based on the advertised pictures. I get that the photos are never exact—but at least make an effort to come close.

We were able to get a table right away. However, it took almost 30 minutes before our waitress got our drink order. Btw I had to go get our menus myself. Almost had to yell and she just walked off raising her hand like she heard us. I could write forever on our not so great experience. This is probably my first and last bad review. I am not one to give bad reviews but my husband and mother asked me to. I honestly am just speechless at this point. Definitely the worst service I have ever had at a restaurant.

The interior is very dark, it is difficult to see the menu, even the TVs are unevenly lit, some are very bright and some are very dark. The food we were served was not hot, even the fries were mushy. The service was not good either. The staff's attitude was still very decent, but they served very slowly even though there weren't many customers at that time. The toilets are really the problem here. So dirty and really smelly, feels like they don't clean the place. Trash. It’s an Establishment full of people who have been dropped on their heads at birth. Forget to put your order in, they don’t communicate well AT ALL!! They’ll say 10-15 mins it’s always 45 mins plus! I’ve been twice and haven’t had a good experience. This location is so bad it makes me never want to go to BWW anywhere ever again. DO NOT EAT HERE!!! The service was slow. The food took forever for only having 4 tables in the facility. Then on top of that once it did come out it was lukewarm. After speaking to the manager Brian he dismissed our concerns and said it wouldn't change that he was the only cook. No excuse for this and we won't be back!

The latest experience made us reconsider everything we know about the entire Buffalo Wild Wings brand. Missing half our order, a tablespoon of sauce on the boneless wings, and incorrect drinks were all unexpected adventures in collecting our go order. And another thing that may not be franchise-specific is that when I ordered my meal a $0.99 optional ranch dip or carrot selection was mandatory which increased the bill (which was over $100 for three meals and an appetizer?!). I'll choose to go to a sit-down establishment if I ever decide to try again.

This pace is managed by a persons who don’t know anything about management The restrooms are so horrible. Wife and daughter couldn’t even use them here we had to leave and go somewhere else . The manager just stands around and stares at people doing the minimal. If employees use this restroom how sanitized is the kitchen environment. This Restaurant is in a hot spot area that is developing and growing very quickly and you would think that they would be top-notch with appearance and sanitary bathrooms in this popular growing area. Manager surely doesn’t know anything about management here This place needs attention from the owners IMMEDIATELY!!

I honestly would never return to any Buffalo Wild Wings ever again with the services that I have gotten tonight. Literally you’re paying $14 for nothing. The fries that they give you are literally like five fries not even a handful of fries. It was like a slap in the face if I’m paying $14 for a meal, I expect to be full off of that meal and they literally gave me zero fries. I’m gonna have to take fries from other family members and that sounds funny but it’s legit $14 for nothing literally nothing. .. And then on top of that, the kids’s meals are eight dollars a pop when they’re literally nothing… It’s ridiculous and of course I have a gift card that I have to use or I’m gonna be losing money.. But I will never use my personal money ever again on Buffalo Wild Wings.. Oh, and then on top of that, there are restrictions with using their rewards. Technically, the kids meal is not a meal even though it’s eight dollars per meal… How is that not a normal meal explain please maybe… And then I get there I drive 20 minutes to the Buffalo wild wings. My food isn’t even ready when it’s supposed to be ready at 9:10 and I had to wait another 15 minutes for it and I almost walked Without a quarter of my food, I had to acknowledge somebody to fix it.. And then in the staff will walk right by you as well like you’re invisible.. so now an easy night that was supposed to be a night out for three people I’m gonna have to still cook food once I get home.. If I could give this location no stars I would. My family an I (7) waited 1 hour to have our food brought out a when we received it, it was cold mind you it was not packed at all maybe 5 to 8 tables an we were the largest group an it was 5:50 when we arrived an we ended up leaving at 7:30. We also had to wait another give or take 20+ mins for my receipt to pay an our server was mainly at 3 other tables checking on them. We will not be returning to this location. When we first got here it was dead an we were going to leave just because of the vibe but chose to stay an try it out but I wish we would have went to the other BWW we first went to.

