McAlister's Deli

I’d never been to a McAlister’s before because I thought it was going to be an average sandwich shop. Their food is great, this location is super clean and comfortable to dine in. I would highly recommend this place for any kind of date, whether family, romantic or just a quick lunch during your work break.

Perfect accommodations for my service animal. The staff was absolutely amazing! The store was very clean, and people really seem to be very happy just in a general. Whatever they got going on there it's a good thing! Definitely try this spicy turkey sandwich! The bread is absolutely amazing the small pieces of Jalapeno in it. The melted cheese was to die for, there's nothing like hot pepper jack with that incredible sauce it was a great combination. Next time I'm going to get the mac and cheese for sure!

I usually don't leave reviews for chain restaurants but the management & staff here is so phenomenal I just have to. We get McAlister's probably at least once a month as it's a quick convientent healthier dinner & has gluten free options for me. Also the reward system is pretty generous. Sandwiches and salads are always tasty. Everything I've tried is always delicious & fresh. I also really love that they cut the grapes in half with the kids fruit cup! My daughter also loves the turkey cheese sandwich & it's the only time she eats deli meats. I'm personally obsessed with the ultimate nachos & love getting them to-go because then I can make each bite perfectly at home. Today they forgot my nachos. The husband went back to get them as I was really craving them. I called the restaurant & the manager Brenda compensated us for the nachos, the kids meal & threw in an extra cookie. I really appreciated the excellent customer service. She really went above and beyond and was so friendly too. All the other employees we have interacted with have also been friendly and provided great customer service. If you are looking for a good lunch or dinner spot, then definitely try them out! Came here one night while in the area. It was my first time at a McAlister’s and it definitely didn’t disappoint! I think what really set apart the experience was the woman working the counter. I didn’t get her name, but she was very kind and more than willing to help me understand the menu. The sandwich itself was also great. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.

Restaurant was clean and Timera was an absolute sweetheart. Her positive attitude, welcoming smile and amazing customer service will make us want to return. Oh.. and the food was great!! Had French dip and broccoli cheese soup.

Thanks David and staff! If any managers are seeing this, this was around 8 pm on 10/30/25. Your employees were fabulous and the lobby was clean!

We visit at least once a week and have always had positive / excellent experiences with the food, service, and atmosphere. I have noticed that David is their absolute best employee for sure - he goes above and beyond so if you happen to catch him working while dining in, you won’t be disappointed!

Really good place… my favorite from here is the chicken sandwich. I also like their nice cashiers and how they handle the customer. Especially a lady named Lipsia.

Ordered for family of 4 delivery. My order was wrong, no biggie, called store, talked to Luke. Super understanding and helpful. Went up to the store to get my order fixed (only my sandwich was wrong). The staff was super friendly and energetic. Luke was great, as well as the lady in the front and the one in the back as well. They made sure I had everything before I left. Will definitely be going again!

I ordered the reuben, my father had the Savannah salad and a cup of potato soup. My father remarked that he liked the soup and he would have it again but he thought it tasted better at Subway. He specifically requested that salad and the dressing because he said it was very tasty. The Reuben was stuffed with corned beef. I enjoyed it. The service was great. The store was fairly clean but it could have been cleaner, especially where the servers were working. I haven't been to McAlister's in a long time. I will definitely be returning to get another type of sandwich.

Good food, but someone left paper and black squares of something inedible in the last two bites of my sandwich. Mistakes happen, so I'm not worried but keep an eye out for whatever these things are in your swiss cheese.

Exceptionally clean. Great hospitality. Food is awesome. Just needs a condiment bar. But overall excellent.

Good food and service as always and more healthy than a burger. Only one problem with today's order, ordered mixed fruit as side and got home and it wasn't there. Make sure to check your carry out order before you leave the restaurant, this is the second time in a row that the order was wrong or had missing items.

