The chicken is always good. Today's order seemed to be too much for them. I did have a larger order, but the fact that I was I line for OVER 30 minutes. The order was not right, I was missing my mashed potatoes and instead got okra. The gravy was spilled everywhere in the sack. Very disappointed. Not going back there for awhile!

Lady that took my order asked 3 times my order still got it wrong and over charged me 4 dollars and still did not get order right and could not speak English well at drive thru and no one apologized for anything 🙃 not a good experience

The food was cold (again). Not even warm. Does your restaurant not adhere to food safety guidelines for times and temps? I would recommend training on how to make smaller batches more frequently, as needed, to ensure that product isn’t getting cold before being served to guests; you might end up with less waste and be able to reduce the amount you have to charge to your guests for a single meal.

The chicken was extremely dry again. I didn't get part of my order and had already made it home. The other sides were pretty good. I could barely chew my chicken. I was very disappointed again. We ate at 3:45 pm. It was definitely NOT worth $27.

Chicken wasn't fresh. It was dry and to hard to chew. I paid 60 something dollars for 3 meals and delivery total waste of money. Had to order something from somewhere else before work tonight.

Your customer service sucks. You don't even understand your own menu. You got the customer's money but the customer didn't get what his family asked for. Your own incompetence ruined dinner for at least one family tonight. People don't come to a restaurant to have whatever you ring them up for. People come to a restaurant to order what they ask for. Not what you tell them they want, but what they ask for.

Between seeing roaches on their sign inside to the insane amount of time spent waiting for food (15 minutes for an order of gizards) to the staff completely ignoring us. The overall experience was subpar at best.

I have been to this establishment several times and ordered anywhere from chicken to livers to fish. Several times my chicken breast were raw and the livers still had bile in them. Sunday I ordered a fish plate for my lunch at work. The fish was salty and I am a saltaholic so for me to say it was salty says alot. I decided to call because my okra was cold as well. The manager on site took my name and told me to come back at my convenience. I decided yo go today and the manager on site (different than the other day) kept giving me the run around with a smirk on her face. She then proceeded to tell me that I would need my receipt from four days ago. I told her the other manager didn't tell me I needed it yo which she said that it States that on the bottom of the receipt. Well, I found the receipt and it was NOT stated on the bottom as she flat out lied and said! I will not spend my money at that restraunt ever again! They can keep their pink chicken, bile filled lover and salty fish!

The fish we ordered here was so salty as to be inedible. The mashed potatoes were gummy. We asked that our money be refunded. Which the staff seemed to need prodding to make happen. Sad because I remember them having pretty good chicken.

First time trying chicken express and probably the last. Went through the drive thru ordered a 16 piece mixed fried chicken dinner with three sides and fried corn nuggets. We were told it would be about 15 minutes for the chicken. It took 37 minutes in the drive thru all to get home and find out there was only 9 pieces of chicken. Do better Conway‼️‼️‼️

The food was cold and hard!! I went yesterday and it was cold and figured it was bad timing and tried it again today for lunch and it was extremely cold and hard. I ordered a #1 and believe I got some tenders that was made at opening. Between both days it was $24 wasted. I will not be returning

The chicken tasted like it had been cooked hours prior to me buying it. The potatoes, gravy and coleslaw was good. Fried chicken; terrible!
