SOOOOO DELICIOUS! Wonderful atmosphere for a romantic date night or a large group of friends and family. The food and service are absolutely fantastic! We visited on the weekend of the Annual Toad Suck Days Festival. After eating, we strolled the festival.

2/15 / 25 We were coming into town and we picked Pasta Grill to dine at. There were very busy as it is Valentine's weekend so we got our meal to go as we are staying in a hotel on our way back to Kansas city. We ordered the Meatball appetizer, Crawfish Cornbread for dinner and bread pudding for dessert. It is Absolutely Delicious !!!😋😋😋 Whoever came up with the Crawfish cornbread dinner is Brilliant 😃😃😃

We were headed down to arkansas to see a very close friend of ours and he suggested this restaurant. I could not have more pleased with the food and the service. The dessert was delicious and the pasta was top notch. Highly recommend if you're in this area to try this restaurant. You are more than welcome to bring your own bottles of wine as well "dry county" and they do not charge a corkage fee, which was a huge plus! Yummmm

One of my favorite spots to hit when we visit family in Conway!! The Cajun cornbread is an amazing meal that is well curated and delicious!! I also ordered the shrimp pasta and the “chefs gnocchi “ and was not disappointed.. small atmosphere and great staff !! The bread pudding is absolutely perfect I might add !!

Delicious meal and so reasonably priced from start to finish. I was pleasantly surprised by the wine & beer prices too. Try the Chef's Gnocchi if you're looking for a rich & flavorful dish. Alyssa took great care of us. 4-2-21 Tried PG again and was awesome once more. Caitlin was super busy; however, very attentive to us. Got the entire order correct and had solid recommendations. See pics for what we had. It was all fantastic.

First time at Pasta Grill in Conway, AR. for my wife's 66th Birthday because of reviews. Called in at 6:00 pm, checked in at 610pm seated at 7:30pm. Place is small, over crowded and loud, food was expensive. Nothing special about food. My wife makes better. Wait staff was friendly even though she forgot my bread pudding which was not that great for the price ($10.00). May return if the prices get more reasonable. Seafood fettuccini $24.00 with 4 shrimp 3 scallops, fettuccini sauce tasted floury, $5.00 for a small glass of warm draft beer( Dos XX amber) Place is overrated with 5 star reviews. Very over crowded on a Thursday night. Nothing done in recognition of my wife's 66th birthday, not even a scoop of ice cream. Very sad!!!

Quaint little spot in downtown Conway that features slightly upscale Italian (no tablecloths). Warm bread is served with marinara at the table. I tried the special, seafood ravioli with a side salad. The salad was good. Five lobster ravioli with three shrimp and three small scallops. The scallops and shrimp were dropped in a fryer, overcooked and rubbery. The pasta was not freshly made and several pieces felt hard, like not cooked enough. The sauce was tasty. My knife in the silverware packet had old crusted food on it. Chocolate espresso cake had nothing espresso about it and was probably two weeks old (very dry). This is where we get real. I typically wait to write reviews because you just never know what will happen; this meal made me ill. I will say this: PastaGrill has potential if you can get someone in there with passion and attention to detail. Great place, good location, nice decor, excellent service but the food was a no for me, especially since I have food poisoning! Rated a 3 but 2.5 is more than generous.

I will say the Russellville location was one of my favorite restaurants when I lived in Russ for 6 months, sadly this location just didn’t live up to the other, great staff, but the almost $50 filet was over cooked( ordered medium rare) came out close to medium well and was really tough for a filet. alfredo pasta and potatoes were really cold, kinda like they plated side and it sat a while as the steak was cooking. The server was nice and the appetizer was great ( corn dip). Would possibly return because I’m a pasta grill fan but order something different.

I walked in the restaurant, I was greeted with a smile. I kindly asked how long the wait would be, was told 15-20 mins. Gave the young lady my name and phone number. Waited over 30min just to see with my eyes, check the link sent to my phone the numbers increase. Then the people that come after me get seated, they parked right in front of me. As I been here for over 25 mins already. Absolutely insane…… wow