So I was excited to try out the new location here. Converse never offers much around as far as eateries with great service. And with McAlister's reputation I assumed it would be great! But I must say I was a little disappointed. First off...it was like 35 degrees in there at least. My cashier was great and helped with suggestions. But there was other staff members there just laughing and giggling around when there was stuff that obviously needed to be done and guest that needed to be taken care of. It shouldn't just be the one guy who's running the counter. He was taking orders and my sandwich sat in the window a little bit. Of course he was finally able to bring it to me and it was delicious as always. Just hard to eat it in a freezing dining room. How long has it been since opening? About a month? Please step it up and don't end up like all the other restaurants around here!

Food is good. But don't trust getting food delivered. Door dash or whoever they use is trash and when they screw up bringing you your order, which they have done the last 4 times, McAlisters doesn't care and doesn't help in any way. One of the screw ups, someone stole our order, and the dasher asked them if they would remake our order and they said too bad, and told us to try to get our money back. That was not on door dash. That was on McAllisters. So if you are going to go pick up your food, or go there to eat, you are good, but don't expect ANY customer service from this location at all. Because you won't get it.

Waited 30 minutes for our food, our food was ready behind the counter, they left our food there for about 4 minutes. We watched the manager pass by it 3 times and didn’t acknowledge it even though the poor girls taking orders were super busy with orders. Food came out and the sandwiches were good, Mac and cheese was GROSS. Our cashier was Erminette and she was super friendly and nice, very helpful answering questions regarding the menu. Managers definitely hide in the kitchen rather than helping in front to maybe make things smoother.

Bonuses: Quick friendly, informed, and warm welcome. Great suggestive selling. Very fast and Great portion sized sandwich. (I'm very full now). Decent presentation, beautiful restaurant inside. Cons: Staff was more focused with socializing with other staff with dirty tables out front. Macaroni and cheese was past its hold time for it looked old and tasted old as well. All in all. I'd come back if in the area. And was in a pinch for some bang for buck. I advise on checking your food and tasting it before the cashier walks away. I recommend the New Yorker.

I ordered McAlister’s through the website-and my order was pretty easy. 2 soups, 1/2 a sandwich and a just a spud add butter, sour cream and monterrey jack cheese. my potato had no butter and no sour cream. Of course, no easy way to reach out to Mcalisters complaint-since this isn’t the first time McAlisters had screwed up-I don’t want to order online because they don’t follow basic request.

Was one of like 4 vehicles in the parking lot, including drive thru. They still somehow got my order wrong and I was missing items in my Togo order. The food that was correct, was hot and tasted well.

I was hopeful when i tried this place but both times i purchased food my meal was contaminated with foreign ingredients. The first time i ate here there was blood on the back of my sandwich by the time i brought it to the cashier’s attention i had already consumed some. They tried to make it right by remaking the food but the experience was spoiled. The second time i thought id give this location one more chance and both of the sandwiches i got had towel fibers all over them and they were inedible.

My husband and I went to eat the other day and food was well presented on a plate so we were enjoying our tasty food when my husband noticed a purple hair in his sandwich, so we let the employees (the one with purple hair included) and they just act like little kids saying sorry. They should be wearing hair nets while preparing and handling food. Definitely we will not to go back there.

“Spuds not ready”. Like ok? Are they going to be ready? Said it would take 15 minutes. Didn’t know that they make them in advance and let them sit out? Good food but the atmosphere is very blah. Would much rather go to schlotzkies or Jason’s delis

So me and my bff ordered food for us and grandma for mother's day. App went through . At end said pick up on Monday. Omg. So frantically called for 20 min on the way there. It was 6:45 pm. We get there and they have a sign that says closing at 6 pm for mother's day. So no way to get refund no one answering phone, no food and my friend is out over $60.00. We are not alone about 10 more ppl pulled up while we waited. Very unprofessional. A kid with purple hair walked out and two kids sitting outside. No one knew what to do about orders. Horrible customer service from this company. Order door dash , GrubHub, or Uber eats , never ever order from them directly cuz they just gonna take your money

If I could give them Zero stars, I would. The restaurant was dirty. The tables weren't clean , no napkins in the dispenser. One employee up front with no help. The manager was lazy. Employees in the kitchen that are talking bad about the customers. Will not be returning back.

When I finally got my sandwich, it was plain with no veggies, even though I asked for everything on it. First time here and definitely my last.
