Chick-fil-A never disappoints! Every time I go, whether it is for breakfast or lunch, they always get it right. The food comes out piping hot and the service is top notch. I absolutely love Chick-fil-A!!

I had a salad with red peppers and hot wing sauce, mixed with ranch dressing. The best. I had the pleasure of a manager named Derrick. Very handsome and courteous. Even though though he forgot a few things on our order, it was a Saturday very busy and so many customers. Thank you Derrick for helping my sister and I have a memorable lunch. Quality time, nothing like it. Food was excellent!!!!!

This is about an employee….. he was dealing with a very rude lady. The computer was giving him issues and so he had to call for help. The lady kept going on and on about “this is the reason why I don’t come to this chick fila” The gentleman was vey apologetic. He kept his composure and professionalism. Kept smiling and trying his best to keep her happy but you could tell she was just trying to take it out and blame him. Good job to this man, sorry I didn’t get his name but it was around 1pm Tuesday. He was working the front.

The usual excellent quality I've come to expect from chick-fil-a. After we had some trouble with the app, they gave us a treat to make up for the minor inconvenience. It just goes to show they care for the customer and their experience.

Wife and the dogs just love the 12 piece bites meal. It's always served hot and fresh and don't let the line scare you when you drive up. It's the smallest store I know but they do a great job of keeping the lines moving expeditiously.

We had time a quick lunch and stopped in at Chick-fil-A. There service is super fast and my order #2 spicy deluxe" was very good. It had great flavors that just waters your mouth thinking about it! Their fries are just amazing! My wife loves the "Market Salad" She said it's always fresh! The restaurant is always clean! Chick-fil-A has the 3M factor M-M-M Good! I recommend. Enjoy

Excellent experience as usual. Chick-a-file is my favorite fast food restaurant. The service is always impeccable and fast. So fast. The restaurant was packed yet they still manage to give my food in no time. The chicken sandwich and the fries tasted fresh. The portions are generous and the bathrooms always clean. We always stop as the Chick a file when we're on the road, do I've ate a different Chick a file off Hwy 35 North and south.

Jesus is always so friendly, considerate and polite. I love when he takes my order!!! And Dom has such an infectious smile, I look forward to seeing him as well.

This location is super busy. It's a small location so that adds to the volume of traffic they have coming and going. Be patient though, they get thru that line FAST. The employees are friendly, they make suggestions and I feel they're more likely to carry on conversations than other locations I've been to around town. The food is pretty much the same standard fare but when I tell them I want a LOT of pickles on my sandwich, they don't disappoint!

They serve bacon, eggs and sausage for breakfast😋🥰 Every single employee is helpful, respectful and quick to satisfy customers. The restaurant is always clean and well stocked. The bathrooms and spotless. The only two problems I have is with this location is the kids place and the parking lot! The kids place is small but it is also a tad bit smelly and dirty. I say a tad because we all know kids play in there and they can be smelly at times. Also the parking is a nightmare during lunch and dinner. Come early or late if you want to dine in! I wanted to be honest and give my good and bad. Although they don't have servers they still come around asking you to refill your drink or if you need something.

Nothing wrong with this Chick-fill-A other than how busy it is. Drive through wrapped all the way around the building and then some when I was there for lunch. This makes it difficult to get in and out quickly even if you order ahead. The staff works hard to make it efficient and friendly and they seem to have come up with the best flow for limited space. But, there's only so much they can do with the it.

This is the closest Chick-fil-A to my house so I come here often. The service is decent. They always seem happy to greet you and help you out. I have food allergies and they have never messed up my special order and always seem to take care of me. Only negatives is I have noticed food sometimes takes a while but this Chick-fil-A is normally fairly busy so that is probably why. I wouldn’t recommend coming within 30 minutes of closing only because the service won’t be as good because the workers will be ready to leave. My friend and I came in about 5 minutes before closing to get some food to go really quickly and I could tell they were very annoyed minus the lady working outside who was very kind. This isn’t normally how the workers are but I think it was because it was late and close to closing. The food is normally good here and proportions are decent. Parking is a nightmare at this location so I recommend parking in the Verizon lot.

