Boomers has the freshest ingredients, the nicest staff, and a great atmosphere. I enjoy grabbing a seat at the penny table and looking outside while I enjoy the food. I have tried just about everything on the menu and have yet to be dissapointed. The nachos are good, the quesadillas are good, the tacos are good, the burritos are good, their tortilla chips are good and the taco salads are good also. Very reasonable prices compared to what your paying in the drive thru anymore.

These guys are awesome. Such great customer service. Plus great food. I ordered dinner last night and came to pick it up. 2 weeks earlier an order got messed up so they gave me 1 free meal tonight. No questions asked. They are a very customer friendly place to eat.

Little Boomer's is one of my favorite places for lunch or dinner. You can't go wrong. Portions are pretty large and everything is made fresh. I might be biased because I live here but I don't think any other burrito bars even compare.

Tex Mex fast food. Nice variety of fillings, toppings and salsas. Gluten free options but cross contamination is a possibility so celiacs should take care. We saw people of all ages when we came by for a late lunch, from families with little kids to teens on a date to colleagues on a lunch break. Would go back.

My picky toddler loves this restaurant. He just ate half of my bowl after already eating his dinner. That’s enough for me to give it 5 stars, but also, we are huge fans of Chipotle and this definitely goes head to head with them. If a Chipotle opened up, we’d still come eat here just as much.

Little Boomers is basically a privately owned Chipotle, but better! The location is perfect on Market Street in downtown Corning, NY complete with outdoor seating and right in the middle of all the events that take place throughout the year! Highly recommend stopping in to get food if you're in the area, you won't be disappointed! 🤘

Went with my family after graduation and the food is to die for! I wasn't expecting the size of the burritos to be that huge! I was struggling to eat my portion and so was my family! We ended up having to take leftovers home! [Not that we were made about it 😂] Definitely worth the money and time to come to!

Absolutely amazing burrito We were passing through Corning and wanted something that was not a chain restaurant. We happened by this place when we were walking by and decided to go in. The folks behind the counter were very pleasant, helpful and actually very fun. They were great to visit with and we had a very good time. The food was wonderful and the casual atmosphere was very welcoming as well. Great hidden gem of Corning.

Great place to stop when out for a walk or shopping. Just try to avoid the busy times, or you may be waiting a while. Also, the burritos are massive. Awesome selection of hot sauces, too. Menu selection for special dietary concerns is clearly marked, which is a plus. One time I was feeling adventurous and tried one of their margaritas and was very surprised.

Tried this restaurant tonight and it did not disappoint!!! What a sweet and welcoming staff and the food was incredible!!!! The price is worth it because you get so much!! I got the rice bowl, the guacamole was DELICIOUS. Corn salsa was sweet and savory. I could eat here daily!!! 😋

I eat here once a week. It's amazing. The taco salad is out of this world. They have delicious pinto beans and don't skip the pickled jalapenos! I've tried the steak, chicken, and ground beef - all fabulous. The queso is outstanding and the chips aren't greasy. Besides ridiculously good food, they people are the best. Very kind even when the place is swamped. We've don't the margaritas twice and they are totally worth it!

The food is good, the service is timely and cordial. The atmosphere is small but adequate and brightly colored. My one suggestion is that if getting a take out burrito - microwave it for a few seconds (foil off). Otherwise the blend of warm meat and beans with cold cheese can be less enjoyable than a thoroughly hot burrito. That is not a negative of Boomers - just a circumstance of blending ingredients of differ temperatures.😀

Was absolutely craving a veggie bowl and loved it thoroughly. I was a bit skeptical how it would turn out to be since we ordered a veggie bowl with no meat but the taste exceeded our expectations. It's filling and so so tasty. The server was extremely helpful. He recommended us to take shredded cheese, queso and guacamole all of which elevated the whole experience by ten folds. The corn and tomato chunky salsa made so much difference. Loved it to bits.

Basically a lunch staple in Corning - quick in and out with good, fresh food. I'd agree with a couple other reviews that they could add a couple more "topping" options - where's the BACON? - but I have not had a bad meal here. Chicken and steak are great - but once you go brisket, you won't go back. Think of the extra brisket grease as extra flavor. And grab a LOT of napkins. Also one of the best hot salsas around. Perfect texture and just enough to feel it.

This is a family-friendly place to eat in downtown Corning. We usually never have an issue with finding parking within a short walking distance there. The food is delicious and well prepared. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The prices are quite reasonable for the amount of food you get!

Food is always delicious and made fresh. Carnitas are SO good! Only complaint is they downsized to one type of rice=lame. And they’re always out of my beer. They only serve a handful of beers so maybe stock up on the ones you sell out of regularly. Other than that it’s a great local place that I return to when I’m in the area.

Steak flavored to perfection..I had a rice bowl with flour tortilla shell. Black beans, medium salsa, rice, cheese, sour cream & pickled jalapenos. I'm really picky about bland tasteless rice that some places use as a filler. That is not the case here..the rice is excellent! The staff is always friendly and accommodating. We will be back. Often.

