This location had a long line at the drive through during the evening. We opted to dine in. They are always fast and efficient as far as fast food service goes. The food is consistently good and fresh. The location is well kept and clean.

The girl working was very sweet and talkative and super polite. Our food came out fast and very warm. They didn't hesitate to give my little brother a coloring book as it was his birthday. I always go to this in and out after we hit Knott's berry farm for the day and they never let us down.

Top tier customer service Thank you In and Out. I'm African American had not ate all day it's 6pm. I stopped at Jack In The Box I dnt even eat there but I was so hungry. The JITB up the road on Green River Road. The drive through cashier was so rude and racist acting and a minority himself a Hispanic. I got my money back and ran into In and Out down the way. Thank you In and Out for treating me the same as others. The drive through cashier Nia was amazing and the other female that handed me my food as well. I was sad, In and Out employees lifted my vibration because I was feeling down. The female outside taking orders was nice to super nice smiling happy employees. Thank you for being nice it meant alot. The Jack in the box cashier in drive through would not hand me my money or my receipt he sat it on the ledge of the drive through window area. He hate his job he's working exactly where he need to be Jack In The Box. I bet he will be working low end fast food forever, he do not provide quality service or professionalism. He would never make it at In and Out Burger you all would probably look at him crazy. In and Out provided quality service and professionalism no matter my race, gender or religion Thank you In and Out employees.

InNOut is good, always. The servers pay attention to almost everything! Some heart trouble had me have lower sodium, burgers and fries can be half or no added sodium! The only Chain, I think, it once was ok at Wendy's could make up one but it took a little while to get no sodium-ed, then now they don't have any idea. (Most burgers have the sodium already in their factory meat! Not adding salt at the store is too late! Watch your figures! ) But the very well done French frys are BROWN, my grilled onions, extra tomatoes, no lettuce (it gets wilted) and the Lemonade Light is a lifesaver to have no caffeine and low sugar. And workers getting benefits and sick time and stuff instead of excuses, at a low price makes a joke of the excuses so many chains claim they can't take care of their workers! Thanks, In-N-Out and your teams of cool workers! You all make America a better place!

I really love getting the protein style cheeseburger with no onions. It’s become a staple of my diet for fast food lol the store was really clean and very busy for obvious reasons they’re very good.

Yum yum!!! I Love In-N-Out Burger. Drive thru is ALWAYS busy, so I reccomend ordering in. Everything else is good.

Really enjoy the convenience of this location. I drive a fairly large truck and the street parking is more than accommodating for this issue. Plus the staff is friendly and food comes out quick and hot.

Just had the best in-n-out I've had since I worked at in-n-out 20 years ago (store #172) . My 14 yr old was looking at the lap mat and said, "The fries on this mat look so good, too bad their fries are never actually like this" (We usually go to the store on Mountain in Ontario). We got our fries and she said, "wait these actually look just like the picture!?" We both started laughing but they really were the best fries! We started eating our burgers, which were also picture perfect, and they were the best tasting burgers we've ever had at an in-n-out. My 8 year old even noticed it. When we finished my 14yr. old said, "this was the most exceptional in-n-out!" We drove away a little sad because we don't know the next time we will get that lucky 😆 I'm taking the time to leave this review because I actually planned to call the customer service line to pass on our compliments and I figured I would share here as well since Google asked for a review.

They really have the best fast food burger you can get and made to order. My wife got extra crispy onions on her burger served with lettuce as the bun, which they call protein style. The food is very fresh. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They also have covered outdoor seating. Easy access from the 91 freeway. Also someone came by to see how our meal was and asked if we wanted a refill. No other fast food places do that. We arrived at noon on a Sunday and there was no line inside.

You can't beat In N Out for freshness. The employees are friendly and professional. Bathroom was spotless and even had paper towels. What a refreshing change from all the other fast food chains.

Clean facility and very family-friendly atmosphere. Parking can be a bit challenging and the entrance is pretty tight, so if you’re a new driver or elderly it’s best to avoid going during rush hours. Other than that, the food is great and the staff are always very friendly.

Nice employees gave stickers to the kids. Nobody in line when I got there. Very clean inside and out. I got the double double meal and it was good. No Pepsi, only Coke.

We arrived right before the rush, there's no telling when the swarm will arrive. 😆 Teens and myself love In- n- Out, their fav is #1 animal style, burger n fries w/ shake. Always friendly and thorough ordering. We went through the drive thru and our order was taken in person , we had several cars ahead but the line moved quickly. Well done !!

