Tell me whatever you want from fast food chains. If you stop by few times a month you wont die younger and the products they offer are very good quality (completely different form the golden M)

I love Wendy's! However, their prices are getting out of hand. $15 for a combo is too much.

Standard fast food , always clean and pleasant with quick service and to date no issues with my orders coming out right .

Another one of my favorite fast food restaurants to go to. In my last visit to Wendy's , they got my order wrong, but I am still eating give stars because my wrong order was fixed in a very timely manner, and the staff were very nice about it.

No usually a fast food eater but I do prefer their burgers over McDonald's or Burger King. This location is one of the cleanest I have ever seen. And the staff is always cheerful.

This Wendy's has everything fresh and hot!! So good . Not all Wendy's are as good as this location. Staff, food, cleanliness, all 5 star.

It was your typical fast food restaurant experience. I came in for my meal and I got it. There was no issues. This is my go to place because its close to my house.

For me, Wendy's is a consistently good place to eat for fast foods. I definitely prefer their fries to Micky D's, and their lettuce, tomatoes and onions are always fresh.

I’ve visited this Wendy’s over the last few years, and have not been disappointed. They have very friendly staff, always get my order correct and in a timely manner. The manager runs this location well from what I can see!

I'm down delivering parts in a semi and came by in my cab to the sec window and they still took my order. Great business. Even making my food fresh. Very clean outside, and insides from the look of it. Thank yall!

They have the most friendly employees working the drive thru. They bring a smile to my face! So up beat and professional! And the food is always hot and fresh!

I eat Wendy's at least once a week and usually the same exact meal. This was my first time eating from this location. It was peak hours (dinner time)and went in the drive thru but the line moved quickly. I ordered 5 different meals and all of them were correct. I drove a few minutes to get to the park after I got our food and once we ate it, all of it was still warm and delicious. I always get the #10 grilled chicken. I have to say, that was THE BEST grilled chicken I have ever eaten from Wendy's. (and Ive eaten a lot) My nephews loved their meals as well.

I've come here a lot since I work close-by, but every time I come in, they're always friendly, kind and helpful. Best fast food experience I've ever had.

They were really friendly and patient when they took my order in the drive thru. They remembered my extras, (crackers and hot chili seasoning) and the food was delicious and nicely prepared. Especially the junior bacon cheeseburgers! French fries were cooked just right! Had some good old Wendy's chili for dessert!

After receiving poor service that caused me to leave at a Wendy's and a Mc Donald's prior to coming to this location, I thought I'd leave a positive review since quality service like I experienced here is apparently becoming rare. The person working the register was friendly, professional, and effecicent. I received my food quickly and I am very satisfied with the service and quality.

Newer and modern looking. Very clean, fast and friendly service. First Wendy's I've been to that has a Coke freestyle machine that you can get your own drinks. They had clean and modern seating with an electric sleek fireplace. Will go again.

Great attitude from Will when he was taking my order. The best experience I have experienced in a long time. I have 35 plus years as Resturant manager, I told him to keep up the good work and attitude and he wouldn't be a cashier for long. Thanks Will

This is the best Wendy's I've been to in the DFW the burgers are always so fresh and juicy, very quick drive thru as well. And it doesn't make me bad like McDonald's does.

I had such a terrible experience at the location on Mac Arthur and walnut Hill I swore off this business. However, I was pressed for time I needed something quick in the area. This location had 8 cars in drive thru ahead of me. I was nervous thinking this wasn’t going to work out. Reluctantly I drove up anyway. Dimas took my order and was excellent. He did not interrupt me while ordering. When taking my money, he was pleasant, greeted me with a smile, and nice warm chatter. Wait there’s more! The lady at at the window wiped the excess liquid on the side of my drink cup! Wow to the wow what great customer service to go a step and beyond. The location was an overall great experience

This location is close to my son's school and makes it easy to get something on the way home. I like the fact that their chicken nuggets and fries are always hot and have to let them cool down a bit before eating. Most other locations are not like that. The thing that I don't like is that I usually get a spicy chicken nugget or two mixed in with my regular nuggets. I'm not too sure if this is two complete the order or what? Just mentioning because it happens too often. Not good when the nuggets are for kids and they won't eat them when their mm mouth is burning. Or they slurp up their drink and don't finish their food because their mouth is on fire and now have to go to the bathroom. I guess that they think the food is not going to a kid if you don't order a kid's meal. We also buy the frosty tag at the beginning of the year and get the free frosty with every meal. That is well worth the price. 5-29-2022

The service is extremely fast, the food is hot and the manager makes sure things run smoothly. The manager has a really great crew. The downfall is that they usually only run one cashier during lunch peak hour.