It’s a chic-fil-a. The food was fine, and the service was good. It was hard to enjoy my meal with the noise coming from the Delivery Pick up area. The employee cleaning the trays was so noisy. There’s no need to slam the trays or what ever you’re cleaning.

Jaylon Deserves a Raise We came to Chick-fil-A today as a birthday request from one of our kids, not my usual choice, but I have to give credit where it’s due. Jaylon is, without a doubt, the hardest-working person at this location. He wasn’t just polite in the “Chick-fil-A way”, he was genuinely kind. While others stood around or moved slowly, Jaylon was everywhere. He took our order, brought our food, and even cleaned the entire dining area, all while keeping a positive attitude. The guy doesn’t stop. The food was about what you'd expect from Chick-fil-A, consistent, nothing too special, but Jaylon's effort made the experience stand out. If every location had a Jaylon, it would raise the bar across the board.

They're always busy, but they still manage to keep up with the demand. The chicken was a bit undercooked this time, but it still had that Chick-fil-A flavor. It's a great place for the nurses and doctors from the hospital across the street to grab a quick bite.

New experience - Drive thru became a bit confusing. While in the main drive-thru lane, I was asked to pull into the second lane (which isn’t clearly marked as a second lane) and given no further instructions. There wasn’t anyone waiting for me in the second lane. The employee who asked me to move into the second lane didn’t say “I will meet you there to take your order.” She just said “move into the second lane”. This is a first as most Chick-fil-a’s have a clearly marked second lane, this one the second lane is also the main exit for the parking lot. It eventually turned out fine but I had to roll down my window and ask the other employee where the second lane was. One note about Chick-fil-a… if you want to try something different, it feels like an inconvenience to look at the menu. In the effort of speed, you’re asked your order as though you are coming for your standard coffee order in mind. Often without the ability to look at a menu because the order takers are 3 cars before the menu board.

Chic fil fry stuffer.....Can you please do better than this? Serious question. Why did yal only give me 5 fries?

I genuinely love Chick-fil-A, but I'm quite disappointed with this particular location. It's usually recognized for its quick drive-through service, but during my visit yesterday, I didn't receive one of my items, yet my app points were deducted. Unfortunately, I noticed this when I got home. I tried calling 8 times yesterday and made another 10 attempts today, but no one has answered. I'm really frustrated with the customer service at this location, I’m not known for negative reviews… but this one is definitely an exception.

Always the best tasting chicken sandwich and ice cream (ice dream) with chocolate syrup and a chocolate chunk cookie! Although now the small ice dream is a kids small and the regular is now the large and price is up, when I received my sweet treat I found that there was a hole right down the middle of my ice dream, is this what they do, I pray not! Love it all but disappointed with less ice dream even in a smaller cup, fill the middle the way I know it has been for years especially if the price is up!

Well I guess I didn't know the rules but after tasting my blended coffee, I was unsatisfied with the watered down appearance and flavor of it. Mind you I do just receive it within 1 minute so I didn't let it just sit there. I asked husband to return and a guy working behind counter with black shirt stated they don't do refunds nor replacements. "Even though it's the employee mess up for a poorly made coffee?" He stated he was the manager and there's nothing he could do about it. I'll have to purchase something else. We'll that ruined everything for me and will not recommend nor return here....unless this is really their policy and that's why this separates them from other food chains in being that strict about things. Idk no explanation was given from him.

So it's a good Chick-fil-A, but, the location and time of day can kill it. Today it did. I was in line for almost 12 minutes and didn't move. Obviously they were understaffed for the time of day. Lunch time gone just waiting in line.

Make the Drive to Schertz, Cibolo or the Chick-fil-A at Rolling Oaks Mall if you are not going to dine in. The parking lot situation in the Forum make the drive through and online orders a nightmare with long wait times! Everything else is standard Chick-fil-A that you'll find anywhere!

They really need to fix the flow and drive-through setup. There isn’t enough space for people who are dinning in or for drive-through traffic, and it creates a mess. I’ve been sitting here for 30 minutes just trying to pick up a mobile order.

