I order from this place every weekend, usually we have a good experience but lately it has not been the best. The food portions are being made smaller. I specifically asked for more sauce in my order because they rarely give any and they gave me no sauce. A request should be ignored especially since we are paying for our meal. The quality is also different.

Not everything is good here but I'll admit what they do well they do really well. Cheese empanadas are amazing. Any steak is really good there. So far everything else I've tried is hit or miss. One big issue here is they are super slow. Especially for take out. Of they tell you food will be ready in 20 wait 40 before you go pick it up. Plus they are absolutely terrible on the phone. They always screw up an order. At least my one experience dining in wasn't terrible .

I decided to take my staff to your restaurant after seeing the great reviews. However, I was very disappointed with the service during our visit. After ordering a drink called Maracuya, I immediately noticed that the milk tasted spoiled. I informed the server and asked if I could change the drink. She said she would check, but then another server came and told me that I would still have to pay for it. I was surprised — especially since the drink was clearly bad. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was told the manager was not available, which I found quite concerning. Customer service needs to be addressed at this establishment, as experiences like this can easily damage an otherwise good reputation. I will never come here again. My family and I were looking for place to have a nice dinner and drinks. 1st- we got there and the waitress seemed like she didn’t want to be there. Her energy was so bad. 2nd- we ordered margaritas and they were by far the worst margaritas I’ve ever had in my life. It tasted like liquor with water. No lemon flavor. We had a sip of the drinks and asked if we can exchange for something else because they weren’t good. We still got charged for them. 3rd- the waitress seemed to be arguing with me about a side I asked for which she said okay to when I placed my order (I didn’t end up getting any side with my order). 4th- we asked for dressing for the salad and the dressing was gross. It was a hassle to squeeze some out of the bottle because it was so thick. This weird liquid ended up coming out of the bottle. The bill ended up being over $200. For what we got and the service, it was not worth it at all. Please save your money and time and go find some place else. Will not be coming back.

I love me some Colombian food! However this is no where near Colombian food I came here last week with my family in hopes of finding another comfort place. As soon as I got here the energy was of!! I came in and the waiter had such nasty attitude. It felt as if she was bothered that we came here. I figured she was just having a bad day so I didn’t put Mind to it. After we were sat we waited about 15 minutes to order drinks. They never came no once came it was honestly a harsh experience then yesterday I ordered for take out and the food was cold dense and unflavored. There are better place to go to this is a waste of time. It has changed a lot since the last time I came 3 years ago and not for good. I hope they redeem this because it would be a waste!

Delivery guys are the worst. I placed an order to be delivered to my home and the delivery person refused to show me and give me the copy of my receipt, when I give the money that “he said” he ran away with some of MY CHANGE and refused to stop so i I had to go after him because he was taking my money and ran without no reason. I call the restaurant to explain the situation and the person who answers the phone told me "he might did it because he had many deliveries." I don't understand how people without any training can be working here, even people who answers the phone and for the delivery people who take your money and run away. I recommend that you do not place orders in this place.

This place can’t be trusted with hosting events the waitresses will steal gift cards right off the gift table. I tried to resolve with the manager she told me I’ll get a call back after she checks the cameras. NEVER got a call back. Charged for goods not given to me. I do not recommend this unprofessional resturant. Food was ok served very small portions very stingy.

Update 6/6/22: This restaurant has gone down hill with their staff. Went for lunch yesterday and they were extremely rude and unprofessional. Nasty attitude, smart remarks, eye rolling the whole 9. Either they train their staff or fire those who clearly don't want to be there. Wanted to have a good time and pleasant meal but I was upset pretty much the whole time. This is not ok considering there are a lot more restaurants I can support and give my $$$ to. Won't be going back until staff gets their act together or the owner gets new employees. Only one of the female waitresses was nice. 👎👎👎 Original review: Nice clean restaurant with homemade tasting colombian food I like. My go to local spot. The wait staff is friendly and accommodating.

One star for the food being so delicious! But the service. TERRIBLE. They treated us like garbage and then added automatic tip. There are 3 servers and only one which wasn’t our server was actually nice to us and very attentive. If you hate yourself don’t work in a place where your obligated to be Atleast fake nice to your customers. Didn’t get napkins, didn’t get water, didn’t get utensils until our food came and we had to ask for it after waiting for our server to even notice us. Then she throws the napkins we asked for on our table with such attitude. As a server in a fast paced restaurant this was embarrassing on their end. I would never treat my tables like this..
