Not sure why they let this one out the store. Sent an email to Dominos but never got a response.

I wanted white sauce on two of the 4 pizzas because I can not eat marinara, and yet all 4 pizzas were made with marinara so like that was disappointing being im pregnant and was looking forward to eating a comfort food, but I guess that’s what I get for getting dominos

This Domino’s is horrible. I placed an order online for delivery. One of the pizzas was a thin crust, build your own sausage. When the order arrived, it was a build your own cheese pizza, and the ticket said thin crust, cheese? When I called to reconcile the order, I was told that they couldn’t do anything about it since the ticket said just cheese. He said that he couldn’t help me with anything he would be basically giving out a free pizza and they’re losing profits? I’m never coming to Domino’s again so you’re still losing out on profits? This was a pizza for my eight-year-old he really wanted it so I had to place an online order for sausage and go pick it up.. I paid for delivery plus the gas to drive back there.. and the pizza I ordered for myself, is going to be cold now So thanks Domino’s..

My pizza had the wrong topping on it. I did call and was offered a remake or credit. I chose credit cause I didn’t want to make the guy drive back here even though I’m only a mile away. I’m not entirely opposed to pineapple but the pizza was doughy and cheese wasn’t even melted. When I got to the wings they were also cold. Won’t be using that credit anytime soon….smh

While I love Domino's, this is the second time the person taking my order over the phone didn't ask my name, and didn't ask about my address. I had to ask if he was ready for my card number, if he had the correct address, because last time the poor delivery driver was still on Patbooker Rd looking for me at two bars or one bar and somewhere else just not a house. And every time I order threw the app it automatically sets me up with a location about 20 minutes from my house. That's why I order over the phone. I am not sure if he can hear me or maybe part of it is the fact that I am on a cellphone. But I am pretty sure it was the same young man as last time. Maybe another training session is in need so that way when taking phone orders they know how to make sure the get all the information in the computer correctly before they end the call. Other than that my pizza and drink are both always correct.

My biggest concern is why this location does not have the warming center. 3 baked pasta and 2 pizzas ICE COLD. Workers had the ac blasted. Step it up. I've never seen a dominos with out the warmer... Toppings were scarce, oh well. Next time will head to rapid fired pizza down the road.

I ordered a thin crust pepperoni, black olive and mushroom pizza and it was by far the worst pizza I have ever had. It was dry and the toppings were terrible. We threw most of it out I don't usually rate resturants but this is something you should be aware of. The only good thing was the delivery driver. He was very nice.

I wait for around 10 minutes and the app says it was ready. When my husband went inside all the employees were making jokes and they dont even care to take us the pizza to our car as I put it on the instructions. I do not have any bad experience before in any other location. I hope they can improve in customer services.

My husband ordered the ultimate pepperoni pizza not only did we wait over an hour for our pizzas to be delivered but the pepperoni was hardly on there and what was on there was old and burnt mine was supposed be a Philly cheese steak most of it was cold and burnt. This isn't the first time we've had problems with this Domino's be warned about this Domino's they are always late and the pizzas are usually lukewarm, low quality, and living less then 2 miles away no matter what day of the week we order we get our order usually a hour or more later .

Extremely disappointed. I ordered from here a pan pizza with extra cheese. Not only did I not get extra cheese but some slices didn’t even have cheese on it .

Used the app to order our dinner, and though the process was easy enough, the result was a mix of decent, and absolutely unacceptable. We ordered a thin crust pepperoni with no cheese, and not only was it cut wrong, it arrived burnt, and looking like it had been thrown around the box. The wings we’d also ordered just had sauce poured on them. We won’t be ordering from this location again. This was what was delivered.

Order was received cold, burnt, 2 hours late and on top of it all the manager was very rude. We were all very kind and patient, yet we received the lack of service and compassion we were looking for. I have very low expectations for dominos so the bar is very easy to reach. I will be contacting corporate to assure this location is further investigated.
