Had Whataburger from Copperas Cove last night it and it was good. The fries were hot and fresh and the spicy ketchup was suprising tasty. The hamburger was okay but wished it had a little more flavor. The vegetables tasted cold and fresh like they should. My only complaint was they were a little busy and had to wait a little while. Other than that everything was delicious and we'll definitely be back.

This store embodies all the standards of service and quality that anyone could expect of the Whataburger chain. I was particularly impressed by one manager (I believe her name was Mya? Started with an M, unfortunately I forget) who made sure we had everything we needed and went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our lunch. Overall, this store meets and exceeds all expectations and is one I would highly recommend, for regulars and newcomers alike.

Late at night, they were extremely busy, plus they were having computer trouble. With all that, they were friendly, my order was correct, and the food was great. We will be back. Special thanks to Copperas Cove WB.

I love this Whataburger this is my go-to Whataburger when I'm at work and I need to make a quick stop for lunch. I love the convenience of being able to order ahead of time on the phone and have it brought out to your car. Food really fresh and quick drive through.

They make one of the best salads that you can get anywhere the grilled chicken.They add onions which is a must for me for a salad.Not everybody likes it but adds that extra crunch and flavor I love. The salad is crisp, all the lettuce, all the veggies are fresh. I've had salads from other organizations that I actually pull apart and throw away and end up not eating the salad cause. Once I see a slimy lettuce leaf that's it for me, this place always makes them great.

It’s very obvious that not all What a Burgers are equal. The one in Copperas Cove is head and shoulders above all the rest. I’ve always found it to be clean, neat and well taken care of. Every staff member that has waited on me there has been far and away better than any other fast food workers at ANY other chain. They’re friendly, articulate, and do an extremely good job. They are obviously well trained. All the food that I have gotten at this particular restaurant, be it breakfast, or lunch, has been very well presented, well assembled, and has the taste that one would expect from the product that was received. Whomever owns this particular franchise should be training all the others because it’s very obvious that they have a lot of experience in customer service, food, preparation, organization, and people skills.

Very good Whataburger location. Usually use the app to order in advance (& freebies every 5 orders). Orders are processed quickly and food seems fresh. They're generous with fries! Service is good. Food and atmosphere are typical Wburger. Dining room seems a bit smaller than normal. Location appears to have a good operator/management.

You don't like mushrooms, remove them.... But this is hands down the best burger 🍔 I've probably ever had. It's so big I don't even get the fries just a bottled water... Go get the 🍄 Swiss 🍔 I always ask for extra sauce! Please never get rid of this burger🍔! I get it once a week or once every other week! Fantastic!

So I came back here and they have improved drastically.I have tried their butter honey wings, their sweet and spicy wings. Their onion rings, they're salad. There's shakes which have improved a lot and it was all incredible.The sweet and spicy does not taste really spicy.But just enough for the tip of your tongue, it is perfect.Please do not change it.The service there is impeccable. I've been coming to this location for years and each and every time they have done a great job with serving fresh meals along with great friendly service. This morning in particular I was at the drive thru and a very nice friendly young lady was so sweet and cheerful. I don't know her name but she is gold standard. She needs to be promoted.

Today me and my husband ordered food from here but when we got home some of our order was missing. So I had my husband call them and let them know what was missing, we went up there the second time just to be given the wrong item. I understand that the employees working are tired but please double check the receipt and recheck the food that is in the bag before giving it to the customers. The lady that helped us the second time was nice and was willing to help but I am highly disappointed in this restaurant for forgetting food and not giving the right food item. We probably won’t be returning to this location. We should’ve checked the bags before we left to make sure everything was there but it’s late and we’re wanting to go home because it’s a 30 mins drive to get there.

It was pretty good! I had the chicken strip sandwich on Texas toast and added guacamole and bacon with pepper Jack cheese. It's was good next time with out the guacamole, I think it was to much. I was a little disappointed as my sister-in law had gotten a salted carmel shake at a What A Burger in Florida and they do not have them here. Usually I prefer whataburger over any place we go to. Unfortunately we have to travel for medical reasons and it takes up a lot of the day. The last 4 times we have been there the staff has not been very friendly. Our food has been sub-par. When we pay the prices that we are charged we do expect the food the taste good and a large order of fries or onion Rings to be filled, not half empty. Sorry Whataburger but it has been disappointing lately.

Tastes like 1980’s McDonald’s which honestly doesn’t make it better. Probably should rate this on a different scale than a normal restaurant but it cost me the same as several restaurants I’ve dined in at recently to feed a family of 3. The cook working the night shift this Thursday night on February 16th, around 10:30 pm should be fired immediately. Despite asking and paying extra for lettuce and tomatoes on our burger, it was excluded. The man working the drive thru speaker was also rude as well. And I thought the Whataburger in Killeen was a disgrace, this location is utter garbage. The manager was the only enjoyable thing during this visit.

Twice I’ve ordered from here and long strands of hair were in my food. A few months ago, there was a hair in my bunless burger (thank goodness I noticed it before I bit into it.) And just last night there was one in my fries, which I discovered when I pulled the hair out of my mouth!!! Totally totally disgusting, not to mention the fries were cold and old.when I called to request a refund they told me to bring the food back with my receipt. It seems extremely unsanitary to take food back once it’s left the store but I bought it back with the hair in the fries and all. Won’t be returning anytime soon.

