The customer service at this Dominos is spectacular. I am greeted when I come into the store and I'm greeted when I leave. The food is absolutely fantastic. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Decided to try this location after being put on eternal hold at the Schertz location. They have a friendly staff. Although, they did mix up my order. I ordered a large supreme and they made it a medium and gave me a large pepperoni instead. They switched some of my order around. They also don't know how to add toppings to a pizza or at least notify you if they are running low. I ordered a spinach and mushroom (picture is below.) They should also invest in correct training and learn how to cut a pizza all the way through. The flavor was good, actually the best garlic knots with plenty of flavor. After I called to talk to the manager, they did credit my account for the error, but haven't been back to check what they gave me credit for on my next purchase.

Generally forgets items in your order, and barely puts the toppings you paid for on the pizza. I understand trying to cut food cost, however, doing it at the frustration of the consumer is unfair and not worth my/your money

We have ate at this location many times. It has been consistently good pizza and service until yesterday. My pan pizza with cheese had no sauce. It was good cheese bread but I could not even find a hint of sauce. Service yesterday was busy in the back with only the pizza maker up front. Waited to get my ready to go order. And waited. And waited.7pm.

Ordered from this domino and got a half folded pizza i called the store and the manager I'm assuming mad it right without hesitation he has had issues with the delivery driver before and I recommend correcting the issue with this driver the second pizza was delicious and complete.

I ordered 3 blue cheeses with my pizza with hot sauce and chicken with onions. They did not give me not even a drop of hot sauce and didnt have my 3 blue cheese and they charged me 2 dollars and 7 cents for. Angry with Dominos

I came in to pick up a pizza that my dad had ordered and had waited at the register for 10 minutes without being helped, which I know because I was on the phone with someone as soon as I got in, after waiting for 10 minutes and not being helped I used their restroom, once I was done I came back out and stood for another couple of minutes before sitting down (still hadn’t been helped), a tall white presenting man comes in moments later and is helped immediately idk if it was gender based race based or what, but I have never felt so dismissed in my life I had just gotten off work and wanted to pick up my pizza that’s all. Regardless there is no way they didn’t see me standing there whether the interaction was prejudice of some kind or not.

I ordered extra sausage. Got ripped. Got charged for it though. It's too bad you only respond to people that give you a hard time. Good luck on the future.

Sad to say but this is a repeat of bad, burnt pizza. It's happened a couple times already and I don't know how they allow this pizza to even be delivered. Quality control isn't up to par at this location. Even after we called to complain, the second pizza came partially burnt. Wouldn't recommend this location at all.
