Went at about 1am on a Saturday. Our server was great and gave us deal recommendations. I ordered the Mac and cheese burger. It hit the spot after a night out.

I went to the one in Reno, NV. They had all-can- eat wings for $24.99. I choose the traditional bone-in, but you can also get the mix and max with the boneless. They were cooked perfectly. Our server did a great job of interacting with us as well. The atmosphere was good and it was not too crowded. They have an orange chicken sauce now. I tried it, and it was pretty good. You can pick ass many sauces as you want. I didn't eat a lot of wings, but it was definitely fun being able to try flavors I have been curious about. I did get my favorites as well. I was very satisfied with my dining experience.

This location provides great service, food, drinks, and atmosphere. If you want to enjoy a draft beer and some great food, I highly recommend the visit. Bring your friends and your appetites for a fun and exciting time. Plenty of TVs for your sports viewing pleasure. Staff was friendly, helpful, and service focused.

Our waitress was Fred and when I tell you that was the best service I think me and my bf have ever had even period. He is so nice , came and checked on us multiple times , gave us a good laugh , told us some good specials ! Def ask to sit in his section

We went out for late night foods and I would say got there by 12:30am they were kind and awesome made sure to treat us like they just opened. Had the Thai curry spice and Ultimate nachos. Recommend both! Thanks to the kind staff for feeding us so late at night you are awesome!

We had to have an order delivered and we only eat flats. That's the only button I know, flats, plus the extra charge. We kept getting drums through Door Dash. Long story short, Buffalo Wild Wings and Doordash did EVERYTHING they had to do to make sure we got flats, despite the receipt saying drums. I never push drums, and with an MBA, I honestly know which button to push. I feel terrible because of all the chicken we have, and I just want to thank Buffalo Wild Wings for the exceptional service, as usual. I may forget my husband's name, heck, I may even forget my kid's name, but one thing I do REMEMBER is we don't do drums. Again, thank you, Buffalo Wild Wings. Awesome service as usual. 🥰🥰

I went to Buffalo Wild Wings with my mom, I loved the food! They at first gave us a drink that didn't have enough syrup, but they handed us new drinks. The service was great! Although the booths on the left were being closed. I also loved their trivia. Would recommend! I changed my service to 4 stars due to my waiter being gone for 25 minutes, my mom had to go ask a worker to find him.

I went to new location for take out, but it looks like a great place to hang out and eat in. It was a sports night so lots of loud ball games going. ( I'm hard of hearing and without hearing aids in it was very loud ). Staff was attentive and helped me place my order. I don't eat meat ,but the cauliflower wings are great i tried 2 flavors. The cheese curds are delicious. The potato wedges are good. They made sure i got all my dipping sauces , condiments, utensils, and napkins unlike some places.. I'll definitely be going back.

This visit went well. Immediately seated and my order was taken within a few minutes. This is one of the larger and nicer BWW that I frequent. As always the food is delicious and fresh. Tables, floor , and outside area were clean. My waitress was attentive and didn't forget the grilled onions.. Her name tag was covered up so she didn't get a shoutout for job well done. I would definitely eat here again when I'm the area. This is one of the larger and nicer BWW I have been to. Also appears to be a newer building and much more crowded. Seated immediately. Music inside was at a good level, some BWWs have the music too loud. They also played a good variety of different genres Ordered my usual, All American Cheeseburger, no bun and grilled onions. My waitress was at my table and took my order within a few minutes. I was able to use points so my lunch was free. Can't beat a free smash cheeseburger. I always like the food here and the fact that they use lard and not hydrogenated Frankenstein oils to fry everything in is a nice bonus! My food tasted awesome as usual. Not sure why BWW seem to have low star ratings. I almost always have a good lunch at them.

The food was good but there was one of the meals that either they forgot because we were half way through eating before the meal came out. The server apologized for it. Also the Dr pepper tasted flat. I don't drink Pepsi and wished there was Coke products. I had to settle for a lemonade. Coke makes the spices pop unlike Pepsi. The same with drinks. I really wanted a Rum and coke but because they don't sell coke I didn't even try to order a alcoholic drink.

Wings were great as usual, however they change the small paper trays to some metal ones with white paper. It felt more like a chilli's or Apple bees. Also my waitress's was anything but friendly.