Rarely did fast food but the pandemic started it all :) Tried the Bacon line, the b/f, Seasoned Potatoes, Spicy Chicken Sandwich and Pub Fries(yum w beer.) All made fresh(as ff can get!!) V good service - they make my chicken order custom fresh on request with a 😊. P.s. not expecting fine gourmet dining.

The lobby was still locked at 745am and it clearly states the lobby opens at 7am Monday through Friday. I had to drive up to the drive thru to let the manager know that the doors were still locked.

I came here to get a biggy bag meal which was quite delicious, the only let down was my serving of fries; it wasn't good, as it was a bit overcooked, and crumbly. I spoke to the manager about it, who wasn't too thrilled about it, so we all good.

The cleanest Wendy's I have ever been to very nice inside and nice workers. No issues with the store. The only thing I did not like is the chicken sandwich very fatty but seems to be like that at all Wendy's.

Okay food and okay service. Kind of a gamble if you'll get what you order at the drive thru. Sometimes they stop servicing the drive thru for a half hour with no warning.

Fast service and food is good, only problem is that I would get missing items here and there. But they are quick to remake it and apologize for their mistakes.

The food was good but I had a little problem. I ordered the low carb hamburger with lettuce instead of the bun but I was a little disappointed because it had very little lettuce. The customer service was great as usual!!!

3 stars was mostly because of the APP. I ordered it for pick up inside and when I attempted to go inside the doors were locked. I had to wait like 15 min in the drive thru. If it wasn't for that I'd have given it 5 stars. Friendly service and hot correctly made food.

The drive-thru is repeatedly slow. Every time I try to give them another chance I inevitably end up leaving before I even get to the order window. I'm not sure what is going on with this so-called fast food restaurant. There's nothing fast about it.

Been here twice at location, and they got my order wrong both times. Over 6 months apart, not a huge deal.The burgers are fine but the chili was old both times.

I don’t know who was taking orders in the drive thru line on 7/11/23 at 6:40pm but he did not want to be at work, did not greet anyone, just nonchalantly told me to place my order and then didn’t give me the right directions on which window to go to he was terrible!

Always seem to get my order wrong and always seemed annoyed when I check my order. Basically, rude folks. Plenty of other places to eat without the rudeness.

Ridiculous waiting time in line in the restaurant. The crew is focused on the orders of the cars in the drive thru, but at the cost of horrible waits in the restaurant.

If it’s not the morning team, do not go to this place the afternoon or the closing team are horrible. Poor customer service cold food stay away.

The food was fresh, and the service was fast. They had Fox news playing in the dining area. I asked them to change it to something non-controversial like sports. They said they would, but never did. It kind of ruined the whole effort the staff was making towards providing a pleasant dining experience.

Ordered Chilli and a baked potato in the drive through. The potato was WAY over microed..and the Chilli was just beans undercooked and had NO meat in it. Not good at all...won't be going back again.

I was unhappy with the service . Not sure of name but it was a older guy that works in the morning....how do you get frustrated with a customer when your the one messing the order up. We had to repeat it 3 times just to get a drink right..then after we left we opened our sandwich and realized it wasn't what we ordered....we ordered a bacon egg and cheese biscuit and we got a sausage biscuit....how did that happen....I had to be at work so I was unable to return...y'all need to hire people that gives us what we want not what they want to give us

I wanted to try the new tenders but they only give you two dipping sauces. Additional sauces are .54 each. Thats insane! I went with the crispy chicken sandwich instead. The chicken sandwich was good but the fries were over cooked felt like i was eating chips.

I come to this Wendy’s pretty regularly and for the most part food is always correct and ordering is pretty simple. Except every time I order and the lady manager is there something always seems to be incorrect. Rather it be ordering through her and receiving from her tonight I order a 5 dollar biggie bag combo with spicy nuggets and fries the extra side of jr. fries and sm frosty. I revived regular nuggets missing the jr. fries and the frosty was more of a milk than frost. Recon I ordered 30 minutes before close so the machine was maybe off before. But I’d rather be told the frosty machine was off rather than paying almost 3 dollars for a frosty that is practically milk. If you get the guy manager he’s a super cool dude who always gets it right and always have no issue with him overall all experience is usually good except when she is there.