I LOVE CHICK FIL A but the chicken waffles were not good. The waffles were not crispy...they were mushy and did not taste very good. I was told they are frozen then put in an oven then cut in half for the sandwich. They should leave them whole. I guess saving $ that way. They need to be toasted so they can be crispy....No one wants a mushy waffle. This was my first time buying...I will try one more time and see if it's any better... UPDATE: I tried again and the same. Buy 🐔 and 🧇 somewhere else. Also both times the chicken did not taste like their regular chicken and much smaller. Waffles are small too. I do not recommend this

Went there around closing time, the sandwich was ok but the fries were FILLED with salt. Like coated almost to the point i couldn’t enjoy them. Idk if that was some type of joke but it wasn’t okay to serve that. Very disappointed because I’ve never had a issue with chick fil a before.

This location is pretty typical of what you're going to find in most Chick-fil-A stores. It does seem a little bit rundown and the entire north side of the eating area is screened off as it appears to be used for meal prepping for lunch orders going out for delivery. The drive-thru line is exceptionally long as you can imagine but it would be nice if more open and usable. The play area is also shut down and closed off with a black tarp up on the inside so you can't see through. I think they need to give this place a remodel so it's working better for their current functions.

Constantly getting this from this location. They always give you half of what you order but make no mistake they take my full payment. Tired of spending money here and so I won’t. Come here if you want to pay full price for half a meal, they won’t disappoint you at all.

I placed an online order through the mobile app. I ordered 2 kids meals 5ct nuggets and 8ct nugget meal. Our fries were barely warm and tasted stale and soggy like it had been sitting under the warmer for a while. And the nuggets tasted old. Instead of getting an 8ct they put a 5ct nugget inside. I checked my kids meal bags, and one ended up with 4ct nuggets.

The only chic fil a in San Antonio that doesn’t serve you lunch until is 10:30am don’t know what’s the difference but I’ll go to any other and they don’t care they only tell me is going to be a 10 to 15 min wait and I’m fine with it but it’s all good I’ll never come to this one

The only thing I really enjoy on the menu is the kale crunch. It’s my go to everytime . I got my kale crunch today ….. no small packet of nuts on the side …. Virtually none of their dressing ( which is the best part about the salad ) so it was dry as hell …. And a TON of non crunchy pieces of kale. Like they legit gave me the kale crunch salad without the crunch. Extremely disappointed. And yall don’t offer military discounts which is mildly disrespectful considering how many bases we have out here and how many military personal keep this establishment in business. But I digress .

Chicken sandwiches were not golden but more like darkened and crunchy. Likely from being double dipped in the frier.

We waited in the line the wraps around the building after putting our mobile order in. Kids meal, the new chicken sandwich and 30 nuggets. Not complicated. We get to the lady talking orders and she says we're all good, checked us in for our mobile order and said we're all set. We get up to the window and our food isn't ready. Apparently it wasn't even called. The 5 cars behind us were brought there food as we waited then, we were asked to pull to the aide of the building where we aren't blocking the drive thru so someone could get the food out to us since it was finally being prepared. The outside worker was zoned out and not too cheery either. Didn't appreciate the service or how NO manager or anyone noticed what happened. Went inside to get a refund and say we cannot wait for food any longer and have been waiting inside 15+ min to have a manager refund the order. I'd add a picture of the food but, THEY NEVER EVEN STARTED MAKING THE FOOD! We sat on the side of the parking lot for nothing. 👍

I placed an order and paid for it to be picked up on my app. Once I got to the drive through with my order information I asked for my chicken to be well done (I had previously gotten food from here before and the chicken was not cooked through). I was told that they don’t cook orders here on request and I could not get them well done. I went to window and asked for a refund. The manager who on refund receipt name was Steve came out with an attitude no greeting, no questions but aggressively asked for my card that I paid with. I held card out for him to grab and he snatched it!!! I didn’t say a word I just looked shocked of what was happening. He gave my card back and said give it about 3 days. It has been 9 days and no refund was issued. I have called the store several times and gotten no answer the phone!!! Please don’t go to this location!!! My wife went through their drive thru and was parked to wait on a 5 piece grilled nugget. When they brought out the bag, all it had was the 5 piece nugget. The rest of our order was left inside. Upon returning with the rest of the food, it was all crammed into 1 bag. It was a 5 piece nugget, a 12 piece nugget, 2 large fries, and 2 sandwiches. This poor item management caused the bag to rip completely down the side and spilled in our car. This also caused our drinks to spill as my wife attempted to grab the food before falling. When I called the store, the manager stated there was nothing they could do for us since they brought us our complete order. Never once did he acknowledge the fact that the bag was ripped due to being overstuffed. This was completely unacceptable and unprofessional on the manager’s part.