The service was pretty good. Our waitress was sweet , fast, and efficient. The food was very good as well, my only complaint is that I ordered chicken tenders with lemon pepper flavor. The lemon pepper is a dry rub not a sauce. The cook sent it out with the dry rub in a little container instead of on the chicken itself... When I asked why it came out that way, she just looked nervous and said that the cook said it's supposed to be that way... I'm sorry, but if I'm paying $13 for a plate of chicken tenders, I shouldn't be expected to add the dry rub to the tenders and shake them around in a little box to get it all even! That's what the cook does! Other than that, we had a brilliant time and I'm looking forward to coming back! They have tons of TV's with sports on and they were playing awesome music! The women's restroom was nice and clean, which is a plus! I don't know how many times a filthy restroom has totally killed my experience!

I stopped in because I had a craving for wings....I'm not sure why I ended up having a burger, but it was good. It was really good. I ordered onion rings as an appetizer first because I was so hungry. Next time, I'll just substitute the fries for onion rings with my burger. I've recently started having my burger without ketchup and it's much better.

Most excellent service our server was a sweetheart. I got the black bean burger and my son got the new pizza they have out. I was able to upgrade my fries to cheesy tater tots, yum! Black cherry marg was amazing too. Quick service, tasty food. Great comfort food! Employees have great attitude, but the turnaround time on our small order was about 20mins (2 snack size order of wings with fries) and not many customers were in the restaurant either. Most likely will be choosing to go to a different wing place with faster service.

2 stars for the two times I’ve gone here and they’ve actually been okay. We ordered take out tonight, my boneless wings were very old. As well as the wedges. Maybe even burned . Went here after a super long, rough day...not a good plan! First off, the game was on and I get it, but when you are half empty....the volume should be reduced to accommodate your active capacity. The wings were barely coated with sauce, the fries were luke-warm at best, and the beer was dressed with table salt! The the waitress was so slow and then kept forgetting what she went in the back for after being asked multiple times. To top it all off, when attempting to use the restroom, there was poopy toilet tissues all over the floor. This is disgusting and unsanitary in normal times, much less a pandemic. I will NOT be visiting BWW again in the foreseeable future.

My Husband asked for mail packets on the sides. After the server. Informed us that mail was not an option, and neither was raw onions, which we found. Kind of bizarre. I guess the roll onions come. Another server brought out our food before we even got our fried pickles. The mail packets that were offered to us. We’re not on the tray and my lemon pepper wings had hardly any lemon pepper seasoning on it. So I had to ask the server for our fried pickles. And then I had to ask our regular server to bring me extra seasoning. This was the second time we’ve been into this location, and the service where the food quality has not been up to park. I don’t know if it’s new staff, but you just lost two loyal customers.

We are located at the 8450 N I-35 branch San Antonio, TX 78239. The service the last few times has been terrible. They take a long time to serve the dishes and the waiters are very rude. They have not sat us at a dirty table and we asked to be moved to another one since it was in terrible condition. They got angry and told us we had to wait 20 minutes. We don't mind waiting, but the waiters are rude. We like coming here, but the service from the staff is terrible.

Bad thing was that my wife was already pretty much done with her meal by the time I got mine. Seems like the youth of today working in food service has no work ethics... First time here and this is what was given. A little to bit dry. When asked for extra sauce for the wings he said “what you have is not enough?”. He rolled his eyes as he walked away not realizing that we noticed. If I want extra sauce just bring it it’s not up to them if it’s enough or not! Our entire order was missing items and when mentioned to him it seemed as if it was a bother. Took the dry bones to go!!!

This place seems like they are just never in the mood to deal with anybody, service and food are terrible. Communication amongst the workers is terrible. I came in with my family & was told there is a 1 hr wait but the bar was open. So we go to sit down just for one other worker to tell me and my family and I quote, "next time wait to be seated". I'm not sure what that guys deal was, he even wasn't our server. Amongst all the bad attitude, the wings were very dry, the food was not that good. I hope this place finds it in there heart to improve as I love Buffalo Wild Wings, but every time I have came here it's either a bad attitude or customer service and terrible food. Also the atmosphere and the store in general is always dirty every table had a lot of trash on them.

I’m disabled. I requested a booth and was told I had to sit at the bar or a “high top.” The restaurant had no consumers so there was not a valid issue that would cause rejection of my request. Not to mention this in direct violation of the American with Disabilities Act!

