Our server Luis was amazing. Was 10000% on top of everything. We were having trouble deciding what to get and he gave amazing and perfect recommendation. He was on top of drinks and any other refills. And the rest of the staff was on top of the changing the burner and bringing us our order. Over all a awsome meal after a long day. Will come back soon, and especially to see Luis.

Such a great experience. My first time at Korean barbecue and I will definitely be revisiting. We celebrated my birthday, we had excellent service and such a fun atmosphere.. the restaurant was busy, but our waitress still made it a point to come sing with a group of servers, , it was the best. 1st time trying Korean bbq and this place was perfect. The cleanliness of the restaurant was perfect. The music was amazing. The taste and selection of the meats was drool worthy. The service was quick and our waitress, Amber, was so attentive and nice. We’ll definitely be back! ETA- we’ve been back 3 times in a month 😂 and luckily we’ve had Amber as our server. She truly is the best!!

All you can eat. Super busy,and service was very slow. But food was great. $29.99 person(dinner weekend). All dishes were small amounts not big one, which was I love it. So you can try more different types of meat and decide which one you like mostly. We were here around 3:00PM last Saturday. 2 hour eating limited time, it was full of customers when we left. Very good business. Good chains restaurants. Will come back.

I brought my family here for a birthday celebration last week. This was their first KBBQ experience and I am sad to say I was very disappointed with our service. Once we were seated it took about 20 minutes for us to get water. When our server arrived, he didn’t care to explain how ordering worked which was frustrating for my family. The food was good. Last time I was here, it took us 45 minutes to be seated even though we were “1st” on the suggested Yelp waitlist upon arrival. I thought it was just because they were crowded that night but no. The hosts did a terrible job and it’s because the overall service is poor.

I went this last Sunday afternoon with a party of eight to celebrate my son's birthday. The staff was friendly and got us seated quickly but the rest of the meal was disappointing. We had ordered a few items but they kept bringing very small amounts compared to the number of people at the table. For example, when we ordered short ribs, we were given exactly one slice for 4-8 people. They also came back and said they were out of a couple of items that we were trying to order as well. So the rest of the meal was more of the same - not much food being brought out for 8 people, the food was coming out slow, and they refilled drinks very sparingly. I think we spent over 2 hours there but I don't think anyone was really full because of how sporadic and minimal the food service was. Everyone in my group gave me similar feedback and I don't think we'll be going back. Not sure what we could have done differently, but when you're spending $30 per person it is not relaxing being with friends and family while trying to constantly ask for food at a "buffet" lol.

Predatory practices. Had a large group and before we were even asked what to drink or what the others wanted to order, the head of our group was asked if they wanted the "Premium Package" and the head of the group said yes assuming it would just be for them alone. Music was too loud it was hard to communicate with friends and servers standing right next to you. Turns out that "Premium Package" order was then applied to the entire table. Went from $30 per person to $50 per person and the best that could be done was apply around a 30% discount to the entire order. People were confused when food was coming out when none of us were asked what we wanted to order. Food was coming out long before any rice, sides, sauces, or even water was put out. Being very fair, the food was good all around. We made use of the "Premium Package" and really enjoyed the long bone short rib, wagyu, and carna asada a lot. They had a little dessert-like thing called a Mango Muncher which was really good. Service started very slow but picked up after some time. Honestly I'd give the place a 4-star on the food alone (-1 Star, atmosphere was loud and uninviting) but have to give 2-Stars for service. That "Premium Package" being applied to everyone and not asking us what we wanted to drink and order after that was poor. The 30% reduction table-wide was nice, but still would have wished to avoid that situation overall.

Mother's Day lunch for six, what a fiasco! We all arrived at 1pm and got seated pretty quickly. Then the nightmare began. It was not like they were super packed or anything since there were quite a few open BBQ tables. Staffing was more than sufficient. The waitress that served us first stated she would be our server (wrong, we saw her maybe 2-3 times and she stopped coming by). It was hard to understand her because she was masked and the hip hop tunes were blaring. A lady manager came and we had lousy service. For an entire hour, we had four bowls of rice, water and iced teas. They brought shrimp, short ribs, bulgogi and pork belly.. Problem is, neither BBQ burner was turned on! We had one pair of tongs to share (no scissors)! I had walk over to tell the lady manager and she came back and gave me another pair of tongs, still no scissors! They finally got our burners lit, except ours kept dying. We finally got to grilling but still no scissors. I had to savage the cooking short ribs by pulling on each rib with two tongs to separate them. 1 1/2 hours later, we finally received some scissors by asking a different server (first waitress never came back). It took several times of asking for us to get additional items to grill. If you look at the photos, the place was less than half full. On a positive note, one busboy was working his butt off, replacing grills and clearing tables. Our burner went out again and after several attempts to re light by the male manager to no avail, he finally moved us to a different table. To his credit, he tried to help us by getting our items brought out. After we got done with lunch, we had to wait some more to get our check (they were supposed to split it but they brought out one check instead). It took us almost 3 hours to have lunch, what a crock! We certainly are never going back.

I don't recommend this place because they lag to bring anything. Server actually took like a whole half hour to even stick his head out. Table of seven merely a pound of meat was brought out every half hour it was ridiculous.

Took over 25 minutes to get a refill of diet coke (i had to go to the bar myself to ask for a refill), asked for rice and rice paper the first time we ordered with the meat, thay took over an hour and asked 3 times to get rice.... pictures below shows the hawaiian "steak" and the "sides" pretty lame service if you ask me. Music was way to loud, only one that really cared about working or giving great service was the bus guy, he was very quick on cleaning up the tables 5 stars for him.

Don’t join the Yelp waitlist. Waited 30 minutes to be led to a table that was already taken. Then told it was our fault that their systems don’t sync with Yelp’s waitlist. No apologies, just excuses. Told that we’d be seated at the next available table. In actuality, we were put at the bottom of another waitlist to spend the next hour going deaf from music so loud you’d think you’re in a club, while watching the entire waiting area to empty. Waited over 1.5 hours to average, at best, Korean BBQ. Used to come here every other week a few years ago, now I’m reminded why I haven’t come in 6+ months. Our server Dominic did a great job though, he was attentive and polite. He’s the reason for the second and third star for service.

It was a slow night. My husband and I had ordered our food choose and drinks at 5:57pm. People who started to arrive after us were getting their drinks and their proteins before us. Not one or two rounds. Some tables around us were on their 3rd round and we still had not received our drinks. 25 min after we got our drinks. Our server was no where to be found, the one time he went by he said the meat was coming as our grill was already burned from waiting with nothing to throw on it. As I look around to see how much longer he was in the front talking to girls in the front of the house.