Very good burrito. We had the steak one which was quite tasty. And good sized for the price. The burrito came with chips. We also had a vegan nachos with the queso sauce. Those were good. The burrito was the better of the two. Would still consider ordering them again. We also had a pair of their lower cost margaritas. Those were very good and we did not feel like we missed anything by not ordering the more higher priced ones.

This is a great place to pick up real Mexican cuisine. Not a sit down and be waited on. You have to order what you want and select the items you want. Then find a table and enjoy your meal. The food selection is fresh every day. The people behind the food line serving was outstanding.

What a great little place to get Mexican food in Corning. The menu is large and the people in the area love it. I can guess that because it was pretty busy on a late afternoon on Thursday. The rice bowl with chicken I got had all fresh ingredients going in plus the rice was warm and fresh, not something that happens often at Chipotle. Definitely recommend if you want a quick lunch without burning a lot of $$.

This place is wonderful! Their burritos are massive, and made to order. I asked for extra cheese and was not disappointed! Its got to be a cheese blend because I can taste sharp cheddar in it (delicious). Their quesadilla are also to die for. Their corn salsa is the best I've ever had because its not overpowered with onions. Since the burritos are so big you can get a to-go box if you can't finish it all... which you probably shouldn't try to do anyways cause they weigh like 7lbs. Definitely my favorite place in Corning.

They make delicious, large burritos. You will not leave here hungry if you opt for a burrito. Certainly better than chain restaurants that specialize in burritos. They do seem overstuffed as I would get a bite of cold toppings or warm meat but never everything at once, no matter how I attacked it.

This is a good place to go for a quick, filling meal. The ingredients are amazing, and, similar to of the burrito joints, you get to choose what goes in. They are much simpler that some of the big franchise places. I think that makes them better. Very good overall experience.

For little shop, or hole in the wall the flavors of our food was on point!!! I had 3 hard shell ground beef tacos very filling with the meat, pico, corn salsa, lettuce, cheese, and sour cream!!! Hubby had the Burrito filled with chicken, rice with black beans, Guacamole, cheese. Both of us are still full over 3 hours afterwards. Great choice in Corning, the place is kid friendly.

Great food. The line was long, so it took a while to get it. Fun atmosphere, but the dining area really could have used a good cleaning. It wasn't horrible, but it definitely needed some tlc.

Pretty much the same set up as chipotle but food was of course so much better. Everything tasted fresh and the queso is so good. Staff was also helpful and answered any questions we had about the menu. Would recommend!

Delicious food and huge portions. My husband and I had burritos and they were great. The price can add up quickly, but at least the food was fresh and tasty. There's not a ton of seating, so if it's busy you might have to wait to find a place to sit down to eat.

Had a appotment on market st and decided to try this place out for lunch! One of the only places open for a monday. It's just like Chipotle! You get to choose your own ingredients on a lot of different items. I got a Burrito and it was huge! I couldn't even pick it up so I had to cut all arround to eat it. Unfortunately some of the liquid came out and made the outside a little wet but it was still really good. The chips were fantastic. Flavorful and seasoned really good. The prices were on the high side. My lunch was about $18 but it will keep me full for a long time. If you just wanted to get the chips and quac, it was less than $4 which is a great price! And for being a Monday it was very busy! If I were to come back to the area I would be back!

When looking for vegan dining options, burrito bars are often where I start. Little Boomer's was pretty good. I had the vegan veggie burrito, which was good but some part of it had fresh mint incorporated, which I found odd. The kids had beef tacos and found them hot, yet flavorful enough that they ate them anyway- which must have been a good taco or they would have passed it by. The staff was very pleasant and the atmosphere colorful. I especially loved the avacado door handle myself.

Boomers is the closest to getting Chipotle type of mexican fast food in the Corning area. When serving beans, if they can screen water out well, my food will taste better. I hate when they dump too much of juice into the veggie bowl. Seem to not get the message when feedback is provided.

The steak burrito was above average, and it didn't give me that wow factor. The chips had too much seasoning, and the soda was flat. Great location though! I would not come back here again.

Stopped in with friends for a quick lunch before going to the Corning Glass Museum. Got a rice bowl with brisket. The rice was not great....maybe needed to be cooked longer or maybe I just don't like that type of rice. Brisket was fine. They did give a nice generous scoop of guacamole but for the price of the upcharge, I would expect that. My friend says the chicken on her bowl was good. This is a fine choice if you're just looking to fill the hunger crack.

I ordered the nachos. They were good, expect the pork was kinda cold which was disappointing. They also put shredded cheese on it which was cold (I’m assuming) and didn’t really melt/blend in with the food. Also it was a bit overpriced? Never have I paid as much for a plate of nachos... I’d be willing to give the place another go and try something else instead.

No TOFU?!?!?! Boomers Burrito bar is a good place to get lunch. The food is pretty tasty and they make your food fast when there is not a line(but there is often a long line), but the truth is the food is expensive. Plus they could put more meat on their food. Also for the price there could be just 4 or 5 more options for toppings on your burrito or taco like Tofu.