I don’t like leaving negative reviews but someone in management really needs to be fired. There was only one server and one food runner on a busy football Sunday 10/27/24, the place was packed. Floors were dirty, bathrooms were gross, bar glassware was filthy, and I watched dozens of patrons stand in the entrance for a long time because there was nobody greeting. This restaurant desperately needs a very large HELP WANTED sign and a manager who ensures proper weekend staffing.

The Disgusting Smell!! Something is wrong with the sewer system and it has been going on way too long, getting worse, and now actually smells like a Porta Potty that's been in the sun all weekend. So I have been coming to BWW forever now, and this location on Walzem has just gotten worse over the yrs. The tables are always dirty. They never have enough servers, let alone the ones they do have, make it seem to be an inconvenience for them to even serve you. What happened to actually working for a tip and I tip well. Usually, I know what it likes to work on tips. It appears that if you want to do very little to no work, this is the place to come because they can't handle having more than 2 tables at a time. If you are wondering why you lose business, you don't have to wonder, just watch your cameras, you'll see it for yourself.

At that point i didn’t feel welcomed at the restaurant and decided to leave . The restaurant was not busy at all for it to go down this way

My water stayed empty through my meal. The wings looked and tasted poorly made. Wings were not fully covered in sauce, and the ones that were covered with sauce looked and tasted like they had been sitting for awhile. I was not happy with this visit. Waitress was very short and cold towards us. SMH 😒 Update: I received a reply from Buffalo wild wings apologizing and they asked me to call a #. I called and waited on hold for 17 minutes. Had to hang up, problem still not resolved !!! Wow 😮

Order through uber eats, they said my food was ready still waiting 45 minutes later. Manager said they ran out of wings, but there's no more than 30 people here. Poor management and service. Do not recommend this place to come and watch your games.

COMPLETELY IGNORED! Walked in and had to say hello to the hostess, who essentially glared at us barely making an effort to seat us. Sat us in an active booth area. The booth next to us was occupied and the waitress was making small talk as they tabbed out. no greeting as we reached by her, nor any acknowledgement after the patrons left after 5min. Five more went by and not a single staff member came by. Not even to say hang tight, we're busy (which 3 of them talking amongst themselves during that time were not). Even when we got up and left not a single employee made an effort to communicate with us as we walked out; never seen such obvious discrimination and disdain! DO NOT VISIT HERE!

I came in at 5pm on a Sunday. I tried to eat there and they told me I needed to wait 40 to 50 minutes to be sat even though the place has half empty or to get a table. Mind you we could have easily moved 2 6 seater tables to make it a whole while being out of everyone's way. They said no. That all waiters already had 2 tables each and that they couldn't take anymore and waiters couldn't go into any others stations to take an extra table. That my party was too big for them to accommodate. I can't imagine running a place where I can't move a single table to accommodate and instead turn them down.

not your best people to close on a Tuesday night. I get it. But she had 4 people at the bar. Absolute worst service I’ve had in my life. I don’t leave many negative reviews but when I do… oh boy. I could list many different ways that it was subpar to the point that a microwave burrito and a six pack would have been better but I won’t bore you…at least the food quality was good.

Every time it gets worse and worse. It takes forever to be seated. It seems as if nobody is working there. Nobody cares either. The food is getting worse. We waited over 30 minutes this time to have food to go and it came out cold. They also messed up the order as well. Avoid this particular Buffalo wild wings. Very poor service, food. It's going to take you over an hour just to be seen and seated let alone even get your food. No it is not rocket science and no it is not like this at other Buffalo wild wings. This one is a would not go again

Should have walked out when half the tables were dirty with plates and glasses. Order 2 tall beers- came as shorts, supposedly Guinness doesn't come in a tall. Both of my kids never got straws for their drinks. Ordered onion rings as appetizer- never came. Wings came- no plates, no napkins, no ranch, no celery and carrots that I ordered. Waitress "stole" onion rings from the window that were ice cold and burnt- after we said we didnt want them anymore. Finally asked if we needed refills, brought to sodas with no ice. We used to eat at BWW all the time years ago, will stick to Wing Stop!

Been coming here for about 5 months . But since 3 weeks ago this place has gone down real bad. Manager is no good at addressing any complaints . I go after 6 so maybe you can know who. Also most servers are with angry or in a bad mood. Need to get this fixed. Orders take a good 30 minutes to get served and cold. Got my food and came cold again not a surprise. Now the order came with at least more than 12 onion rings and about 6 sliders. Asked the manager food is cold. She took it to make it hot when it came back it came with half of onion rings and 2 sliders less which are the chicken strips. This place has gone very down. Disappointed and all they say is I can remove it from the ticket. Losing money.

