I'm on a high protein health plan with low carb. I ordered two crustless pizza bowls: 4 toppings. I got pepperoni, sausage, spinach, jalapeños. Wow! 8 servings, high protein, excellent flavor?! Janathan helped today. 100% satisfied with his customer service. Friendly, appreciative, & calm. I'll be back!
This Marcos pizza definitely cares. Amazing service even after they messed up my order. They did what it took to make it right and without even having to ask. That’s customer service.

Best location and staff! They are always friendly and patient and the food quality is never lacking. We placed a large new years order and Quentin was very helpful and patient, helping to pair discounts for such a large order. We prefer this location over the others on the NE end and have never had issues with pick up, food mishaps or delivery issues. Thanks, Marcos!
I would like to give an applaud to Kim! She was very sweet very helpful and even helped and carried out the pizzas to my car since I ordered a bunch for this night New Year’s Eve she’s an amazing worker and she gives great customer service. Thank you Kim and happy new year from Cindy
The gentlemen working last night provided excellent customer service on the phone and in person. The pepperoni magnificent I ordered was delicious. Will definitely be back.

Really great pizza place!! They were full staffed on Halloween night but the quality of the pizza still came out so good! The staff are really nice too!
Always get takeout. But have only had positive interactions with employees. And food is great for its price.
Marco's is extremely convenient for me as they are very close, but the pizza, wings, and sandwiches are always very good and the delivery drivers are always friendly and professional, and they offer a cauliflower crust option, which is the biggest bonus for me.