Don't believe this. I was waiting outside at 9:15 and they hadn't opened the door. They were serving the car line just fine I went over to try and talk to someone behind the box, but was ignored. But here's a good thing for people who do want breakfast at 9:00 a.m. in the morning. There is a Starbucks right next door and then a tom thumb right past that. Feel free to get your breakfast there instead. I am a bit upset because I do love Wendys breakfast potatoes :(

This is one of the worst run Wendy’s I’ve been to. Manager doesn’t seem to care about the horrible customer service that they give inside the restaurant and through the drive through.

Wait time is always too long. Theres never anyone at the counter. Employees just hang out in the back it seems. Can't even come here for a 30 min lunch because it takes forever.

Dummies can't even get kids menu right. Said fries and still put apples and I asked if that's an apple and they said with confidence that's fry. Smh

I just stopped by to get a baconator sandwich wich I always get on different locations And they gave me a baconator sandwich with only one strip of bacon and no sauce in the sandwich.I told them if they can fix it and after a few minutes gave me back the same (now cold) sandwich with 3 strips of bacon I was the only customer in the store I never coming back to this Wendys

Up until this point, I haven't had an issue with this Wendy's. But today upon getting home with my drive thru order, I found my bag full of ANTS. On my food, on the napkins. That is really disgusting.

Food was cold, fries were old! Requested no salt on the fries and it was still bad!!! Went in the trash! Will not go again

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I went through the drive-through and when they placed my order I waited around the 30 minutes for 2 single things and on top of that they all had bad attitude with me when I was trying so hard to be genuinely nice AND on top of that I gave them more money than the cost of the meal and they did not return the correct change. I'll never be coming back to this location.

Went to Wendy’s about 11pm and they said they didn’t close till 12.my burger was pink like they sat it on the grill for about two minutes and tossed it on the bun. Wendys is one of my. Favorite fast food places and now I have been sick since. I ate about 3 bites before my fiancé noticed it. I have never wrote a bad review but this needed to be heard

The only reason I’m leaving a review today is because I picked up my mobile order, not a single person was wearing their masks. And by not wearing their masks I mean not wearing it properly. They were on their chin or not on at all. Super disappointed in this chain on not following simple safety guidelines during this time. Bummed I said no to getting my receipt so I could do the survey.

Horrible service and rude people employed there. I just left the drive thru after waiting 10 minutes for someone to help me and the lady telling me to continue to wait because they are short staffed with no cars in front of me and 5 cars behind me. When I drove past the window it didn’t seem like they were busy and her and her co worker were laughing and talking to each other not really attending anyone else. Way to have fun at work and not attend your customers. I won’t be back to this location ever!

I ordered spicy chicken sandwich, bake potato with chilli, s chocolate milk shake. Chicken sandwich was not spicy, potato came with cheese. Anyway bill was about $13/14. Cashier and manager said my c.c doesn't work. I was disapointed and ashamed. So I gave them another 3 c.c and my debt c. They said all 5 cards doesn't work. I told them that is impossible bcz every card has at least 1000, can you try one more time with one of my c.c. otherwise I have to cancel the order. They asked me for cash. Really? I was thinking Who carry cash now a days. I said no. After that they said that it is their technical difficulties. If that is fix it right way. Shouldn't be any excuse. Honorable experiance.

Coke was warm, dispenser machine did not have ice, and...it was flat with no carbonation! Reported it but no action was taken. Fries were cold too. Very dissapointed

Waited in the drive thru line for 15-20 minutes at 8pm to get a chicken hockey-puck sandwich with tomato and lettuce the same temp as the chicken. Disgusting. I didn’t open the sandwich until at home (5 minutes away) and, although I was really hungry, I had to throw it away.

Food was cold. They don't listen to what you say! I use to love Wendy's but I've the years the quality has dropped so much. With urpaper thin burgers it a shame so add more meat or trim.the bun down.

Both my boyfriend and I got violently ill after eating from this location. I've never thrown up so much in my life. And I know it was food poisoning, because I felt fine after I was done throwing up all night. Will never return.

Food was cold and they messed up our sandwich. Told manager and he told us that is how the sandwich is made. We used to eat here every other week. We thought we found a good one. Just to find out it is like the others. When they messed up they used to remake our meal. This time they didn't, very disappointed. That will be our last time eating at any Wendy's. Also I did do a survey and no one contacted me back. If I could have gave zero star I would have. Hope this will help someone.

