These girls never disappoint with my coffee! I never know what to get, all I ask for is for them to make me the largest-strongest iced coffee they have, as long as they dont add coconut or strawberry flavor to it, I'm OK with, and they always come through! 😍

Update: (now that I have time to type out my review.)The Human Bean is better then Starbucks and another coffee shop I've been to. I love that they put a chocolate covered coffee bean on every drink. The staff is very friendly. The flavors and drinks are so delicious. They don't taste watered down like Starbucks or dunkins. I love the variety of drinks they serve. My personal faves are the "rootin tootin Italian soda" with cream on top it taste like the most crisp root beer ever- not exaggerating, my husband who is not a coffee drinker just tried the poolside energy drink and it is now his favorite drink, also I love the new Butter Pecan cold brew, and my own personal fave is one that I like to custome request is an iced vanilla chia latte topped with matcha cold foam. I go almost on a daily basis. And I have many more favorites.I do already have the app. 😁 I've put on every family member and visitor that comes over to my house on the human bean and I make it a point to stop on the way to my house. My mother-in-law even purchased a bad of the chocolate covered coffee beans she loved the experience. All around always a great experience. And great staff. My husband jokes saying it's my second home. And Everytime I go to run an errand like ups or heb I stop at the human bean my husband says oh I didn't know they sold the human bean at the UPS store. 😅

The first time I spotted and went to a Human Bean coffee shop I was welcomed in with such kindness and warmth. I believe the owner happened to be there at my visit and he was a very sweet family man. I haven’t stopped coming back to this location and their other one. Both locations are great!!! The coffee is beyond delicious, exceeding my expectations. They have a menu for kids! My kids love their strawberry banana smoothie.

Great first impression!! Everyone was so nice and welcoming! The bacon egg & cheese muffin was sooooo good and I’m not much of a bacon person! I ordered a small iced mexi mocha as is to try and man it’s soo good. I live close and had been waiting for this place to open passing by and seeing if they had an opening date yet and by luck I checked last night and saw they were opening today and I was like yup I’m going first thing in the morning. I honestly think this is going to now be my to go spot from now on 🥰

The beverage recommendation was good, but the wow factor...what pushed this experience out of the average 20%-90% of coffee places and up into the top 10% for coffee and experience was a sweet girl named Courtney. Her personality, respect, and humility in communicating was a treat in and of itself. Respectfully, any coffee shop can make a decent cup of coffee, but hiring exceptional people is difficult and in that regard, your business has succeeded. Amazing experience!

Drinks were great. There are some option in their website that don't show up on the menu but if you ask for it they'll make it. I got the salted caramel mocha drink and my husband got the frozen hot chocolate. Both were great wished the salted caramel was more sweet but next time I go I'm gonna ask if they can add something alittle extra to make it sweeter. Banana nut muffin top and M&M cookie were bigger than I was expecting but both tasted amazing. Got the 20 oz for both drink and spent 20 dollars and some change. So definitely didn't break the bank for a good pick me up.

Stopped by this 💎 for the first time this morning and what a TREAT it was. Ordered 4 breakfast sandwiches (bagel and ciabatta) 2 s'more coffees and a caramel one and EVERYTHING WAS DELICIOUS 😋 FIRST, pulled up and they had the cutest little display outside the windows and the customer service was OUTSTANDING! She was so sweet and friendly. They even have MILITARY DISCOUNTS 🥰. This place will definitely be on our weekend schedule. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I went this Saturday morning to get some breakfast and a latte and honestly the latte is delicious but what keeps me coming back here is the sweetheart in the drive-through window. They are both ray of sunshine. I love their energy and they’re positive demeanor going through the drive-through at the human being is like a master class and customer service. I hope these chicks get paid very well because they’re changing days and making mornings

The girls at this location are phenomenal! Always so great to see and theyre on it everytime. Big shout out to Jazz and Alaina for being the biggest rockstars.

This is only my second time coming here having moved from FWTX to SA and I absolutely love it! The baristas are always super sweet and very friendly it’s making me feel more and more welcome to the area! From an ex-barista point of view the lattes have been amazing and taste exactly as they should!

Angela and Trinity are the sweetest baristas! It was our first time visiting and they gave us wonderful recommendations! Both ladies were very friendly and the coffee is definitely on the sweeter side but still tasty! Also thought the espresso bean was the cutest touch!