This pizza place is fast-paced. They are always busy. I like the employees. Everyone is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about their products. The pizza was super! Fairly priced, excellent quality, and served with pride
Well, since I moved from the East Coast to Texas here which is outside of San Antonio, I'm on the hunt to find some good food to eat from time to time. About two weeks ago I checked out Mr. Gatti's Pizza, I wasn't impressed with it at all. I felt like it was a frozen pizza you'd get at a supermarket. I felt like trying out another pizza place out, so I stumbled upon Marco's. I'm happy I did. I got myself a large Garden Pizza: Mushrooms, black olives, onions, sliced tomatoes, our original sauce and signature three cheeses, plus feta. It was absolutely delicious. The crust was great, nice and fluffy, not hard which I'm not a fan of. I will definitely be back.
I've been on the search for a true supreme pizza (comparable to the kitchen sink, I get at Cafe Rio in NM). When I told the guy at the counter what I wanted, he suggested I start with "The Works" and then add additional ingredients. Join my Facebook group "The Best Food Anywhere" for more reviews. I didnt want to spend a bunch on this trip, extra toppings were $2 each, so I started with the works, and just swapped Italian sausage for black olives and left the rest alone. I did add the garlic sauce and the mixed parm seasoning topping to the crust.. It was an $21 Large Pizza on sale for $18.. Topping Limits I spoke with the main cook about making a pizza with "everything" on it.. and was told the mobile app maxes out at 10 toppings. Due to issues cooking and the center of the pizza staying doughy they dont offer more than that. If I wanted more I'd have to purchase them all, but they would only put partial portions of each on the pizza, and only if it was an XL size. How Was The Pizza? The outer crust was really good, the garlic sauce and seasoning really improved it. I usually toss the crust aside but I actually ate a decent amount of this one. The L pizza was good size. I was able to eat 6 slices, or half of it.. The toppings all had good flavor, the bacon was soft and crumbly, the vegetables had good texture, the mushrooms were large chunks and slices, much larger than I normally see on pizzas. Overall the flavor of this pizza was really good, one of the better supreme pizza's Ive had in a while. I did feel some of the crust even with just these toppings was soft, and that some of the toppings seemed a little undercooked, ham and pepperoni were hot but not crisp or baked where they start to curl at all. So already a pizza with 9 toppings was suffering a little.. Custom Service All the staff were friendly, I watched them making the fresh dough in the back, dividing it up on a table, and assembling the pizzas. The cashier spoke with me at length in between customers, the manager came up to approve a promotion I had. The head cook came up to discuss the "everything on it" pizza with me, which wasnt really everything, because they have about 24 toppings. I wanted about 17.. But everyone was willing to take time, despite the kitchen peeling pizzas out like crazy.. Boxes were stacking up and people were picking them up one after another. Overall I would definitely return for the pizza I had (the works), it was one of the best supremes I've had in a while. The customer service, the pizza, the size of the toppings pieces, and the flavor were all better than many places. They run specials on their app frequently.. I missed out on a BOGO coupon that would have got me 2 of these pizzas for $21.. which would have been a bargain. Currently I think this might be my first choice for supreme pizza in San Antonio, and my 2nd favorite anywhere..
Excellent pizza! My daughter & her teenagers came to visit their aunt visiting from CA. We had them over for a swim & had dinner by the pool. Pizzas were delivered timely & were still warm. Everyone was impressed on how delicious they were. The toppings were fresh & plentiful. We ordered 3 large pizzas from Marco’s Pizza (Pat Booker)…Meat Lover’s, Pepperoni Magnifico & a Pepperoni/Sausage w/black olives, tomatoes & onions.
After going back and forth with "Matty" that he delivered my food to the wrong house, we got nowhere. I contacted the store who contacted "Matty" who (on speakerphone) told the worker I was talking to that I had an attitude. The attitude I had with "Matty" was him adamantly telling me he delivered to the right address when he clearly didn't, and then he didn't offer a solution. It's not my fault you don't know how to input the correct address in your GPS, dude. Order was cancelled and the store manager didn't care what happened when I talked to her on the phone. There are more competent pizza places in Universal City, y'all. Order at your own risk.
Had been ordering from them since they originally opened. Starting out after a year or so the customer service started to decline. I ordered delivery almost all of the time and so many times they would forget items I ordered, make the completely wrong thing or it would be poorly made, extremely rude and unprofessional delivery drivers..After a while I got annoyed and started complaining after a few complaints I was apparently put on a "bad customer" naughty list 🤣 and was refused service. I've spent easily a few grand ordering from here in total and after that lol not ANYMORE. Instead of getting mad at your customers for calling you out on poor customer service here's a thought, get it right and there won't be complaints. Most of it is just failing to pay attention and laziness and probably a need for a vacation. Needless to say I stopped giving them my business.. who wants to pay for bad service ?? Their manager seriously needs to get it together.
My wife ordered through Doordash because Dad is on home hospice. She’s ordered calzones and what we received was completely unacceptable. I called them to complain and look for some resolution. They delayed to find the order even though I gave them all of the information, including the phone it was ordered from, address, full amount of the $60.53 order. The gentleman on the phone finally got his managers attention because when he came back what he provided were all excuses. The bottom line from what he told me is that because it was ordered through Doordash there was nothing they could do—so here we are. What they sold my wife was half bread that i won’t even feed our dogs. See the pictures below and make your own decision. I’m posting this to let locals know what to expect from being overcharged to receiving whatever they feel like sending, then standing behind a cloak of no quality assurance just because you happen to order through an app. This is just the beginning and I fully intend in posting this where the #MarcosPizza corporate folks are notified. Oh and for kicks, when I asked to speak to the manager himself, they HUNG UP on me. UPDATE TO THE MANAGER: Sir, I told the representative that you had handle me that I would be sending a message to corporate—I kept my word. You should be hearing from them soon on the license you manage. UPDATE: So after sending notice to corporate we received a reply stating that we will receive a refund—the next very next day. Here is is almost TWO WEEKS later and we have received NO REFUND. So despite the responses that they take things like this “seriously”, it seems they are not serious enough to correct. I just got a notice that this review got over 1000 reviews and I am quite glad that people are seeing the truth of maters here and that word is getting out. I did warn the rep I spoke to that I would not let this go, and I follow up on MY promises. STILL OUTSTANDING MARCOS, No resolution and you charged us for nothing in return.