Drove up on Thursday 11:30am, total wait time 5 mins. I've been experimenting with the ratios to see how to get the most but have a balance. 4x4's and 3x3's for me, too cheesy. Today, I ordered a double double with an extra Patty. This gave me a 3x2, perfect ratio and a great size burger, all our food was perfect!

One of the better In-N-Outs around. The drive-thru line is rarely long and even when it is, it moves fast. Conveniently located right off the freeway, it has easy access for a quick stop.

I’ve never had issues at any In-N-Out location—always the same friendly service, excellent burgers, and speedy order fulfillment. This one was no different when we stopped by on our way to Vegas. For one of the sandwiches, we decided to try the Flying Dutchman but didn’t specifically request grilled onions. The staff immediately noticed our confusion from the look on our faces when we received the order and quickly corrected it, even though it wasn’t their fault. Always love In-N-Out! 🍔

I was actually surprised there was no line and I was able to go through the drive-through extremely fast. The facility looks extremely clean. always have a great experience at this in-n-out. i moved away from california and every time im home, i have to stop by this in-n-out and get my favorite order. i get a double meat protein style with grilled onions and added pickles. and then either a regular or animal style fry on the side. so happy with the new low calorie pink lemonade because it is dietary inclusive without compromising good taste. came in this location after midnight after a wedding with some friends. service was still 10/10 even though they have had a long night that close to closing. the spot was clean even though there was still groups of people. made for a perfect ending to a wonderful wedding night.

Lovely place, and great food, but the store needs some upkeeping. Maybe because it's super busy they don't have time to clean the tables, but it's ok, in general not such a bad thing. I love the food, and the staff is extremely helpful and friendly.

It was Saturday night rush hour, drive through line snaking out into the main passageway of the shopping center. I ordered inside. As usual in every In N Out I've ever been in, the staff was amazing. These young people do an amazing job under pressure. Friendly, polite professional, efficient burger making titans. The wait wasn't very long and thee food was awesome. However, very rarely even In N Out makes mistakes. I can count on one hand how many times in the 40 years I've been eating there my order has been wrong. My #1 was ordered with everything on it, but it was missing the lettuce. As fast paced as these places are I think missing lettuce is no big deal. The burger was still amazing.

I can't give all five stars because it's certainly not the best burger i've ever had. I will say it's the best fast food burger I've ever had and it's absolutely amazing how friendly and organized they are. There can be a line down the block and it moves right on through. I've actually used this company as an example in my leadership meetings of how a team should work and what a well-oiled machine looks like. Everyone knows their role, seems to enjoy what they do and the product is consistently good. What more can you ask from a fast food burger joint? Impressive!

Haven’t had In-N-Out in a very long time, I live in Washington State now. I don’t know what happened, but I went to this place expecting to have the old childhood memories (early 80’s for me) come rushing back, remembering getting a delicious mouth watering Double Double and just feeling immensely satisfied…. It didn’t happen :-( Don’t get me wrong, the Double Double was really good; the fries…. Okay. It just wasn’t “that” special or what I remember it being.

Of course everyone knows that I am "BIAS" In&Out has been properly my number one burger 🍔 joint. And more so since they are moving to Tennessee, ask the governor 🤫. It gives us great pleasure to see that In&Out gives our youth the opportunity to experience the work force at an excellent wage. Today's visit made us happy 😊 to see the drive thru all the way to the intersection. That means business is good, but I didn't make a little video. This Is the 3rd time trying this place and every time my bun is burnt, I ask for extra cheese and extra spread that doesn’t happen. And the patty is overcooked. I have never had this happen at any other in n out. I will not visit this one again!

I’ve been to this location several times before and experienced that classic yet great In-N-Out taste. However, my experience tonight was different. It was the first time this location got my order incorrect and the food was not so good. Everything was over salted to the point I couldn’t finish the burger. And I do enjoy salt but not to the degree it was tonight. It might be a fluke.