She was so patient with me I appreciated it so much. She also gave me drink options for my son to drink and enjoy. There needs to be more coffee places like this around town!! 10/10

First time trying the Human Bean after my boyfriend had recommended it. I got a simple chai latte with vanilla and it was absolutely delicious! I was overwhelmed with the choices they had and can’t wait to try one of their refreshers! Staff was super friendly, Amber was at the window and I believe her name was Jaylin (sorry for the spelling/and or if that name is incorrect lol) that made my coffee! Lovely little spot off of 78 near converse. Will definitely be back!

Alaina and Amber were my baristas for today's visit. They were very enthusiastic and eager to assist me for my daily caffeine fix! I go here often as I live near by and all the staff is very kind and helpful! Human Bean is great too as they offer military discount and have a happy hour. And what other coffee spots do you get a free chocolate espresso bean with your order. I've even received them with water! The place is one of my favorite spots to get coffee! I go a few times a week! Probably too much cause it's so good! This location is one of the best though! I've even had human bean out in AZ and this one is a huge difference!!

I am a regular at Human Bean. The baristas are always so kind and make sure we have what we want. They get to know you and make sure you are aware of how long the drinks are taking. Amber and Gaby on Wednesday were especially good with my special order. They looked like they wanted to be there. The coffee is always good and I can't wait to go back!

This is my third time coming here when visiting my fiance in San Antonio! We both got the blended matcha with half a scoop of protein and hazelnut syrup (cold foam on top and oatmilk) and its a 10/10! HIGHLY recommend this place. I also got the maple sausage and egg waffle sandwich and it was super fresh and crispy! The atmosphere is so great and both Amber and Alaina were very friendly so shoutout towards them!! I wish there were more locations in Houston somewhere in pearland LOL!!

I go here like every other day and I just love it! I live down the road so it’s most convenient for me but I’ve had nothing but good experiences here out of the 100 times I’ve been. I mainly order the bright energy drinks and they’re 10/10 for me. I’ve had some of the food items too and they were also good, nothing crazy but I was satisfied

This was my first time coming to the Human Bean. My mom is obsessed with them, so I decided to try. I walked up to the window, and was blown away with the amazing customer service. They helped me navigate the menu with my gluten allergy and I was happy to have a gluten free option to eat. The two ladies that helped us were so amazing!! My daughter got the cake pop and waffle sandwich and said they were amazing. My iced coffee and egg bites were delicious. Will definitely be coming back!

Just left this place. I have been frequenting this location since it's grand opening. Sadly, the two young women working there today, the 22nd of Sept around noon, were rude and dismissive when I asked for oatmilk in my drink. I noticed that the drink had the consistency of regular 2% and had no oatmilk flavor, plus there was no oatmilk container on the counter, so, when they offered to remake it after I voiced my concern, we were given terrible attitude by the woman who seemed to be in charge, only to realize they in fact were out of oatmilk and had served me something else 😅 she never came back to the window to apologize or admit to their mistake, of course. Just a heads up for the people with a dairy intolerance or nut allergy. Some of these employees do not take their work seriously or professionally and could put your health at risk, unapologetically.

The service, Great! The products not so much. I ordered 2 drinks; the first was a medium Blended Mocha caramel, 4/10 for me. Couldn't taste the caramel, the mocha was overpowering(imo) & a lot on the sweet side, & again that's just my opinion. My second drink(bc I really wanted to try it) was the Boba Mango Burst- it has popping boba at the bottom. 0/10!!! I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND! it doesn't taste a thing like mango, the straw is to small for the bobas to slide through & THEN pop. Yes! By the time the Bobas reach you it's just its skin, no Popping of the Bobas &the taste it was jst NOT IT! It was like watered down flavored water

They left a ton of room in the cup, so I assume they forgot to top it off with milk. Ridiculous!!! Don't go here if you like your taste, buds! Edit to add. I did call to warn them they are scorching people and not topping off the cups with milk to cool it a little. I was told they leave the cup a less full so it wont spill on their clients. I may have believed that lie if it weren't for the fact that I'd been to human bean in Midland, Texas, multiple times. This never happened. Ever. Not even starbucks is that hot. It literally burned my tongue and teeth 😩 I won't go back and I refused their request to come back for a replacement. I just wanted them to know what they are doing. I didn't want to get my money back even though I should have. I won't drink their coffee again! There are enough coffee places I don't need their excuses. I just hope no one else gets hurt worse than me!

Plastic in my java chip, I showed the lady at the window what was in it and she happily took my drink to make a new one. The manager comes out asking to see the plastic after I already threw it away after I showed the lady who took my drink. Please simply just make a new one without the hassle, it shouldn't be a big deal to make a new one, I didn't ask for my money back, I know these things can happen on accident at times. My kids and I come here a few times a week, didn't expect that and she should remember faces who tips them
