The entire crew was good. Adonai specifically, went above and beyond to make everything carefully and like it was for himself. I really appreciated it and will make sure to visit this location again when I get subway!
My family and I frequent subway often and will definitely go out of our way to order from this location. I went twice today and both times I had great service. The staff handled the food great and the energy was not negative when we entered late. There two females and the one male (I believe his name was Christopher) were great with all the customers. We truly appreciate their efforts to make sure we were satisfied.
Staff is always friendly, food is probably the best subway in the area. Just wish they offered a military discount.

Savon was awesome! He greeted us, sold us the special of the day, offered us all he could without feeling pressured into buying anything. Super professional and friendly. Food came out exactly how we wanted but better because of his hospitality. The store became busy right as we were paying and the rest of the staff came out and helped him with orders. Go see them when yall can!!

The other Subway on 78 is closer to me than this one but I always chose this location they’re a lot faster and treat your sandwich with care. They don’t just throw it together like the other location.

Subway is always a good place for a quick and tasty meal. Customer service is good and the restaurant is clean.

Subway has a great concept. Their food is always fresh. If prepared correctly, it can be amazing. They keep changing their menu, and apparently, that doesn't make their employees very happy. The one helping me said, "Whoever is in charge of the menu, sucks!" I guess he doesn't like what he has to make. Taste is unique to the individual, isn't it? As for the atmosphere, it's a clean, sterile looking place, a bit unwelcoming for me.

The sandwich bread wasn't fresh, it was stiff and felt like it was at least 2 days old. I've visited multiple times, same result every visit. Do yourself a favor and visit a different Subways.

Possibly the worst service and Subway I've ever been to. Drive thru sign/order screen doesn't work. Told staff-just got a shoulder shrug. Inside, the staff takes slow & rude to new heights. Super stingy on the sandwich build ingredients, but they are so slow, you just ignore it. Won't be back.
I have to give 1 star only because there isn't an option for 0 stars. After a long day at work on Monday Feb 3rd, I wanted to stop and order Subway for me and my son. When I went to give my order, I was met with horrible customer service from a woman named, Estrella, and a man named, Salvator(Salvador). No greetings, no smiles, bad attitudes, and rude comments. As I was ordering my sons sandwich, Estrella who was taking my order began spewing groans and snide comments about the order. Finally, she just said, "Someone's actually going to eat this?", to my face. She was extremely condescending and judgemental for no reason. Why did it matter to her what I was ordering, she wasn't going to eat it or even pay for it. Why would I want to buy food from people that make fun of food I'm ordering? Especially my child's? I don't plan on returning to this location and spending my money there any time soon.
Came just now to order a sandwich…I ordered it with double meat as I do everywhere else and the lady whom I believe is in charge this morning made up some rule which states if I get double meats the have to be stacked on top of each other?! 🤨 not just that I ended up paying $20 for a sandwich and I couldn’t even have it the way I wanted it based on some raggedy rule she pulled out of nowhere. Hire better people or train them better please.
I ordered an outlaw sandwich on flatbread and asked them to toast it. Once I arrived to my kids school, which is down the street my sandwich was not toasted( cold,old,and dry), the meat was cold, and the cheese was cold and stuck together. I called the store and the lady rudely interrupts me and says that they are encouraged to tell customers not to have the flatbread warmed up, and she says they warmed up the meat. I never was encouraged at the drive thru window not to get the flatbread warmed up and my meat was cold . She then tells me that I can drive back up to the store , give them the sandwich and she will remake it . I just spent $15 of my money (yes $15!) and Im being treated like I did something wrong! Never again Subway !
I got really severe food poisoning from their tuna sub. Do better! Start refrigerating your meat and cheese instead of leaving it out! I ate on 8/21 and got super sick the next day. Don't eat there!!
Waited almost 30 mins for a sandwich on a doordash orders. one worker was giving unspecified answers on how much longer the order would be and the other acted as if she couldn't speak at all. One sandwich shoulders never take this long. With 2 people working.
I have nothing bad to say about the staff. However, the manager needs to train the employees. Eating out is tricky. You send your hard earned money to save you from having to cook or just to enjoy something different. At least for me. And to recieve bad food is the worst thing that can happen when you are just hungry and just want something quick. Normally, I would just give the food away, but this is not even good enough to give away. See photos. It's almost to the point where I think this is on purpose. However, the young lady and the other employees were so nice. I wish I could post a picture of this Tuna Sandwich. It has so much mayo that I can't even hold it up.
I ordered online went to pick up notice something wrong with my sandwich went back in to see if they can fix it and the lady was very rude telling me what I did wrong when I put I wanted ranch and no other sauce. She told me that that sauce belongs on that sandwich.
Staff is aggressive. They seem to hate their jobs a lot.