😡😡😡 ***PLEASE READ***😡😡😡 On 05/09/24, my family and I decided to have dinner at the Chick-fil-A located at the Forum (8371 Agora Pkwy; Selma, TX 78154-1316). We are a family of 4 and had decided to dine-in on this particular day. While eating there signature waffle fries, I bit down on something inside the butt end of the waffle fry. When I bit down I heard a cracking sound which immediately caused pain to my back teeth. I fished around with my tongue to find the item. When I spat it out it was a tiny black rock of some sort. I immediately notified the staff and the manager on shift didn't seem to have any compassion towards me with whatvI just experienced. I ended up going to my dentist who stated that I may need a crown or potentially a root canal. I provided Chick-fil-A's insurance adjuster (Alyssa Coleman with a photo of the reciept along with the rock that was in my foo and also with a copy of the findings of the dentist. Today 06/13/24, over a month later, I received the results from Chick-fil-A's insurance which read..."As a result, we are unable to assist you with any costs or expenses related to this incident. Operator 12344 Janell Edwards sincerely regrets this unfortunate incident occurred. As a valued customer, we hope you can understand our position." I am a military retiree with 21yrs of ACTIVE DUTY SERVICE and now continue serving as a local LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICER. The last thing I would do is lie and try getting a payday from a food chain restaurant. When I initially spoke to their claims adjuster, I made that very clear. I informed Ms. Alyssa Coleman that I just wanted to be made whole and cover my dental bill and nothing more. I will now contact Chuck-fil-A Corporate Office because this is not fair to me or any other patron who eats at a Chick-fil-A and have something like this happen to them and be told you have to cover your own dental bill. 😡😡😡😡😡

The second time this location has left out food! Only 1 fry was delivered and the fries weren’t fresh

Over the past few weeks this location has been horrible. Left out a whole combo , then the following week order 60$ in food. Just to find out that the salad that was ordered didn't have the dressing. They won't even answer their phone. They need to start checking the order before sending them out incomplete. 15 minutes there and back twice in 2 weeks. Gas isn't cheap either. Will be using another location now.

Soooooo this marks 2 days in a row that they got my order wrong . 1st they forget my whole salad and condiments , and now today they forget my fries and condiments. Got a Coke instead of Dr.Pepper … Come on CFA do better …..

Zero stars for service. Ridiculous !!! Respectfully this location is NOT the best. It needs a lot of HELP. I spent 35 min in the drive thru line for breakfast. (9am)(Dec 14,2023). And when I got the window the girl forgot half my order and addressed it in the most disrespectful way. Saying I had to pay for what was missing but it was her mistake. Hands in her pockets, no eye contact, no “my pleasure” and eye rolling. I spent 20 out of the 35 min at the window watching her just stand there not helping employees, just waited for my order to come lay in her lap. This was not the only time I spent over 30min at this locations chick fa la line or had them make a mistake. So if a manger see this I would advise you to address this with the employee working. I would not like to encounter anymore rude employees especially at chick fa la. So disappointing

The new workers here are slow and terrible. These two girls (who were leads or supervisors or whatever) were standing there talking about this girls boyfriend instead of working. Everyone walks around all slow like they don’t know what’s going on. This location went so downhill

So I came into this store this morning to purchase a breakfast meal. I requested everything on the drive-thru specifically. There was no cars nobody inside the lobby and this girl couldn't get my order right her name is Janelle Edwards. After I drove a block away I saw my bag and saw that I was missing what I requested so I drove back again got off my vehicle went inside the lobby and told a female attendant if she could give me what was in completed. She told me to hold on went to the second girl the second girl went and spoke to the first girl that attended me and she comes with a sarcastic towards me. This is the first Chick-fil-A I have had an issue I go to all the Chick-fil-As and never had this problem this girl needs to be reprimanded and be taught how to respect customers that's how she has a job in the first place

This Chick-fil-A restaurant didn't give me my complete take-out order. I reported it in the app twice, and contacted Chick-fil-A Cares 3 times. Nothing has been done except to ignore the matter.