I just ordered on the app and picked up our items. We ordered three 20 pc bone in chicken meal. Got home and they forgot all the fries and side veggies. So upsetting this happened more than once to us. I highly highly recommend when your their look at your item to make sure everything is in there. I talked to the supervisor Tomas and he admitted they forgot to give us the fries/veggies. He informed me they will be refunding me $20.00 and it should be in my account within 7 days. It’s so upsetting that we can never rely on them to get the order right! They need to train better or leadership should take the initiative to make sure orders are going out right. This place has a low rating and I totally understand why so low. I’m gonna make sure I follow up and get my refund! This location needs better management or a change!

Food is usually good except this last time. It was actually cold after waiting a long time for my order I would’ve thought it would at least be warm… what did I even wait for? I got guacamole instead of ranch? The other problem is wait time. I placed the order at 9:15 PM. I left at 10:10 PM. I wait about an hour for a two meal togo order. The only thing that kept me waiting was the fact that I already paid. I feel that my time was not respected. There were several people waiting for to gos. I just began to tell them to not bother placing an order because the wait was so long. I don’t regret saving them. They don’t acknowledge people while they are waiting upfront, even for a table. Not to mention, there were several tables in one area that had been cleared but not cleaned. After thirty minutes of me standing there, they finally acknowledged me and asked me what my order was. Came back later and said they lost my ticket. Didn’t offer compensation or try to make it right. My time waiting there was certainly more valuable than the price of my meal. I placed a to go so I could make the quick stop to pick it up but ended up having my time stolen. You also have to place the order on the website or app because they do not answer the phone. It kept ringing while I waited and they didn’t answer. I also say a kitchen staff member wearing a kitchen towel on his should to the restroom. It would be one thing if they were busy, but they weren’t and the employees would rather hide in the kitchen than address their guests and their needs.

Came in and the hosts weren’t very helpful about our baby seat . Also sat us in a table that was dirty and had food all over it . Our waiter was not bad but the wings were so dry . The tables all around us were dirty like this from the time we arrived till we left .Save your money .

Very disappointing experience. We were told the wait time was about 30 minutes, but they started seating people who arrived after us. If we hadn’t gone up to ask, they probably would have skipped us. When they finally told us we could sit wherever we wanted, almost all the empty tables were dirty. We sat at the only table that looked clean and were then told we couldn’t sit there. The restaurant looked very unorganized and no one was cleaning the tables. After we were finally seated, it also took a very long time for anyone to come take our order or serve us. Overall, very poor service and a frustrating experience.

Yet another location that just doesn't care. We came in excited for some wings and conversation and instead we got staff who looked over at us but never bothered to seat us or greet us. And yes before you ask it was not busy. Thank you BWW for making it easy for me and my family to choose other restaurant chains. Perhaps one that bothers to at least greet the customers!

Been waiting for someone to attend me for about 10 mins already. This has happened 3 times now, so i had to wright about it. They care more about the people at the bar than people picking up their order. My food is most likely cold now. Still waiting to be atteneded as i write this. Btw....

Waited an hour for my order & when I finally got it, it was cold. Server was rude & manager justified the wait saying they were busy showing no empathy. I've had better wings and service elsewhere. Definitely would not recommend this place.

I should have read the reviews first. The wings were OK. But I ordered slaw and received salad that looked like it was made day before yesterday. The celery was brown at the edges as well. Very disappointing!.

Waited 15 min to be seated. Hostes was in a bad mood. She didnt want to do her job. Waited 30 min to get a waiter no one came along.I just walk out. If service was like that didnt want to take a chance in food.

I arrived at 9:30 for BOGO wings on a Tuesday for what I thought would be a good deal. Although I was unaware I was about to have a terrible dining experience. I was seated in a booth and I asked my waiter what flavors he likes. He recommended a flavor so I went with it and ordered that flavor. I was the only person that ordered food in his section at the time and it took a whole hour to finally receive my food. My wings were cold and they had been tossed in the incorrect sauce. The waiter said he could not get me replacement wings so I had to personally speak to the manager. Then I had to ask again before I left for my replacement because they weren't going to give it to me. I caught my waiter messing around on his cell phone so I approached him and asked for the check. After all that happened I regret going here and will not return. My hard earned money would have been better spent at Wing Stop.