There isn't much you'll find at little boomers that you won't find at any other make-your-own-burrito joint. The restaurant is essentially a local Chipotle, Moe's, or Qdoba. Their ingredients are not anymore unique either. Probably the best Little Boomers has going for it is it's prices and atmosphere. The prices are cheaper than the aforementioned restaurants and the restaurants art is pretty funny.

Had 3 tacos with different fillings, but I didn't like cinnamon taste in one of the meats. My wife had a burrito. flavor was good, but very chewy, Nice concept, but need some adjustments. Make sure meat is tender?

If your in a hurry and looking for a quick texmex style food, this is a pretty good place to go. Huge portions, and a bit pricey. 2 burritos with chips and guacamole 2 dos eques was $52.00.

Food was great, Built a Brisket Burrito very tasty. Decided to eat in since we were in the middle of a 7 hour road trip, employees were rude and atmosphere wasn't really too friendly would recommend to get food to go and eat in car.

This place looks cool, great atmosphere and service but the burrito wasn't up to par with what I was expecting. Ill admit it was packed pretty full so no complaints on the quantity. However, im used to places popping it into a Flatiron press to search both sides of the wrap, sealing it and giving a little crunch. No such deal in my case, and all the cold veggies really pulled the heat out of the meat. By the end it was a big soggy tortilla mess and good thing I had plenty of napkins! Sauces were good but the seasonings in general could pop a little more. All in all, good but not mind blowing and more expensive to me at $15USD when im used to similar size with more flavour and the satisfying crunch for that price in $CAN currency.

Won’t find any disappointment here. Nothing out of this world but they sure know how to make a quesadilla. If the brisket had a bit less grease, the meal would’ve been over the top. Besides that, the place is worth checking out.

For a 5 star burrito place with hundreds of ratings, I thought it would be really good. Chose this over Chipotle even tho 'potle never disappoints. We stopped in on our way home from a trip. While everything tasted okay ...(everything tastes better when you're starving, but) ... My burrito was cold, loaded with beans and the kid making it put like literally 4 bites of chicken. The entire thing fell apart because it wasn't heated or prepared right. Super disappointing. Also, it's a Friday night at dinnertime and the place is empty. Found the reviews misleading so had to add my POV...

Never answer phone, hours online are never correct. Can't order threw grubhub without it coming the next day. Food is fantastic but you can never order it or know when they are open. Also market street is far to busy to find parking.

The food is normally excellent, albeit a little pricey. I had a steak burrito here on Monday, and a few hours later had the worst food poisoning I’ve ever had. I probably will never be back because of it, which sucks because I truly enjoy their food. But, food poisoning definitely puts a nasty taste in your mouth literally and figuratively.

I’ve tried this restaurant 3X since it opened, and every time I’m left disappointed and with regret. Their food is very overpriced for the portion sizes and my last “bowl” had no less than 1/2” of water in the bottom, which turned my lettuce bowl into more of a lettuce soup. Ingredients seem fresh, which is why they got 2-stars, but high prices and lack of attention to details (like properly draining the ingredients) are enough for me not to come back and to not recommend this restaurant to others.

I expected more after reading all the reviews. I agree with someone else who said the veggie bowl is too watery. Nachos that I ordered were okay but the veggie bowl and the burrito bowl that my partner and I ordered was not good. I don’t agree that this is better than chipotle sorry. I eat a lot of Mexican food and sadly this was just not it for us

Stopped by Little Boomer’s Burrito Bar in Corning, NY — the team working there was super nice, and the place has a cool, laid-back vibe. The ambiance definitely sets the mood for a good meal. Unfortunately, the food just didn’t deliver. Everything we tried was seriously lacking flavor. You expect bold, punchy taste from a burrito spot, but this was just… flat. No spice, no seasoning, no real identity to the dishes. It felt like they were playing it way too safe, and it showed. Great staff, great atmosphere — but if they don’t step up the flavor game, it’s just style over substance.

i usually eat here all the time but i got a chicken quesadilla yesterday and a few hours after starting vomiting. worst food poisoning ever. i have had a few friends now experience food poisoning here so be careful. because of how sick i am right now i probably will never step foot inside here again.

Absolute swill. I took maybe 2 bites. Things that are supposed to be hot are cold 15 bucks for an extremely bad eating experience.

It was my first experience with Boomers. The office staff placed their orders online with a good hour plus till pick up time. When I arrived at the pickup time, the order was not ready. I waited and asked if it was everything and was told yes. Once back at the office for lunch, no-one was pleased! One person ordered a taco bowl salad and got a salad with no taco bowl shell. Many others had paid for and received queso for their chips. There were No chips for anyone. I had to call and they admitted the problem was theres and I could go back and pick up the rest of the order. By the time I returned to the office for the second time. One girl had finished and gone and the others were done their lunches , but still took the chips. My lunch hour was used up. I Did Not enjoy this experience At All !!

Went in last Friday and got the smallest burrito I’ve ever had. When I commented they blamed it on my low amount of toppings. In truth they just gave me small amounts of each thing. Crazy for $15. Felt more like the size of a Taco Bell burrito. Which I could get for 1/3 of the price.