Manager: Steven Martinez is terrible. I returned today to retrieve food. I was missing from an order I had placed yesterday. The manager, Stephen Martinez put his hand up to me and didn’t even let me finish explaining hands me my food and doesn’t want to replace the drinks. Then he has the audacity to ask me who was working yesterday and who might’ve handed me the wrong food when in fact he was working. Overall, just an unprofessional manager I hate this location and I will never come here again.

I brought my family here after a long day or shopping, the drive through line was incredibly long but was moving at a decent speed. The young women who took our order was very nice, however they didn't give us everything that we ordered. Instead of getting back in line we decided to call. MY MISTAKE. Literally called repeatedly until they closed. They wouldn't pick up the phone. The following day, I called several times again (because I had paid and didn't receive what I had purchased.) Still no answer, so I took the drive to give them the opportunity to correct their wrongs. Spoke with a gentleman by the name of Zack, who was incredibly rude and didn't want to help. Over all terrible experience. Don't come to this location, just go to the one in the mall. Atleast they're friendly and accurate

This location does not answer the phone. I waited in line to get a chicken mini tray and when I got to the window at 10:31 they said they were no longer serving breakfast unless you called ahead. Explained situation to location down the road about 5 minutes and they will have a small mini tray ready for me. This is not the first time I have had a rude experience in this location and the 2 managers are the start of that. I will get the trays from the Schertz location from now on.

This location is trash. They have forgotten items multiple times. This most recent time forgot a sandwich, gave them a call multiple times no answer. Drove back 15 min asked for the sandwich and if they can add a medium fry. Mind you the rest of my food is getting cold at home and seems like the least the can do for the inconvenience. Had three managers tell me no, make a big deal out of it including Nathan who is unprofessional. Dude im simply asking for a medium fry, when I paid for two large fries. They had no apology and acting like Im the inconvenience.

Waited inside a bit for my mobile order, asked for a water, which is free in the app, they tried to charge me for it, just left because of the inconvenience. It doesn’t set your customer up for a consistent experience if you don’t uphold your standards across the board.

Wow! My daughter just left the Agora Parkway location. One of your staff members was very rude. My daughter waited 25 minutes after she was parked to wait on food, but was never given the food, but was told she was given the food. The team member argued with her while the food was sitting in plan sight. We’re used to good service, so this team member is an outlier and definitely a disappointment.

this chcikfila always makes me so angry. they’re so disorganized and screw up orders all the time. make sure you check your orders before you leave there.

I’ve made my 4th phone call today within the span of a few weeks pertaining incorrect order. They often make my sandwich wrong and the lettuce they put on it is always old. No matter how many I call nothing changes , the cooks do not care to check the order to make it correctly.

Service is great, food is horrible now. Probably the last time ill be eating here

We waited in the drive thru line for 20 minutes! Another worker finally came out and took cars behind us that hadnt waited near as long as we had! Very unprofessional!

Been messing up a lot lately. Paid for extra stuff last time and didn’t get anything I asked for. And then went today, messed up my order again! Wrong sandwich and missing fries too…

I went to this location last night 12/30/25 at approximately 845pm. The fries I got had so much salt on them they were inedible. It was like someone opened a salt packet in poured in my mouth. Waste of money. Been eating chick fil an all my life and never had this happen.

Every time I go to this location, there’s always an issue. If it’s an accurate food, it’s lack of attentiveness as we stood at register for 10minutes without being helped. Also we were told they serve fries for breakfast when we know all the other Chick-fil-A‘s do this.This location doesn’t hold same standards as others which is concerning!

I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich, but when I got it home, there were two buns, three pickles, two tomatoes and lettuce, no chicken! How can something like that happen. It was worth the time to drive back. I won't go there again.