I’ve eaten at In-N-Out Burger at dozens of locations in Arizona and California and I’ve never had an experience like today. I ordered a double double, protein style, plus raw onions, plus animal style. I got a double double, protein style, with raw onions, but not animal style. I brought it back up to the counter, they took it from me, and told me it would just be a minute. I finally went and sat down and ate my fries, and drank my Coke, and then went back up and waited some more. 15 minutes after I returned the first burger, a girl walks up to me, hands me the burger, and then walks off. She did not say one word to me. I went back to my table, only to find that they, once again, did not make it animal style. Within a few minutes, another girl, who I assume might be upper management, named Isabella, asked me if my burger was correct. I told her it was not, but that I was not going to wait another 15 minutes. She soon returned with a little bag of grilled onions to make up for my burger not being protein style. That was very nice of her, but I just wanted the burger the way I ordered it. It’s not the end of the world, but I hold In-N-Out Burger to the highest standard, because that is what this restaurant always delivers. As I look through the comments about this particular location, I see there are several recent comments about orders being incorrect. That is very uncharacteristic for an In-N-Out Burger location. I won’t stop by this location again.

'Ello chaps! Ok, let me just say it from the start. I don't get it. Great service, friendly staff, and fast. Their simple, limited menu helps keeping food come fast. You walk in and know exactly what you're going to get. But, the fries. The fries. Cut fresh, fried in whatever, I'm guess cardboard oil, seasoned with cardboard shreds. Sure, you can compare them to the added preservatives and all the likes of McDonald's add, but even Five Guys have figured out fresh cut, great taste fries. These fries are criminal. For the sole reason their fries are terrible I have to give In-N-Out two stars out of five. If you can manage the fries or skip them, then enjoy.

On 2/22/2023 2:30pm I Asked for fries well done & they gave me BURNT POTATOES (Non Edible) . They (two ladies) then made it a problem with giving me an Order of regular fries instead. I also asked for peppers and they gave me 3 containers of them, each with ONE slice pepper. One of them were orange!

Hi sorry I couldn’t find the email for you guys. So I have been going to the in and out near my house for the past 2 months and I get my hamburgers burnt hard rock and I call and get the complimentary gift card but it’s seems like every time I go they know it’s me and give me my hamburgers the same way I have 4 kids and they always get the hamburgers burnt hard rock my kids don’t deserve getting their hamburgers like that specially my 6yr old that Lost 2 of her front teeth. A week I ago I went by to the same location the give the hamburgers the same way and I ask for no salt and they did the opposite of what I asked with extra salt that’s how they serve them to me and my kids were surprised how they continue to do its like if we are their joke. I worked for a fast restaurant too and I knew good enough how a hamburger needs to be serve and when a when a customer requested something I would make sure since I was the lead I would happy make sure it happen for them not do the opposite of it. If my hamburgers were not hard rock and burnt the first time I wouldn’t complain but they still do it. Gas is so expensive for me to try to go to a different store just cause the employees don’t know have to do their job.

The quality of the food here used to be amazing but in recent months it has gone downhill along with the service. Recently I had gone and they had done my order wrong, when going in to show the receipt and the food to get it fixed the cashier responded that the burgers would be made again, however then I was approached by a couple others and someone asked to see and take the burgers to the back. I did not want to be rude as they had originally been so kind, however they insisted even after stating I had been helped, I discovered however once handed back these burgers they had simply reconstructed the same burgers playing it off as if they were new. Leaving the quality and trust in the food ruined. While mistakes happen the way it was handled was unprofessional and if you want a genuine experience of this food this is not the place.

Did not get my food until 1:42 pm. The only reason I got from the staff was they lost my order and asked for my receipt so they could do my order. Never even got a sorry. Visited this location on 12/24 around 11:00 AM to place a company lunch order. I’ve ordered from here many times before without issues, which made this experience especially disappointing. Two employees were extremely rude and unwelcoming. At the first window, Lenny asked if the order was “to go or for the car” in a dismissive tone, as if the order was an inconvenience. At the second window, Sarah confirmed my order and handed us all of the food and drinks. She nearly gave us the wrong order and, when I clarified that it was a large company order, she responded with “oh the large order” while rolling her eyes. The order was for 10 meals totaling about $120. I understand large orders take extra effort, but poor attitude and eye-rolling are unacceptable—especially when the order was still incorrect and the food was soggy. I understand it was Christmas Eve, but that doesn’t justify treating customers poorly. What was supposed to be a fun lunch for our team turned into a frustrating experience. This was the first time I’ve ever had an issue here, and it was bad enough that I won’t be returning.

Just don't get why so many people think these are great hamburgers. Decent for the price at best. Plus they get our order wrong 8 out of 10 times. Had to go back after we arrived home on two occasions the order was so messed up.