This location is unorganized, under staffed , and doesnt communcate well. I waited in line for Veterans day and they didnt let anyone know that it was dine in only. They appeared like they were prepared for Veterans Day. They had dine in and to go orders all in one line. They had two people at the front counter with only one helping customers. If they would have communicated that the veterans day deal was only for dine in I wouldnt have wasted my time. I did notice several people with single orders to go which was odd. I wont be returning to this location. Wasted 30 minutes in line.

So when I arrived I sat at the bar first thing I noticed was a terrible sour smell, it definitely smelt like a filthy bar, bar top was streaky and sticky, then I was told I can’t sit there because I need an id, even though I only ordered sprite, I mean policy is policy I can get over it, but ordered queso, asked if I wanted chili i said sure, when I got it it had maybe a little teaspoon of red on top, lol not even sure it was chili and even worse it was cold…chicken was alright one piece was so tough and made had a terrible texture like rubber. As for the service it was alright. She definitely seemed like she didn’t care much, no smile no thank you no anything even when I said thank you. Bar was also dark as hell. There was one girl when I first walked in wearing a red strap and had reddish hair, she was very nice and smiled and asked me if I wanted a menu before I went to the bar. Should have read reviews first. Will not be back. Just used the bathroom before I left and it was also disgusting. Smelt like a portapotty

I used to love Bdubs back in Illinois but this place ruined it for me. The wings tasted old and frozen. The flavor was off and nasty not how I remembered. I took a bite of the onion ring and it tasted horrible straight up oil. Our waiter had mentioned they only had one cook so it might take longer than usual which we were fine with but the wait was not worth it. The only thing we ate where the potatoe wedges. It was the first time we rather leave the food than bring it in a take home box.

Inedible! The amount of salt used was insulting. It’s like cardiologists run the restaurant in hopes to get business. The fries had more salt in the plate than actual fries. You really need to back off. I get you do it to get people to drink more, but this level of salt should be illegal. The salt on the burger was crunchy and disgusting. The wings appeared to have been rolled in additional salt and were atrocious. You have lost my business forever as this is unacceptable on every level. Shame on you Buffalo Wild Wings. I would never recommend anyone to ever eat here, ever!! Always way too salty and the managers never care nor will they change anything. I even asked for no salt, and sure enough, that encouraged them to go balls to the wall with salt. Everyone needs to stop eating here because they don’t care as long as you are drinking alcohol, and the salt the pour all over your food makes you thirsty, and even gag sometimes; their almighty bar sales will continue to drive this physiologically dangerous menu.

My visit was a little late in the evening, around 11 pm or so. It was slow inside with one customer in front of me at the register. My order was made online, so I just needed to pick it up. I was informed that they just needed to box up my order. I picked up my order and went to the car. I checked to make sure the order was accurate, which everything was there. But the fries and wings were as cold as the carrots. It's been years since my last visit, and I can see why.

My family of four stopped in before our movie on a college football Saturday, and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. There were only about eight tables seated and three waitresses working, yet it took far too long just to be acknowledged. Our waitress walked past us several times without a word and only came over after my husband asked the manager if we even had a server. It was clear she didn’t know she would be serving us. (Not her fault). After finally getting our drinks, it was another 45 minutes before our food arrived — and when it did, my fries and wings weren’t even warm, clearly having sat out. Kitchen needs to be reaccessed because it wasn’t busy at all. Cold food and slow, inattentive service are not acceptable, especially with so much competition nearby. The manager was very apologetic but clearly there was no communication within the staff here. But sadly, this visit left us with no reason to return.

Horrible experienced! The environment inside the restaurant was so dark. The chicken wings also were dark in color and cold. It seemed like it overcooked and left many hours before being served. Also, when asking about utensils…. I wasn’t expecting a plastic one inside the restaurant. Feel like the business ran out of budget or something???? Do not recommend eating here.