Lobby opens at 9am and it's now 9:14 and they're still not open. Also they completely ignore phone calls. Drive thru is going smoothly apparently. If only the lobby was open I could charge my phone so I can get a jump for my car, I just might know how fast that drive thru really is😮‍💨

Went by at 11:45 when I knew they were still open. Sat in the drive through, only car there mind you, for over 10 minutes. Drove back around front only to see the kids running the place talking and laughing, one of them throwing a day at another employee. If they can not be bothered to take my order when there is no one else, they can co to us to not have my business.

I watched an employee rinse her hands (with no soap in the soap dispenser) and return immediately back to her food prep counter. I told the staff about it and they tried lying for her and then she tried lying to me too. Only after I asked her how she could have washed them properly without soap did she return to a sink behind the counter to wash them. This place is disgusting!!!

This is a very shady place, 3 TIMES NOW, they haven’t given my receipt right away and i had to ask for it, and they charge for extra things! This time my mother was charged for fries and did not order or receive any and the employees seemed uncomfortable giving her the receipt.. other times I’ve had the same problem being charged for fries and extra food I never ordered! Seems like a SCAM. Sounds like the laws should be involved, if not given a receipt, ASK FOR ONE..

Only got 1 sauce after requesting 4. It’s the little things that matter most.

Have not ordered Wendy’s since September 2025 and was reminded as to why I stopped going there tonight. I did my mobile order and waited roughly 10 minutes prior to arriving to this location. When I arrived, I was asked to pull forward and when I asked why they said because their times on the screen and that the fries weren’t ready. I explained to them that I would rather just wait because there was no one else in line and they told me just to pull forward and come back in three minutes. So I did. They handed me my order, which was a large order of five meals and due to the situation I went ahead and checked my bag and I was missing an item. So I went inside and had to wait again for about three minutes for the large fries that was missing from my order. Once I was handed the fries, I was told “ since you upgraded your meal to a large fries. It was just confusing for me so that’s why that happened.” but there’s multiple screens and a receipt that clearly shows that I had a large fries on one of my orders. Unfortunately, the customer service has drastically gone downhill in the past two years at this location, and it very clearly shows by the lack of business that I see at this location compared to what it used to be. They may get lucky right now since McDonald’s is literally torn down and getting remodeled to have a little bit more business but I think I’ll go out of my way to either go to a different Wendy’s location for a different fast food place then to go back to this location due to their customer service.

I use to come here all the time working at the end of the street but I will no more. this was my 1st time ubering here and not as a customer when I tell you they treat Uber employees with 0 respect. these ppl I think are so sweet who give me a biscuit and coffee in the morning are stright monsters to delivery drivers! pls do not worry about my business anymore.

Ordered a number 1 single patty with large fries and a chocolate shake and a number 2 baconator medium fries and drink. Got to the window to pay for in no shake the receipt didn't even show I ordered a combo on either sandwich. The drive through worker asked for $3 something for a drink that I thought I had already ordered. My burger was a ball of grease the fries were obviously old. My wife was so hungry she inhaled hers I don't even think she noticed. Worst experience I've ever had from a Wendy's. Next time I'll just stick with Sonic or Jack in the Box.

I came here during my lunch break, and 1 out of the 3 items I order was fresh and edible. The JBC went from $1 to $4 dollars yet the quality has gone down. My burger was cold, thin and dry. I was excited to try the new saucy nuggets but was left disappointed with the taste and fresh freshness of the nuggets. The buffalo sauce reminded me of kindergarten bc it tasted like play doh. I’m glad I was issued a refund for my dissatisfaction but since the the manager decided to approach me with an attitude after ignoring me standing at the counter for 5 minutes, I decided to leave a bad review. Not to mention he snatched the bag of uneaten food away from me as if I was going to take it anywhere but the trash. It's 2024, we all know fast food isn't really fast so when I place my order, I would rather it take longer so my food is fresh then for yall to just throw me anything out the window. And yes before I pulled up to second window good the woman had my food outside the window, no hey, no repeating the order, and no have a nice day. Customer service just hell.

Usually good. I like this place But they play fast and loose with whether their dining room is open during their published hours. That made a bad day worse today. And they don't restock Dave's cream soda nearly often enough.

Well they messed up our order……again. Last time it was 3 spicy nuggets and 1 regular instead of the 3 regular and 1 spicy that was ordered. Today they left bacon off two sandwiches, added mustard to one that shouldn’t have had it and had lettuce on another that shouldn’t have. Price is good and it’s convenient so I’ll go back but I’ll skip the drive thru in the future and inspect every item at the counter before I leave.