First time in texas, heard a lot about whataburger was excited to try it but what a disappointment!!! The meat was dry the vegetables were on one side of the burger, fries were old and stale, onion rings were greasy/soggy and no condiments were given. Go here all the time, had the worst experience this time around though. My wife went to go pick up some fries and shakes and when she got home the fries were terribly old and cold and just not good. So bad I decided to go back and see if I could get some fresh fries. When I got there i walked in and explained the situation to the employee up front who kindly offered to remake my fries, very professional, very polite, and very understanding. He told me to throw the old fries away in which I did. So I'm sitting their and literally a minute goes by and the manager on duty, Justin, storms up front and pretty much calls me a liar, saying he just dropped those fries and there Is no way there bad. So I dug them out of the trash can and showed them to him. Still refused to believe they were bad. He remade our fries but with the worst attitude. Gave me my fries, did not apologize for the disgusting food or his attitude, I told him I wouldn't return and he just walked away. I get working at fast food sucks and it's late at night, but if you don't like your job find a new one. Be more friendly and energetic and your job would be so much more easier. The general manager needs to coach this guy on proper customer service and insure this doesn't happen again.

Never had a problem with this whataburger location until this evening, my whatachicken was swimming in sauce..sliding out of the bun...onion rings were soggy as we're my wifes..the wife ordered her burger with no tomatoes, it came out with the the little "no tomatoes " sticker on it...guess what?? You guessed it...there were tomatoes and her burger was soggy...the only things that were done right was her shake and my drink...spent 25 bucks and couldn't even eat it..crying shame.

The female manger that worked 8/7/2019 at 9:36PM was very rude. We had called because on our previous order we had 3 burgers that were way over salted, the night manager Chris apologized about it and told me that they fixed the issue and we weren’t the only ones with this problem. So tonight when we went in everything was going fine until this female manager started to help out. She was rude about everything and was insinuating that I was lying that all 3 burgers were magically over salted. But for their food to be a little more pricey I’d like it to at least be edible which is always the case except this one time. Just overall poor experience thanks to her won’t be coming back for awhile.

For the third time that I've ordered through the water burger app for delivery.They have forgotten at least one item every single time. Ordered and paid for 3 jalapeno.Ranch sauces; didn't receive a single one. I have really started to notice that.At least at this location you'll suck at doing your job. This will be the last time I eat at this location because I'm tired of getting my order messed up and tired of getting cold food. I really hope that corporate gets a chance to see this message to realize how bad this location is.

Door dashed $60 worth of food. Half of the order did not arrive. The drinks were only half full. Tasted like chemicals. I called and spoke with a young man that said he was the manager. He was offensive and rude I asked him if he had $60 to just throw away .. it seems this store is really lacking in quality and customer care. Been coming here for years..not sure what happened to this location. The only fast food joint I've ever been to where the remake is worse than the original order. They always forget sauce doesn't matter which sandwich you order it literally comes with it, no additional request, but they always forget. If they manage to remember the sauce it's literally a drop. The "toasters" are never toasted. Just taste like day old semi toasted bread that's just hard to swallow. Chicken is horrible and dry, cheese is never melted, fries are not very..well, fried. The only positive thing I have to say is the drinks because there's not much work there. The staff seem nice usually. Maybe they're understaffed or something but the last few visits have definitely left a bad taste in my mouth about Whataburger in general. Even McDonald's sounds better at this point. Do better guys.

Bad attitude service. Employees don't get the concept that giving quality food and a good attitude will have customers returning to the restaurant, which equates to more work hours and money for them. However, nasty food and entitled attitude, will have customers not return and use other eating options. Less customers less hours. They are unprofessional with attitudes and the veggies on the burger were soggy .

Charged my credit card twice. I told them they had already charged my card when I ordered. They told me it didn't go thru. I told them I could see it on my bank app.I was assured it didn't go thru, and I couldn't be charged twice for the same transaction. I had to ask if she could not get on the phone with me. " Why are we playing games. Got a burger from here, felt sick after eating it, had to throw it up, now I’m feeling nauseous… hopefully it’s a one off but felt better after throwing it up.

This whataburger has an obsession with messing up my order. Everytime I go here it's wrong. They also have an obsession with onions that I always say no to. The food is mediocre and the fact my order is always wrong makes it worse.

Did a mobile order and they some how couldn’t find my order even though I showed him all the confirmations of my order. He hands me an order told me I could have this even though it wasn’t what I ordered! He refused to have them remake the sandwich the correct way. I’m allergic to cheese so I couldn’t even eat the sandwich.

*RAW CHICKEN* I’m sitting on my bathroom floor throwing up. I bought a bbq chicken sandwich got home took a bite thought this feels tough. Spit it out tossed it into the bag. Took a second bite to give it the benefit of the doubt tough again couldn’t bite through looked down at it and I see pink RAW chicken. IMMEDIATELY RAN TO THE BATHROOM AND THREW UP.

Figured I'd go here for breakfast, lettuce was WET, chicken was hard, mayo everywhere and buns burnt. They have a horrible young manager who really didn't give a d@mn about my complaint. Veronica gave me my refund she was sweet.

Ordered a Whataburger plain and dry and they DIDN'T EVEN PUT MEAT IN IT! Truly pathetic. And to top it off, the kid taking our order was hitting on my stepdaughter while she was trying to place her order.
